Detailed Description
In order to better understand the technical solutions in the present application, the following description will clearly and completely describe the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only some embodiments of the present application, but not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be made by one of ordinary skill in the art based on the embodiments herein without making any inventive effort, shall fall within the scope of the present application.
In a first aspect, a warehousing strategy generation method based on warehousing information provided by the present application, as shown in fig. 1, includes the following steps:
s101, acquiring warehousing information and actual information of articles to be warehoused;
s102, judging whether the actual information accords with the warehouse-in information or not;
s103, if the actual information does not accord with the warehouse-in information, acquiring the difference information between the actual information and the warehouse-in information;
s104, judging whether the difference information exceeds a preset difference standard or not;
s105, checking the articles to be put in storage according to the difference information to generate put in storage checking information if the difference information does not exceed a preset difference standard;
S106, if the actual information is consistent with the warehousing information, generating warehousing check information according to the warehousing information;
s107, generating a warehouse requirement according to warehouse checking information;
s108, judging whether the articles to be warehoused have a warehouse-out requirement or not;
s109, if the warehouse-out requirement exists, warehouse information is acquired, and a warehouse strategy of the articles to be warehoused is generated by combining the warehouse-out requirement;
s110, if the warehouse-out requirement does not exist, warehouse information is acquired, and a warehouse strategy of the articles to be warehoused is generated by combining the warehouse requirement.
The articles to be put in storage in step S101 refer to articles which are expected to enter the warehouse for storage, and the put-in information refers to information corresponding to the articles which are expected to be put in storage, and the put-in information includes an article name, an article type, an article measurement, a put-in order number, supplier information and the like which are input in advance by a sender.
In practical application, the warehouse-in information is generally input by a sender, wherein the sender comprises a supplier or a purchasing party, and the articles are transported by a transporting party before being transported to a warehouse, so that the articles to be warehouse-in need to be checked and accepted before reaching the warehouse, and the actual information is information generated during checking and accepting, and the specific information included in the information is the same as the warehouse-in information. During acceptance, the name and the type of the article can be determined according to the image of the article to be put in storage, the weighing of the article to be put in storage is performed to determine the metering of the article, the storage list number and the supplier information can be determined according to the scanned graphic code of the article to be put in storage, and other information except the above information can be verified, so that the description is omitted.
It is known from the above that the step S102 needs to be executed, i.e. whether the actual information of the transported articles to be put in storage is consistent with the put in storage information is determined, and the subsequent step S103 or step S106 is selected according to the determination result.
If the actual information and the warehouse-in information are not in accordance, indicating that the acceptance of the article to be warehouse-in is not in accordance with the corresponding warehouse-in information, and a difference exists between the two, executing the step S103 to acquire the difference information between the actual information and the warehouse-in information, and comparing the difference information with a preset difference standard, namely executing the step S104 to judge whether the difference information exceeds the preset difference standard.
In practical application, after the articles to be put in storage form the put in storage information, a certain amount of losses may be caused by various reasons during the transportation from the transportation means to the warehouse, and these losses need to be judged whether they belong to normal losses, i.e. whether they exceed the preset difference standard corresponding to the normal losses, and the subsequent execution step S105 or other steps are selected according to the judgment result.
If the difference information does not exceed the preset difference standard, the normal loss is indicated, the step S105 is executed to check the articles to be put in storage according to the difference information to generate put in storage check information, that is, the original put in storage information is updated into put in storage check information according to the difference information.
If the actual information is consistent with the warehouse-in information, which indicates that the checking and accepting of the article to be warehouse-in is consistent with the corresponding warehouse-in information, and the two pieces of information are not different after checking, the step S106 is executed to generate warehouse-in checking information according to the warehouse-in information, namely the original warehouse-in information is directly used as the warehouse-in checking information.
In use, in order to better reflect the difference between the warehouse-in check information and the original warehouse-in information, the warehouse-in check information is provided with a check mark bit which has different meanings according to specific contents, for example, the check mark bit is provided, the warehouse-in check information is indicated, if the check mark bit is 0, the warehouse-in check information which is directly inherited with the warehouse-in information is indicated, and if the check mark bit is 1, the warehouse-in check information formed by combining the warehouse-in information according to the difference information is indicated.
After the warehouse-in check information of the articles to be warehouse-in is obtained, since the warehouse-in check information includes all information related to the warehouse-in information, such as the article name, the article type, the article measurement, the warehouse-in order number, the supplier information, etc., step S107 can be executed to generate the warehouse-in request according to the warehouse-in check information. The storage requirements are specific requirements of formed articles to be stored in the warehouse for storage according to different article types and article metering.
In practical use, some articles to be warehouse-in will have corresponding warehouse-out requirements, especially for the requirement of warehouse-out time, for example, the warehouse-in articles to be warehouse-in need of warehouse-out on a preset date, and in order to allow the articles with the same warehouse-out time to be warehouse-out in the same batch, so as to improve the efficiency of warehouse-out, or to be capable of involving a smaller number of warehouses as much as possible during warehouse-out, so as to reduce the factors such as manpower required by warehouse-out during warehouse-out, so that step S108 needs to be executed to judge whether the warehouse-in articles have the warehouse-out requirements.
If the warehouse-out request exists, the warehouse information is acquired in the step S109, and the warehouse strategy of the articles to be warehoused is generated by combining the warehouse request and the warehouse-out request, so that the warehouse request and the warehouse-out request are taken as the generation factors of the warehouse strategy, and the articles to be warehoused with the same or similar warehouse-out request are placed in the same warehouse or adjacent warehouses on the premise of meeting the warehouse request.
If there is no warehouse-out requirement, the warehouse information is acquired in step S110 and the warehouse strategy of the articles to be warehoused is generated in combination with the warehouse requirement, so that the warehouse requirement is only used as a generating factor of the warehouse strategy, and the warehouses where the articles to be warehoused are specifically stored can be determined according to different requirements on the premise of meeting the warehouse requirement, for example, the articles to be warehoused with the same or similar type are placed in the same warehouse, or the articles to be warehoused with the same storage requirement are placed in the same warehouse, etc., which will not be described herein.
According to the warehousing strategy generation method based on the warehousing information, whether the actual information and the warehousing information accord or not is judged, when the actual information and the warehousing information do not accord, the difference information between the actual information and the warehousing information is obtained, and the difference information exceeding a preset difference standard is used as the basis of warehousing check information; and when the information is matched with the check information, the warehouse-in information is used as the basis of the warehouse-in check information. And then generating a warehouse requirement according to the warehouse checking information, combining whether the warehouse-out requirement exists or not, and determining whether the warehouse-out requirement is combined with the warehouse information and the warehouse requirement to form a corresponding warehouse strategy. According to the method, according to whether the actual information accords with the judgment result of the warehousing information and whether the difference information exceeds the preset difference standard, warehousing check information which accords with the actual state of the articles to be warehoused is generated, and the matched warehousing strategy is finally generated by combining whether the articles to be warehoused have the ex-warehouse requirement or not, so that the warehousing distribution is not needed manually, and the objective efficiency of the warehousing strategy is improved, and the experience dependence on management staff is reduced.
In an optional implementation manner of this embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, step S107 includes:
S201, acquiring the types and the metering of the articles in the warehouse-in check information;
s202, acquiring storage type requirements and storage safety requirements according to the types of the articles;
s203, acquiring storage space requirements according to article metering;
s204, combining the storage type requirement, the storage safety requirement and the storage space requirement to generate a storage requirement.
In step S201, the type of the article and the article measurement are obtained from the warehouse-in check information, so that the type of the article and the article measurement conform to the actual to-be-warehouse-in article, and the error obtaining probability of the type of the article and the article measurement caused by the error of the warehouse-in information is reduced.
The warehouse type requirements and the warehouse safety requirements acquired in the step S202 are requirements for warehouse types and storage conditions determined according to different article types, for example, the solid articles, the liquid articles, the gas articles and the powdery articles have different warehouse type requirements and warehouse safety requirements respectively. The warehouse space requirement obtained in step S203 is a requirement for warehouse space determined according to specific article measurement, and generally refers to a requirement for the current remaining space of the warehouse.
After determining the above requirements, in step S204, the warehouse type requirements, the warehouse safety requirements, and the warehouse space requirements are combined, and then the warehouse requirements are generated according to a preset storage requirement rule. The storage requirement rule is a preset specific requirement matched with each requirement.
According to the warehousing information-based warehousing strategy generation method, the storage type requirements, the storage safety requirements and the storage space requirements are acquired by acquiring the types and the metering of the articles so as to generate the storage requirements, the storage requirements of the articles to be warehoused are generated according to the checked warehousing check information, and the generation probability of the error storage requirements caused by errors of the warehousing information is reduced.
In an optional implementation manner of this embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, if there is a warehouse-out request in step S109, generating a warehouse policy of the articles to be warehoused according to the warehouse-out request, the warehouse-out request and the warehouse information includes:
s301, obtaining time requirements in the warehouse-out requirements;
s302, acquiring all warehouse information meeting the warehouse type requirement and the warehouse safety requirement, and forming a first warehouse list;
s303, selecting warehouse information meeting the warehouse space requirement from the first warehouse list to form a second warehouse list;
s304, if the second warehouse list contains a plurality of warehouse information, acquiring the warehouse-out time in each warehouse information as the matching time;
s305, acquiring matching time which accords with a preset time rule with the time requirement as selection time;
s306, selecting warehouse information corresponding to the selection time from the second warehouse list, and generating a warehouse strategy.
In practical application, since the number of warehouses meeting the warehouse type requirement and the warehouse safety requirement is generally larger than the number of warehouses meeting only the warehouse space requirement, the step S302 is executed first to obtain all the warehouse information meeting the warehouse type requirement and the warehouse safety requirement to form a first warehouse list, and then the step S303 is executed to select the warehouse information meeting the warehouse space requirement from the first warehouse list to form a second warehouse list.
The number of the second warehouse list may be one or more, so that the number of the second warehouse list is determined first, if the second warehouse list includes a plurality of warehouse information, the step S304 of obtaining the time of leaving the warehouse in each warehouse information is performed as the matching time, then comparing the time with the time requirement, and the step S305 of obtaining the matching time meeting the preset time rule with the time requirement is performed as the selection time.
In this embodiment, the preset time rule refers to a preset number of matching times with a difference value between the preset time rule and the time requirement being smaller than a preset threshold value, so that the ex-warehouse time of the articles to be warehoused is closer to the ex-warehouse time of the corresponding warehouse. The preset number can be selected according to actual needs, and can be one or a plurality of. After the determined selection time is obtained, step S306 is executed to select the warehouse information corresponding to the selection time from the second warehouse list, and generate a warehouse policy.
According to the warehouse strategy generation method based on the warehouse information, all warehouse information meeting the warehouse type requirements and the warehouse safety requirements is firstly obtained, then the warehouse information meeting the warehouse space requirements is selected from the obtained warehouse information, the overall processing capacity can be effectively reduced, the processing efficiency is improved, the matching time meeting the preset time rule with the time requirements in the warehouse-out requirements is obtained, the warehouse strategy is generated by the corresponding warehouse information, the warehouse-out time of the articles to be warehoused is closer to the warehouse-out time of the corresponding warehouse, and the availability of the warehouse in the time angle is improved.
In an optional implementation manner of the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, if there is no ex-warehouse request in step S110, generating a warehouse strategy for the articles to be warehoused according to the warehouse request and the warehouse information includes:
S401, acquiring all warehouse information meeting the warehouse type requirement and the warehouse safety requirement, and forming a third warehouse list;
s402, selecting warehouse information meeting the warehouse space requirement from the third warehouse list to form a fourth warehouse list;
s403, if the fourth warehouse list contains a plurality of warehouse information, acquiring warehouse allowance in each warehouse information as matching allowance;
s404, obtaining a matching allowance which meets the preset allowance rule with the warehouse space requirement as a selection allowance;
s405, warehouse information corresponding to the selection allowance is selected from the fourth warehouse list, and a warehouse strategy is generated.
Step S401 and step S402 are similar to step S302 and step S303 described above, and are also not described here again in order to reduce the overall throughput.
Step S403 is different from step S305, if the second warehouse list includes a plurality of warehouse information, step S403 is performed to obtain the warehouse allowance in each warehouse information as a matching allowance, then the matching allowance is compared with the warehouse space requirement, and step S404 is performed to obtain the matching allowance which meets the preset allowance rule with the warehouse space requirement as a selection allowance.
In this embodiment, the preset margin rule refers to a preset number of matching margins with a difference value smaller than a preset threshold value between the preset margin rule and the storage space requirement, so that the storage space requirement of the articles to be stored is closer to the storage margin of the corresponding warehouse. The preset number can be selected according to actual needs, and can be one or a plurality of. After the determined selection allowance is obtained, step S406 is executed to select warehouse information corresponding to the selection allowance from the fourth warehouse list, and generate a warehouse policy.
According to the warehouse strategy generation method based on the warehouse information, all warehouse information meeting the warehouse type requirements and the warehouse safety requirements is firstly obtained, then the warehouse information meeting the warehouse space requirements is selected from the obtained warehouse information, the overall processing capacity can be effectively reduced, the processing efficiency is improved, the matching allowance meeting the preset allowance rule with the warehouse space requirements is obtained, the warehouse strategy is generated by the corresponding warehouse information, the warehouse space requirements of articles to be warehoused are closer to the warehouse allowance of the corresponding warehouse, and the availability of the warehouse in the storage space angle is improved.
In an optional implementation manner of the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, step S104 of determining whether the difference information exceeds the preset difference range includes:
s501, judging whether the difference information is a category difference;
s502, if the difference is the class difference, judging that the difference information exceeds a preset difference range;
s503, if the difference is not the category difference, judging whether the metering difference exceeds a preset metering threshold value;
s504, if the preset metering threshold is not exceeded, judging that the difference information does not exceed the preset difference range;
s505, if the preset metering threshold value is exceeded, judging that the difference information exceeds the preset difference range.
When the actual information does not match the warehouse-in information, there may be various situations including that the article types do not match, or that the article types do not match but the quantity does not match, or that the quantity does not match but the quantity belongs to normal wear, in order to determine the specific situation corresponding to the difference information, it is necessary to first execute step S501, that is, to determine whether the difference information is a category difference, and select to execute step S502 or step S503 later according to the determination result. The category difference means that the category of the article in the actual information and the category of the article in the warehouse-in information do not match.
If the difference is the category difference, indicating that the category of the article of the actual information is different from the category of the article of the warehouse-in information, and the article to be warehouse-in cannot be accepted, executing the judgment that the difference information in the step S502 exceeds the preset difference range; if the difference is not the category difference, the actual information is the same as the warehouse-in information, but the measurement is different, and whether the measurement difference is beyond the normal loss value, that is, the preset measurement threshold value, is needed to be determined, if the measurement difference is beyond the normal loss value, the step S503 is executed, and the subsequent step S504 or step S505 is selected according to the determination result.
If the measurement difference does not exceed the preset measurement threshold, the measurement difference between the measurement difference and the measurement threshold is indicated to be caused by normal loss, and the judgment that the difference information in the step S504 does not exceed the preset difference range is executed; if the measurement difference exceeds the preset measurement threshold, it is indicated that the measurement difference therebetween is not due to normal loss, and the determined difference information in step S505 exceeds the preset difference range.
In practical application, for the difference information, a flag bit may be set for expressing whether the difference information exceeds the preset difference range and the different reasons of the exceeding range, for example, if the flag bit is 0, the preset difference range is not exceeded, if the flag bit is 1, the preset difference range is exceeded and the difference is a class difference, if the flag bit is 2, the preset difference range is not exceeded and the preset measurement threshold is not exceeded, and if the flag bit is 3, the preset difference range is exceeded and the measurement difference exceeds the preset measurement threshold.
According to the warehouse strategy generation method based on the warehouse information, according to the severity degree of the non-coincidence of the actual information and the warehouse information, whether the difference information is the class difference and whether the measurement difference exceeds the preset measurement threshold value are sequentially judged, and the specific type of the difference information and whether the difference information exceeds the preset difference range are determined, so that the difference information belonging to normal loss is prevented from being recognized as exceeding the preset difference range, and the accuracy of the warehouse strategy generation method is improved.
In an alternative implementation manner of the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, step S102 of determining whether the actual information and the warehouse-in information conform to each other includes:
s601, judging whether the actual product class of the to-be-warehoused object accords with the warehouse-in product class in the warehouse-in information;
s602, if the actual product class does not accord with the warehouse-in product class, judging that the actual information does not accord with the warehouse-in information;
s603, if the actual product meets the warehouse-in product, acquiring a metering mode according to the actual product;
s604, obtaining the measurement corresponding to the actual product according to the measurement mode, and taking the measurement as the actual measurement;
s605, judging whether the actual measurement accords with the warehousing measurement in the warehousing information;
s606, if the actual measurement does not accord with the warehousing measurement, judging that the actual information does not accord with the warehousing information;
s607, if the actual measurement accords with the warehousing measurement, judging that the actual information accords with the warehousing information.
When judging whether the actual information is consistent with the warehousing information, not only judging whether the article types are the same, but also judging whether the actual measurement is consistent with the warehousing measurement, and different article types have different measurement modes, so that the article types need to be determined, step S601 is firstly executed, namely whether the actual article types of the articles to be warehoused are consistent with the warehousing types in the warehousing information is judged, and the subsequent execution of step S602 or step S603 is selected according to the judgment result.
If the actual product does not accord with the warehouse-in product, the measurement of the actual product is not required to be calculated, and the judgment in the step S602 is carried out that the actual information does not accord with the warehouse-in information; if the actual product meets the warehouse-in product, the measurement of the actual product is calculated, and the measurement mode is acquired according to the actual product in step S603. The metering mode is a mode of calculating the quantity or the weight of the articles according to the preset different actual types.
In step S604, the actual measurement corresponding to the actual category is obtained according to the measurement method obtained in step S603, and in step S605, it is determined whether the actual measurement corresponds to the warehousing measurement in the warehousing information, and the subsequent execution of step S606 or step S607 is selected according to the determination result. The warehousing measurement is the article measurement of the warehousing category corresponding to the actual category in the warehousing information.
If the actual measurement does not accord with the warehouse-in measurement, executing the judgment in the step S606 that the actual information does not accord with the warehouse-in information; if the actual measurement accords with the warehouse-in measurement, the step S607 is executed to determine that the actual information accords with the warehouse-in information.
According to the warehousing strategy generation method based on the warehousing information, the calculation mode is obtained according to the actual products which accord with the warehousing products, further the actual measurement corresponding to the actual products is obtained, whether the actual information accords with the warehousing measurement is judged according to whether the actual measurement accords with the warehousing measurement, whether the actual information accords with the warehousing information is determined according to the actual products and the actual measurement, and accuracy of the warehousing strategy generation method is improved.
In an alternative implementation manner of the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 7, if the actual class does not conform to the warehousing class, the determining that the actual information does not conform to the warehousing information includes:
s701, if the actual product class does not accord with the warehouse-in product class, acquiring the product single number of the product to be warehouse-in;
s702, judging whether the article single number accords with the warehouse-in single number in the warehouse-in information;
s703, if the actual information accords with the warehouse entry list number, judging that the actual information does not accord with the warehouse entry information;
s704, if the warehouse entry information does not accord with the warehouse entry number, judging whether the warehouse entry information accords with a preset interval rule and matches the article number;
s705, if the warehouse-in information which accords with the preset interval rule and matches the single number of the article exists, the warehouse-in information is used as the warehouse-in information;
s706, transmitting and sending the warehousing information to a preset terminal.
In actual use, when the actual product does not conform to the warehouse-in product, the error between the product to be warehouse-in and the warehouse-in information may be caused, for example, the warehouse-in information of the product in lot a is wrongly recorded into the warehouse-in information of the product in lot B, so if the actual product does not conform to the warehouse-in product, the step S701 is executed to obtain the product serial number of the product to be warehouse-in, the step S702 is executed to determine whether the product serial number conforms to the warehouse-in serial number in the warehouse-in information, and the subsequent step S703 or step S704 is selected according to the determination result. The article single number is a single number carried by the articles themselves of the articles to be put in storage, for example, 5 articles are in the batch of articles to be put in storage, and each article has a corresponding article single number.
If the number of the warehouse entry list is met, indicating that the actual product type and the warehouse entry type caused by the corresponding error of the article to be warehouse-in and the warehouse entry information are not met, executing the judgment in the step S703 that the actual information and the warehouse entry information are not met; if the storage list number is not met, the method indicates that the storage list number is likely to be inconsistent with the actual product type caused by the corresponding error of the to-be-stored object and the storage information, then the step S704 is executed to judge whether the storage information which meets the preset interval rule and matches the object list number exists, and the subsequent step S705 or other steps are executed according to the judging result.
If there is the warehouse-in information which accords with the preset interval rule and matches the single number of the article, and it is possible to indicate that the warehouse-in information is the real warehouse-in information corresponding to the article to be warehouse-in currently, the step S705 is executed to take the warehouse-in information as the sending warehouse-in information, and the step S706 is executed to transmit the warehouse-in information and the warehouse-in information to the preset terminal, so that the manager checks according to the information displayed to the preset terminal. The preset interval rule is a preset rule conforming to a certain time interval or a certain single number interval.
According to the warehousing strategy generation method based on the warehousing information, if the actual product does not accord with the warehousing product, whether the product serial number accords with the warehousing serial number in the warehousing information or not and whether the warehousing information which accords with the preset interval rule and is matched with the product serial number or not are judged sequentially, and the warehousing information which accords with the preset interval rule and is matched with the product serial number and the original warehousing information are transmitted to the preset terminal, so that a manager can check the real warehousing information corresponding to the current product to be warehoused, and the accuracy of the warehousing strategy generation method is improved.
In an optional implementation manner of this embodiment, as shown in fig. 8, after determining in step S104 whether the difference information exceeds the preset difference standard, the method further includes:
s801, if the difference information exceeds a preset difference standard, obtaining a difference object corresponding to the difference information;
s802, eliminating difference articles from articles to be put in storage, and obtaining a put-in-storage check article;
s803, generating warehouse-in check information according to the warehouse-in check objects and the corresponding warehouse-in information.
In actual use, in some occasions or under the needs, even if the difference information of the articles to be put in storage exceeds the preset difference standard, the articles to be put in storage may need to be put in storage in advance, so if the difference information exceeds the preset difference standard, the difference articles corresponding to the obtained difference information in step S801 are executed, and are removed from the articles to be put in storage in step S802, the remaining parts are checked and used as storage check articles, and storage check information is generated by combining the corresponding storage information.
According to the warehousing strategy generation method based on the warehousing information, if the difference information exceeds the preset difference standard, the difference objects corresponding to the difference information are removed from the objects to be warehoused, the remaining parts are checked to be warehousing check objects, the warehousing check information is generated, real-time warehousing of the objects to be warehoused is guaranteed according to special requirements, and the applicability of the warehousing strategy generation method is improved.
In an optional implementation manner of this embodiment, as shown in fig. 9, before determining whether the actual information and the warehouse-in information are in accordance in step S102, the method further includes:
s901, obtaining emergency warehouse-out information;
s902, judging whether the current warehouse storage meets urgent ex-warehouse information or not;
s903, if the emergency ex-warehouse information is not met, judging whether the actual information is matched with the emergency ex-warehouse information;
s904, if the emergency ex-warehouse information is matched, taking the articles to be warehoused corresponding to the actual information as the articles to be warehoused matched with the emergency ex-warehouse information;
s905, if the emergency ex-warehouse information is not matched, a step of judging whether the actual information and the warehouse-in information are in accordance or not is carried out.
In practical application, an emergency delivery situation may occur, in order to improve the emergency delivery efficiency, step S901 may be executed before determining whether the actual information and the warehouse entry information are in line, that is, the emergency delivery information is obtained, whether the current warehouse storage satisfies the emergency delivery information is determined, and the subsequent execution step S903 or other steps are selected according to the determination result.
If the urgent shipment information is not satisfied, it is necessary to confirm whether the actual information of the article to be stocked matches the shipment information, so that the determination in step 903 is performed to determine whether the actual information matches the urgent shipment information, and the subsequent execution of step S904 or step S905 is selected according to the determination result.
If the urgent ex-warehouse information is matched, the to-be-warehouse-in article is indicated to be the ex-warehouse article corresponding to the urgent ex-warehouse information, and the to-be-warehouse-in article corresponding to the actual information is executed in step S904 to be the to-be-warehouse-in article matched with the urgent ex-warehouse information; if the urgent ex-warehouse information is not matched, the to-be-warehouse-in article cannot be used as the ex-warehouse article corresponding to the urgent ex-warehouse information, and the step S102 is performed to judge whether the actual information and the warehouse-in information are in accordance.
According to the warehouse strategy generation method based on the warehouse information, after the emergency warehouse-out information is acquired, whether the current warehouse storage meets the emergency warehouse-out information or not and whether the actual information is matched with the emergency warehouse-out information or not are sequentially judged, whether the articles to be warehouse-in corresponding to the actual information are selected to be the articles to be warehouse-out matched with the emergency warehouse-out information or not is selected, so that the warehouse-out requirements corresponding to the emergency warehouse-out information are met under different conditions, and the applicability of the warehouse strategy generation method is improved.
