To facilitate understanding of the present invention, before specifically describing the medical image transmission method provided by the present invention, a main flow of medical image transmission in the prior art is briefly described as follows:
step 1, configuring information such as supported character sets and IP addresses and port numbers of a PACS system at a medical equipment end (local end);
step 2, configuring an IP address, a port number and the like of a medical equipment end (a local end) in the PACS system;
step 3, the medical equipment side sends the medical image to be transmitted to a PACS system;
step 4, if the PACS does not support (cannot be checked, etc.) the received medical images to be transmitted, the PACS and the medical equipment are checked one by one, and the steps 5 and 6 are executed;
step 5, switching information such as character sets and the like, and transmitting the medical image to be transmitted to the PACS again;
and 6, if the PACS still does not support the medical image to be transmitted after the character set is switched, a plurality of parties such as a relevant engineer of the medical equipment end, a network engineer and a relevant engineer of the PACS need to jointly investigate the reason why the PACS cannot check the medical image to be transmitted, specifically the reason caused by the medical equipment end, the reason caused by network transmission or the reason caused by the PACS.
Therefore, the medical image transmission method in the prior art is complex in process, and when unsupported medical images appear, a large amount of time is needed for manually checking reasons one by one, so that the labor and material cost is wasted.
Based on this, the core idea of the present invention is to provide a medical image transmission method, an electronic device, a medical device, a PACS system, and a medical image transmission system, aiming at the problems of complicated flow for configuring a PACS system and cost waste such as time and labor caused by the fact that an image cannot be viewed after being transmitted to the PACS system in the prior art, so as to simplify the transmission flow of the medical image, reduce the risk that the reason is difficult to be found when the PACS system cannot view the medical image, and save the cost of labor and material resources.
In order to realize the idea, the medical image transmission method provided by the invention is characterized in that after the communication configuration between the medical equipment end and the PACS system is completed, the medical equipment end acquires the medical image type, the character set and other archival information supported by the PACS system and configures the archival information at the medical equipment end, and only the medical image to be transmitted which accords with the archival information supported by the PACS system is transmitted to the PACS system when the medical image to be transmitted is transmitted, so that the transmission efficiency is improved, and the risk that the reason is difficult to find when the PACS system cannot check the medical image is reduced.
It should be noted that, the medical image transmission method provided by the present invention can be applied to an electronic device provided by the present invention, and the electronic device can be configured on a medical device side and/or a PACS system provided by the present invention, wherein the electronic device can be a server, a personal computer, a mobile terminal, and the like, and the mobile terminal can be a mobile phone, a tablet computer, and other hardware devices with various operating systems.
The following describes the medical image transmission method, electronic device, medical device, PACS system, and medical image transmission system, all of which are provided by the present invention, in detail.
Example one
The present embodiment provides a medical image transmission method, in one implementation, the medical image transmission method is executed at a medical device, specifically, please refer to fig. 1, which schematically shows a flowchart of the medical image transmission method provided in this implementation. As can be seen from fig. 1, the medical image transmission method provided by the embodiment includes the following steps:
s100, acquiring and configuring first communication information of a PACS (picture archiving and communication system) at a medical equipment end, and sending second communication information of the medical equipment end to the PACS;
s200, acquiring and configuring the archiving configuration information of the PACS at the medical equipment end;
and S300, transmitting the medical image to be transmitted which accords with the archiving configuration information to the PACS system.
Correspondingly, another embodiment provides a medical image transmission method, which is executed in a PACS system. Specifically, please refer to fig. 2, which schematically shows a flow chart of the medical image transmission method according to the present embodiment. As can be seen from fig. 2, the medical image transmission method provided by this embodiment includes:
step A: sending the first communication information of the PACS to a medical equipment end;
and B: acquiring and configuring second communication information of the medical equipment terminal in the PACS system;
and C: sending the archiving configuration information of the PACS to the medical equipment end;
step D: and receiving the medical image to be transmitted which is sent by the medical equipment and accords with the filing configuration information.
Therefore, the medical image transmission method provided by the embodiment can ensure the connectivity and stability of the medical equipment side and the PACS system by configuring the first communication information (such as at least one of an IP address, a port number and an AE name) of the PACS system at the medical equipment side and configuring the second communication information (such as at least one of an IP address, a port number and an AE name) of the medical equipment side at the PACS system. Further, in the embodiment, by actively acquiring the archiving configuration information of the PACS system (such as a manufacturer of the PACS system, an image type supported by the PACS system, a supported character set type, and the like) and configuring the archiving configuration information at the medical equipment end, the medical equipment end only transmits the medical image to be transmitted, which conforms to the archiving configuration information, to the PACS system during archiving, so that the risk that the PACS system cannot view the medical image can be reduced; further, the risk that the reason is difficult to find when the medical image cannot be viewed by the PACS system can be reduced, so that the labor cost and the material resource cost are saved.
Preferably, in one exemplary embodiment, in step S100, before acquiring and configuring the first communication information of the PACS system on the medical device side, the method further includes:
and according to the IP address of the PACS system, the medical equipment end is in communication connection with the PACS system.
In the medical image transmission method provided by this embodiment, before the first communication information of the PACS system is configured at the medical device side, the medical device side can establish a communication connection with the PACS system only according to the IP address deployed by the PACS system (the medical device side configures the IP address of the PACS system), and after the communication connection is established, other contents of the first communication information of the PACS system are further acquired, so that the medical image transmission process can be significantly simplified, and the efficiency of the communication connection is improved.
Preferably, in one exemplary implementation, the acquiring and configuring the first communication information of the PACS system at the medical device side in step S100 includes:
sending a communication configuration acquisition command to the PACS system to acquire the PACS communication configuration information;
configuring the first communication information at the medical equipment side according to the PACS communication configuration information;
wherein the first communication information includes an IP address, a port number, and an AE name of the PACS system.
In the medical image transmission method provided by this embodiment, the first communication information of the PACS system includes the IP address, the port number, and the AE name of the PACS system, so that connectivity and stability between the medical equipment and the PACS system can be well ensured by configuring the first communication information of the PACS system at the medical equipment.
More specifically, please refer to fig. 3, which schematically shows an interaction diagram of the medical image transmission method according to one embodiment of the present invention. As can be seen from fig. 3, in this embodiment, first, the medical device side sends a communication configuration acquisition command to the PACS system, the PACS system returns its own PACS communication configuration information (for example, in the form of a configuration information file) to the medical device side, and the medical device side parses the received PACS communication configuration information to obtain the first communication information and configures the first communication information at the medical device side. As previously mentioned, the first communication information includes, but is not limited to, the IP address, port number, and AE name of the PACS system. And then, the medical equipment terminal sends the communication configuration information of the medical equipment terminal to the PACS system so that the PACS system configures the communication configuration information of the medical equipment terminal.
Correspondingly, with continuing reference to fig. 3, in an exemplary embodiment, in step B, acquiring and configuring the second communication information of the medical device side in the PACS system includes:
receiving communication configuration information sent by the medical equipment terminal;
according to the communication configuration information of the medical equipment end, second communication information of the medical equipment end is configured in the PACS system;
wherein the second communication information includes an IP address, a port number, and an AE name of the medical device side.
In the medical image transmission method provided by this embodiment, the second communication information includes the IP address, the port number, and the AE name of the medical device, so that connectivity and stability between the PACS system and the medical device can be well ensured by configuring the second communication information of the medical device in the PACS system.
As can be seen from fig. 3, in the medical image transmission method provided in this embodiment, before the first communication information of the PACS system is configured at the medical device side, the medical device side can establish a communication connection with the PACS system only according to the IP address deployed by the PACS system (the medical device side configures the IP address of the PACS system), and after the communication connection is established, further obtain other contents of the first communication information of the PACS system.
Preferably, in one exemplary embodiment, with continuing reference to fig. 1, in step S200, acquiring and configuring the archiving configuration information of the PACS system at the medical device side further includes:
judging whether the medical equipment terminal transmits the medical image to be transmitted for the first time or not, if so, acquiring and configuring the filing configuration information of the PACS system at the medical equipment terminal; and if not, transmitting the medical image to be transmitted which accords with the archiving configuration information to the PACS system.
Therefore, according to the medical image transmission method provided by the embodiment, based on the stability of the archiving configuration information of the PACS system (including but not limited to the character set information, the language information, the UID information and/or the image type supported by the PACS system), the archiving configuration information of the PACS system is only required to be acquired and configured at the medical equipment end before the medical image to be transmitted is transmitted for the first time, so that matching of the archiving configuration information is avoided when the medical image to be transmitted is transmitted every time, and the transmission efficiency of the medical image to be transmitted is further improved.
With continued reference to fig. 3, in an exemplary embodiment, the acquiring and configuring the archiving configuration information of the PACS system at the medical device side in step S200 includes:
according to the image types supported by the medical equipment end, the medical equipment end sends archiving configuration inquiry information to the PACS to obtain archiving configuration response information of the PACS;
according to the archiving configuration response information, the archiving configuration information is configured at the medical equipment end;
wherein the archiving configuration information includes, but is not limited to, character set information, language information, UID information, and/or image types supported by the PACS system.
According to the medical image transmission method provided by the embodiment, according to the image types supported by the medical equipment terminal, the medical equipment terminal sends the archiving configuration inquiry information to the PACS system, and acquires the archiving configuration information (including but not limited to character set information, UID information and image types supported by the PACS system) of the PACS system, so that the medical equipment terminal only transmits the medical image to be transmitted which accords with the archiving configuration information of the PACS system to the PACS system, thereby reducing the risk that the medical image cannot be viewed by the PACS system, further reducing the risk that the reason is difficult to find when the medical image cannot be viewed by the PACS system, and saving the cost of manpower and material resources.
Specifically, in a preferred embodiment, the PACS system archive configuration response message is returned in an archive configuration file, and the medical device parses the received archive configuration file, including but not limited to parsing languages supported by the PACS system (such as whether chinese and english are supported), character sets, image types, and the like. For another example, the image data DICOM file has a plurality of sopplassiuid types and is difficult to traverse one by one, so it is difficult to determine which UID is specifically supported by the PACS system.
To facilitate a better understanding of the present invention, please refer to fig. 4, which schematically shows a specific example of a transmission flow of a medical image transmission method according to the present invention. As can be seen from fig. 4, in one exemplary embodiment, each image type in the image type list may be marked by sending the list of image types (e.g., DICOM images of different character sets) supported by the medical device to the PACS system, inquiring whether the image types are supported, and then according to the inquiry result of the image type list returned by the PACS system. For example, for each image type returned by the PACS system that is "not supported", the "PACS supports this image type" field is marked "not supported" in the corresponding "whether PACS supports this image type"; the "support" flag in the "PACS support or not" field for each "supported" image type returned by the PACS system corresponds to the "PACS support or not".
It is specifically noted that, as will be understood by those skilled in the art, the PACS system receives and archives medical image files in DICOM format from various medical image devices. DICOM files archived in PACS systems require character sets to be post-processed. However, when a DICOM file is received by the PACS system, the data is parsed according to ASCII encoding or other default fixed character sets when the DICOM file is deemed to have no character sets. However, when the encoding scheme of the actual information in the DICOM file conflicts with the encoding scheme (character set) during parsing, parsing may fail or part of the DICOM information may be parsed into garbled codes. This has the result that subsequent other workflows of the PACS system cannot retrieve DICOM file information or retrieve incorrect DICOM file information. Therefore, the medical image transmission system provided by the embodiment can avoid transmitting the medical image with the character set which is not supported by the PACS system to the PACS system by inquiring the character set information which is supported by the PACS system before transmitting the medical image to be transmitted to the PACS system, and can effectively reduce the risk that the reason is difficult to find when the PACS system cannot view the medical image.
With continuing reference to fig. 4, as can be seen from fig. 4, in step S300, the transmitting, by the medical device side, the medical image to be transmitted that conforms to the archiving configuration information to the PACS system includes:
and judging whether the PACS system supports the medical image to be transmitted or not according to the medical image to be transmitted and the filing configuration information:
if yes, the medical image to be transmitted is sent to the PACS system when the medical equipment side is filed;
and if not, giving a prompt that the PACS system does not support the medical image to be transmitted when the medical equipment side is filed.
Therefore, according to the medical image transmission method provided by the embodiment, the medical image to be transmitted and the filing configuration information can ensure that the medical image to be transmitted to the PACS is the medical image supported by the PACS, and the related prompt information is given to the medical image to be transmitted which is not supported by the PACS, so that a user can clearly know the reason why the medical image cannot be filed, the risk that the reason is difficult to search when the medical image cannot be checked by the PACS is reduced, and the labor and material cost is saved. For example, please continue to refer to fig. 4, when the PACS system does not support the medical image to be transmitted, the medical device may give a prompt message to remind the user that "the PACS system does not support the current image type", and ask the user whether to continue to archive the image of the type, if the user chooses yes, then the medical device may give a prompt message of "the image of the unsupported image type fails to archive, please contact the PACS manufacturer" or the like; if the user selects no, the image type is automatically filtered during archiving, and the image type is automatically filled into a list of the image type filtered by the user at the medical equipment end, and the image type is automatically filtered next time.
Example two
The present embodiment provides an electronic device, and specifically, please refer to fig. 5, which schematically shows a block structure diagram of the electronic device provided in the present embodiment.
