In order to facilitate understanding of the present invention, before specifically describing the medical image transmission method provided by the present invention, a main flow of medical image transmission in the prior art is briefly described as follows:
step 1, configuring information such as IP addresses, port numbers and the like of a supported character set and a PACS system at a medical equipment end (local end);
step 2, configuring an IP address, a port number and the like of a medical equipment end (local end) in a PACS system;
step 3, the medical equipment end sends the medical image to be transmitted to the PACS system;
step 4, if the PACS system is found not to support (can not view, etc.) the received medical images to be transmitted, checking the PACS system and the medical equipment end one by one, and executing the steps 5 and 6;
step 5, switching information such as character sets, and transmitting the medical image to be transmitted to the PACS system again;
and 6, if the PACS system still does not support the medical image to be transmitted after the character set is switched, the PACS system needs to be subjected to multi-party joint check such as related engineers, network engineers and related engineers of the PACS system at the medical equipment end, and particularly the medical equipment end, the network transmission or the PACS system.
Therefore, the medical image transmission method in the prior art is complex in flow, and when an unsupported medical image appears, a great amount of time is needed for checking the reasons one by one, so that the labor and material costs are wasted.
Based on the problems, the invention provides a medical image transmission method, electronic equipment, medical equipment, a PACS system and a medical image transmission system, which aims at solving the problems that the flow for configuring the PACS system is complex and the time, the labor and other cost are wasted because the image cannot be checked after being transmitted to the PACS system in the prior art, so as to simplify the transmission flow of the medical image, reduce the risk that the PACS system cannot check the medical image, and save the cost of manpower and material resources.
In order to achieve the above-mentioned idea, the principle of the medical image transmission method provided by the invention is that after the communication configuration of the medical equipment end and the PACS system is completed, the medical equipment end obtains the archiving information such as the medical image type and character set supported by the PACS system, and configures the archiving information at the medical equipment end, and only the medical image to be transmitted, which accords with the archiving information supported by the PACS system, is transmitted to the PACS system when the medical image to be transmitted is transmitted, so that the transmission efficiency is improved, and the risk that the cause is difficult to find when the PACS system cannot view the medical image is reduced.
It should be noted that the medical image transmission method provided by the invention can be applied to the electronic device provided by the invention, and the electronic device can be configured on the medical device end and/or the PACS system provided by the invention, wherein the electronic device can be a server, a personal computer, a mobile terminal and the like, and the mobile terminal can be a mobile phone, a tablet computer and other hardware devices with various operating systems.
The medical image transmission method, the electronic device, the medical device, the PACS system and the medical image transmission system provided by the invention are described in detail one by one.
Example 1
The present embodiment provides a medical image transmission method, in one embodiment, the medical image transmission method is performed at a medical device side, and in particular, please refer to fig. 1, which schematically shows a flow chart of the medical image transmission method provided in the present embodiment. As can be seen from fig. 1, the medical image transmission method provided in this embodiment includes the following steps:
s100, acquiring and configuring first communication information of a PACS system at a medical equipment end, and transmitting second communication information of the medical equipment end to the PACS system;
S200, acquiring and configuring archiving configuration information of the PACS system at the medical equipment end;
and S300, transmitting the medical image to be transmitted, which accords with the archiving configuration information, to the PACS system.
Correspondingly, another embodiment provides a medical image transmission method, which is executed in a PACS system. Specifically, please refer to fig. 2, which schematically illustrates a flowchart of the medical image transmission method provided in the present embodiment. As can be seen from fig. 2, the medical image transmission method provided in this embodiment includes:
step A: transmitting the first communication information of the PACS system to a medical equipment end;
and (B) step (B): acquiring and configuring second communication information of the medical equipment end in the PACS system;
step C: transmitting archiving configuration information of the PACS system to the medical equipment end;
step D: and receiving the medical image to be transmitted, which is transmitted by the medical equipment and accords with the archiving configuration information.
It can be seen that, in the medical image transmission method provided in this embodiment, by configuring the first communication information (such as at least one of an IP address, a port number, and an AE name) of the PACS system at the medical device end, and configuring the second communication information (such as at least one of an IP address, a port number, and an AE name) of the medical device end at the PACS system, connectivity and stability between the medical device end and the PACS system can be ensured. Further, in this embodiment, by actively acquiring archive configuration information of the PACS system (such as manufacturer of the PACS system, image type supported by the PACS system, supported character set type, etc.) and configuring the archive configuration information at the medical device end, the medical device end only transmits the medical image to be transmitted, which accords with the archive configuration information, to the PACS system during archiving, so that the risk that the PACS system cannot view the medical image can be reduced; further, the embodiment can reduce the risk of difficulty in finding reasons when the PACS system cannot view medical images, thereby saving labor and material costs.
Preferably, in one exemplary embodiment, before the step S100 of acquiring and configuring the first communication information of the PACS system at the medical device side, the method further includes:
and according to the IP address of the PACS system, the medical equipment end is in communication connection with the PACS system.
According to the medical image transmission method provided by the embodiment, before the first communication information of the PACS system is configured at the medical equipment end, the medical equipment end can establish communication connection with the PACS system only according to the IP address deployed by the PACS system (the medical equipment end is configured with the IP address of the PACS system), and after the communication connection is established, other contents of the first communication information of the PACS system are further acquired, so that the medical image transmission flow can be remarkably simplified, and the communication connection efficiency is improved.
Preferably, in one exemplary embodiment, step S100, the acquiring and configuring the first communication information of the PACS system at the medical device side includes:
transmitting a communication configuration acquisition command to the PACS system to acquire the PACS communication configuration information;
configuring the first communication information at the medical equipment end according to the PACS communication configuration information;
The first communication information comprises an IP address, a port number and an AE name of the PACS system.
According to the medical image transmission method provided by the embodiment, the first communication information of the PACS system comprises the IP address, the port number and the AE name of the PACS system, so that the connectivity and the stability between the medical equipment end and the PACS system can be well ensured by configuring the first communication information of the PACS system at the medical equipment end.
More specifically, please refer to fig. 3, which schematically illustrates an interaction diagram of a medical image transmission method according to one embodiment of the present invention. As can be seen from fig. 3, in this embodiment, first, the medical device side sends a communication configuration acquisition command to the PACS system, the PACS system returns (e.g., in a configuration information file) its own PACS communication configuration information to the medical device side, and the medical device side parses the received PACS communication configuration information to obtain the first communication information, and configures the first communication information at the medical device side. As previously described, the first communication information includes, but is not limited to, the IP address, port number, and AE name of the PACS system. And then, the medical equipment end sends the communication configuration information of the medical equipment end to the PACS system so that the PACS system configures the communication configuration information of the medical equipment end.
Correspondingly, please continue to refer to fig. 3, in one exemplary embodiment, in step B, the acquiring and configuring the second communication information of the medical device side in the PACS system includes:
receiving communication configuration information sent by the medical equipment end;
configuring second communication information of the medical equipment end in the PACS system according to the communication configuration information of the medical equipment end;
the second communication information comprises an IP address, a port number and an AE name of the medical equipment end.
According to the medical image transmission method provided by the embodiment, the second communication information comprises the IP address, the port number and the AE name of the medical equipment end, so that the connectivity and the stability between the PACS system and the medical equipment end can be well ensured by configuring the second communication information of the medical equipment end in the PACS system.
According to fig. 3, it is apparent that, in the medical image transmission method provided in this embodiment, before the first communication information of the PACS system is configured at the medical device end, the medical device end only needs to establish a communication connection with the PACS system according to the IP address deployed by the PACS system (the medical device end is configured with the IP address of the PACS system), after the communication connection is established, other contents of the first communication information of the PACS system are further acquired, and in this embodiment, only the communication information is configured after the communication connection is established, so as to complete the first-level communication matching.
Preferably, in one exemplary embodiment, please continue to refer to fig. 1, before the acquiring and configuring the archiving configuration information of the PACS system at the medical device side in step S200, the method further includes:
judging whether the medical equipment end transmits the medical image to be transmitted for the first time, if so, acquiring and configuring archiving configuration information of the PACS system at the medical equipment end; and if not, transmitting the medical image to be transmitted which accords with the archiving configuration information to the PACS system.
It can be seen that, in the medical image transmission method provided in this embodiment, based on the stability of the archiving configuration information of the PACS system (including, but not limited to, character set information, language information, UID information and/or image type supported by the PACS system), the archiving configuration information of the PACS system is only acquired and configured at the medical device end before the medical image to be transmitted is first transmitted, so that matching of the archiving configuration information during each transmission of the medical image to be transmitted is avoided, and thus the transmission efficiency of the medical image to be transmitted is further improved.
With continued reference to fig. 3, in one exemplary embodiment, step S200, the obtaining and configuring the archiving configuration information of the PACS system at the medical device side includes:
According to the image type supported by the medical equipment end, the medical equipment end sends archiving configuration inquiry information to the PACS system so as to acquire archiving configuration response information of the PACS system;
configuring the archiving configuration information at the medical equipment end according to the archiving configuration response information;
wherein the archive configuration information includes, but is not limited to, character set information, language information, UID information, and/or image types supported by the PACS system.
According to the medical image transmission method provided by the embodiment, according to the image type supported by the medical equipment end, the medical equipment end sends archiving configuration query information to the PACS system, and the archiving configuration information (including but not limited to character set information, UID information and image type supported by the PACS system) of the PACS system is obtained, so that the medical equipment end only transmits medical images to be transmitted, which accord with the archiving configuration information of the PACS system, to the PACS system, thereby reducing the risk that the PACS system cannot view the medical images, and further reducing the risk that the PACS system cannot find reasons when the PACS system cannot view the medical images, so that the labor and material costs are saved.
Specifically, in one preferred embodiment, the archive configuration response information of the PACS system is returned in the form of an archive configuration file, and the medical device end parses the received archive configuration file, including, but not limited to, parsing languages supported by the PACS system (such as whether chinese and english are supported), character sets, image types, and the like. For another example, the image data DICOM file has more sopclassid types, and is difficult to traverse one by one, so that it is difficult to determine which UIDs are specifically supported by the PACS system, and the medical image transmission mode provided in this embodiment sends a query to the PACS system through the local terminal to obtain the supporting condition of the PACS system on the UIDs and configure the supporting condition on the medical device terminal, so that the risk of sending the medical image to be transmitted, which is not supported by the PACS system, to the PACS system can be further reduced.
For a better understanding of the present invention, please refer to fig. 4, which schematically illustrates an exemplary transmission flow chart of a medical image transmission method according to the present invention. As can be seen from fig. 4, in one exemplary embodiment, each image type in the image type list may be marked by sending a list of image types supported by the medical device side (such as DICOM images of different character sets) to the PACS system and querying whether the image types are supported, and then according to the query result of the image type list returned by the PACS system. For example, for each picture type "not supported" returned by the PACS system, whether the corresponding "PACS supports the" not supported "flag in the picture type" field; for each picture type of "support" returned by the PACS system, whether the corresponding "PACS supports the picture type" field is marked "support".
It should be specifically noted that PACS systems receive and archive DICOM formatted medical image files from a variety of medical imaging devices, as will be appreciated by those skilled in the art. DICOM files archived in PACS systems require character sets to be post-processed. However, when the PACS system receives the DICOM file, the DICOM file is considered to have no character set, the data is parsed according to ASCII codes or other default fixed character sets. However, if the coding scheme of the actual information in the DICOM file collides with the coding scheme (character set) at the time of analysis, the analysis may fail, or some DICOM information may be analyzed as a garbled code. This has the consequence that subsequent other workflows of the PACS system cannot obtain the DICOM file information or obtain erroneous DICOM file information. Therefore, in the medical image transmission system provided by the embodiment, before the medical image to be transmitted is transmitted to the PACS system, the character set information supported by the PACS system is inquired, so that the medical image with the character set which is not supported by the PACS system is prevented from being transmitted to the PACS system, and the risk that the PACS system is difficult to find the reason when the PACS system cannot view the medical image can be effectively reduced.
With continued reference to fig. 4, as can be seen from fig. 4, in step S300, the medical device side transmits, to the PACS system, a medical image to be transmitted that conforms to the archiving configuration information, including:
judging whether the PACS system supports the medical image to be transmitted or not according to the medical image to be transmitted and the archiving configuration information:
if yes, the medical image to be transmitted is sent to the PACS system when the medical equipment end is archived;
if not, a prompt that the PACS system does not support the medical image to be transmitted is given when the medical equipment end files.
Therefore, according to the medical image transmission method, the medical image to be transmitted and the archiving configuration information can be guaranteed to be transmitted to the PACS system, the medical image to be transmitted is supported by the PACS system, and the user can clearly know the reason that the medical image cannot be archived by giving related prompt information to the medical image to be transmitted which is not supported by the PACS system, so that the risk that the medical image cannot be checked by the PACS system is reduced, and the cost of manpower and material resources is saved. For example, referring to fig. 4, when the PACS system does not support the medical image to be transmitted, the medical device side may give a prompt message to remind the user that "the PACS system does not support the current image type", and ask the user whether to file the image of the type continuously, if the user selects yes, may give a failure of archiving the image of the image type that is not supported, ask to contact the PACS manufacturer ", or similar prompt message; if the user selects no, automatically filtering the image type during archiving, and automatically filling the image type into a user-filtered image type list of the medical equipment end, and automatically filtering the image type next time.
