Abstract
The invention discloses an image creating method based on an automobile AI (intelligent aid), which comprises the following steps of: step (1), creating image resources and conversational resources, and uploading the image resources and conversational resources to a server; step (2) the server receives the request for obtaining the image resource and the speech resource sent by the terminal, sends the corresponding image resource and the speech resource to the terminal according to the request and the release strategy, and verifies the configured image resource and the configured speech resource; and (3) the server sends the verified image resources and the verified speech resources to the terminal, and selects to execute the display or cancel the display according to the setting of the terminal. The invention can realize the creation of the intelligent assistant image, and realize the flexible configuration of the AI intelligent assistant for broadcasting voice, actions and the like and the real-time effect.

and (3) the server sends the verified image resources and the verified speech resources to the terminal, and selects to execute the display or cancel the display according to the setting of the terminal.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention clearer, the present invention will be further described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, the described embodiments should not be construed as limiting the present invention, and all other embodiments obtained by a person of ordinary skill in the art without creative efforts shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Unless defined otherwise, all technical and scientific terms used herein have the same meaning as commonly understood by one of ordinary skill in the art to which this invention belongs. The terminology used herein is for the purpose of describing embodiments of the invention only and is not intended to be limiting of the invention.
The invention provides an image creating method based on an automobile AI (artificial intelligence) intelligent assistant, which can realize interaction between the AI intelligent assistant and a user and display of virtual images.
Step (1), creating image resources and conversational resources, and uploading the image resources and conversational resources to a server;
step (2) the server receives the request for obtaining the image resource and the speech resource sent by the terminal, sends the corresponding image resource and the speech resource to the terminal according to the request and the release strategy, and verifies the configured image resource and the configured speech resource;
and (3) the server sends the verified image resources and the verified speech resources to the terminal, and selects to execute the display or cancel the display according to the setting of the terminal.
In specific implementation, in step (1), the image resources include model resources, scene resources, and action resources. And creating model resources of the intelligent assistant according to the authorized image IP by the art resource provider, wherein the model resources comprise the figure image of the intelligent assistant and the skin resources corresponding to the figure image, and creating scene resources and corresponding action resources corresponding to the model resources, so that the user can display the corresponding scene resources and the corresponding action resources while selecting a certain model resource. Meanwhile, corresponding conversational resources are configured according to the corresponding image resources, and the corresponding conversational resources can be played while the image resources are selected. The image resources and the conversational resources can be stored in a database of a cloud server or a background server, wherein the image resources include at least one of the following: scene resources, model resources, skin resources, action resources, where the conversational resources may be correspondingly embodied as conversational techniques played by the avatar when being presented. Wherein, the creation of image resources and conversational resources is as shown in figure 1, and image resources are created according to elements such as brand images, user personalized images and the like to form an image IP library; creating action resources corresponding to each image resource according to the image IP library, so that the image resources can realize actions of broadcasting, prompting, dancing, singing and the like; creating a voice library comprising dialects of all places and various timbres; creating a skill base, and setting corresponding skills according to image resources with different characters and different professional knowledge, wherein each skill corresponds to one of professional knowledge fields, for example, professional knowledge possessed by automobile experts is provided; and creating a basic scene library, and displaying scene resources corresponding to the basic scene library by matching with actions, timbres, broadcast words and the like of different intelligent assistants.
In the step (2), the issuing strategy is realized by the following steps: the terminal sends one of the vehicle series, the vehicle type or the VIN code of the vehicle to the server, and the server provides corresponding image resources and jargon resources according to different vehicle series, vehicle types or VIN codes and sends the image resources and jargon resources to the terminal. The user can send a request of image resources and conversational resources which accord with the characteristics of the user to the server through the terminal according to the characteristics of the user, for example, the user can send a request of acquiring the image resources and the conversational resources related to the body-building user to the server through the terminal, and the server sends the image resources and the conversational resources related to the body-building user to the terminal for the user to select according to the request of the user. And selecting image resources and conversational resources corresponding to the vehicle series, the vehicle type or the VIN code to which the vehicle belongs by the user through the release strategy.
In the step (2), the configured image resources and conversational resources are verified, and the verification is carried out through the following steps: checking a terminal sending a request for acquiring image resources and conversational resources to determine whether the terminal belongs to an authorized terminal; the server refuses the request for obtaining the image resource and the speech resource sent by the unauthorized terminal. If the terminal belongs to the authorized terminal, the server judges that the configured image resources and the configured speech resources pass the verification, and continues to perform the subsequent steps; if the terminal does not belong to the authorized terminal, the server judges the configured image resources and the configured speech resources as not passing the verification, and rejects the request for obtaining the image resources and the speech resources, which is sent by the unauthorized terminal.
In the step (3), as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the time for performing display or canceling display of the image resource and the speech resource is set through the terminal, and the display or canceling display is selected to be performed immediately; and selecting to execute the display or cancel the display when the computer is started next time. And when the image resources and the speech resources of the received intelligent assistant are the updated resources of the existing virtual image, updating the image resources and the speech resources of the corresponding version of the existing virtual image, specifically, updating the existing version resources, also reserving the original version, and creating a new version according to the image resources uploaded by the art resource provider. The terminal is capable of performing the following operations: presenting an avatar of the intelligent assistant; based on the image resource, the virtual image is controlled to present the image conforming to the interactive instruction, and based on the conversational resource, the virtual image is controlled to play the voice conforming to the interactive instruction.

step (1), creating image resources and conversational resources, and uploading the image resources and conversational resources to a server;
step (2) the server receives the request for obtaining the image resource and the speech resource sent by the terminal, sends the corresponding image resource and the speech resource to the terminal according to the request and the release strategy, and verifies the configured image resource and the configured speech resource;
and (3) the server sends the verified image resources and the verified speech resources to the terminal, and selects to execute the display or cancel the display according to the setting of the terminal.
2. The avatar creation method based on automotive AI intelligent assistant according to claim 1, wherein in step (1), the avatar resources include model resources, scene resources and action resources.
3. The image creation method based on the automobile AI intelligent assistant as claimed in claim 2, wherein the corresponding conversational resources are configured according to the corresponding image resources, and the image resources are selected and simultaneously played.

The image creation method based on an automobile AI intelligent assistant as claimed in claim 1, wherein in step (2), the issuing strategy is implemented by the following steps: the terminal sends one of the vehicle series, the vehicle type or the VIN code of the vehicle to the server, and the server provides corresponding image resources and jargon resources according to different vehicle series, vehicle types or VIN codes and sends the image resources and jargon resources to the terminal.

The avatar creation method based on automotive AI intelligent assistant according to claim 1, wherein in step (2), configured avatar resources and conversational resources are verified by the following steps: checking a terminal sending a request for acquiring image resources and conversational resources to determine whether the terminal belongs to an authorized terminal; the server refuses the request for obtaining the image resource and the speech resource sent by the unauthorized terminal.

The avatar creation method based on automotive AI intelligent assistant according to claim 1, characterized in that in step (3), the time for performing or canceling the exhibition of the avatar resources and the speech resources is set by the terminal, and the exhibition is selected to be performed immediately or canceled; and selecting to execute the display or cancel the display when the computer is started next time.
