Abstract
The invention discloses an image creation method based on an automobile AI intelligent assistant, which comprises the following steps: creating an image resource and a speaking resource, and uploading the image resource and the speaking resource to a server; the server receives a request for acquiring the image resources and the speaking resources sent by the terminal, sends the corresponding image resources and speaking resources to the terminal according to the request and the release strategy, and checks the configured image resources and speaking resources; and (3) the server sends the checked image resources and the verified speaking resources to the terminal, and performs display or cancels display according to the setting selection of the terminal. The intelligent assistant image creating method and the intelligent assistant image creating system can realize the flexible configuration of AI intelligent assistant broadcasting voice, actions and the like and take effect in real time.

Background

The present invention will be further described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, for the purpose of making the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, and the described embodiments should not be construed as limiting the present invention, and all other embodiments obtained by those skilled in the art without making any inventive effort are within the scope of the present invention.
Unless defined otherwise, all technical and scientific terms used herein have the same meaning as commonly understood by one of ordinary skill in the art to which this invention belongs. The terminology used herein is for the purpose of describing embodiments of the invention only and is not intended to be limiting of the invention.
The invention provides an image creation method based on an automobile AI intelligent assistant, which can realize the interaction between the AI intelligent assistant and a user and the display of an virtual image, and an exemplary application provided by the embodiment of the invention is described below.
Creating an image resource and a speaking resource, and uploading the image resource and the speaking resource to a server;
the server receives a request for acquiring the image resources and the speaking resources sent by the terminal, sends the corresponding image resources and speaking resources to the terminal according to the request and the release strategy, and checks the configured image resources and speaking resources;
and (3) the server sends the checked image resources and the verified speaking resources to the terminal, and performs display or cancels display according to the setting selection of the terminal.
In the specific implementation, in the step (1), the image resources include model resources, scene resources and action resources. And the art resource provider creates model resources of the intelligent assistant according to the authorized image IP, wherein the model resources comprise the character image of the intelligent assistant and skin resources corresponding to the character image, and creates scene resources and corresponding action resources corresponding to the model resources, so that a user can display the corresponding scene resources and the corresponding action resources while selecting a certain model resource. Meanwhile, the corresponding conversation resource is allocated according to the corresponding image resource, and the conversation resource corresponding to the image resource can be played while the image resource is selected. The image resources and the speaking resources can be stored in a database of a cloud server or a background server, wherein the image resources comprise at least one of the following: scene resources, model resources, skin resources, action resources, where the conversation resources may be correspondingly embodied as conversations played by the avatar at the time of presentation. The creation of the image resources and the speaking resources is shown in fig. 1, and the image resources are created according to the factors such as brand images, user personalized images and the like to form an image IP library; creating action resources corresponding to each image resource according to the image IP library, so that the image resources can realize actions such as broadcasting, prompting, dancing, singing and the like; creating a voice library comprising dialects of various places and various timbres; creating a skill library, setting skills corresponding to the skill library according to the image resources of different characters and different expertise, wherein each skill corresponds to one of the certain expertise fields, for example, providing the expertise of an automobile expert; and creating a basic scene library, and displaying scene resources corresponding to the basic scene library in cooperation with actions, tone colors, broadcast messages and the like of different intelligent assistants.
In the step (2), the release strategy is realized through the following steps: the terminal sends one of three vehicle systems, vehicle types or VIN codes of the vehicle to the server, and the server provides corresponding image resources and conversation resources according to different vehicle systems, vehicle types or VIN codes and sends the image resources and conversation resources to the terminal. The user can send a request for image resources and speaking resources conforming to the characteristics of the user to the server through the terminal according to the characteristics of the user, for example, the user can send a request for acquiring the image resources and speaking resources related to the body-building person to the server through the terminal, and the server sends the image resources and speaking resources related to the body-building person to the terminal for the user to select according to the request of the user. And the user selects the image resources and the speaking resources corresponding to the train, the vehicle type or the VIN code to which the vehicle belongs through issuing the strategy.
In the step (2), the configured image resources and the speech resources are checked, and the steps are carried out as follows: checking a terminal sending a request for acquiring image resources and speech resources to confirm whether the terminal belongs to an authorized terminal; the server refuses the request for acquiring the image resource and the conversation resource sent by the unauthorized terminal. If the terminal belongs to the authorized terminal, the server judges the configured image resources and the voice resources as passing the verification, and the subsequent steps are continued; if the terminal does not belong to the authorized terminal, the server judges the configured image resources and the voice resources as not passing the verification, and refuses the request for acquiring the image resources and the voice resources sent by the unauthorized terminal.
In the step (3), as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the terminal sets the time for performing the presentation or the cancel presentation of the image resource and the speech resource, and selects to immediately perform the presentation or cancel the presentation; and selecting to execute the display or cancel the display when the computer is started next time. When the image resource and the speaking resource of the intelligent assistant are the updated resources of the existing virtual image, the image resource and the speaking resource of the corresponding version of the existing virtual image are updated, specifically, the existing version resource can be updated, the original version can be reserved, and a new version is created according to the image resource uploaded by the art resource provider. The terminal can perform the following operations: presenting an avatar of the intelligent assistant; based on the character resource, the virtual character is controlled to present the character conforming to the interactive instruction, and based on the speaking resource, the virtual character is controlled to play the voice conforming to the interactive instruction.

the server receives a request for acquiring the image resources and the speaking resources sent by the terminal, sends the corresponding image resources and speaking resources to the terminal according to the request and the release strategy, and checks the configured image resources and speaking resources; the release strategy is realized through the following steps: the terminal sends one of three vehicle systems, vehicle types or VIN codes of the vehicle to a server, and the server provides corresponding image resources and speech resources according to different vehicle systems, vehicle types or VIN codes and sends the image resources and speech resources to the terminal; checking the configured image resources and the voice resources, and performing the following steps: if the terminal belongs to the authorized terminal, the server judges the configured image resources and the voice resources as passing the verification, and the subsequent steps are continued; if the terminal does not belong to the authorized terminal, the server judges that the configured image resources and the voice resources do not pass the verification, and refuses the request for acquiring the image resources and the voice resources, which is sent by the unauthorized terminal;
the server sends the checked image resources and the voice resources to the terminal, and performs display or cancels display according to the setting selection of the terminal; when the image resource and the speaking resource of the intelligent assistant are the updated resources of the existing virtual image, the image resource and the speaking resource of the corresponding version of the existing virtual image are updated, the existing version resource is updated, or the original version is reserved, and a new version is created according to the image resource uploaded by the art resource provider.
