In the above implementation process, because the inner diameter of the connection port 501 at the bottom of the throat swab cup 5 is slightly smaller than the outer diameter of the sealing plug 401 in order to tightly connect the throat swab cup 5 with the clamping mechanism 4, when the connection with the clamping mechanism 4 is performed, the sealing plug 401 can conveniently penetrate through the connection port 501 at the bottom of the throat swab cup 5 to be tightly connected with the throat swab cup 5.
In one possible implementation, the clamping handle 402 and the sealing plug 401 are integrally formed or separately connected.
In the implementation process, the clamping handle 402 and the sealing plug 401 can be integrally formed, so that the production and the manufacture are convenient, and the clamping handle and the sealing plug can be separately produced and then assembled and connected for forming, so that the damaged clamping handle or sealing plug can be conveniently replaced.
In one possible implementation, the pharyngeal swab cup 5 has a trapezoidal cross-sectional shape along the axial direction of the cup body.

The assembled sampling device 7 is arranged beside the conveying path of the conveying belt 601, and comprises a gripping device which can be a mechanical arm or a clamping jaw, preferably a mechanical arm with a mechanical arm is used for gripping the conveyed throat swab sampling device 100, after the gripping device grips the clamping mechanism 4, the connecting rod 3 and the sampler 2 are drawn out of the test tube 1, then the drawn-out clamping mechanism 4 is connected with the throat swab cup 5 as in the first embodiment, it is noted that a plurality of stacked throat swab cups 5 are placed in an open container, the cup mouth of each throat swab cup 5 faces the opening of the container, the container is arranged beside the assembled sampling device 7, and after the clamping mechanism 4, the connecting rod 3 and the sampler 2 are drawn out of the test tube 1 by the gripping device, the drawn-out sampler 2, the connecting rod 3 and the sampler 2 are placed in an open container, The connecting rod 3 sequentially penetrates through the connecting port 501 of the uppermost pharynx swab cup 5, so that after the clamping mechanism 4 is tightly connected with the pharynx swab cup 5, the connected clamping mechanism 4 and the pharynx swab cup 5 are taken out together, it should be noted that the assembly sampling device 7 is arranged in a closed accommodating chamber, a pharynx swab cup hole site is formed in one side of the accommodating chamber, an automatic gate is arranged on the pharynx swab cup hole site, automatic opening or closing of the pharynx swab cup hole site is realized through the automatic gate, the pharynx swab cup hole site is opened automatically, after the connected clamping mechanism 4 and the pharynx swab cup 5 are taken out together by the grabbing device, the pharynx swab cup 5 extends out of the pharynx swab cup hole site and is fixed with the pharynx swab cup hole site, when a tester holds the cup bottom of the pharynx swab cup 5 to keep the oral cavity open all the time, the grabbing device controls the clamping mechanism 4, the pharynx swab cup hole site, the pharynx swab cup 5 and the pharynx swab cup hole site to be fixed with the pharynx swab cup hole site, Connecting rod 3 and sampler 2 synchronous rotation to accomplish the operation of sample to the tester, gripping device inlays after separating the fixture 4 that has already accomplished the sample with pharynx swab mug 5 afterwards and establishes back test tube 1 interior sealedly.

As shown in fig. 7, the transport device 6 may include: the test tube strip 604 is a test tube strip which is already provided with a plurality of test tubes 1 with a clamping mechanism 4, a connecting rod 3 and a sampler 2, one end of the test tube strip 604 is wound on the slave driving mechanism 603, the other end of the test tube strip 604 is wound on the master driving mechanism 602, an assembly sampling device 7 is arranged between the master driving mechanism 602 and the slave driving mechanism 603, the master driving mechanism 602 drives the test tube strip 604 to be unfolded towards the master driving mechanism 602 so as to convey the test tubes 1 on the test tube strip 604 to the assembly sampling device 7, and the sampling of samples is completed, wherein the sampling process of the samples is consistent with the above-mentioned sampling process, and is not described in detail herein, and then the sealed test tubes 1 which are subjected to sampling are re-placed on the test tube strip 604, conveyed to the master driving mechanism 602 and wound on the master driving mechanism 602.

Claims (10)

1. A pharyngeal swab sampling device, comprising:
a test tube;
the sampling piece comprises a sampler and a connecting rod, one end of the connecting rod is connected with the sampler, and the sampling piece is used for acquiring a sample to be tested and placing the sample into the test tube;
fixture, fixture with the other end of connecting rod links to each other, fixture is suitable for control when being centre gripping the sample piece sample, just fixture with test tube sealing connection, so that accomplish the sample piece seal in the test tube.
2. The pharyngeal swab sampling device of claim 1, wherein the clamping mechanism includes:
the first end of the sealing plug is connected with the connecting rod and is arranged at the opening end of the test tube to seal the test tube;
and the clamping handle covers the second end of the sealing plug, and is suitable for controlling the sampling of the sampling part when the sealing plug is extruded by the clamping handle.
3. A pharyngeal swab sampling device according to claim 2, wherein a side of the grip handle facing the sealing plug defines a receiving recess, the sealing plug being received in the receiving recess and connected thereto.
4. A pharyngeal swab sampling device according to claim 2 or 3, further including:
the throat swab cup, the bottom of cup of throat swab cup with fixture links to each other, the rim of cup of throat swab cup deviates from sample piece, the bottom of cup of throat swab cup is used for fixed tester's oral cavity.
5. A pharyngeal swab sampling device according to claim 4,
the outer periphery side of the sealing plug is provided with an annular groove, the cup bottom of the pharynx swab cup is provided with a connecting port, the pharynx swab cup is sleeved on the clamping mechanism through the connecting port, and the cup bottom of the pharynx swab cup is embedded in the annular groove.
6. A pharyngeal swab sampling device according to claim 4, wherein a plurality of protrusions are provided spaced apart on the outer peripheral side of the pharyngeal swab cup, the plurality of protrusions extending in the direction of height of the pharyngeal swab cup.
7. A pharyngeal swab sampling device according to claim 4,
the clamping handle and the sealing plug are both silica gel parts; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the clamping handle and the sealing plug are integrally formed or separately connected and formed; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,

the assembly sampling device is arranged beside the conveying path of the conveying belt and comprises a gripping device, wherein the gripping device is used for gripping the throat swab sampling device, drawing the clamping mechanism, the connecting rod and the sampler out of the test tube, connecting the drawn clamping mechanism with the throat swab cup in the throat swab sampling device according to any one of claims 4 to 8, fixing the throat swab cup in the oral cavity of a tester, gripping the clamping mechanism by the gripping device, and embedding the gripping mechanism which is suitable for controlling the sampling of the sampling piece after the sampling is completed and the throat swab cup in the test tube after the gripping mechanism is separated from the throat swab cup.
10. The pharyngeal swab sampling system of claim 9, further comprising:
the information identification and storage system is used for identifying and storing the identity information of the tester;
the waste recovery system comprises a receiving container, an automatic gate is arranged on the receiving container, the gripping device puts the throat swab cup which is subjected to sampling and is separated from the clamping structure into the receiving container, and the automatic gate is closed;
a sterilization system for sterilizing the assembled sampling device and the waste recovery system.
