when the situation that the vehicle drives into one of the sub-merchant parking lots is monitored, the license plate number of the vehicle is obtained, whether the registration of the user is finished or not and whether the secret-free payment of the parking fee is bound or not under any sub-merchant parking lot of the merchant is inquired from the parking management system according to the license plate number and the association relation;
and if the vehicle finishes user registration and is bound with secret-free payment, automatically deducting the parking fee generated by the vehicle according to the secret-free payment information bound with the vehicle when the vehicle leaves the current parking lot of the sub-business users.
In one embodiment, the processor, when executing the computer program, further performs the steps of:
and under the condition that the vehicle is inquired to finish user registration in any sub-merchant parking lot but the secret-free payment is not bound, pushing the information of opening the secret-free payment to the registered user of the vehicle.
In one embodiment, the processor, when executing the computer program, further performs the steps of:
and under the condition of receiving the opening permission of the registered user, opening the secret-free payment for the registered user in the parking management system.
In one embodiment, the processor, when executing the computer program, further performs the steps of:
when the vehicle pays the parking fee, the information registered by the user of the parking management system is pushed to the paying client, and after the user finishes the registration, the information of opening the secret payment free is pushed to the registered user.
In one embodiment, the processor, when executing the computer program, further performs the steps of:
and calculating the parking fee according to the parking time of the vehicle in the current sub-merchant parking lot, and automatically deducting the parking fee of the vehicle according to the information of the secret-free payment bound to the vehicle.

and settling the parking fee to the parking lot of the sub-merchant according to the fee settlement mode selected by the parking lot of the sub-merchant.
The processor included in the electronic device establishes an association relationship among a plurality of sub-merchant parking lots of a merchant, when it is monitored that a vehicle enters one of the sub-merchant parking lots, according to the license plate number and the association relationship of the vehicle, whether user registration is completed and whether secret-free payment of parking fee is bound is inquired from the parking management system whether the vehicle is in any sub-merchant parking lot, and for the vehicle which is subjected to user registration and bound secret-free payment, when the vehicle leaves the current sub-merchant parking lot, the parking fee is automatically deducted according to the secret-free payment information bound by the vehicle, so that automatic fee deduction of the parking lots is realized, and the problem of vehicle stagnation and congestion caused by outlet code scanning payment is solved.
It should be noted that, for specific examples in this embodiment, reference may be made to examples described in the foregoing embodiments and optional implementations, and details of this embodiment are not described herein again.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, which may be a server, the internal structure of which may be as shown in fig. 5. The computer device includes a processor, a memory, a network interface, and a database connected by a system bus. Wherein the processor of the computer device is configured to provide computing and control capabilities. The memory of the computer device comprises a nonvolatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium stores an operating system, a computer program, and a database. The internal memory provides an environment for the operation of an operating system and computer programs in the non-volatile storage medium. The database of the computer device is used for storing a preset configuration information set. The network interface of the computer device is used for communicating with an external terminal through a network connection. The computer program is executed by a processor to implement the parking payment method described above.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the architecture shown in fig. 5 is merely a block diagram of some of the structures associated with the disclosed aspects and is not intended to limit the computing devices to which the disclosed aspects apply, as particular computing devices may include more or less components than those shown, or may combine certain components, or have a different arrangement of components.
There is also provided in one embodiment a storage medium having a computer program stored thereon, the computer program when executed by a processor implementing the steps of:
establishing an association relation among a plurality of sub-merchant parking lots of merchants;
when the situation that the vehicle drives into one of the sub-merchant parking lots is monitored, the license plate number of the vehicle is obtained, whether the registration of the user is finished or not and whether the secret-free payment of the parking fee is bound or not under any sub-merchant parking lot of the merchant is inquired from the parking management system according to the license plate number and the association relation;
and if the vehicle finishes user registration and is bound with secret-free payment, automatically deducting the parking fee generated by the vehicle according to the secret-free payment information bound with the vehicle when the vehicle leaves the current parking lot of the sub-business users.
In one embodiment, the processor, when executing the computer program, further performs the steps of:
and under the condition that the vehicle is inquired to finish user registration in any sub-merchant parking lot but the secret-free payment is not bound, pushing the information of opening the secret-free payment to the registered user of the vehicle.
In one embodiment, the processor, when executing the computer program, further performs the steps of:

In one embodiment, the processor, when executing the computer program, further performs the steps of:

The storage medium establishes an association relation among a plurality of sub-merchant parking lots of a merchant, when it is monitored that a vehicle enters one of the sub-merchant parking lots, according to the license plate number and the association relation of the vehicle, whether the vehicle completes user registration and whether the password-free payment of parking fees is bound is inquired from a parking management system whether the vehicle is in any sub-merchant parking lot, and for the vehicle which completes the user registration and the password-free payment binding, when the vehicle leaves the current sub-merchant parking lot, the parking fees are automatically deducted according to the password-free payment information bound by the vehicle, so that the automatic fee deduction of the parking lots is realized, and the problem of vehicle stagnation and congestion caused by the payment of the outlet code scanning is solved.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the processes of the methods of the embodiments described above can be implemented by hardware instructions of a computer program, which can be stored in a non-volatile computer-readable storage medium, and when executed, can include the processes of the embodiments of the methods described above. Any reference to memory, storage, database, or other medium used in the embodiments provided herein may include non-volatile and/or volatile memory, among others. Non-volatile memory can include read-only memory (ROM), Programmable ROM (PROM), Electrically Programmable ROM (EPROM), Electrically Erasable Programmable ROM (EEPROM), or flash memory. Volatile memory can include Random Access Memory (RAM) or external cache memory. By way of illustration and not limitation, RAM is available in a variety of forms such as Static RAM (SRAM), Dynamic RAM (DRAM), Synchronous DRAM (SDRAM), Double Data Rate SDRAM (DDRSDRAM), Enhanced SDRAM (ESDRAM), Synchronous Link DRAM (SLDRAM), Rambus Direct RAM (RDRAM), direct bus dynamic RAM (DRDRAM), and memory bus dynamic RAM (RDRAM).
The technical features of the above embodiments can be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the above embodiments are not described, but should be considered as the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.
The above-mentioned embodiments only express several embodiments of the present application, and the description thereof is more specific and detailed, but not construed as limiting the scope of the invention. It should be noted that, for a person skilled in the art, several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the concept of the present application, which falls within the scope of protection of the present application. Therefore, the protection scope of the present patent shall be subject to the appended claims.

Claims (10)

1. A parking payment method for a parking management system of a merchant, wherein the parking management system is configured to manage parking lots of a plurality of sub-merchants of the merchant, and the method includes:
establishing an association relation among a plurality of sub-merchant parking lots of the merchant;
when it is monitored that a vehicle drives into one of the sub-merchant parking lots, acquiring a license plate number of the vehicle, and inquiring whether user registration is finished and whether secret-free payment of parking fees is bound under any sub-merchant parking lot of the merchants of the vehicle from the parking management system according to the license plate number and the association relation;
and if the vehicle finishes user registration and binds the secret-free payment, automatically deducting the parking fee generated by the vehicle according to the secret-free payment information bound by the vehicle when the vehicle leaves the current parking lot of the sub-commercial tenants.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
and pushing the information of opening the secret-free payment to the registered user of the vehicle under the condition that the vehicle is inquired to finish user registration in any one of the sub-merchant parking lots but the secret-free payment is not bound.
3. The method of claim 2, further comprising, after pushing the information to open the unpaid payment to the registered user of the vehicle:
and under the condition of receiving the opening permission of the registered user, opening the secret-free payment for the registered user in the parking management system.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein after querying that the vehicle has not completed user registration in the parking management system, the method further comprises:
and when the vehicle pays the parking fee, pushing the information registered by the user of the parking management system to a payment client, and after the user finishes registration, pushing the information for opening the secret-free payment to the registered user.
5. The method according to claim 1, wherein if the vehicle has completed user registration and the privacy-exempt payment is bound, automatically deducting parking fees incurred by the vehicle according to the information of the privacy-exempt payment bound to the vehicle when the vehicle leaves the parking lot of the sub-merchant where the vehicle is currently located, comprises:
and calculating the parking fee according to the parking time of the vehicle in the current parking lot of the sub-commercial tenant, and automatically deducting the parking fee of the vehicle according to the information of the secret-free payment bound to the vehicle.
6. The method of any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein when the vehicle leaves the sub-merchant parking lot and the parking fee deduction is completed, the method comprises:
pushing the departure information of the vehicle to the user;
and settling the parking fee to the sub-merchant parking lot according to the fee settlement mode selected by the sub-merchant parking lot.
7. A parking payment device is used in a parking management system of a merchant, and is characterized by comprising a relationship establishing module, an information inquiry module and a fee deduction module:
the relationship establishing module is used for establishing an association relationship for a plurality of sub-merchant parking lots of the merchant;
the information inquiry module is used for acquiring a license plate number of the vehicle when the vehicle is monitored to drive into one of the sub-merchant parking lots, and inquiring whether the vehicle completes user registration and whether the secret-free payment of parking fees is bound in any sub-merchant parking lot of the merchant from the parking management system according to the license plate number and the association relation;
the fee deduction module is used for automatically deducting the parking fee generated by the vehicle according to the information of the secret payment free bound by the vehicle when the vehicle leaves the current sub-merchant parking lot if the vehicle completes the user registration and the secret payment free bound.
8. An electronic device comprising a memory and a processor, wherein the memory has stored therein a computer program, and wherein the processor is arranged to run the computer program to perform the parking payment method of any one of claims 1 to 6.
9. A computer device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the processor performs the parking payment method of any one of claims 1 to 6.
10. A storage medium having a computer program stored thereon, wherein the computer program is arranged to perform the parking payment method of any one of claims 1 to 6 when run.
