Detailed Description
It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
Referring to fig. 1, a first embodiment of a parking lot charging method according to the present invention provides a parking lot charging method, including:
and step S00, binding a plurality of payment accounts capable of automatically paying the parking fee in advance for the license plate number corresponding to the vehicle through the mobile terminal, and setting a payment limit for paying the parking fee for each payment account.
And step S10, when the vehicle is out of the field, identifying the license plate number of the vehicle, inquiring a database according to the license plate number to obtain the entry information of the vehicle, and calculating the parking cost of the vehicle.
When the vehicle leaves the parking lot, the automatic charging is carried out by identifying the license plate number, and the automatic deduction of the parking fee is carried out, so that the charging efficiency of the parking lot is improved, the vehicle owner does not need to wait for charging, the parking experience of the vehicle owner is improved, meanwhile, the management cost of the parking lot is also reduced, and the full-automatic parking lot management can be realized.
Specifically, as an implementation mode, when a vehicle enters a parking lot, a ground induction coil at an entrance of the parking lot senses the vehicle and triggers an image acquisition device at the entrance to acquire a picture of the vehicle. The parking lot charging system identifies and obtains the license plate number of the current vehicle which is out of the park according to the pictures collected by the image collecting device, correspondingly records the information of the vehicle such as the vehicle entrance time and the like, and stores the information as the vehicle entrance information into the database.
When the vehicle leaves the parking lot, the ground induction coil at the exit of the parking lot induces the vehicle, and the image acquisition equipment at the exit is triggered to acquire the vehicle picture.
And the parking lot charging system identifies and obtains the license plate number of the current vehicle on the spot according to the picture acquired by the image acquisition equipment. And then, inquiring a database according to the license plate number to acquire the warehousing information of the current vehicle, including the entrance time of the vehicle and the like.
Then, the parking lot charging system calculates the parking fee to be paid by the vehicle according to the time of the vehicle entering the parking lot and the current time of the vehicle leaving the parking lot.
And step S20, obtaining the payment account pre-bound by the license plate number.
After the parking fee of the current vehicle is obtained through calculation, the parking lot charging system queries the database, and obtains a payment account pre-bound to the current license plate number and a payment limit pre-configured for the payment account. It should be noted that the payment limit is an automatic payment maximum limit set by the vehicle owner according to actual requirements, so as to ensure the security of the payment account.
In the embodiment, the same license plate number can only be bound with one payment account at the same time for automatic payment; but the same payment account can bind a plurality of license plate numbers and automatically pay for the registration of the license plate numbers. Of course, one license plate number can be set to bind a plurality of payment accounts, and the payment sequence can be configured by setting the priority of the payment accounts.
When the car owner binds the license plate number and the payment account, the car owner logs in the parking lot charging system through the car owner based on the payment account, opens the license plate binding interface, inputs the license plate number by using a license plate special keyboard provided by the license plate binding interface, and sends a binding request after the binding is determined. And after receiving the binding request, the parking lot charging system binds the current license plate number and the payment account.
Furthermore, in order to guarantee the rights and interests of car owners, car owner verification can be set, the car owners upload photos of the motor vehicle running license through the car owner, workers of a parking lot charging system manually verify the motor vehicle running license and the license plate number, and after the verification is passed, the license plate can only be bound with the current payment account and cannot be bound with other payment accounts.
And step S30, if the payment limit exceeds the parking fee, selecting a payment account to charge the parking fee according to the priority of each payment account preset by the license plate number.
After the payment account and the payment limit are obtained, whether the payment limit can finish automatic payment of the current parking fee is judged, namely whether the payment limit exceeds the parking fee is judged.
If the payment limit of the current payment account is larger than or equal to the parking fee, the payment limit is judged to exceed the parking fee, and the current parking fee can be paid.
And then, the parking lot charging system selects a payment mode to charge the parking fee according to the priority of each preset payment mode of the current payment account. The long-distance toll collection equipment of the lift truck can preferentially select the payment mode with the highest priority for charging according to the priority, and when the charging fails, the payment mode with the second priority is selected for charging, and so on until the charging succeeds.
It should be noted that the payment account is pre-configured with one or more payment methods, such as bank card payment, payment treasure payment, etc. The vehicle owner can pre-configure the priority of each payment mode in the payment account according to the actual requirement so as to preferentially use the payment mode with high priority when the parking fee is automatically paid; when the payment of the payment mode with high priority fails, the payment mode with the second priority can be used for payment, and the success rate of automatic payment of parking fees is improved.
Thus, automatic collection of parking fees is achieved.
And step S40, if the parking fee is successfully collected, releasing the vehicle.
When the parking lot charging system successfully charges the parking fee, the parking lot charging system controls to open the gateway and release the current vehicle.
In the embodiment, a plurality of payment accounts capable of automatically paying parking fees are pre-bound for the license plate number corresponding to the vehicle through the mobile terminal, a payment limit for paying the parking fees is set for each payment account, the license plate number of the vehicle is identified when the vehicle leaves a field, the entrance information of the vehicle is acquired by inquiring the database according to the license plate number, the parking fees of the vehicle are calculated, the automatic settlement of the parking fees of the vehicle according to the license plate number is realized, a parking card is not needed, the operation is convenient and fast, the cost is reduced, and a vehicle owner and a parking lot do not need to worry about the loss of the parking card. Then, acquiring a payment account pre-bound with the license plate number and a payment limit of the payment account, and ensuring the safety of the vehicle payment account; if the payment limit exceeds the parking fee, namely the current parking fee is used in the maximum automatic payment limit preset by the vehicle owner, selecting a payment mode to collect the parking fee according to the priority of each payment mode preset by a payment account, wherein the success rate of collecting the parking fee is improved by multiple payment modes; if the parking fee is successfully collected, the vehicle is released. The embodiment realizes automatic charging of the parking lot, automatic charging and automatic fee deduction are carried out when the vehicle enters and exits the parking lot, charging efficiency of the parking lot is improved, the vehicle does not need to stay for too long time at an entrance and an exit of the parking lot, a parking card does not need to be used, manual and automatic management of the parking lot can be realized based on the embodiment, and management cost of the parking lot is reduced.
Further, referring to fig. 2, a second embodiment of the parking lot charging method according to the present invention provides a parking lot charging method, based on the embodiment shown in fig. 1, where the preset payment mode of the payment account includes bank card payment and account balance payment, and the priority level is from high to low: bank card payment and account balance payment, wherein the step S30 includes:
s31, selecting a plurality of payment accounts bound with license plate numbers, and deducting the parking fee from the payment accounts according to a configured payment sequence;
in this embodiment, the payment method pre-configured for the payment account includes bank card payment and account balance payment, where the priority of the bank card payment is higher than the priority of the account balance payment, that is, when the parking fee is collected, the bank card payment is preferentially used.
Specifically, the vehicle owner can use the vehicle owner terminal to bind the bank card and recharge the account.
When a user uses a vehicle main end to bind a bank card, a parking lot charging system receives bank card account information input based on a payment account, generates a binding request and sends the binding request to a bank system for verification; and if the binding request is successfully verified, binding the payment account and the bank card account. Specifically, firstly, a payment account is used for logging in a parking lot charging system, a bank card binding interface is opened, information such as a bank card number and a mobile phone number is input, and a binding application is submitted. The parking lot charging system generates a card binding request to the bank system according to the binding application, and the bank system verifies the card binding request. If the bank system passes the verification, a notification message is returned to the parking lot charging system, the parking lot charging system prompts the vehicle owner to successfully bind the card, and then the bank card can be used for automatically deducting the parking fee.
Of course, the car owner can also recharge the current payment account to realize prepayment, and the recharge amount of the current payment account is stored in the account balance.
And when the payment limit of the payment account is larger than or equal to the current parking fee, the parking lot charging system selects a bank card to pay according to the priority of each payment mode in the payment account, sends a fee deduction application to the bank system, and applies for deducting the parking fee from the bank card account bound with the payment account.
If the parking lot charging system receives the notification message of successful fee deduction returned by the bank system and successfully deducts the parking fee from the bank card account, judging that the current parking fee is successfully charged and releasing the vehicle;
and if the parking lot charging system receives a notification message of fee deduction failure returned by the bank system, judging that the parking fee is not successfully deducted from the bank card account.
Step S32, if the parking fee is successfully deducted from the payment account with the highest priority, the method proceeds to the execution step: releasing the vehicle; and if the parking fee is not successfully deducted from the payment account with the higher priority, deducting the parking fee from the account of the payment account with the lower priority.
If the parking fee is successfully deducted from the account balance of the priority payment account, the execution steps are carried out: releasing the vehicle; the user can accumulate and push until the charging is successful.
And if the parking lot charging system successfully deducts the parking fee from the account balance of the payment account, judging that the parking fee is successfully charged at present, and releasing the vehicle.
In this embodiment, the preset payment mode of the payment account includes bank card payment and account balance payment, and the priority is from high to low: bank card payment and account balance payment. If the payment limit of the payment account exceeds the parking fee, selecting a bank card for payment, and deducting the parking fee from a bank card account pre-bound to the payment account; if the parking fee is successfully deducted from the bank card account, the vehicle is released; if the parking fee is not successfully deducted from the bank card account, deducting the parking fee from the account balance of the payment account; and if the parking fee is successfully deducted from the account balance of the payment account, releasing the vehicle. In the embodiment, the payment mode comprises bank card payment and account balance payment, so that a fund source for automatically paying the parking fee is ensured, and the success rate of automatic payment is improved.
Further, referring to fig. 3A and 3B, a third embodiment of the parking lot charging method according to the present invention provides a parking lot charging method, based on the embodiment shown in fig. 2, where the preset payment mode of the payment account further includes a credit pad payment, the priority of the credit pad payment is lower than the account balance payment, and after step S32, the method further includes:
step S33, if the parking fee is not successfully deducted from the account balance of the payment account, whether the preset payment amount of the credit payment exceeds the parking fee is judged.
Step S34, if the credit payment amount preset by the credit payment exceeds the parking fee, paying the parking fee for the vehicle, and proceeding to step S40.
In this embodiment, the preset payment mode of the payment account further includes a credit payment, that is, the parking lot charging system pays a car fee for a car owner with good credit. The priority of the credit pad payment is lower than that of the account balance payment, namely the priority of each payment mode is from high to low: bank card payment, account balance payment, and credit payment.
When the account balance of the payment account is not successfully paid, as one embodiment, referring to fig. 3A, the parking lot charging system pads the parking fee for the current vehicle using credit pad payment.
Specifically, firstly, the parking lot charging system judges whether the credit payment preset amount of the current payment account exceeds the parking fee.
If the current payment amount is larger than or equal to the parking fee, namely the payment amount exceeds the parking fee, the parking lot management system pays the current parking fee for the vehicle and releases the vehicle. The vehicle owner can pay money later by means of charging the account balance or bound bank card account and the like through the vehicle owner terminal.
If the current payment limit is less than the parking fee, the parking lot manager charges the vehicle owner on site, and after successful charging, the gateway is opened to release the vehicle.
Referring to fig. 9, as a specific application scenario, the payment account pre-bound to the license plate number of the current vehicle includes bank card account payment, account balance payment and credit payment pad, and the priority is from high to low for card account payment, account balance payment and credit payment pad.
When the vehicle runs to the exit of the parking lot, the parking lot charging system identifies the license plate number according to the picture shot by the image acquisition equipment, and charges to obtain the fee to be paid of the vehicle.
If the vehicle has transacted the month card, the year card, etc., or the coupon is used to deduct the parking fee without charging, the gateway is opened to let the vehicle pass.
If the vehicle has no coupon or the fee to be paid by the vehicle is still remained after the coupon is withheld, the fee actually required to be paid by the vehicle is obtained as the parking fee.
And then, searching a payment account pre-bound by the current vehicle, and judging whether the vehicle starts automatic payment. If the vehicle starts automatic payment, whether the parking fee is larger than the payment limit is judged.
If the parking fee is more than the payment limit, the automatic payment is not carried out, and the parking lot manager carries out manual charging on the vehicle; and if the parking fee is less than or equal to the payment limit, carrying out parking fee deduction on the bank card account bound with the payment account.
If the parking fee is successfully deducted, confirming that the charging is successful and releasing the vehicle; and if the parking fee deduction fails, judging whether the account balance of the payment account can pay the parking fee.
If the account balance of the current payment account is larger than or equal to the parking fee, drawing the parking fee from the account balance, and releasing the vehicle after the successful charging is confirmed; and if the account balance of the current payment account is less than the parking fee, judging whether the preset payment amount of the credit payment exceeds the parking fee.
If the credit payment limit is larger than or equal to the parking fee, paying the parking fee for the vehicle, confirming that the charging is successful, and releasing the vehicle; if the credit payment limit is smaller than the parking fee, the parking lot manager charges the vehicle manually.
Thus, the collection of parking fees is realized.
Or the like, or, alternatively,
and step S35, judging whether the sum of the account balance of the payment account and the preset payment limit of the credit payment exceeds the parking fee.
Step S36, if the sum of the account balance of the payment account and the preset payment limit of the credit payment exceeds the parking fee, deducting all the account balance of the payment account to obtain the unpaid parking fee, paying the unpaid fee for the vehicle, and executing step S40.
When the parking fee is not successfully deducted from the account balance of the payment account, that is, when the payment fails using the account balance, as another embodiment, referring to fig. 3B, it is determined whether the sum of the account balance of the payment account and the credit payment amount preset exceeds the parking fee.
If the sum of the account balance of the payment account and the preset payment limit of the credit payment exceeds the parking fee, deducting all the account balance of the payment account, calculating to obtain the part of unpaid fee in the parking fee, using the credit payment as the part of unpaid fee of the vehicle payment, confirming that the charging is successful, and releasing the vehicle.
And if the sum of the account balance of the payment account and the preset payment limit of the credit payment does not exceed the parking fee, the vehicle is manually charged by the staff in the parking lot.
In the implementation, the preset payment mode of the payment account comprises credit payment, and the priority of the credit payment is lower than that of the account balance payment, so that when the account balance payment fails, the credit payment can be used as the vehicle payment parking fee; or the parking fee is collected by combining two payment modes of account balance and credit payment, so that the parking fee is collected by multiple collection modes, the credit payment provides a humanized payment mode for a user, and the system can be used in an emergency situation. In this embodiment, multiple payment methods combine to improve the success rate that parking fee automatic collection greatly, have also further improved the efficiency of parking area charge.
Further, referring to fig. 4, a fourth embodiment of the parking lot charging method according to the present invention provides a parking lot charging method, based on the above embodiments shown in fig. 1, fig. 2, fig. 3A, or fig. 3B (this embodiment takes fig. 1 as an example), before step S20, the method further includes:
step S40, receiving a payment agency request based on the license plate number, and verifying the payment information of the payment agency request; if the payment information of the surcharge request is verified, the process proceeds to step S40.
In this embodiment, a payment-for-replacement function is also provided. The owner can also pay parking fees for other vehicles using a substitute payment.
The user can inquire the parking fee of any license plate number through the parking lot charging system, carry out payment for others, for example, pay the parking fee by using payment treasures, WeChat and the like, and generate a payment for others request according to the payment information.
And after receiving the payment request based on the current license plate number, the parking lot charging system verifies the payment information in the payment request, if the payment information passes the verification and the parking fee of the current vehicle is successfully paid, the successful payment is judged, the parking fee is successfully charged, and the vehicle is released.
In this embodiment, the parking fee of the vehicle may be paid instead, and the vehicle may be released after successful payment. The embodiment increases the payment mode of the parking fee and improves the charging efficiency of the parking lot.
Further, a fifth embodiment of the parking lot charging method according to the present invention provides a parking lot charging method, based on the above-mentioned embodiments shown in fig. 1, fig. 2, fig. 3A, fig. 3B, or fig. 4, before step S30, further including:
and step S50, after the vehicle enters the field, receiving a vehicle locking instruction input based on the license plate number, setting the state of the vehicle to be locked, generating a corresponding unlocking code and returning the unlocking code to the owner end logging in the payment account.
In this embodiment, the owner may also lock the vehicle in order to ensure the safety of the vehicle.
Specifically, after the vehicle enters the field, a vehicle locking instruction input based on the license plate number is received. The received vehicle locking instruction can be automatically triggered by a parking lot charging system when a vehicle owner is configured in advance after the vehicle enters a parking lot, or can be temporarily set after the vehicle owner enters the parking lot. For example, a vehicle owner can log in a parking lot charging management system by using a payment account bound with a current license plate number through a vehicle owner terminal, open a vehicle locking interface, set and lock a current vehicle, send a locking request to the parking lot charging system, and lock the vehicle after the parking lot charging system receives the locking request.
The parking lot charging system sets the current vehicle state to a locked state to lock the vehicle, and the parking lot charging system generates a corresponding unlock code for unlocking the vehicle.
The parking lot charging system can actively return an unlocking code to a vehicle owner end logging in a payment account bound by the current license plate number for the vehicle owner to unlock the vehicle; or returning an unlocking code to the vehicle owner end when the unlocking request is received.
And step S60, when the vehicle is out of the field, judging whether the vehicle is in a locked state or not according to the license plate number.
