and sending the vehicle expense bill to the terminal of the other person according to the account information of the other person so as to enable the terminal of the other person to pay the vehicle expense according to the amount.

automatically deducting the amount to pay the vehicle fee;
after the vehicle fee bill is sent to the terminal of the other person according to the account information of the other person so that the terminal of the other person pays the vehicle fee according to the amount, the method further comprises the following steps:
returning the paid vehicle fee.
3. The method of claim 1 or 2, further comprising, prior to said receiving and displaying a vehicle fare bill:
receiving a registration request, wherein the registration request comprises the identity identification information of the user and the vehicle information of the vehicle to be bound;
opening a virtual wallet corresponding to the identity identification information according to the registration request, and binding the identity identification information and the vehicle information.
4. The method of claim 3, further comprising, after opening the virtual wallet corresponding to the identity information according to the registration request:
receiving a recharging instruction, wherein the recharging instruction comprises a recharging amount;
and extracting the recharging amount from the bank account or the third party payment account of the user according to the recharging instruction and recharging the recharging amount into the virtual wallet.
