It should be understood that the number of terminal devices, networks, and servers in fig. 1 is merely illustrative. There may be any number of terminal devices, networks, and servers, as desired for implementation.
Fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of a flow of an item information processing method according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 2, the method includes:
step 201: and acquiring the article information of the article to be processed.
The article information is related information of the article to be processed. The item information may include: item category, item name, item main map information, item model, manufacturer, selling price, and the like. Different items have different item information. For example, the item information of the pharmaceutical item may include: the national drug standard number, the article information of the publication article may include: ISBN (International Standard Book Number), and the like.
Step 202: and determining whether a target item set corresponding to the item to be processed exists or not according to the item information.
The articles in the target article set are all repeated articles of the articles to be processed. The target item set comprises a representative item which is used for replacing all items in the target item set for displaying so as to avoid multiple repeated items in a returned item list of the search instruction.
Multiple sets of items may be provided in the system, each set of items corresponding to a different set of duplicate items. The target item set is a repeating item set of items to be processed. Each item in the set of items has the same or similar item information. For example, for pharmaceutical articles, if two pharmaceutical articles have the same national drug standard, the two pharmaceutical articles are duplicate articles of each other. For another example, for a mobile phone type article, if both mobile phone type articles have article information of the same manufacturer and the same mobile phone model, the two mobile phone type articles are considered as being duplicate articles. As another example, for a publication type article, if two publication type articles both have the same ISBN, then the two publication type articles are duplicate articles of each other.
As one possible implementation, the set information for the item set may be determined from the item information for each item in the item set. For example, if an article set is used for storing pharmaceutical articles, the value of the national standard number of the article in the article set can be used as the value of the national standard number of the article set. For another example, if an item set is used for storing mobile phone type items, the manufacturer and the mobile phone model of the items in the item set may be used as the related set information of the item set.
Step 203: in response to the existence of a target item set corresponding to the item to be processed, adding the item to be processed to the target item set.
And determining a target item set corresponding to the to-be-processed item, and adding the to-be-processed item into the target item set. Therefore, the repeated articles are placed in the same article set, the repeated articles can be managed in a unified mode through the article set, and management of the platform on the articles is facilitated.
In addition, when responding to a user search instruction, all the items in the item set can be used as an alternative item to participate in searching and displaying. Compared with a mode of respectively participating in searching and displaying all articles in the article set, the method reduces the processing time of the search instruction, and avoids the problem that the user experience is poor due to the fact that too many repeated articles appear in the search result.
It should be noted that the method of the embodiment of the present invention is more suitable for the articles with higher standard degree. Items with a higher degree of standardization may include: pharmaceutical goods, publication goods, electronic products, automobile goods and the like. For example: the pharmaceutical articles are uniformly managed by the state with the national standard pharmaceutical size. The medicine articles can determine the article set corresponding to the articles through the national medicine standard word size. Publication class articles are issued by international union as ISBN. The publication type article can determine the article set corresponding to the article through the ISBN. The electronic product type article can determine an article set corresponding to the article according to a manufacturer and a brand model. The automobile type articles have national unified management brand and model. The automobile type article can determine the article set corresponding to the article through managing the brand and the model, and the like.
For example, the category of the article to be processed is a medicine, and the article information includes: the national drug standard word size; determining whether a target item set corresponding to the item to be processed exists according to the item information, wherein the determining comprises the following steps: and determining whether a target article set corresponding to the article to be processed exists or not according to the national standard word number of the article to be processed, wherein the target article set comprises at least one other article, and each other article has the same national standard word number as the article to be processed. The medicine articles with the same national standard word number are all put into an article set, so that the management of the medicine articles is facilitated.
In one embodiment of the present invention, after adding the article to be processed to the target article set, the method further includes: a representative item of the target item set is selected from the plurality of items of the target item set. The representative article is an article displayed on the display page instead of all articles in the target article set.
The mode of selecting the representative article can be set according to specific requirements. For example, the project weight of each measurement project is set, the project scores of a plurality of measurement projects of each article in the article set are obtained, the score of each article is calculated according to the project weights and the project scores, and the representative article is selected according to the score. The measurement items may include: sales volume, goodness, price, seller reputation value, and the like. For the same article set, only representative articles are displayed on the display page, and compared with a mode of displaying a plurality of articles in the article set, the method and the device are convenient for a user to select the articles and improve the search experience of the user.
As one possible implementation, the set information for the item set may be generated from item information representing the items. For example, information such as an item main map, an item name, and an item price of the representative may be set as related set information of the item set in which the representative is located.
In an embodiment of the present invention, after adding the to-be-processed item to the target item set, the method further includes: determining item weights for a plurality of metric items of the target collection of items; for each candidate item in the target set of items: determining item scores for the alternative items for each of the weighing items; and determining the sequencing information of each alternative item in the target item set according to the item weight and the item score.
The ordering information for a plurality of items in a collection of items may be determined in a variety of ways. For example, the weight of each measurement item is set, the scores of a plurality of measurement items of each item in the item set are obtained, the score of each item is calculated according to the measurement weight and the measurement scores, and the items in the item set are sorted according to the scores. Specifically, the items with higher scores may be ranked in the front and the items with lower scores may be ranked in the back. The measurement items may include: sales volume, goodness, price, seller reputation value, and the like.
The terminal receives the article information and the sequencing information of the articles, displays the article information of the articles according to the sequencing information, can facilitate a user to select the articles, and improves the browsing experience of the user.
In one embodiment of the present invention, before determining whether there is a target item set corresponding to the item to be processed, the method further includes: determining whether the article to be processed is an exception article; and in the case that the article to be processed is not an exception article, performing the step of determining whether a target article set corresponding to the article to be processed exists. An exception is an item that does not need to be added to the collection of items. When the display page is used for displaying the articles, the exceptional articles are displayed as a single alternative article. And under the condition that the article to be processed is an exceptional article, the target article set corresponding to the article to be processed does not need to be acquired.
Fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of a flow of an item information processing method according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 3, the method includes:
step 301: and acquiring the article information of the article to be processed.
Step 302: and determining whether a target item set corresponding to the item to be processed exists or not according to the item information.
The target item set may be generated by the item information aggregation method provided by the embodiment of the present invention. Each article in the target article set is a duplicate article. If there is a target item set corresponding to the item to be processed, step 303 is performed. If there is no target item set corresponding to the item to be processed, step 305 is performed.
Step 303: and adding the object to be processed into the target object set.
Step 304: a representative item of the target item set is selected from the plurality of items of the target item set.
Step 305: and generating an article set corresponding to the article to be processed, wherein the article set corresponding to the article to be processed comprises the article to be processed.
Step 306: and determining the article to be processed as a representative article of the article set corresponding to the article to be processed.
In the embodiment of the invention, if a target item set corresponding to the to-be-processed item exists in the system, the to-be-processed item is added into the target item set. And if the target item set corresponding to the item to be processed does not exist in the system, generating an item set corresponding to the item to be processed, and determining the item to be processed as a representative item of the generated item set. By the method of the embodiment of the invention, a plurality of different article sets can be generated, and each article is added into the corresponding article set.
Fig. 4 is a schematic diagram illustrating a flow of a search method according to an embodiment of the present invention, where as shown in fig. 4, the method includes:
step 401: and receiving a search instruction sent by the terminal.
Step 402: acquiring the set information of a target item set, wherein the target item set is a repeated item set.
Multiple sets of items may be provided in the system, each set of items corresponding to a different set of duplicate items. The article set can be generated by the article information processing method provided by the embodiment of the invention. Each item in the set of items has the same or similar item information. For example, if a collection of items is used to store pharmaceutical type items, the items in the collection of items all have the same national standard size. For another example, if an item set is used for storing mobile phone type items, the mobile phones in the item set all come from the same manufacturer and all have the same mobile phone model.
The collection information of the item collection is used to characterize the relevant information of the items in the item collection. The aggregation information may include: item category, item name, item main map information, item model, manufacturer, selling price, and the like. Different collections of items have different collection information. For example, the aggregation information for a collection of pharmaceutical items may include: the national drug standard word number, the aggregate information of the publication type article set may include: ISBN (International Standard Book Number), and the like.
The set information for the set of items may be determined from item information for items in the set of items. For example, if an article set is used for storing pharmaceutical articles, the value of the national standard number of the article in the article set can be used as the value of the national standard number of the article set. For another example, if an item set is used for storing mobile phone type items, the manufacturer and model of the mobile phone in the item set may be used as the related set information of the item set. And for example, obtaining the prices of all the articles in the article set, determining the highest price and the lowest price, and generating price information of the article set according to the highest price and the lowest price.
As one possible implementation, the set information for the item set may be generated from item information representing the items. For example, information such as an item main map, an item name, and an item price of a representative may be set as related set information corresponding to an item set corresponding to the representative.
The collection information of the item set can be determined through the item information of the standard product corresponding to the item set. For electronic articles, the article information of the standard article corresponding to the article set can include: manufacturer and model number. For publication type articles, the article information of the standard article corresponding to the article set may include: ISBN. For an automobile type item, the item information of the standard item corresponding to the item set may include: manufacturer and model number.
Step 403: and determining whether the target item set is matched with the search instruction according to the set information.
Search keywords in the search instruction can be acquired, and then the matching degree of the set information of the item set and the search keywords is calculated. If the matching degree is larger than the matching threshold value, the item set is determined to be matched with the search instruction. If the degree of match is less than the match threshold, it is determined that the set of items does not match the search instruction. If the item set is matched with the search instruction, all items in the item set are matched with the search instruction, namely all items in the item set can be used as items returned by the search instruction.
The target category corresponding to the search instruction can be determined first, and the article information of the standard article corresponding to each article set under the target category is determined. And determining search keywords in the search instruction, and calculating the matching degree of the item information of each standard product and the search keywords.
For example, if the search instruction includes a national drug standard word number, it is determined that the target category corresponding to the search instruction is a pharmaceutical category, and the national drug standard word number is used as a keyword. And determining the national standard pharmaceutical size of the standard product corresponding to each article set under the category of the pharmaceutical products. And matching the national drug standard word number in the search instruction with the national drug standard word number of each standard product, determining an article set corresponding to the matched standard product as a matched article set of the search instruction, and returning an article display list containing a representative article of the matched article set to the terminal.
Step 404: and responding to the target item set matched with the search instruction, determining a representative item of the target item set, and returning the representative item to the terminal.
The representative item is used for replacing the target item set and is displayed on a return list corresponding to the search instruction. The terminal receives the representative article and generates a return list corresponding to the search instruction, wherein the return list comprises the representative article.
The representative article is an article displayed on the display page instead of all articles in the target article set. For the same article set, only representative articles are displayed on the display page, and compared with a mode of displaying a plurality of articles in the article set, the method and the device are convenient for a user to select the articles and improve the search experience of the user.
In addition, when responding to a user search instruction, all the items in the item set are used as one alternative item to participate in searching and displaying. Compared with a mode of respectively participating in searching and displaying all articles in the article set, the method can reduce the processing time of searching instructions and improve the operation efficiency of the system.
It should be noted that the method of the embodiment of the present invention is more suitable for the articles with higher search criteria. Items with a higher degree of standardization may include: pharmaceutical articles, publication articles, electronic products and other automobile articles. For example: for the pharmaceutical articles, an article set corresponding to a plurality of pharmaceutical articles can be set according to the national pharmaceutical standard word size. For publication type articles, article sets corresponding to a plurality of publication type articles can be set for the ISBN. For electronic product type articles, an article set corresponding to a plurality of electronic product type articles can be set according to manufacturers and brand models. For the automobile type articles, an article set corresponding to the automobile type articles can be set aiming at managing brands and models.
In an embodiment of the present invention, after returning the representative article to the terminal, the method further includes: receiving a display instruction aiming at the representative article sent by the terminal; determining the article information and the sequencing information of each alternative article in the target article set; and returning the article information and the sequencing information of each alternative article to the terminal.
The display instruction is an instruction sent by a user for the representative article. And the user sends a display instruction for the representative article, the terminal receives the article information and the sequencing information of each article in the target article set returned by the server and returns the article information and the sequencing information to the terminal, and all articles in the target article set are displayed according to the sequencing information. The user can view information of a plurality of articles in the article set, so that more targeted browsing is performed.
The sorting information can be set according to specific requirements. For example, setting the weighing items of the target item set and the weights of the weighing items, then obtaining the scores of a plurality of items of each item in the item set, calculating the score of each item according to the weights and the scores, and sequencing the plurality of items in the item set according to the scores. Specifically, the items with higher scores may be ranked in the front and the items with lower scores may be ranked in the back. The measurement items may include: sales volume, goodness, price, seller reputation value, and the like. The article information of a plurality of articles is displayed in the processed article sequence, so that the user can conveniently select the articles, and the browsing experience of the user is improved.
In order to facilitate understanding of the method of the embodiment of the present invention, the following uses articles of the drug category as examples to illustrate the solution of the embodiment of the present invention. For medical articles, because of the national standard of Chinese medicine, the articles in the industry have high standardization, and the similarity of the images, description, pricing and other information of the articles uploaded by different merchants is very high. The current situation can cause a user to return a large number of same products in the query list, and the current mobile phone search list usually has only 6-7 object grades on one screen, and poor experience can be brought to the user due to too many repeated object displays.
Because the national standard characters are the standard basis issued by the state in a unified way, the articles of different merchants can be collected according to the national standard character numbers and the medicine names of the medical article uploaded by the merchants, and the representative articles displayed by multiple merchants can be selected according to the comprehensive rules of sales volume, favorable rating, store rating, white lists, exceptional articles and the like of each article. When the front-end search list is displayed, the items are folded together, the main item, the name and the price of the representative are exposed, and the identifier of 'X merchants are selling' is displayed. The user can enter a multiple store item list page according to the identification, and the detailed multiple store item data can be seen on the page. Therefore, the user can see more real different articles on one screen of the search list page, and the interference of repeated articles is avoided.
Representative products of pharmaceuticals exposed by aggregation of one Product and a plurality of products are called standards, and the standards and SPUs (Standard Product units) in the broad sense of the search page belong to one display dimension. Of course, exceptions may be set by the one-item-multiple-quotient matching logic, and even if the exceptional item can be matched with the repeated national-drug standard word size, the exceptional item cannot be folded into the one-item-multiple-quotient page and pushed to the search list as a single SPU. Fig. 5 is a schematic diagram illustrating a flow of an item information processing method according to an embodiment of the present invention, where, as shown in fig. 5, the method includes:
step S01: uploading the medical articles, after the medical articles are approved, the medical articles can not be directly synchronized to a search system, and whether one or more standard articles exist in the standard article library or not is firstly inquired according to the national standard word number. One national drug standard word corresponds to one standard product.
Step S02: and if the national drug standard word number does not exist, the current article is regarded as a new standard article and is directly pushed to a search system as a representative article of one article and multiple merchants.
Step S03: and if the national drug standard word number exists, judging whether the article belongs to an exception product with one product and multiple products according to an exception product rule. If the current item hits an exception rule, it is pushed directly to the search system as a separate SPU.
Step S04: exception rules may be set as desired. Various exception rules such as an item ID white list, a category white list, and a merchant white list can be set as the exception rule. The items hit by the exception rule do not enter the one-item multi-quotient matching pool.
Step S05: and if the current article does not hit the article exception rule, the current article enters the one-article multi-commodity matching pool to wait for the matching of the aggregation operation.
Step S06: after the polymerization operation is started, all the standard products are obtained first, and the standard products take national drug standard word numbers as unique indexes.
Step S07: and matching the standard products one by one in the pool to be matched based on the current articles. And if the standard product is matched, putting the current article into an article set corresponding to the standard product, and carrying out representative article election on the article set.
Step S08: the representative election rules may be configured and updated.

Table 1 is a table of correspondence between measurement items and weights. As shown in table 1, the sales volume, the Rating score, the DSR (Seller service Rating system) score, and the price weight are respectively: 60%, 10% and 20%. The score of the item of each item in the item set is obtained, and the score of each item is calculated according to the weight and the score. And finally, selecting a representative item of the item set according to the scores.
Step S09: after the representative is selected, other articles in the article set are hung on the standard article, information such as an article main image, a name and a price of the representative is set as related article information of the standard article, namely, the information such as the article main image, the name and the price of the representative is set as the article information of the article set.
