With continued reference to FIG. 2, a flow 200 of one embodiment of a page generation method according to the present application is shown. The page generation method of the embodiment comprises the following steps:
step 201, receiving a web browsing request of a user.
In this embodiment, an execution subject of the page generation method (e.g., a server shown in fig. 1) may receive a page generation request from a terminal with which a user browses a web page through a wired connection manner or a wireless connection manner. The page generation request includes a screening condition of item information included in a page to be generated by a user, the page to be generated may include a plurality of display positions, and the item information may be displayed at the display positions. It is to be understood that, in order to distinguish the above display positions, each display position may be represented by an identifier of each display position.
The filtering condition may be information input by the user in the item search box, or may be a filtering condition corresponding to a click operation of the user on a webpage of the e-commerce website. For example, a user may enter information in an item search box. Further, the user may click on filtering conditions (including brand, price, material, etc.) in the displayed page to further filter the item information. In addition, the user may also click on "men's gym" at a web page of the e-commerce website to filter men's clothing.
The item information may include various information for distinguishing the item, and may include, for example, a name of the item, a category to which the item belongs, a price of the item, one or more keywords corresponding to the item, a brand of the item, and the like.
It should be noted that the above-mentioned wireless connection means may include, but is not limited to, 3G/4G connection, WiFi connection, bluetooth connection, WiMAX connection, Zigbee connection, uwb (ultra wideband) connection, and other now known or later developed wireless connection means.
Step 202, determining the item information set meeting the screening condition.
After receiving a page generation request sent by a user through terminal equipment, the execution main body can screen out a plurality of item information meeting the screening conditions to obtain an item information set. For example, when brand information of an item is included in the filtering condition, the execution subject may generate an item information set from the item information of all items of the brand.
Step 203, obtaining the click times and the browsing times of the article information in the article information set at different display positions of the history page to obtain a click time set and a browsing time set.
In this embodiment, after determining the item information set, the execution subject may obtain the number of clicks and the number of browsing times of the item information in the item information set at different display positions of the history page. It can be understood that the execution subject may obtain the number of clicks and the number of views of a preset number of items of information in the item information set, or may obtain the number of clicks and the number of views of each item of information in the item information set.
The execution subject may further obtain item information included in the history page within a preset time period. For example, the item information included in the history page 2 hours or 24 hours before this time is acquired. Therefore, timely updating of the item information heat can be guaranteed, and the item information included in the generated page is more novel.
After obtaining the click times and the browsing times, the execution main body can obtain a click times set and a browsing times set. It is understood that the set of clicks is composed of a first subset of clicks of each item information at different display locations, and the set of browsing times is composed of a first subset of browsing times of each item information at different display locations. The click number set may be formed by a second click number subset of different item information for each display position, and the browsing number set may be formed by a second browsing number subset of different item information for each display position.
It can be understood that, in the implementation manner, the number of the display positions in the page to be generated is the same as the number of the display positions in the historical page, so that the validity of the statistical data such as the number of clicks and the number of browsing times can be ensured, and the influence on the statistical data caused by the different number of the display positions of the historical page is avoided.
And 204, determining a first display weight of the item information in the item information set on the page to be generated according to the click times set and the browsing times set, and obtaining a first display weight set.
In this embodiment, the execution subject may determine, according to the click number set and the browsing number set, a first display weight of the item information in the item information set on the page to be generated. The first display weight is used for representing the display positions of different item information on the page to be generated, and it can be understood that the larger the first display weight is, the more front the display position of the item information on the page to be generated is, the easier the item information is browsed or clicked by a user.
In this embodiment, each item information may obtain a first display weight, and then a first display weight set may be obtained.
Step 205, generating a page based on the first display weight set and the item information set.
The execution subject may generate a page according to the item information corresponding to each first display weight in the first display weight set. For example, the corresponding articles may be displayed in descending order of the first display weight.
With continued reference to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of an application scenario of the page generation method according to the present embodiment. In the application scenario of fig. 3, a user 301 first initiates a web page generation request through a terminal 302; then, the web server 303 may obtain the statistical data (the number of clicks and the number of views) of the item from the item statistical database 304 according to the web page generation request, and obtain the first display weight of each item information. Then, the user image information and the item attribute information (brand, category, price, etc. of the item) are acquired from the user image database 305 and the item attribute database 306, and the first display weight is combined to generate a second display weight. And obtaining a first article information sequence according to the second display weight, and then reordering the first article information sequence to obtain a second article information sequence. And generating a page based on the second item information sequence, and sending the generated page to the terminal 302.
The page generation method provided by the embodiment of the application includes the steps of firstly receiving a page generation request sent by a user through a terminal, wherein the page generation request may include screening conditions of item information displayed at different display positions and included in a page to be generated by the user, then determining an item information set meeting the screening conditions, then obtaining click times and browsing times of the item information in the item information set at different display positions of a history page, obtaining a click time set and a browsing time set, determining a first display weight of each item information on the page to be generated based on the obtained information, obtaining a first display weight set, and finally generating the page based on the first display weight set and the item information set. According to the method and the device, the influence of the existing heat of the item information and the display position in the page on the existing heat of the item is comprehensively considered when the item information page is generated, so that the generated page has higher pertinence.
In some optional implementation manners of this embodiment, the step 204 may be specifically implemented by the following steps: determining a first click frequency subset and a first browsing frequency subset of the information of the single article at different display positions and determining a second click frequency subset and a second browsing frequency subset of the information of the different article displayed at the single display position according to the click frequency set and the browsing frequency set; for each item information, determining the click rate of the item information at different display positions according to the first click frequency subset and the first browsing frequency subset of the item information; for each display position, determining a second click rate of different item information displayed at the display position according to a second click frequency subset and a second browsing frequency subset of different item information displayed at the display position; and determining a first display weight based on the first click rate and the second click rate.
For each item information, the first click frequency subset comprises the click frequency of the item information at each display position, and the first browsing frequency subset comprises the browsing frequency of the item information at each display position. For each display position, the second click frequency subset comprises click frequencies of each item information displayed at the display position, and the second browsing frequency subset comprises browsing frequencies of each item information displayed at the display position.
The click rate of a single item at a single display location may be represented by the quotient of the number of clicks and the number of views. In this implementation, IciIndicating the number of clicks of the item I at the ith display position as IsiShowing the browsing times of the commodity I at the ith display position by ICTRiThe click rate of the commodity I at the ith display position is shown, and then the first click rate ICTR is obtainedi=Ici/Isi. And n is the number of display positions in the page to be generated.
In some optional implementation manners of the embodiment, the first click rate ICTR is calculatediBefore, the average click rate of all item information in the item set can be calculated first. In this implementation, T is usedcRepresenting the number of clicks of all item information in the item set by TsRepresenting the number of times of browsing all item information in the item set, and representing the items by TCTRIf the average click rate of all item information in the set is T, T is the average click rate TCTRc/Ts
The first click rate ICTRiCan be calculated from the following formula:

similarly, the second click rate PCTRiIt can also be calculated based on the average click rate TCTR:
Figure BDA0001622978080000103
in the first click rate data, there may be some item information whose first click rate is larger because the browsing times and the click times of the item information are small, and these data are referred to as abnormal data. These anomalous data may weigh items that are not otherwise hot or cooler to display higher weights, thereby making the item information included in the generated page inaccurate. In this implementation, this can be avoided by introducing an average click rate.
In some optional implementations of the present embodiment, the first display weight I is calculatedscorePreviously, the browsing weights for different display positions may also be calculated first. The browsing weight may be represented by a quotient of the number of times of browsing of the individual item information at the individual display position and the sum of the number of times of browsing of the individual item information at all display positions. In this implementation, ISP is usediThe browsing weight indicating different display positions is

In some optional implementations of this embodiment, the method may further include the following steps not shown in fig. 2: acquiring historical behavior data of a user; based on the historical behavior data, portrait information for the user is determined.
The execution body of the page generation method can also acquire historical behavior data of the user, and the historical behavior data can include information of articles browsed, clicked, collected and added to the shopping cart by the user. It can be understood that, in this embodiment, the execution subject may acquire historical behavior data within a preset time period.
After obtaining the historical behavior data, the executive body can mine the historical behavior data to obtain the portrait information of the user, wherein the portrait information can comprise information such as interested categories, preferred brands and owned purchasing power of the user.
With continued reference to FIG. 4, a flow 400 of another embodiment of a page generation method according to the present application is shown. In this embodiment, the article information includes a category to which the article belongs, a brand of the article, and a price of the article, and the portrait information of the user includes an interest category, a preferred brand, and a consumption price zone of the user. As shown in fig. 4, the page generation method of the present embodiment includes the following steps:
step 401 is to determine the matching degree between the article information and the user's image information for each article information.
The execution body can determine the matching degree of the article information and the portrait information according to the portrait information of the user. Specifically, the execution subject may determine the matching degree in various ways, for example, by comparing the preferred brand of the user with the brand of the item in the item information, and if the brand of the item belongs to the preferred brand of the user, the matching degree is considered to be high; if the brand of the item is similar to the preferred brand of the user, the degree of match is considered high. References herein to brand similarity are to be understood as both producing similar products, e.g. both producing baby clothing; it is also understood that the two items produced are related, such as air purifiers and anti-haze masks.
In some optional implementations of the embodiment, the executing subject may determine the matching degree of the article information and the portrait information of the user through the following steps not shown in fig. 4: determining a first matching degree according to the classification of the article in the article information and the interested classification of the user; determining a second matching degree according to the brand of the article in the article information and the preferred brand of the user; determining a third matching degree according to the price of the article in the article information and the consumption price interval of the user; and determining the matching degree according to the first matching degree, the second matching degree, the third matching degree and a preset weight coefficient.
In this implementation manner, the execution subject may compare the category to which the item belongs, the interested category of the user, the brand of the item, the preference brand of the user, the price of the item, and the consumption price interval of the user, respectively, to obtain the first matching degree, the second matching degree, and the third matching degree. The first matching degree, the second matching degree and the third matching degree can be 0 or 1, if the category to which the article belongs is the same as the interested category of the user, the first matching degree is 1, otherwise, the first matching degree is 0; if the brand of the article is the same as the preference brand of the user, the second matching degree is 1, and otherwise, the second matching degree is 0; if the price of the item is within the consumption price interval of the user, the third matching degree is taken as 1, otherwise, the third matching degree is taken as 0.
After the values of the first matching degree, the second matching degree and the third matching degree are determined, the execution subject may determine the matching degree by combining with a preset weight coefficient.
And 402, obtaining a second display weight according to the first display weight and the matching degree of the article information.
After the matching degree is obtained, a second display weight of the article information can be obtained by combining the first display weight of the article information. Illustratively, in this implementation McRepresenting a first degree of matching, in MbRepresenting a second degree of matching, in MpRepresents a third degree of matching by IusRepresenting a second display weight. The second display weight of the item information may be calculated using the following formula:
Ius=Iscore*(1+k1*Mc)*(1+k2*Mb)*(1+k3*Mp)。
wherein k is1、k2、k3Is a preset weight coefficient. In some application scenarios, k may be taken1=0.1、k2=0.3、k3=0.2。
Step 403, generating a page based on the second display weight set composed of the second display weights and the item information set.
After the second display weight of each item information is obtained, a second display weight set corresponding to the item information set can be obtained, and then the page can be generated according to the second display weight set and the item information set.
According to the page generation method provided by the embodiment, when the display weight of the article is determined, the portrait information of the user is considered, and the display weight of the article information matched with the portrait information of the user is increased, so that the article information included in the generated page is more suitable for the requirements of the user.
With continued reference to FIG. 5, a flow 500 of yet another embodiment of a page generation method according to the present embodiment is shown. As shown in fig. 5, the page generation method of the present embodiment may generate a page by:
step 501, arranging the article information in the article information set in descending order according to the first display weight or the second display weight to obtain a first article information sequence.
After the executive agent calculates the first display weight and/or the second display weight of each item information, the item information in the item information set may be sorted in descending order according to the first display weight or the second display weight to obtain a first item information sequence.
Step 502, dividing the first item information sequence into a plurality of subsequences according to a preset dividing coefficient.
After the first article information sequence is obtained, the first article information is divided into a plurality of subsequences according to a preset division coefficient. For example, if the first item information sequence includes 100 item information and the preset division coefficient is 5, the first item information sequence may be divided into 20 sub-sequences, each sub-sequence includes 5 item information, and the first display weight or the second display weight of the item information in each sub-sequence is arranged in a descending order. In order to distinguish each sub-sequence, a flag may also be set for each sub-sequence to flag the order of the sub-sequences in the first item information sequence.
For each sub-sequence, the item information in the sub-sequence is reordered, step 503.
For each sub-sequence, the item information of that sub-sequence is reordered. The ordering may be random, generating new subsequences.
In some alternative implementations of this embodiment, the execution agent may implement the reordering by the following steps not shown in fig. 5: for each subsequence, determining article information which is not selected in the subsequence; based on the unselected item information, performing the following sorting steps: randomly selecting one item information from the unselected item information; recording the selection times of the subsequence, and determining that the position of the selected article information in the subsequence formed after the subsequence is reordered is the same as the selection times; detecting whether the difference between the division coefficient and the selection times is greater than 1; in response to the difference between the division coefficient and the selection times being not greater than 1, ending the sorting step; and in response to the difference between the division coefficient and the selection times being larger than 1, updating the information of the unselected articles in the subsequence, and continuing to execute the sorting step.
The execution agent may first determine the information of the unselected items in the subsequence, and then perform the sorting step. The sequencing steps are as follows: randomly selecting one piece of article information from the unselected article information, recording the selection times of the subsequence, and sequencing the selected article information, wherein the position of the selected article information in the subsequence formed after the subsequence is reordered is the same as the selection times. And then, detecting whether the difference between the division coefficient and the selection times is greater than 1, if so, updating the information of the unselected articles in the subsequence, and continuing to execute the sorting step. If less than or equal to 1, the sorting step is ended.
For example, the item information in the subsequences is reordered with no-put-back thompson sampling. Assuming a division factor of 5, 5 item information are included in each sub-sequence. Assuming that the second display weights corresponding to the 5 pieces of item information are 5, 4, 3, 2, and 1, respectively, the sum of the second display weights of the 5 pieces of item information is 15, and the probability of each piece of item information being selected is 5/15, 4/15, 3/15, 2/15, and 1/15, respectively. If the item information having the second display weight of 4 is randomly selected for the first time, the item information is ranked first. Next, the item information ranked second is selected, the sum of the second display weights of the remaining item information is 11, and the probability of each item information being selected is 5/11, 3/11, 2/11, 1/11. If the item information having the second display weight of 5 is randomly selected for the second time, the item information is ranked in the second place. And repeating the steps until the information of 4 articles is selected, and finishing the sequencing of the subsequence.
And step 504, combining the reordered subsequences according to the sequence of the subsequences before reordering in the first item information sequence to obtain a second item information sequence.
After each sub-sequence is reordered, the reordered sub-sequences can be recombined according to the order of the sub-sequences in the first item information sequence before reordering to obtain a second item information sequence. In this way, the overall tendency of the first display weight or the second display weight of each item information in the second item information sequence is descending.
And 505, generating a page according to the second item information sequence.
After the second item information sequence is obtained, the page can be generated according to the sequence of the item information in the second item information sequence.
The page generation method provided by the embodiment can improve the browsing experience of the user, so that the generated page has pertinence and novelty.
