Claims (12)

1. A bank invoice tax number change processing method based on a block chain is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring hierarchical relation data of banking institutions and acquiring tax numbers of the banking institutions of each hierarchy;
establishing an institution tax number relation tree according to the hierarchical relation data and the tax number of the bank institution of each level, and recording the institution tax number relation tree to a block chain;
when a tax number change processing request is acquired, searching a bank institution number in an institution tax number relation tree according to the bank institution number in the tax number change processing request;
and changing the corresponding tax number, updating the organization tax number relation tree, and uploading the changed record and the updated organization tax number relation tree to the block chain.
2. The method for processing bank invoice tax number change based on block chain as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the method further comprises:
when an invoicing processing request is obtained, according to a bank agency number in the invoicing processing request, a tax number corresponding to the bank agency number is extracted from an agency tax number relation tree;
and making an invoice according to the tax number to obtain an invoicing transaction result, and uploading the invoicing transaction result to the block chain.
3. The method for processing bank invoice tax number change based on block chain as claimed in claim 2, characterized in that the method further comprises:
after the organization tax number relation tree is updated, acquiring an old tax number before change and a new tax number after change according to the change record;
and inquiring whether the old tax number before the change exists in the invoicing transaction result of the block chain, if so, establishing a mapping relation between the old tax number and the new tax number of the invoicing transaction result, and uploading the mapping relation to the block chain.
4. The method for processing bank invoice tax number change based on block chain as claimed in claim 3, characterized in that the method further comprises:
setting a tax number change processing visual interface for acquiring a tax number change processing request, an invoicing processing request or an inquiry request;
and inquiring the organization tax number relation tree, the change record, the invoicing transaction result or the incidence relation between the change record and the invoicing transaction result on the block chain according to the inquiry request.

The method for processing bank invoice tax number change based on block chain as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the hierarchical relationship data of banking institutions at least comprises: the system comprises a main row layer, a first-level row dividing layer and a second-level row dividing layer; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the head office layer comprises head office information;
the first-level branch layer comprises a plurality of first-level branches, and each first-level branch corresponds to a first-level branch mechanism number and a first-level branch tax number;
the second-level branch layer comprises a plurality of second-level branches, and each second-level branch corresponds to a second-level branch organization number and a second-level branch tax number.

the relation tree establishing module is used for establishing an institution tax number relation tree according to the hierarchical relation data and the tax number of the banking institution of each hierarchy, and recording the institution tax number relation tree to the block chain;
the institution number searching module is used for searching a bank institution number in an institution tax number relation tree according to the bank institution number in the tax number change processing request when the tax number change processing request is obtained;
and the tax number change processing module is used for changing the corresponding tax number, updating the organization tax number relation tree and uploading the change record and the updated organization tax number relation tree to the block chain.
7. The system for processing bank invoice tax number alteration based on block chain as claimed in claim 6, characterized in that the system further comprises:
the tax number query module is used for extracting a tax number corresponding to a bank institution number from an institution tax number relation tree according to the bank institution number in the invoicing processing request when the invoicing processing request is acquired;
and the billing processing module is used for billing according to the tax number to obtain a billing transaction result and uploading the billing transaction result to the block chain.
8. The system for processing bank invoice tax number alteration based on block chain as claimed in claim 7, further comprising:
the new and old tax number acquisition module is used for acquiring the old tax number before change and the new tax number after change according to the change record after the agency tax number relation tree is updated;
and the mapping relation processing module is used for inquiring whether the old tax number before the change exists in the invoicing transaction result of the block chain, establishing the mapping relation between the old tax number and the new tax number of the invoicing transaction result if the old tax number before the change exists, and uploading the mapping relation to the block chain.
9. The system for processing bank invoice tax number alteration based on block chain as claimed in claim 8, characterized in that it comprises:
the visualization module is used for displaying a tax number change processing visualization interface and is used for acquiring a tax number change processing request, an invoicing processing request or an inquiry request;
