Having described the method of the exemplary embodiment of the present invention, next, a management apparatus of cash resources of a banking site of the exemplary embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 7.
The implementation of the cash resource management device of the bank outlets can refer to the implementation of the above method, and repeated details are not repeated. The term "module" or "unit" used hereinafter may be a combination of software and/or hardware that implements a predetermined function. Although the means described in the embodiments below are preferably implemented in software, an implementation in hardware, or a combination of software and hardware is also possible and contemplated.
Based on the same inventive concept, the present invention further provides a cash resource management device for a banking outlet, as shown in fig. 7, the device comprising:
the transaction data processing module 110 is configured to determine a reference website of a bank according to transaction data of each website of the bank;
a reference website determining module 120, configured to determine, for a first banking website, a reference website corresponding to the first banking website according to the transaction data of the first banking website and the transaction data of the reference website;
a corresponding relationship determining module 130, configured to determine, according to a reference website corresponding to a first banking website, a corresponding relationship between a cash transaction matrix corresponding to the first banking website and the amount of cash;
the cash transaction matrix determining module 140 is configured to determine, according to cash transaction data of the first banking outlet within a specified range before the current time point, a cash transaction matrix of the first banking outlet corresponding to the current time point;
the cash quantity determining module 150 is configured to determine, according to a cash transaction matrix corresponding to the first banking outlet at the current time point, and a corresponding relationship between the cash transaction matrix corresponding to the first banking outlet and the cash quantity, the cash quantity after the first banking outlet corresponds to the current time point;
the cash resource management module 160 is configured to manage the cash resources of the first banking outlet according to the amount of cash at the first banking outlet after the current time point.
In one embodiment, the transaction data processing module is specifically configured to:
determining a transaction risk matrix corresponding to each banking outlet according to the transaction data of each banking outlet;
taking the characteristic value of the transaction risk square matrix corresponding to the bank outlet as the characteristic value corresponding to the bank outlet;
and determining a reference website of the bank according to the characteristic value corresponding to each bank website.
In one embodiment, the transaction data processing module is specifically configured to:
for each combination of the channel type and the transaction type, selecting the transaction data of which the corresponding channel type is equal to the channel type of the combination and the corresponding transaction type is equal to the transaction type of the combination from the transaction data of the banking outlet, and taking the selected transaction data as the transaction data of which the combination corresponds to the banking outlet;
taking the proportion of the transaction data related to risks in the transaction data of the bank branch corresponding to the combination as the risk probability of the bank branch corresponding to the combination;
determining a transaction risk square matrix corresponding to the banking outlet, wherein the row of the transaction risk square matrix corresponds to the channel category, the column corresponds to the transaction category, and the value of each element of the transaction risk square matrix is equal to the risk probability that the combination of the channel category corresponding to the element and the transaction category corresponds to the banking outlet.
In an embodiment, the reference mesh point determining module is specifically configured to:
determining a transaction matrix corresponding to the first banking outlet according to the transaction data of the first banking outlet; determining a transaction matrix corresponding to each reference network point according to the transaction data of each reference network point;
for each reference network point, taking the absolute value of the characteristic value of the difference between the trading square matrix corresponding to the reference network point and the trading square matrix corresponding to the first banking network point as the difference characteristic value corresponding to the reference network point;
and determining a reference website corresponding to the first banking website according to the difference characteristic value corresponding to the reference website.
In an embodiment, the reference mesh point determining module is specifically configured to:
for each combination of the customer category and the transaction category, taking the transaction data of which the corresponding customer category is equal to the customer category of the combination and the corresponding transaction category is equal to the transaction category of the combination in the transaction data of the first banking outlet as the transaction data of which the combination corresponds to the first banking outlet; and taking the transaction data of which the corresponding customer category is equal to the customer category of the combination and the corresponding transaction category is equal to the transaction category of the combination in the transaction data of each reference network point as the transaction data of which the combination corresponds to each reference network point;

when the number of the customer categories is equal to the number of the transaction categories, taking the transaction matrix corresponding to each reference network point as a transaction square matrix corresponding to the reference network point, and taking the transaction matrix corresponding to the first banking network point as a transaction square matrix corresponding to the first banking network point;

for each reference network point corresponding to the first banking network point, determining a cash transaction matrix of the reference network point corresponding to each time point according to cash transaction data of the reference network point in a specified range before each time point; determining the cash amount of the reference network after each time point according to the cash data of the reference network after each time point;
and determining the corresponding relation between the cash transaction matrix corresponding to the first banking outlet and the cash quantity according to the cash transaction matrix corresponding to each time point of each reference outlet corresponding to the first banking outlet and the cash quantity after each time point.
In an embodiment, the correspondence determining module is specifically configured to:
for each combination of cash channel type and cash transaction type, selecting cash transaction data of which the corresponding cash channel type is equal to the cash channel type of the combination and the corresponding cash transaction type is equal to the cash transaction type of the combination from the cash transaction data of the reference network point in a specified range before the time point, and taking the selected cash transaction data as the cash transaction data of which the reference network point corresponds to the combination at the time point;

In an embodiment, the cash quantity determination module is specifically configured to:
for each cash transaction matrix contained in the corresponding relation, taking the difference between the cash transaction matrix and the cash transaction matrix corresponding to the current time point of the first bank outlet as the matrix difference corresponding to the cash transaction matrix;
performing 0 complementing according to the row number and the column number of the matrix difference corresponding to the cash transaction matrix to obtain a square matrix, and taking the obtained characteristic value of the square matrix as the difference characteristic value corresponding to the cash transaction matrix;
determining a potential cash matrix according to the difference characteristic value corresponding to the cash transaction matrix contained in the corresponding relation;
and determining the cash quantity of the first banking outlet after the current time point according to the corresponding relation among the potential cash matrix, the cash transaction matrix corresponding to the first banking outlet and the cash quantity.
It should be noted that although in the above detailed description several modules of the management means of cash resources at banking outlets are mentioned, such a division is merely exemplary and not mandatory. Indeed, the features and functionality of two or more of the modules described above may be embodied in one module according to embodiments of the invention. Conversely, the features and functions of one module described above may be further divided into embodiments by a plurality of modules.
Based on the aforementioned inventive concept, as shown in fig. 8, the present invention further provides a computer device 800, which includes a memory 810, a processor 820 and a computer program 830 stored in the memory 810 and capable of running on the processor 820, wherein the processor 820 implements the aforementioned cash resource management method of a bank outlet when executing the computer program 830.
Based on the foregoing inventive concept, the present invention proposes a computer-readable storage medium storing a computer program which, when executed by a processor, implements the foregoing method for managing cash resources of a banking site.
Based on the aforementioned inventive concept, the present invention proposes a computer program product comprising a computer program which, when executed by a processor, implements a method of managing cash resources of a banking outlet.
The method and the device for managing the cash resources of the bank outlets determine the corresponding reference outlets by analyzing the transaction data of the banks and the bank outlets, further determine the cash quantity of the bank outlets by analyzing the transaction data and the cash quantity of the reference outlets, manage the cash resources of the bank outlets based on the cash quantity, realize more accurate cash resource management, better meet the requirements of customers, reasonably arrange the cash quota quantity, avoid the waste of the cash resources, reduce the idle of the cash resources and improve the utilization rate of the cash resources.
According to the technical scheme, the data acquisition, storage, use, processing and the like meet relevant regulations of national laws and regulations.

Claims (21)

1. A method for managing cash resources of a bank outlet is characterized by comprising the following steps:
determining a reference network of a bank according to transaction data of each network of the bank;
for a first banking outlet, determining a reference outlet corresponding to the first banking outlet according to the transaction data of the first banking outlet and the transaction data of the reference outlet;
determining a corresponding relation between a cash transaction matrix corresponding to a first bank outlet and the amount of cash according to a reference outlet corresponding to the first bank outlet;
determining a cash transaction matrix of a first bank outlet corresponding to a current time point according to cash transaction data of the first bank outlet in a specified range before the current time point;
determining the cash quantity of the first bank outlet after the current time point according to the cash transaction matrix of the first bank outlet corresponding to the current time point and the corresponding relation between the cash transaction matrix and the cash quantity corresponding to the first bank outlet;
and managing the cash resources of the first bank outlet according to the cash quantity of the first bank outlet after the current time point.
2. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein determining the reference network of the bank based on the transaction data of the respective banking network of the bank comprises:
determining a transaction risk matrix corresponding to each banking outlet according to the transaction data of each banking outlet;
taking the characteristic value of the transaction risk square matrix corresponding to the bank outlet as the characteristic value corresponding to the bank outlet;
and determining the reference network points of the bank according to the characteristic values corresponding to the bank network points.
3. The method as claimed in claim 2, wherein determining the transaction risk matrix corresponding to each banking outlet according to the transaction data of the banking outlet comprises:
for each combination of the channel type and the transaction type, selecting the transaction data of which the corresponding channel type is equal to the channel type of the combination and the corresponding transaction type is equal to the transaction type of the combination from the transaction data of the banking outlet, and taking the selected transaction data as the transaction data of which the combination corresponds to the banking outlet;
taking the proportion of the transaction data related to risks in the transaction data of the bank branch corresponding to the combination as the risk probability of the bank branch corresponding to the combination;
and determining a transaction risk matrix corresponding to the banking outlet, wherein a row of the transaction risk matrix corresponds to a channel category, a column of the transaction risk matrix corresponds to a transaction category, and the value of each element of the transaction risk matrix is equal to the risk probability of a combination consisting of the channel category and the transaction category corresponding to the element corresponding to the banking outlet.
4. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein for the first banking outlet, determining the reference outlet corresponding to the first banking outlet according to the transaction data of the first banking outlet and the transaction data of the reference outlet comprises:
determining a transaction matrix corresponding to the first banking outlet according to the transaction data of the first banking outlet; determining a trading square matrix corresponding to each reference network point according to the trading data of each reference network point;
for each reference network point, taking the absolute value of the characteristic value of the difference between the trading square matrix corresponding to the reference network point and the trading square matrix corresponding to the first banking network point as the difference characteristic value corresponding to the reference network point;
and determining a reference website corresponding to the first banking website according to the difference characteristic value corresponding to the reference website.
5. The method as claimed in claim 4, wherein the transaction matrix corresponding to the first banking site is determined according to the transaction data of the first banking site; determining a trading square matrix corresponding to each reference network point according to the trading data of each reference network point, wherein the trading square matrix comprises the following steps:
for each combination of the customer category and the transaction category, taking the transaction data of which the corresponding customer category is equal to the customer category of the combination and the corresponding transaction category is equal to the transaction category of the combination in the transaction data of the first banking outlet as the transaction data of which the combination corresponds to the first banking outlet; and taking the transaction data of which the corresponding customer category is equal to the customer category of the combination and the corresponding transaction category is equal to the transaction category of the combination in the transaction data of each reference network point as the transaction data of which the combination corresponds to each reference network point;
determining a transaction matrix corresponding to each reference network point, wherein the rows of the transaction matrix correspond to the customer categories, the columns of the transaction matrix correspond to the transaction categories, and the element value of each element is equal to the transaction quantity contained in the transaction data of the reference network point corresponding to the combination consisting of the customer category and the transaction category corresponding to the element;
determining a transaction matrix corresponding to a first banking outlet, wherein rows of the transaction matrix correspond to customer categories, columns of the transaction matrix correspond to transaction categories, and the element value of each element is equal to the transaction quantity contained in transaction data corresponding to the first banking outlet, wherein the combination of the customer category and the transaction category corresponding to the element;
when the number of the customer categories is equal to the number of the transaction categories, taking the transaction matrix corresponding to each reference network point as a transaction square matrix corresponding to the reference network point, and taking the transaction matrix corresponding to the first banking network point as a transaction square matrix corresponding to the first banking network point;
when the number of the customer categories is larger than that of the transaction categories, according to the difference between the number of the customer categories and the number of the transaction categories, 0 is supplemented to the column of the transaction matrix corresponding to each reference network point, and the obtained square matrix is used as the transaction square matrix corresponding to the reference network point; according to the difference between the number of the customer categories and the number of the transaction categories, 0 is supplemented to the column of the transaction matrix corresponding to the first banking outlet, and the obtained square matrix is used as the transaction square matrix corresponding to the first banking outlet;
when the number of the customer categories is smaller than that of the transaction categories, according to the difference between the number of the transaction categories and the number of the customer categories, 0 is supplemented to the row of the transaction matrix corresponding to each reference network point, and the obtained square matrix is used as the transaction square matrix corresponding to the reference network point; and according to the difference between the number of the transaction types and the number of the customer types, 0 is supplemented to the row of the transaction matrix corresponding to the first banking outlet, and the obtained square matrix is used as the transaction square matrix corresponding to the first banking outlet.
6. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein determining the corresponding relationship between the cash transaction matrix and the amount of cash corresponding to the first banking outlet according to the reference outlet corresponding to the first banking outlet comprises:
setting a plurality of time points;
for each reference network point corresponding to a first banking network point, determining a cash transaction matrix of the reference network point corresponding to each time point according to cash transaction data of the reference network point in a specified range before each time point; determining the cash amount of the reference network after each time point according to the cash data of the reference network after each time point;
and determining the corresponding relation between the cash transaction matrix corresponding to the first bank outlet and the cash quantity according to the cash transaction matrix corresponding to each time point and the cash quantity after each time point of each reference outlet corresponding to the first bank outlet.
7. The method as claimed in claim 6, wherein determining the cash transaction matrix corresponding to the time point by the reference point according to the cash transaction data of the reference point in the designated range before each time point comprises:
for each combination of cash channel categories and cash transaction categories, selecting cash transaction data of which the corresponding cash channel category is equal to the cash channel category of the combination and the corresponding cash transaction category is equal to the cash transaction category of the combination from the cash transaction data of the reference network point in a specified range before the time point, and taking the selected cash transaction data as the cash transaction data of the reference network point corresponding to the combination at the time point;
determining a cash transaction matrix corresponding to the time point by the reference network point, wherein the rows of the cash transaction matrix correspond to cash channel categories, the columns correspond to cash transaction categories, and the value of each element of the cash transaction matrix is equal to the transaction quantity of the cash transaction data of the combination of the cash channel category and the cash transaction category corresponding to the element at the time point by the reference network point.
8. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein determining the cash transaction matrix of the first banking site corresponding to the current time point according to the cash transaction data of the first banking site in the designated range before the current time point comprises:
for each combination of the cash channel category and the cash transaction category, selecting cash transaction data of which the corresponding cash channel category is equal to the cash channel category of the combination and the corresponding cash transaction category is equal to the cash transaction category of the combination from the cash transaction data of the first bank outlet in a specified range before the current time point, and taking the selected cash transaction data as the cash transaction data of the first bank outlet corresponding to the combination at the current time point;
determining a cash transaction matrix corresponding to the current time point by the first bank outlet, wherein the rows of the cash transaction matrix correspond to cash channel categories, the columns of the cash transaction matrix correspond to cash transaction categories, and the value of each element of the cash transaction matrix is equal to the transaction quantity of the cash transaction data of the combination consisting of the cash channel category and the cash transaction category corresponding to the element at the current time point by the first bank outlet.

The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein determining the amount of cash after the first banking outlet corresponding to the current time point according to the corresponding relationship between the cash transaction matrix corresponding to the current time point and the cash transaction matrix corresponding to the first banking outlet and the amount of cash comprises:
for each cash transaction matrix contained in the corresponding relation, taking the difference between the cash transaction matrix and the cash transaction matrix corresponding to the current time point of the first bank outlet as the matrix difference corresponding to the cash transaction matrix;
performing 0 complementing according to the row number and the column number of the matrix difference corresponding to the cash transaction matrix to obtain a square matrix, and taking the obtained characteristic value of the square matrix as the difference characteristic value corresponding to the cash transaction matrix;
determining a potential cash matrix according to the difference characteristic value corresponding to the cash transaction matrix contained in the corresponding relation;
and determining the cash quantity of the first banking outlet after the current time point according to the corresponding relation among the potential cash matrix, the cash transaction matrix corresponding to the first banking outlet and the cash quantity.
10. A cash resource management device for a banking site, comprising:
the transaction data processing module is used for determining a reference website of the bank according to the transaction data of each website of the bank;
the reference network point determining module is used for determining a reference network point corresponding to the first banking network point according to the transaction data of the first banking network point and the transaction data of the reference network point;
the corresponding relation determining module is used for determining the corresponding relation between the cash transaction matrix corresponding to the first bank outlet and the cash quantity according to the reference outlet corresponding to the first bank outlet;
the cash transaction matrix determining module is used for determining a cash transaction matrix of the first bank outlet corresponding to the current time point according to cash transaction data of the first bank outlet in a specified range before the current time point;
the cash quantity determining module is used for determining the cash quantity of the first bank outlet after the current time point according to the cash transaction matrix of the first bank outlet corresponding to the current time point, the cash transaction matrix corresponding to the first bank outlet and the corresponding relation of the cash quantity;
and the cash resource management module is used for managing the cash resources of the first bank outlet according to the cash quantity of the first bank outlet after the current time point.
11. The apparatus of claim 10, wherein the transaction data processing module is specifically configured to:
determining a transaction risk matrix corresponding to each banking outlet according to the transaction data of each banking outlet;
taking the characteristic value of the transaction risk square matrix corresponding to the bank outlet as the characteristic value corresponding to the bank outlet;
and determining the reference network points of the bank according to the characteristic values corresponding to the bank network points.
12. The apparatus of claim 11, wherein the transaction data processing module is specifically configured to:
for each combination of the channel type and the transaction type, selecting the transaction data of which the corresponding channel type is equal to the channel type of the combination and the corresponding transaction type is equal to the transaction type of the combination from the transaction data of the banking outlet, and taking the selected transaction data as the transaction data of which the combination corresponds to the banking outlet;
taking the proportion of the transaction data related to risks in the transaction data of the bank branch corresponding to the combination as the risk probability of the bank branch corresponding to the combination;
determining a transaction risk square matrix corresponding to the banking outlet, wherein the row of the transaction risk square matrix corresponds to the channel category, the column corresponds to the transaction category, and the value of each element of the transaction risk square matrix is equal to the risk probability that the combination of the channel category corresponding to the element and the transaction category corresponds to the banking outlet.
13. The apparatus of claim 10, wherein the reference mesh point determination module is specifically configured to:
determining a transaction matrix corresponding to the first banking outlet according to the transaction data of the first banking outlet; determining a trading square matrix corresponding to each reference network point according to the trading data of each reference network point;
for each reference network point, taking the absolute value of the characteristic value of the difference between the trading square matrix corresponding to the reference network point and the trading square matrix corresponding to the first banking network point as the difference characteristic value corresponding to the reference network point;
and determining a reference website corresponding to the first banking website according to the difference characteristic value corresponding to the reference website.
14. The apparatus of claim 13, wherein the reference mesh point determination module is specifically configured to:

for each combination of the cash channel category and the cash transaction category, selecting cash transaction data of which the corresponding cash channel category is equal to the cash channel category of the combination and the corresponding cash transaction category is equal to the cash transaction category of the combination from the cash transaction data of the first bank outlet in a specified range before the current time point, and taking the selected cash transaction data as the cash transaction data of the first bank outlet corresponding to the combination at the current time point;
