setting tax limit and maximum split combined stroke number:
the mechanisms in the bank are more, each mechanism has a superior-subordinate relationship, the limit of the tax number corresponding to each mechanism is allowed to be different, the maximum number of strokes which can be split or combined is set to be different accordingly, and the maximum number of strokes is used as a judgment condition and a control condition for splitting and combining.
Setting an interest fee identifier:
the goods or the taxable labor names are an important element in invoice face information, and the goods or the taxable labor names are required to be separated or combined to ensure that the goods or the taxable labor names cannot be changed or exceed a specified range.
For example, the interest fee identification may include at least: other loan services, direct charge financial services, financial commodity transfer, precious metal ornaments, jewelry, coinage and precious metal laboratory ware, other gold, other silver, other gold and silver mixed products.
Selecting an open and close invokable transaction:
the user selects the invokable transaction and selects to split or merge.
Splitting the invokable transaction:
splitting the transaction according to a set rule or splitting according to the requirement of a user; when the automatic splitting is carried out, the automatic splitting is carried out according to the tax limit and the interest mark; when the tax is split according to the requirement, the split is processed according to the requirement of the client, the tax limit and the interest mark.
Specifically, when the transaction of invoicing is split, if the client has no special requirement, splitting trial calculation is carried out according to the tax quota and the maximum splitting number set above, and if the client has a special splitting requirement, subjective splitting can be carried out according to the requirement of the client, and invoicing processing is carried out.
Merging invokable transactions:
merging according to a set rule or merging according to the requirements of customers; when the transaction machine types are automatically separated, the invokable transaction machine types with the same information fee identification are automatically combined and processed; when the transaction is split according to the needs, the transactions needing invoicing are classified and combined according to the needs of customers.
Specifically, when merging invokable transactions, invoicing needs to be performed on a plurality of transactions, and a client may need to uniformly invoice the plurality of transactions, so that merging is performed according to the set tax limit and the maximum merging number, and the invoicing processing of subsequent steps can be performed only if the plurality of transactions needing to be merged meet the condition that goods or taxation names are consistent.
Billing treatment:
the original transaction, the split or combined transaction, the invoice and the like are correlated, the split or combined transaction is invoiced, and related invoicing data is linked.
Specifically, after the invoicing processing (transaction splitting or merging), the transaction and the invoice need to be associated, the invoicing result and the transaction state and the like are recorded, and for abnormal or failed transactions, the transaction can be carried out again without locking the original transaction and the successful transaction.
Uploading a maximum splitting number, a maximum combining number, an invoicing limit, an interest fee identifier, a splitting or combining processing record, an invoicing result and an associated relation corresponding to the tax number of the bank institution making the invoice to a block chain;
furthermore, the inquiry, maintenance and monitoring of the transaction and the invoice can be carried out:
and related visual pages are provided for services, so that business personnel can conveniently gather and track transactions and invoices, and know splitting and merging conditions.
