after the alternating current information is forwarded by the server, when a communication index corresponding to the forwarded alternating current information on one end for receiving the alternating current information is not triggered, the communication index flickers and is highlighted;
the flashing highlighted communication index is triggered, the communication information is executed on the party receiving the communication information, the message in the communication information is displayed in the popped dialog box, the flashing highlight effect of the communication index is removed, and the end receiving the communication information can reply the message through the dialog box.

The method according to claim 1, wherein the communication indexes in the OFD file are integrated to form a navigation tree display, the navigation entries of the navigation tree correspond to the communication indexes, the navigation entries are clicked to display the page containing the communication indexes corresponding to the navigation entries, and the dialog box corresponding to the communication indexes is opened.

The method according to claim 8, wherein the navigation entries of the navigation tree include information related to the communication index, and when the message corresponding to the communication index is not read, an unread prompt appears in the navigation entries corresponding to the communication index in the navigation tree, and the unread prompt at least includes one of a flashing highlight prompt and an information icon.

the server monitors all operations of the client on the OFD file in the reading communication device from the connection of the client and the server to form client action data and sends the client action data to the management terminal;
the client is always in a state of monitoring the OFD file from the time the OFD file is opened by the client, monitors all operations of the client on the OFD file and the connection state of a reading communication device of the client and the server, and closes the OFD file when the OFD file is not closed and the connection between the client and the server is disconnected.
