FIG. 1 is a diagram showing an application environment of a document presentation method according to an embodiment. Referring to fig. 1, the document presentation method may be applicable to various scenes such as a teleconference, online education, and the like. The application environment of the document presentation method includes a terminal 110, a first server 120, and a second server 130. The terminal 110 and the first server 120 are connected through a network, and the terminal 110 and the second server 130 are connected through a network. The terminal 110 includes a first terminal, such as 110(a), and a second terminal, such as 110(b) and 110 (c). The terminal 110 has functions of accessing the internet and accessing a telephone network, and may be a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a fixed telephone, or the like. The terminal 110 may be running an instant messaging application for establishing a voice call link or a system telephony application for establishing a voice call link. The terminal 110 may also run a page view application for presenting pages of a document. The document page is used to present the document. The first terminal and the second terminal can be at least two respectively, so that the page browsing application, the instant messaging application and the like can be operated on different terminals. The first server 120 may be an application server for communicating with an instant messaging application or a system telephony application running on the terminal 110. The second server 130 may be an application server for communicating with a page browsing application running on the terminal 110. The second server 130 may also communicate with an instant messaging application running on the terminal 110. The second server 130 may be an independent server, or may be implemented as a server cluster including a plurality of servers such as the presentation collaboration server 130(a), the document conversion server 130(b), and the speech recognition server 130 (c). The first server 120 and the second server 130 may be the same server or different servers. The second server 130 may also be removed so that communication between different terminals 110 is direct.
As shown in FIG. 2, in one embodiment, a document presentation method is provided. The embodiment is mainly illustrated by applying the method to the first terminal in fig. 1. Referring to fig. 2, the document presentation method specifically includes the following steps:
s202, when the triggering operation of the document demonstration occurs, displaying a document page for demonstrating the document.
The document (hereinafter referred to as "presentation document") may be a document converted based on a local document or an online document and capable of realizing multi-person presentation collaboration. The local document or online document is the document targeted by the online communication. The online documents may be stored locally at the first terminal, or may be obtained by the first terminal through accessing the server. The local document may include a variety of formats, for example, the local document may be a word document, an excel document, a PPT document, a picture document, or the like. An online document is a web page version of a document, such as an HTML (Hypertext Markup Language) document. The user can edit the online document online or save the online document in real time through the terminal.
When document demonstration is needed, namely a plurality of participants perform text collaboration on a demonstration document through respective terminals, the first terminal shows an entry page of the document demonstration. The participant may upload a local document or an online document to be presented to the portal page. The first terminal presents the document presentation trigger on the entry page. The document presentation trigger may be a prompt or trigger control or the like that can trigger presentation of a local document or an online document within the portal page. The triggering operation of the document demonstration refers to a preset operation which acts on a document demonstration triggering mark on the entry page. The trigger operation may specifically be a touch operation, a cursor operation, a key operation, or a voice operation. The touch operation can be touch click operation, touch press operation or touch slide operation, and the touch operation can be single-point touch operation or multi-point touch operation; the cursor operation can be an operation of controlling a cursor to click or an operation of controlling the cursor to press; the key operation may be a virtual key operation or a physical key operation, etc.
The first terminal can detect the triggering operation of the document demonstration in real time or at regular time. When the triggering operation of the local document demonstration occurs, the first terminal sends a document demonstration request to the second server. The second server converts the local document into a presentation document according to the document presentation request. Specifically, the presentation collaboration server forwards the local document to the document conversion server according to the document presentation request. The document conversion server converts the local document into an online document by using HTML or the like, and returns an access address (denoted as a first access address) of the online document to the presentation collaboration server. The converted online document and the corresponding local document record the same document content. And the demonstration cooperation server acquires the document content of the online document according to the first access address. The demonstration cooperation server obtains a preset initial document page, and generates a demonstration document based on the document content of the online document and the initial document page. The demonstration cooperation server obtains an access address (marked as a second access address) of a preset initial document page, and generates the access address of the demonstration document according to the first access address and the second access address. The access address may be a web site link. The access address can be displayed in the form of a website link, and can also be displayed in other forms containing website link information, such as a two-dimensional code or a file icon.
A page browsing application, such as a browser, is run on the first terminal. And the first terminal loads the demonstration document according to the access address of the demonstration document based on the page browsing application and displays the document page. The document page is a display page of a presentation document for performing text collaboration on the presentation document. Because the local documents in various formats are converted into the demonstration documents, the document contents of the demonstration documents are displayed on line, so that participants can view the local documents through the page browsing application without additionally installing specific client software.
Referring to FIG. 3(a), FIG. 3(a) is a diagram of an interface of a document page with a presentation document shown in one embodiment. The document page may specifically include a text region 310 and an edge region 320. The textual content of presentation document 312 is presented in text area 310. The edge region 320 may be displayed with a member identification display panel 322. The member identification presentation pane 322 is used to present member identifications corresponding to participants who have entered the presentation document. The member identifier is used for uniquely identifying a corresponding participant, and specifically may be a user account, a user certificate number, a user mobile phone number, or the like corresponding to the participant. The member identification display panel 322 may also be used to display a user avatar or user name corresponding to the user account. The border area 320 also presents a document collaboration options menu 324. Document collaboration options menu 324 includes a plurality of document collaboration options, such as location guide options, document annotation options, and the like. A user may perform different browsing or editing operations on a presentation document by triggering different document collaboration options. The edge region 320 is also shown with function keys 326. When the function key 326 is activated, the document page entries expose a number of function options, such as inserting a whiteboard, appending files, and the like. The user may perform different editing operations or user invitation operations, etc. on the presentation document by triggering different function options.
In one embodiment, the first terminal can put the display content of the edge area into a retracted state when displaying the document page; and when the predefined trigger operation of the document page is detected, setting the display content of the edge area to be in an expanded state.
The display of the edge region has a stowed state and a deployed state, respectively. The predefined trigger operation may be a touch operation or a cursor operation or the like acting on the edge area. And when the document collaboration display panel is in a folded state, at least one of the document collaboration option menu, the member identification display panel or the function key in the edge area is invisible, or only a graph representing at least one of the document collaboration option menu, the member identification display panel or the function key is displayed. Referring to fig. 3(b), fig. 3(b) is a schematic interface diagram of a document page in which the display content of the edge region is in a collapsed state in one embodiment. When the document collaboration system is in the unfolding state, the document collaboration option menu, the member identification display panel and the function keys can be displayed in different sizes under different use scenes. In fig. 3(a), the display content of the document page in the edge area is in an expanded state.
And (4) when the displayed content of the edge area is folded on the document page, and when a predefined trigger operation is detected, the corresponding content is displayed in the edge area. Therefore, the occupied area can be greatly reduced, and the method is suitable for the mobile terminal with a limited display interface.
And S204, initiating text collaboration invitation according to the access address of the document page.
The text area 310 may also present a member identification corresponding to the presenter, as well as reminder information 314 that the current presenter is presenting. Wherein, the presenter refers to a participant having a presentation right to a presentation document. When the triggering operation of the document demonstration occurs, the demonstration cooperation server determines the participants who perform the triggering operation of the document demonstration and the role authority of each participant to which the triggering operation of the document demonstration is directed according to the document demonstration request. Role rights refer to an identity representation of whether a participant is a presenter or a collaborator. It is readily understood that the participant performing the document presentation trigger operation is a presenter and the participant to which the document presentation trigger operation is directed is a collaborator. The role rights of each participant can be changed.
And the second server sends the access address of the presentation document to the first terminal corresponding to the presenter and the second terminal corresponding to the participant. Specifically, when the document presentation triggering operation is directed to one or more participants, the second server may respectively initiate a text collaboration invitation to the second terminal corresponding to each respective participant. When the document demonstration triggering operation points to the group members, the second server determines the group to which the participants performing the document demonstration triggering operation belong, and initiates a text collaboration invitation to the second terminals corresponding to all the participants in the group.
And the first terminal automatically loads the demonstration document according to the access address and displays the document page. The participants who receive the text collaboration invitation can enter the document page through triggering the access address at the second terminal, and then participate in the text collaboration on the presentation document. Specifically, when a trigger operation acting on the access address occurs, the second terminal returns a text collaboration response in response to the text collaboration invitation to the second server. When receiving a text collaboration response of the second terminal in response to the text collaboration invitation, the second server establishes a text collaboration link between the first terminal and the second terminal. The text collaboration link is used to remotely collaborate on a presentation document. When the number of the second terminals is multiple, if a text collaboration response returned by at least one second terminal is received, a text collaboration link between the first terminal and the second terminal can be established. After the text collaboration link is established successfully, other invited participants can join the text collaboration link at any time.
S206, browsing the document according to the browsing operation triggered in the document page.
Wherein, the browsing operation refers to a viewing behavior operation for the presentation document. The browsing operation may specifically include a page turning operation, a location directing operation, and the like. The page turning operation may be a single-point or multi-point touch sliding operation, an operation of controlling a cursor to move, a key operation, or a voice operation. The position guidance operation may specifically be a single-point or multi-point touch slide operation, an operation of controlling a cursor to move, or a motion sensing operation. The motion sensing operation can be a movement operation of a specific gesture occurring before the terminal displays a screen. The participants who carry out somatosensory operation do not need to touch the terminal display screen.
The presentation document includes at least one document page. When a presenter triggers a page turning operation in a document page, the first terminal replaces all or part of content of the document page displayed in a text area of the document page currently with all or part of content of the document page pointed by the page turning operation. When the page turning operation is a single-point or multi-point touch sliding operation, the document page to which the page turning operation is directed refers to the document page where the touch point stays. When the page turning operation is an operation of controlling the cursor to move, the document page to which the page turning operation points refers to the document page where the cursor stays.
When the presenter triggers a position directing operation in the document page, the first terminal maps the position directing operation to a position directing mark presented in a text area of the document page. For example, when the position guide operation is a single-point or multi-point touch slide operation, the touch point may be mapped to a position guide mark. When the position guide operation is an operation of controlling the movement of a cursor, the cursor may be mapped to a position guide mark. The position guide mark is used for prompting the positions of the document contents which need to be focused by the collaborators and are shown in the document page. As shown in fig. 3(a), the position indication mark 316 may be a cursor with different shapes, sizes and colors, such as a light-emitting dot, a hand-shaped cursor, etc.
The presenter may also perform editing operations on the presentation document. Editing operations refer to revision behavior operations on a presentation document. The editing operation may specifically include a file appending operation, a page adding operation, a document annotating operation, and the like. The editing operation may be triggered by selecting a corresponding document collaboration option in a document collaboration options menu or selecting a corresponding function option in a function key. For example, when the selected function option is an add-on file, a file add-on operation may be triggered; when the selected function option is the insertion of a white board, page adding operation can be triggered; when the selected document collaboration option is a document annotation option, a document annotation operation may be triggered.
When a presenter triggers a file addition operation in a document page, the first terminal acquires one or more added presentation documents. The additional presentation document may also be converted from an additional local document or an additional online document in the manner described above. And the first terminal displays the document contents of the current presentation document and the additional presentation document according to the receiving time sequence on the document page.
When the presenter triggers the page adding operation in the document page, the first terminal inserts the blank page before or after the document page which is currently displayed in the document page.
When a presenter triggers a document annotation operation in a document page, the first terminal displays the annotation information acquired in real time at a corresponding position of a document page currently displayed or a blank page according to a position acted by the document annotation operation. FIG. 3(a) is a schematic interface diagram of a document page with annotation information displayed in document pagination in one embodiment. As shown in fig. 3(a), the annotation information 318 can be a marker or text, etc. The marker may be a line, a rectangular box, or the like. The annotation information can be scrawling information or standard editing information input based on document collaboration options provided by a document page. Referring to fig. 3(c), fig. 3(c) is an interface diagram of a document page with a blank page 311 inserted therein and with annotation information 318 displayed on the blank page, according to an embodiment.
It should be noted that the page turning operation may also point to a blank page. In addition, if the annotation information is added to the current document page or blank page, when the page turning operation points to the document page or blank page again, the first terminal displays the document page or blank page to which the page turning operation points and the annotation information added to the document page or blank page in the text area.
The presenter may also perform a user invitation operation on the presentation document. The user invitation operation refers to a trigger operation of accessing the second terminal corresponding to the participant to the text collaboration link. The user invitation operation may be triggered by selecting a corresponding function option in the function key. As shown in fig. 3(a), the user invitation operation may be triggered when the selected function option is to invite a person.
When the presenter triggers the user invitation operation in the document page, the first terminal displays the user invitation page. Referring to FIG. 4, FIG. 4 is a diagram of an interface for a user invitation page in one embodiment. The user invitation page may be presented independently of the document page. The user invitation page 400 presents an access address 410 for the presentation document and a plurality of sharing path options 420. The different sharing path options 420 may be triggerable application identifiers corresponding to different target applications, such as an instant messaging application like QQ or wechat, or a system message application like a short message. The first terminal determines the sharing path option 420 selected by the presenter, jumps to the target application corresponding to the selected sharing path option 420, and further shares the access address of the presentation document to the corresponding collaborator through the target application, so that the collaborator can participate in text collaboration on the presentation document.
S208, synchronizing the information of the browsing operation to the terminal responding to the text cooperation invitation, so that the terminal synchronizes the browsing state of the document according to the information of the browsing operation.
The first terminal obtains information of browsing operation of a presenter on the presentation document, and sends the information of the browsing operation to the presentation collaboration server. And the demonstration cooperation server generates a corresponding browsing operation instruction according to the browsing operation information, and synchronizes the browsing operation instruction to the second terminal corresponding to each collaborator in real time, so that the second terminal synchronizes the browsing state of the demonstration document according to the browsing operation information. Specifically, when a presenter triggers a page turning operation in a document page, the presentation collaboration server generates a page turning instruction according to information of the document page pointed by the page turning operation, and sends the page turning instruction to a second terminal corresponding to each collaborator, so that the second terminal synchronously displays the document page pointed by the page turning operation. When the position guiding operation is triggered by the presenter in the document page, the presentation cooperation server generates a position guiding instruction according to the position moving information of the position guiding mark in the document page, and sends the position guiding instruction to the second terminal corresponding to each collaborator, so that the second terminal displays the position guiding mark in the text area of the document page, and controls and adjusts the display position of the position guiding mark in the document page according to the position moving information. The real-time synchronization method may be broadcast, and the like, which is not limited thereto.
The first terminal obtains information of editing operation of a presenter on the presentation document and sends the information of the editing operation to the presentation collaboration server. And the demonstration cooperation server generates a corresponding editing operation instruction according to the editing operation information, and synchronizes the editing operation instruction to the second terminal corresponding to each collaborator in real time, so that the second terminal synchronously edits the demonstration document according to the editing operation information. Specifically, when a presenter triggers a file addition operation in a document page, the presentation collaboration server synchronizes the added presentation document to the second terminal corresponding to each collaborator in real time, so that the second terminal displays the document contents of the current presentation document and the added presentation document according to the receiving timing sequence. When a presenter triggers page adding operation in a document page, the presentation collaboration server generates a blank paging inserting instruction according to page number information of the inserted blank paging, and the blank paging inserting instruction is synchronized to a second terminal corresponding to each collaborator in real time, so that the second terminal synchronously inserts the blank paging in the corresponding position of the presentation document according to the page number information. When a presenter triggers document annotation operation in a document page, the presentation cooperation server generates a document annotation instruction according to position information acted by the document annotation operation and annotation information, and sends the document annotation instruction to a second terminal corresponding to each collaborator, so that the second terminal synchronously displays the annotation information at a corresponding position of a corresponding document page or a blank page according to the position information.
It should be noted that the first terminal may also locally convert the local document into the presentation document in the above manner, and generate the access address of the presentation document. And the first terminal sends the access address of the presentation document to a second terminal corresponding to each participant pointed by the document presentation triggering operation, and text cooperation invitation is initiated. And when receiving the text cooperation response returned by the second terminal, the first terminal establishes a text cooperation link with the second terminal. Based on the text collaboration link, the first terminal can also automatically generate a corresponding operation instruction based on the information of browsing operation and operation editing of the demonstration document by the presenter, and perform real-time synchronization of the operation instruction.
S210, receiving the editing information of the terminal on the document, and displaying the editing information on the document page.
The collaborator may also perform editing operations on the presentation document at the second terminal in the manner described above. The second terminal transmits information of the editing operation (written as editing information) to the presentation cooperative server. And the demonstration cooperation server synchronizes the editing information to the first terminal corresponding to the presenter and the second terminals corresponding to other collaborators in real time, so that the terminal corresponding to each participant synchronously displays the editing information.
As mentioned above, the document presentation method can be applied to various scenes such as remote conferences, online education and the like. Taking teleconferencing as an example, there are many conference forms in the conventional manner, such as a telephone conference performed based on a dedicated device, an Instant Messaging (IM) conference performed based on an Instant Messaging application, or a web conference performed based on professional software. However, the presentation document needs to purchase additional network projectors and other devices in the teleconference, and hardware cost is increased. In an IM conference, a presentation document needs to start a voice call function and a screen sharing function in instant messaging application at the same time, so that the requirement on network bandwidth is high, and the presentation effect is further influenced. Special software needs to be additionally installed in the presentation document in the network conference, the operation is complex, and the conference efficiency is reduced. In addition, in the conventional conference mode, the document is presented, and the document content fidelity rate is reduced due to the need of frequency division compression or format conversion of the document.
The document display method provided by the embodiment does not need to additionally purchase demonstration equipment, so that the hardware cost can be reduced; a specific client side rotating piece does not need to be additionally installed, so that the use by a user is facilitated, and the demonstration efficiency can be improved; because an independent data link is established for document demonstration based on the page browsing application, compared with a demonstration mode of screen sharing, the network flow can be saved. In addition, the local document is converted into the demonstration document, and the document content and the data corresponding to the browsing operation information and the editing information of the document are synchronously transmitted, so that document distortion caused by frequency division compression or format conversion is avoided, and high-fidelity display of the document can be realized.
According to the document display method, when the triggering operation of document demonstration occurs, the document page used for demonstrating the document is displayed, meanwhile, the access address of the document page is shared to other participants, and therefore the multiple participants can synchronously access the document page to participate in text collaboration. When a presenter triggers browsing operation in a document page, the presenter browses the document locally at a terminal corresponding to the presenter and synchronizes the browsing operation information to other participants of text collaboration, so that all the participants can browse the document synchronously, and the presentation effect is achieved. In the presentation process, each participant of the text collaboration can edit the document and synchronize the editing information to other participants so as to synchronously display the editing information on a document page, thereby providing multi-party interactive experience and supporting a plurality of participants to synchronously edit the document in a collaborative manner.
In one embodiment, the document presentation method further includes: sending the document to a group session page; displaying conversion prompt information of the document in a group session page; and when the trigger operation for the conversion prompt information is acquired, displaying the access address of the document page in the group session page.
The entry page for the document presentation may be a group session page. Wherein the group session page may be a session page created based on the instant messaging application. The group session page is used for online communication of local documents or online documents. Referring to FIG. 5(a), FIG. 5(a) is an interface diagram of a group session page used to initiate a document presentation, in one embodiment. The group session page includes a session area 510 and an edit area 520. The group members may enter a conversation message in the editing area 520 and send the conversation message to the conversation area 510, such that each conversation message in the group conversation page has a corresponding sending body. The session area 510 presents session messages that are visible to each group member in the user group.
The instant messaging application has a voice call function or a video call function. In a group session page created based on an instant messaging application, each group member may initiate a voice call invitation or a video call invitation. And the first server establishes a voice room for performing voice collaboration on the presentation document according to the received voice call response or video call response responding to the voice call invitation or video call invitation. The voice room is a voice call link established between terminals corresponding to a plurality of group members based on the instant messaging application. The voice call link is a channel capable of voice transmission for voice collaboration of the presentation document.
The first terminal acquires a session message generated by the group members in the session area 510. When the session message includes an online document or a local document 512 in a target format, the first terminal presents a conversion prompt message 514 whether to convert the current online document or the local document into a presentation document in a session area 510 of the group session page. The target format can be one of a plurality of preset formats such as word, excel, PPT or picture.
The conversion prompt information 514 may be a preset conversion prompt template, or may be obtained by filling a document name of the online document or the local document into the preset conversion prompt template. The transition prompt template includes a confirmation transition control 5142 that can trigger presentation of the document. The confirmation conversion control 5142 may be presented in the form of confirmation conversion text such as "convert to presentation document" or confirmation conversion graphics such as "→".
The conversion prompt message can be only displayed at the side of the terminal corresponding to the sending body of the corresponding online document or local document. For example, if the local document displayed on the group session page is uploaded by the presenter, the conversion prompt information is only displayed on the group session page displayed on the first terminal. If a plurality of online documents or local documents are added to the session area by the same group member at the same time, the terminal corresponding to the group member may respectively display the corresponding conversion prompt information for each online document or local document in the target format, or may only display the corresponding conversion prompt information for the first online document or local document in the target format added within the preset time length, which is not limited thereto. The conversion prompt information may be displayed in the session area immediately after the document icon of the corresponding convertible online document or local document, or may be displayed in the document icon corresponding to the corresponding convertible online document or local document, which is not limited herein.
When the confirmation conversion control 5142 is triggered, the first terminal converts the corresponding online document or local document into a presentation document in the above-described manner, and automatically presents session information for initiating a text collaboration invitation in a group session page. Referring to FIG. 5(b), FIG. 5(b) is an interface diagram of a group session page that illustrates session information 516 for initiating a text collaboration invitation, in one embodiment. The session information 516 includes the document name of the online document or the local document before conversion and the access address of the converted presentation document, and may be obtained by inserting the document name and the access address of the presentation document into the preset prompt text. The session information 516 has the same information transmission subject as the corresponding online document or local document. It will be readily appreciated that the first participant that triggers the conversion of an online document or a local document is the presenter of the document, and is also the originator of the document presentation event.
If the same group member confirms that the uploaded online documents or local documents are converted, the demonstration cooperation server respectively converts each online document or local document into a corresponding demonstration document according to the method, and arranges the document contents of the demonstration documents into the demonstration document with the first receiving time sequence according to the receiving time sequence. The session information 516 includes an access address of the presentation document of the first reception timing.
And the first terminal automatically displays the document page through the page browsing application according to the access address of the presentation document. And the second terminal returns a text cooperation response to the demonstration cooperation server when detecting the triggering operation of the access address of the corresponding group member to the demonstration document. And the demonstration cooperation server acquires member information of each group member in the user group corresponding to the group session page, and performs identity verification on the participants returning the text cooperation response according to the member information. And if the identity authentication is passed, the demonstration cooperation server establishes a text cooperation link between the first terminal and the second terminal, and the second terminal can participate in text cooperation according to the access address.
In the embodiment, the document demonstration is initiated based on the group session page, and the participants can directly jump to the document page only by adding the local document or the online document to be demonstrated to the group session page and performing simple confirmation and conversion into the operation of demonstrating the document, and automatically initiate the text collaboration invitation to other participants based on the group session page, so that the trouble that the initiator of the document demonstration event designates the participants one by one is avoided, and the document demonstration efficiency is improved.
In one embodiment, the document presentation method further includes: displaying a conversion page for loading a document; the conversion page comprises a conversion control; and when the triggering operation of the conversion control is acquired, displaying the access address of the document page.
The first terminal runs a page browsing application. The entry page of the document presentation may be a conversion page presented by a page view application. A conversion page refers to a web page that can access a local document online, or create an online document. Participants can log in the conversion page through member identification, and import local documents or create online documents on the conversion page. It is easy to understand that the first terminal may also obtain the local document or the online document from other computer devices through a communication manner such as a USB (Universal Serial Bus) interface connection or a network connection, and display the document content of the local document or the online document based on the converted page.
Referring to FIG. 6, FIG. 6 is an interface diagram of a conversion page used to initiate a document presentation, in one embodiment. The conversion page includes a text area 610 and a title area 620. The document content of the imported local document or the currently created online document is presented in a text area 610. The title area 620 shows various controls for information processing of the document contents, such as files, editing, and the like. When the "file" control is triggered, a corresponding plurality of file processing options are presented in the conversion page section entry, such as to generate presentation document 622. When the generation of the presentation document 622 is triggered, the first terminal converts the local document or the online document into the presentation document in the above-described manner, and displays the document page.
The title area 620 also shows the member identification 624 of the participant currently accessing the conversion page. For the collaborators with the corresponding member identifications, the demonstration collaboration server can automatically send the access addresses of the demonstration documents to the second terminals corresponding to the corresponding collaborators. And if the presenter expects to invite other participants who do not visit the conversion page to participate in text collaboration, the first terminal displays the user invitation page according to user invitation operation triggered by the presenter. Based on the user invitation page, the presenter may share the access address of the presentation document to the second terminals corresponding to the one or more participants. It is to be understood that the participant may also obtain the access address of the presentation document from the first terminal through a communication means such as a USB interface connection or a network connection.
In the embodiment, the document demonstration is initiated based on the conversion page, and the document demonstration efficiency can be improved by directly jumping to the document page only by adding the local document or the online document to be demonstrated to the conversion page and performing simple conversion triggering operation.
In one embodiment, the document presentation method further comprises: displaying member identifications corresponding to members participating in text collaboration on a document page; initiating a voice call invitation according to a voice cooperation triggering operation acting on the member identification; upon receiving a connection response in response to the voice call invitation, a voice call link for voice collaboration on the document is established.
And the terminal displays a member identification display panel on the document page, and displays the member identification corresponding to each participant in the member identification display panel according to the time sequence participating in text collaboration. When a voice collaboration triggering operation acting on one or more member identifiers occurs, the terminal can send a voice collaboration request to the demonstration collaboration server according to the member identifier pointed by the voice collaboration triggering operation. And the demonstration cooperation server initiates a voice call invitation to the terminal corresponding to the corresponding member identification according to the voice cooperation request. The terminal can also directly initiate voice call invitation to the terminal corresponding to each member identification pointed by the voice cooperation triggering operation. The terminal where the voice collaboration triggering operation occurs may be the first terminal or the second terminal.
The voice collaboration triggering operation may also be triggered by selecting a corresponding function option in the function key. As shown in fig. 3(a), when the selected function option is voice collaboration, voice collaboration may be triggered. At this time, the first server respectively initiates voice call invitation to the terminal corresponding to each member identifier displayed in the member identifier display panel.
The terminal receiving the voice call invitation shows a response option in a document page. The response option may specifically include a response option to connect the response and/or a response option to reject the response. When the terminal detects a trigger operation of a response option to the connection response, the connection response may be transmitted to the demonstration cooperation server. When the demonstration cooperation server receives the connection response from the terminal, a voice call link can be established between the terminal where the voice cooperation triggering operation occurs and the terminal to which the voice cooperation triggering operation is directed.
According to the document display method, the member identification of the text collaboration participant is displayed in the document page, so that the user can intuitively know other members currently participating in text collaboration. The voice collaboration is directly triggered based on the document page, namely, the voice call link is directly established based on the page browsing application, so that the voice collaboration is carried out in the document page without departing, the document editing can be carried out on the demonstration document, the voice communication collaboration can be conveniently carried out in real time, and the document demonstration efficiency is greatly improved.
In one embodiment, the document presentation method further comprises: acquiring an access identifier of a voice call link for performing voice collaboration on a document; sending a call request to a terminal corresponding to a member participating in voice cooperation according to the access identifier; and when receiving an answering response responding to the call request, accessing the voice call link corresponding to the access identifier.
The presenter and the collaborators can perform voice access operation on the presentation document. The voice access operation refers to a trigger operation for accessing the text collaboration link to the voice call link. The voice access operation may be triggered by selecting a corresponding function option in the function key. As shown in fig. 3(a), when the selected function option is voice collaboration, a voice access operation may be triggered.
The voice call link can be established based on an instant messaging application running in the terminal, and can also be established based on a system telephone application running in the terminal. The system telephone application is used for accessing a telephone network and has a multi-party call function. The voice collaboration participants can send call requests to one or more other participants based on the system telephone application, and when receiving answering responses responding to the call requests, voice call links among the corresponding terminals of the multiple participants can be established. In order to improve the efficiency of establishing the voice call link, a plurality of participants of voice collaboration can establish the voice call link by dialing the same calling number.
When the voice call link is a voice room established based on the instant messaging application, the access identifier of the voice call link is carried in a document demonstration request sent by the first terminal to the demonstration cooperation server. The access identification of the voice call link may be a room number of the corresponding voice room. According to the access identification of the voice call link, the demonstration cooperation server can automatically send a voice access request to the first server after the text cooperation link is established. When a voice access response returned by the first server is received, the demonstration cooperation server automatically establishes communication between the text cooperation link and the voice room, and a participant does not need to trigger voice access operation manually, so that the voice access efficiency can be improved.
And when the presenter triggers the voice access operation in the document page, the first terminal displays the call link access page. Referring to fig. 7, fig. 7 is an interface diagram of a call link access page in an embodiment. The call link access page 700 presents a plurality of access mode options, such as a waiting for incoming call option 710, an active call option 712, and the like. The active call option 712 has a corresponding access identification entry box. When the participant selects the active call option 712, the terminal obtains the access identification of the voice call link entered by the participant at the access identification input box. At this time, the access identifier of the voice call link may be the above-mentioned calling number. And the first terminal sends a voice access request to the demonstration cooperation server according to the calling number. And the demonstration cooperation server sends a call request to the first server according to the call number. When receiving an answering response which is returned by the first server and responds to the call request, the demonstration cooperation server establishes communication between the text cooperation link and the voice call link corresponding to the call number.
In the above embodiment, the text collaboration link for performing text collaboration on the presentation document and the voice call link for performing voice collaboration on the presentation document are respectively established, and the text collaboration link can be accessed to the voice call link only by simply inputting the access identifier of the voice call link, so that the operation is simple and convenient.
In one embodiment, the document presentation method further comprises: establishing a text collaboration link with a terminal responding to the text collaboration invitation; when the triggering operation of voice collaboration occurs, displaying an access identifier of a text collaboration link; and when receiving the terminal participating in the voice cooperation and accessing the voice call link where the terminal is located according to the incoming call request sent by the access identifier.
Each access mode option has a corresponding description text. The description text corresponding to the waiting incoming call option 710 includes an access identifier of the text collaboration link, such as an incoming call number of the text collaboration link. When the participant selects the wait for incoming call option 710, a text access request may be sent to the first server at the terminal based on the incoming number of the text collaboration link. And the first server sends an incoming call request to the demonstration cooperation server according to the incoming call number carried by the text access request. When receiving a response to the incoming call request returned by the presentation collaboration server, the first server establishes communication between the text collaboration link and the voice call link.
In the embodiment, the text collaboration link can be accessed to the voice call link only by simply calling through the system telephone application, so that the operation is simple and convenient.
In one embodiment, the document presentation method further comprises: acquiring audio data generated by a voice call link for performing voice collaboration on a document; when target operation occurs in the document page, intercepting a demonstration picture corresponding to a text area in the document page, and determining a time stamp corresponding to the demonstration picture; when the triggering operation of ending the demonstration occurs, performing text conversion on the audio data, and determining a timestamp corresponding to each section of conversation text obtained through conversion; sequencing the generated call text and the demonstration picture according to the timestamp to obtain a communication record; and synchronizing communication records in real time to terminals participating in remote cooperation or voice cooperation.
Wherein the target operation may be a page turning operation. When a presenter triggers a page turning operation on a presentation document, a document page or a blank page (marked as an initial page) currently displayed in a text area is replaced by a document page or a blank page (marked as a target page) pointed by the page turning operation on the document page. And the demonstration cooperation server captures the initial paging displayed in the text area and the annotation information added to the initial paging to obtain a demonstration picture corresponding to the initial paging. And the demonstration cooperation server captures the target page displayed in the text area and the annotation information added to the target page to obtain a demonstration picture corresponding to the target page.
In another embodiment, the target operation may also be a document annotation operation, or the like. Whenever a presenter triggers a document annotation operation on a presentation document, the presentation collaboration server determines a document page or a blank page (denoted as annotation page) on which the document annotation operation is applied. And the demonstration cooperation server captures the comment page displayed in the text area and the comment information added to the comment page in the mode to obtain a demonstration picture corresponding to the comment page. The annotation information added to the annotation page not only includes the historical annotation information added in the past, but also includes the current annotation information added in the current document annotation operation.
During text collaboration, multiple presentation pictures may be generated. The presentation collaboration server determines a timestamp for each presentation picture generation. For example, if a presenter or collaborator is performing text collaboration on a presentation document, the process may be as follows:
paging the first document page to the second document page by the presenter;
adding first comment information to a second document page by a collaborator;
the presenter pages back from the second document to the first document page;
the presenter pages the first document page to the second document page again (at the moment, the second document page shows the first comment information);
the presenter pages from the second document page to the third document page.
The process of the presentation collaboration server corresponding to generating the presentation picture may be as follows:
page content screenshots of a first document page;
page content screenshots of a second document page;
recording page content screenshots of a second document page with the first batch information;
page content screenshots of a first document page;
recording page content screenshots of a second document page with the first batch information;
and screenshot of paginated content of the third document.
Since the text collaboration link is accessed into the voice call link, the presentation collaboration server in the text collaboration link may pull audio data from the first server in the voice call link. Audio data is data generated by participants through a voice call link that collaborates on a presentation.
The triggering operation for ending the demonstration can be a closing operation of the document page triggered by the demonstrator, a triggering operation of a demonstration ending option acting on the document page display, an operation of closing the power supply of the first terminal and the like. When the triggering operation of the demonstration ending occurs, the first terminal sends a communication record generation request to the demonstration cooperation server. And the demonstration cooperation server generates a request according to the communication record and sends the audio data acquired during the document demonstration to the voice recognition server. And the voice recognition server performs text conversion on the audio data to obtain a plurality of sections of call texts. Each piece of call text has a corresponding relative timestamp. The presentation collaboration server takes the time of initially acquiring the audio data as a reference time, and can determine an absolute timestamp (hereinafter referred to as a timestamp) corresponding to each session text according to the reference time and the relative timestamp.
And the demonstration cooperation server creates a blank document, and sequentially inserts each section of call text and demonstration picture generated in the document demonstration process into the blank document according to the time stamp to obtain a communication record. The blank document may be an offline document or an online document. And when the blank document is an offline document, the demonstration cooperation server sends the communication record to the document conversion server. And the document conversion server converts the offline communication record into the online communication record, generates a prompt message for successful generation of the communication record, and shares the prompt message and the access address of the online communication record to the terminal corresponding to each participant through the demonstration cooperation server.
In the embodiment, after the document cooperation link is accessed to the voice call link, the audio data for performing voice cooperation on the document in the document demonstration process can be automatically performed; based on target operation triggered by a user, corresponding document paginated or blank paginated demonstration pictures can be automatically generated; the communication record can be obtained by splicing the demonstration picture and the conversation text obtained by converting the audio data, so that a user does not need to pay special attention to generation of the communication record. The communication record can be automatically generated under the condition that the user does not sense only by starting or finishing the demonstration according to the normal demonstration flow, so that the communication record generation operation is simplified, and the communication record generation efficiency is further improved.
In a specific embodiment, referring to fig. 8, the document presentation method includes the steps of:
s802, the document is sent to a group session page.

S824, receiving the editing information of the terminal on the document, and displaying the editing information on the document page.
S826, when the target operation occurs in the document page, intercepting a demonstration picture corresponding to the text area in the document page, and determining a time stamp corresponding to the demonstration picture.
And S828, when the triggering operation of the end of the demonstration occurs, performing text conversion on the audio data, and determining the timestamp corresponding to each converted call text.
And S830, sequencing the generated call texts and the demonstration pictures according to the time stamps to obtain communication records.
And S832, synchronizing communication records in real time to the terminals participating in the remote collaboration or the voice collaboration.

And a page browsing application is operated on the second terminal. The collaborator may trigger an access address for the presentation document to load the presentation document through the page browsing application to present the document page.
S906, receiving the information of browsing the document sent by the terminal initiating the invitation.
The terminal for initiating the text collaboration invitation is the first terminal corresponding to the first presenter. The presenter may perform a browsing operation on the presentation document, such as a page turning operation, a position directing operation, and the like. And the first terminal synchronizes the browsing operation information to the second terminal corresponding to each collaborator in real time through the demonstration and cooperation server. The specific limitation of the browsing operation performed on the presentation document by the first terminal may refer to the description of step S206, and is not described herein again.
In one embodiment, each collaborator may trigger a presentation application operation during the text collaboration process. The demonstration application operation can be triggered by corresponding function options in function keys which act on the document page presentation. As shown in fig. 3(a), when the selected function option is me to demonstrate, a demonstrate apply operation may be triggered.
When the collaborator triggers the demonstration application operation on the document page, the second terminal sends an authority transfer request to the first terminal corresponding to the current presenter through the demonstration cooperation server. And the first terminal displays a permission transfer option panel on a document page according to the permission transfer request. Referring to FIG. 10, FIG. 10 is a diagram illustrating an interface of a document page with a rights transfer options panel, in one embodiment. The rights transfer options panel 102 includes an option to approve the transfer and an option to deny the transfer. And the first terminal determines the permission transfer option selected by the presenter and returns a permission transfer response to the demonstration cooperation server according to the selected permission transfer option. When the selected permission transfer option is permission transfer, the demonstration cooperation server re-demarcates the role permission of each participant, the current collaborator is changed into the demonstrator, and browsing operation can be carried out on the demonstration document.
S908, according to the information of the browsing operation, the browsing state of the document is synchronized on the document page.
The information of the browsing operation may specifically include information of a document page to which the page turning operation is directed, information of a position guide mark on the document page, and the like. The specific definition of the browsing status of the document in the document page synchronization can refer to the description of step S208, and is not described herein again.
S910, acquiring the editing information of the document.
And S912, synchronously editing information to the terminal initiating the invitation and the terminal responding to the invitation in real time.
The collaborator may perform editing operations on the presentation document at the second terminal, such as file appending operations, page adding operations, document annotation operations, and the like. The second terminal synchronizes the information of the editing operation (recorded as the editing information) to the first terminal corresponding to the presenter and the second terminals corresponding to the other collaborators in real time through the presentation collaboration server. The specific limitation of performing the editing operation on the presentation document and synchronously displaying the editing information may refer to the description of step S210, which is not described herein again.
According to the document display method, the document page for demonstrating the document is displayed according to the document cooperation invitation initiated by the presenter, so that each collaborator can directly participate in text cooperation through simple invitation response operation. According to the received information of browsing operation of real-time synchronous presenter on document page, the collaborator can synchronously browse document to attain the effect of presentation. In the presentation process, each participant of the text collaboration can edit the document and synchronize the editing information to other participants so as to synchronously display the editing information on a document page, thereby providing multi-party interactive experience and supporting a plurality of participants to synchronously edit the document in a collaborative manner.
In one embodiment, the document presentation method further includes: when a file addition operation occurs, acquiring an added document; displaying the current document and the added document according to the receiving time sequence on the document page; and synchronizing the added documents to the terminal initiating the invitation and the terminal responding to the invitation in real time.
In one embodiment, synchronizing the browsing status of the document at the document page according to the information of the browsing operation includes: when the information of the browsing operation comprises position guide information, displaying a position guide mark on a document page; and adjusting the display position of the position guide mark according to the position guide information.
In one embodiment, a document includes at least one page; according to the information of the browsing operation, synchronizing the browsing state of the document on the document page, comprising the following steps: when the information of the browsing operation includes page turning operation information, the page to which the page turning operation is directed and annotation information added to the page are displayed on the document page.
Referring to FIG. 11(a), FIG. 11(a) is a timing chart of a document presentation method in one embodiment. The first terminal obtains a file A sent by a presenter based on the group session page through the instant messaging application, and judges whether the file is in a target format or not. When file a is in the target format, information is sent in the group session page to prompt the presenter whether to convert file a into a presentation document. And when the conversion is confirmed, the first terminal sends the file A and the room address of the group voice room corresponding to the group session page to the demonstration cooperation server. The presentation collaboration server sends file a to the document transformation server. The document conversion server converts the file A into an online document A and returns an access address of the online document A to the presentation collaboration server. And the demonstration cooperation server acquires the document content of the online document A according to the access address of the online document A, generates a demonstration document based on the document content and creates a demonstration room. A presentation room refers to a text collaboration link used for text collaboration on a presentation document. The presentation room has a corresponding access address. And the demonstration cooperation server sends a request for applying for accessing the group voice room to the instant messaging server according to the received room address of the group voice room. And when the access is successful, the instant messaging server returns voice data generated based on the voice room to the demonstration cooperation server. And the demonstration cooperation server sends the access address of the demonstration document to a terminal corresponding to each group member in the user group corresponding to the group session page. The first terminal sends session information including an access address of the presentation document in the group session page. The presenter and collaborators may both receive the session message. Participants may send a text collaboration request to the presentation collaboration server by triggering an access address of the presentation document. And the demonstration cooperation server returns the document page to the terminal initiating the text cooperation request, so that the terminal displays the document page through the page browsing application.
In the document page, the presenter can perform browsing operations such as page turning, position guidance and the like on the presentation document through the first terminal. The first terminal displays the document pages and the position guide marks pointed by the page turning operation on the document pages.
