Based on the embodiment of the method for creating backlog, the embodiment of the invention provides another method for creating backlog. Fig. 6 is a flowchart of another to-do creation method according to an embodiment of the present invention. The method for creating the backlog shown in fig. 6 may be interactively performed by a document application, an instant messaging application, and a server, where the document application and the instant messaging application are in a binding relationship. For convenience of description, in the embodiment illustrated in fig. 6, it is assumed that the instant messaging application is an enterprise micro-messaging application and the document application is a micro-document application. In step S607, the document application program generates a target to-do flag according to the target to-do item, replaces the target content with the target to-do flag, and displays the target to-do flag in the target document in the first display state.

In step S608, when the target to-do flag is triggered, the document application program displays a viewing window corresponding to the target to-do item.
In one embodiment, the target to-Do flag being triggered may refer to: the mouse cursor of the target user slides through the target to-do mark, the target user selects the target to-do mark, and the target user clicks any one or more of the target to-do marks.
In one embodiment, the viewing window may be displayed according to viewing response information from the instant messaging server and the management authority of the target user to the target backlog, where the viewing response information includes the target backlog and the marking condition of the participant to the target backlog; the view response information is returned after the instant messaging server responds to the view request sent by the document application program.
In a specific implementation, when the target to-do mark is triggered, displaying a viewing window corresponding to the target to-do item includes: when the target backlog mark is triggered, the document application program sends a viewing request for viewing the target backlog carrying a backlog mark to the instant messaging server, wherein the backlog mark is generated by the instant messaging server when the target backlog mark is generated; the instant messaging server searches the target backlog according to the backlog identification, and generates viewing response information according to the target backlog and the marking condition of the target backlog by the participant of the target backlog; and the instant messaging server returns the view response information to the document application program, and the document application program displays a view window according to the view response information and the management authority of the target user on the target backlog.
Wherein the participant marking of the target backlog may include marking the target backlog as completed; alternatively, the target backlog is marked as incomplete. After each participant marks the target backlog, the document application program corresponding to each participant sends the marking condition to the instant messaging server for storage, so that when the instant messaging server receives a viewing request aiming at the target backlog, the instant messaging server generates viewing response information according to the marking condition of each participant on the target backlog and the target backlog. In this way, each participant of the target backlog can know the processing progress of the target backlog according to the marking condition of other participants on the target backlog, for example, which participants have completed the target backlog and which participants have not processed the target backlog.
In one embodiment, the management rights of the target user to the target backlog may include any one or more of viewing rights, editing rights, and tagging rights. The viewing authority means that the target backlog can be browsed, but other operations cannot be performed. If the target user has only viewing rights, it indicates that the target user is neither the creator nor the participant of the target to-do. The editing authority means that the target backlog can be browsed and edited, and the target user is a creator of the target backlog, but is not a participant of the target backlog. The marking authority means that the target backlog can be browsed, and the target backlog can be marked as completed or not completed, and at the moment, the target user is explained to be a participant of the target backlog.
Based on this, displaying the viewing window according to the viewing response information and the management authority of the target user to the target to-do item may include the following cases: if the management authority comprises a viewing authority, displaying the target backlog in a viewing window; if the management authority of the target user comprises the editing authority, displaying a target backlog and editing options in the viewing window, and triggering the editing window for displaying the target backlog in the target document when the editing options are selected; if the management authority comprises a marking authority, the target backlog and a marking option are included in the viewing window; and when the target user has marked the target backlog as completed, the marking option is displayed in a first state; when the target user has marked the target backlog as incomplete; or when the target user does not mark the editing content, the marking option is displayed in a second state; and if the management authority comprises editing authority and marking authority, the viewing window comprises the target backlog, the marking option and the editing option.
The first state may be represented as displaying "mark as incomplete" in any color, and if the target user triggers the mark option, it represents that the target user marks the target backlog as incomplete; the second state may be indicative of displaying "mark as completed" in any one of different colors from the first state, and at this time, if the target user triggers the mark option, it indicates that the target user marks the target backlog as completed. It should be appreciated that the target user's management rights to the target backlog include a marking right indicating that the target user is a participant of the target backlog, so that when the target user has marked the target backlog as completed, the marking option is displayed in the first state, and of the participant identifications included in the target backlog, a participant identification corresponding to the target user may be displayed with a mark as a completion symbol, such as "v".
For example, referring to fig. 7a, a schematic view of a viewing window according to an embodiment of the present invention is provided. Assuming that the management authority of the target user to the target backlog is the editing authority, the target user selects the target backlog mark 501 in fig. 5, and triggers and displays the viewing window 701 corresponding to the target backlog. Assume that the management authority of the target user to the target backlog is an editing authority, and an editing option 71 is included in 701. If the target user triggers 71, the display view window is switched to the edit window 711 for the target backlog. In the editing window 711, a deletion item such as 7A may be displayed at each participant identifier, which may be denoted as "x", and when the target user triggers a deletion item, the participant identifier corresponding to the deletion item may be deleted. Additionally, the edit window may further include an add participant option 7B, and the target user may select the identity of the contact user in the instant messaging application as a newly added participant identity after triggering 7B. The target user may also edit the to-Do content, add participants, set reminder time, etc. through the edit window 711.
Referring to FIG. 7b, a schematic diagram of another view window provided for an embodiment of the present invention, 702 represents the view window, and assuming that the target user's management authority for the target to-do is the marking authority, the view window 702 includes the marking option 72. Assuming that the target user has marked the target backlog as completed before the viewing window is displayed, the marking option 72 may display: the light gray color shows "marked as incomplete". Assuming that the target user marks the target backlog as incomplete or not marked before displaying the viewing window, the viewing window may be as shown at 703 in fig. 7b, and the mark options 73 included in 703 may be displayed as: dark grey shows "marked complete".
Referring to fig. 7c, a schematic diagram of a viewing window provided for an embodiment of the present invention, 704 represents a viewing window, which only displays a target to-do, such as editing content and participant identification of the target to-do, assuming that the management authority of the target user to the to-do is viewing authority, and does not include other operable options.
Step S609, the document application program obtains the marking condition of the target backlog by the participant of the target backlog.
In step S6010, if all the participants of the target backlog mark the target backlog as completed, the target backlog mark is switched from being displayed in the target document in the first display state to being displayed in the target document in the second display state.
In one embodiment, the document application obtains a target backlog flag for a participant of the target backlog, including: the document application program sends a request to the instant messaging server to request the instant messaging server to return the marking condition of the target backlog by the participant of the target backlog. Or, the document application program may also obtain, from the view response information when the instant communication server returns the view response information, a marking condition of the participant of the target backlog on the target backlog.
In order to enable a user opening the target document to intuitively know which backlog is completed and which backlog is not completed through backlog marks of various backlogs. If the participants of the target backlog mark the target backlog as completed, indicating that the entry mark backlog mark is completed, the document application may display the target backlog mark in the target document in the first display state and switch to display the target backlog mark in the target document in the second display state. Wherein, alternatively, the first display state may refer to highlighting with any one color, and the second display state may refer to highlighting with another color different from the above color.
Alternatively, the first display state and the second display state may also refer to displaying with different fonts, for example, the first display state refers to displaying with regular script, and the second display state refers to displaying with oblique script. The embodiments of the present invention are merely illustrative of some possible implementations of the first display state and the second display state, and are not limited to the above in practical applications.
For example, referring to fig. 8a, a schematic diagram of displaying a target to-Do flag according to an embodiment of the present invention is provided, 800 represents a target document, and when a target user inputs editing content through an editing window, a document application program generates the target to-Do flag. Obviously, at this time, the participant of the target backlog does not mark the target backlog, and therefore the target backlog mark is displayed in the target document in the first display state, as shown in 801. The document application program, according to the marking condition of the target backlog by the participant of the target backlog with the passage of time, if judging that the participant of the target backlog marks the target backlog as being completed, displays the target backlog in the target document in the first display state, and switches to display in the target document in the second display state as shown in 802.
For another example, referring to fig. 8b, a schematic diagram of displaying a target to-Do marker is provided for another embodiment of the present invention, 800 represents a target document, 801 represents a target to-Do marker. If not all participants of the target backlog mark the target backlog as completed, 801 is highlighted in black in the target document, as shown at 180 in FIG. 8 b; if all participants detecting the target backlog mark the target backlog as completed, 801 may be highlighted in gray in the target document as shown at 181 in FIG. 8 b.
In the embodiment of the invention, when the start mark of the target document displayed in the instant messaging application program is triggered, the document application program displays the target document; if the target content in the target document is selected, the instant messaging application program generates an editing window for creating backlog, and displays the editing window in the target document; when the editing completion option in the editing window is triggered, the instant messaging application program generates a target backlog according to editing content in the editing window, and the document application program displays a target backlog mark for identifying the target backlog in the target document. In the process, the target backlog is created by triggering the instant messaging application program by selecting the target content in the document application program, so that the method for creating the backlog is enriched, and the fusion degree between the document application program and the instant messaging application program is improved.
In addition, if the target backlog mark displayed in the target document is triggered, the document application program displays a viewing window corresponding to the target backlog, wherein the viewing window is displayed by the document application program according to the viewing response information and the management authority of the target user on the target backlog. The method and the device realize the viewing of the target backlog in the document application program, and can display the viewing window of the target backlog in a targeted manner according to different management authorities of users.
Based on the method for creating the backlog, the embodiment of the invention also provides a method for displaying the backlog. Referring to fig. 9, a flow chart of a to-do display method according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown. The method for displaying backlog in fig. 9 may be performed by an instant messaging application, where the document application and the instant messaging application are in a binding relationship. For convenience of description, in the embodiment illustrated in fig. 9, it is assumed that the instant messaging application is an enterprise micro-messaging application and the document application is a micro-document application. The backlog display method shown in fig. 9 may include the steps of:
in step S901, a community interface of the instant messaging application is displayed, where the community interface includes a trigger option for triggering and displaying a to-be-handled list page.
In one embodiment, the community interface of the instant messaging application may include a function selection area, a session identifier display area, and a session window display area. The function selection area is used for displaying a trigger option for opening functions supported in the instant messaging application program and an entry control for entering other application programs bound by the instant messaging application program, such as a trigger option for opening a to-Do function and displaying a to-Do list page and an entry control for entering the document application program; the session identifier display area is used for displaying a session identifier, and the session window display area is used for displaying a session window of an ongoing session.
For example, the social interface of the instant messaging application may be as shown in FIG. 3b, the 3D representation of the function selection area, the 3D may include an entry control 304 into the document application, and a trigger option 306 to trigger opening of the to-Do function and display of a to-Do list page; 3E represents a session identifier display area, where the session display area is used to display a session identifier, such as 11:05 noon, that the target user has performed a session in a certain period of time, where the session identifier of the session is displayed in the session identifier display area, and the session identifier may refer to an identifier of a session counterpart. 3F represents a conversation window display area, such as a target user ongoing conversation with the XX mailbox design discussion group, which displays the ongoing conversation.
In step S902, when the trigger option is selected, a to-do list page is displayed, where the to-do list page includes a first to-do flag, and the first to-do flag is used to represent a target to-do item.
In one embodiment, the instant messaging application displays the to-Do list page when a trigger option in the social interface that triggers the display of the to-Do list page is triggered. For example, referring to fig. 10a, a schematic diagram of displaying a to-Do list page according to an embodiment of the present invention is provided, and if the trigger option 306 in fig. 3b is triggered, the instant messaging application enters the to-Do function and displays the to-Do list page as shown in fig. 10 a.
Alternatively, the to-Do function may include a calendar page in addition to the to-Do list page. The to-Do list page may include a prompt box to switch to a calendar page, such as shown at 10A in FIG. 10A. The target user may trigger the instant messaging application to switch from displaying the to-Do list page to displaying the calendar page by triggering 10A.
In one embodiment, the to-do list page may include a first to-do flag that is generated by the instant messaging application according to a target to-do sent by an instant messaging server, the target to-do generated by the instant messaging application according to editing content of an editing window that is generated by the instant messaging application when target content in a target document displayed by the document application is selected.
As can be seen from the description of the embodiments of the backlog creation method shown in the embodiments of fig. 2 and 6, the target backlog displayed by the document application is generated according to the target backlog transmitted thereto by the instant messaging application.
In one embodiment, the target backlog in the instant messaging application is generated by the instant messaging application server from the editing content in the editing window. Before the instant messaging application program sends the target backlog to the document application program or after the target backlog is sent to the document application program, a first backlog mark may be generated according to the target backlog, and the first backlog mark may be added to the backlog list page.
In this way, the backlog created in the document application program is not only independently existed in the target document, but also added into the backlog list page of the backlog function of the instant messaging application program, thereby improving the fusion degree between the document application program and the instant messaging application program. In this way, the target user can be prevented from neglecting the execution target backlog due to neglecting the session message comprising the target document sent in the instant messaging application program, and the execution efficiency of the backlog is improved.
In one embodiment, the implementation manner of the instant messaging application program to generate the first to-do flag according to the target to-do is the same as the implementation manner of the document application program to generate the target to-do according to the target to-do in the embodiment of fig. 2. That is, the first to-do mark may include to-do content in the target to-do item, and the first to-do mark may be in a form of: sign mark + content to be handled; alternatively, the first to-do mark may be in the form of: sign + summary of the to-do content. For a specific description of this portion, reference may be made to the description of the relevant steps in the embodiment of fig. 2, which is not repeated here.
Step 903, if the first to-do flag is triggered, displaying a query window corresponding to the target to-do item.
In one embodiment, the target user may view the target to-do by triggering a first to-do tab in a to-do list page of the instant messaging application. In a specific implementation, when the first to-do mark is triggered, sending a to-do query request carrying a to-do mark to the instant messaging server, wherein the to-do query request indicates the instant messaging server to acquire and return query response information according to the to-do mark, and the query response information comprises the target to-do mark and the marking condition of the target to-do mark by the participant of the target to-do mark; and displaying a query window according to the query response information and the management authority of a target user to the target backlog, wherein the target user is a user corresponding to a user account logged in the instant messaging application program.
Wherein the first to-do indicium is triggered, including the target user selecting the first to-do indicium using any one or more of: the first to-do mark is slid through using a mouse, clicked, double clicked, long pressed, etc.
In one embodiment, the management authority of the target user on the target backlog includes any one or more of viewing authority, editing authority and marking authority; the target user has different management rights to the target backlog, and the content displayed in the query window is different.
In a specific implementation, if the management authority includes a viewing authority, displaying the target backlog in the query window; if the management authority comprises editing authority, displaying the target backlog and editing options in the query window; when the editing options are selected, triggering and displaying an editing window of the target backlog; if the management authority comprises a marking authority, the target backlog and a marking option are included in the query window; and when the target user has marked the target backlog as completed, the marking option is displayed in a first state; when the target user has marked the target backlog as incomplete or the target user has not marked the target backlog, the marking option is displayed in a second state; if the management authority includes editing authority and marking authority, the query window includes the target backlog, the marking option and the editing option.
In one embodiment, if the first to-do tab is triggered, the instant messaging application displays a query window in the to-do list page. For example, referring to fig. 10b, a schematic diagram of displaying a query window according to an embodiment of the present invention is provided. Assume that the management authority of the target user to the target backlog is an editing authority and a marking authority. 81 denotes a to-do list of the instant messaging application, and the to-do list includes a plurality of to-do labels, and 811 denotes a first to-do label corresponding to a target to-do. The target user uses the mouse to slide over the first to-do tab and the instant messaging application displays a query window as shown in 8111.
In other embodiments, if the first to-do flag is triggered, then the method jumps to displaying the target document and displays a query window in the target document. For example, referring to fig. 10c, another schematic diagram of displaying a query window according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown. Assuming that the management authority of the target user to the target to-do item is editing authority and marking authority, 81 represents a to-do list page, 811 represents a first to-do mark, the target user clicks the first to-do mark, triggers the to-do list page to be displayed, jumps to the target document to be displayed, and displays a query window in the target document, as shown in 181.
In one embodiment, if the query window is displayed in the to-Do list page, the method further comprises: if the management authority comprises the editing authority, displaying the target backlog, a first editing option and a second editing option in the query window; displaying an editing window of the target backlog in the backlog list page when the first editing option is triggered; and when the second editing option is triggered, jumping to display the target document, and displaying an editing window of the target backlog in the target document. That is, if the current query window is displayed in the to-do list page and the management authority of the target user for the target to-do item includes editing authority, when the target user wants to edit the target to-do item, the target user may select whether to edit the target to-do item in the to-do list page or edit the target to-do item in the target document through the query window.
For example, referring to fig. 10d, for a schematic diagram of another query window provided in an embodiment of the present invention, assuming that the management authority of the target user on the target to-do item is the editing authority, after the target user selects the first to-do mark in fig. 8b, the query window 82, 82 includes the target to-do item and the first editing option 83 in the to-do list page, which may be represented as "edit on the present page" and the second editing option 822 represents "edit into document". When the target user triggers the first editing option, an editing window for the target to-do is displayed in the to-do list page, as shown at 282 in FIG. 10 d.
If the target user selects the second editing option 822, the process may jump to displaying the target document and display the editing window of the target backlog in the target document as shown at 382 in FIG. 10 e. If the target backlog is continuously edited at the creation source of the target backlog, the target user can modify the target backlog by combining the content in the target document or the scene of creating the target backlog, the accuracy of editing the target backlog is ensured, and frequent interaction between the instant messaging application program and the instant messaging server caused by the re-modification of the target backlog editing is avoided.
In one embodiment, the to-Do list page further includes a second to-Do tab, a first selection box corresponding to the first to-Do tab, and a second selection box corresponding to the second to-Do tab, and the method further includes: when the first selection frame and the second selection frame are selected in a target selection mode, processing options for carrying out batch processing on the plurality of to-be-handled marks are displayed; the processing options comprise any one or more of a deleting option, a forwarding option and a marking option, wherein the forwarding option is used for indicating to send a target backlog corresponding to the first backlog and a backlog corresponding to the second backlog to a designated contact user when triggered; when the deletion option is triggered, the deletion option is used for indicating that the first to-be-handled mark and the second to-be-handled mark are deleted from the to-be-handled list page; and when the marking option is triggered, the marking option is used for indicating that the backlog corresponding to the target backlog corresponding to the first backlog and the backlog corresponding to the second backlog are marked as completed or not completed.
In short, the to-Do list page includes a plurality of to-Do labels, and the target user may perform batch processing on the plurality of to-Do labels by selecting the plurality of to-Do labels, such as batch deletion, batch forwarding, and batch labeling.
In an embodiment, when the selection boxes corresponding to the to-do marks in the to-do list page are selected in different selection manners, the instant messaging application program may be triggered to execute different operations on the to-do item corresponding to the to-do mark, that is, each selection manner corresponds to an operation of processing the to-do item. Taking a first to-do mark in the to-do list page as an example, wherein the first to-do mark corresponds to the first selection frame, and when the first selection frame is clicked, triggering the instant messaging application program to mark the target to-do item as completed; when the first selection box is double-clicked, the instant messaging application program is triggered to select the first to-do mark. Or conversely, when the first selection box is double-clicked, triggering the instant messaging application to mark the target backlog as completed; when the first selection frame is clicked, triggering the instant messaging application program to select the first to-be-handled mark. It should be understood that the single click and double click are just two possible implementations listed in the examples of the present invention, and are not limited to these two implementations in practical applications.
Based on this, the above-mentioned target selection manner may refer to a selection manner corresponding to a batch processing operation, where the batch processing operation corresponding selection manner may include any one or more of operations such as a single click, a double click, a long press, and the like.
In one embodiment, when the first selection frame and the second selection frame are selected in a target selection manner, displaying a processing option for performing batch processing on the plurality of to-Do labels, including: when the first selection frame and the second selection frame are selected in a target selection mode, detecting whether a right mouse button receives trigger operations, such as operations of clicking, double clicking, long pressing and the like; and if the right button of the mouse is keyed to trigger operation, displaying processing options in the to-be-handled list page.
In one embodiment, the to-do list page may include two areas, where one area is used to display a to-do mark corresponding to the to-do marked as completed, which may be referred to as a to-do display area; the other area is used to display a to-do tab corresponding to a to-do not marked as completed, and may be referred to as a transacted item display area.
In one embodiment, if the target user does not mark the first to-do as completed, the first to-do mark is displayed in the to-do display area; when the selection frame corresponding to the first to-be-handled mark in the to-be-handled list page is selected in a selection mode corresponding to the mark as the completed operation, the first to-be-handled mark can be deleted from the to-be-handled display area and added to the transacted item display area for display.
Alternatively, the first to-be-handled mark is displayed in different display states in the to-be-handled display area and the transacted item display area, such as in a blue font in the to-be-handled display area and in a gray font in the transacted item display area.
For example, referring to fig. 11a, a schematic diagram of processing a first selection frame according to an embodiment of the present invention is provided, where 110 represents a to-do list page, 111 is a to-do display area, and 112 is a transacted display area. 113 denotes the first to-do flag, 114 denotes the first selection box corresponding to the first to-do flag. If the target user clicks on the first selection box 114, the target to-do corresponding to the first to-do flag is marked as completed, the first to-do flag is deleted from 112, and the first to-do flag is displayed in 112.
For another example, referring to fig. 11b, for a schematic diagram of a processing option for displaying batch processing according to an embodiment of the present invention, based on the assumption in fig. 11a, 115 represents a second to-do mark, 116 represents a second selection frame corresponding to the second to-do mark, and when the target double-clicks the first selection frame 114 and the second selection frame 116 and clicks the right mouse button, a processing option 118 for performing batch processing on the target to-do item and the to-do item corresponding to the second to-do mark is displayed in the to-do list page.
In the embodiment of the invention, the instant messaging application program can generate the first to-do mark according to the target to-do item and add the first to-do mark to the to-do list page of the to-do function. In this way, the backlog created in the document application program is not independent, so that the backlog is associated with the instant messaging application program, and the fusion degree between the document application program and the instant messaging application program is further improved. In this way, the target user can be prevented from neglecting the execution target backlog due to neglecting the session message comprising the target document sent in the instant messaging application program, and the execution efficiency of the backlog is improved. Furthermore, the target user can query the target backlog through the target backlog mark or the first backlog mark, so that the query function of the target backlog is realized.
Based on the method for creating the backlog, the embodiment of the invention also provides a device for creating the backlog. Referring to fig. 12, a schematic structural diagram of a to-do creation device according to an embodiment of the present invention is provided. The backlog creation apparatus shown in fig. 12 may operate the following units:
A display unit 1201 for displaying a target document, the target document being displayed by a document application when a start flag of the target document is triggered, the start flag being displayed in an instant messaging application bound to the document application; alternatively, the start-up mark is displayed in the document application;
the display unit 1201 is further configured to display an edit window for creating backlog if the target content in the target document is selected, where the edit window is generated by the instant messaging application, and the edit window includes an edit completion option;
the display unit 1201 is further configured to display a target to-Do flag in the target document when the editing completion option is selected; the target backlog mark is used for marking target backlogs which are generated by the instant messaging application program according to the editing content in the editing window.
In one embodiment, the processing unit 1201, when displaying an edit window for creating backlog if the target content in the target document is selected, performs the following operations: selecting target content in the target document, and displaying operation options for operating the target content, wherein the operation options comprise creating backlog options; and if the to-do creation option is selected, triggering the instant communication application program to generate an editing window for creating the to-do and displaying the editing window in the target document.
In one embodiment, the display unit 1201 is further configured to: when the target backlog mark is triggered, displaying a viewing window corresponding to the target backlog in the target document, wherein the viewing window is displayed according to viewing response information from an instant messaging server and management authority of a target user on the target backlog, the viewing response information comprises the target backlog and the marking condition of a participant of the target backlog on the target backlog, and the target user is a user corresponding to a user account logging in the instant messaging application program; the view response information is returned after the instant messaging server responds to a view request sent by the document application program, and the view request is sent to the instant messaging server by the document application program when the target to-do mark is detected to be triggered.
In one embodiment, the management authority of the target user on the target backlog includes any one or more of viewing authority, editing authority and marking authority;
if the management authority comprises the viewing authority, displaying the target backlog in the viewing window;
If the management authority comprises editing authority, displaying the target backlog and editing options in the viewing window; when the editing options are selected, displaying an editing window of the target backlog;
if the management authority comprises a marking authority, the target backlog and a marking option are included in the viewing window; and when the target user has marked the target backlog as completed, the marking option is displayed in a first state; the tagging option is displayed in a second state when the target user has tagged the target backlog as incomplete or when the target user has not tagged the backlog;
and if the management authority comprises editing authority and marking authority, the viewing window comprises the target backlog, the marking option and the editing option.
In one embodiment, when the display unit 1201 displays the target to-Do mark in the target document, the following operations are performed: and replacing the target content by the target to-Do mark, and displaying the target to-Do mark in the target document in a first display state.
In one embodiment, the to-do creation apparatus further includes an acquisition unit 1202 and a switching unit 1203: the acquiring unit 1202 is configured to acquire, from the instant messaging server, a marking condition of the editing content by the participant of the target to-do item; the switching unit 1203 is configured to switch, if all the participants of the target backlog mark the target backlog as completed, the target backlog mark from being displayed in the target document in the first display state to being displayed in the target document in the second display state.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the steps performed by the document application program in relation to the backlog creation method shown in fig. 2 and 6 may be performed by respective units in the backlog creation apparatus shown in fig. 12. For example, step S201 to step S203 shown in fig. 2 are performed by the display unit 1201 in the backlog creation apparatus shown in fig. 12. And for another example. Step S602 and step S608 shown in fig. 6 may be performed by the display unit 1201 in the to-do creation apparatus shown in fig. 12; step S609 may be executed by the acquisition unit 1202 in the to-do creation apparatus shown in fig. 12; step S6010 may be performed by the switching unit 1203 in the to-do creation apparatus shown in fig. 12.
According to another embodiment of the present invention, each unit in the to-do creation device shown in fig. 12 may be separately or completely combined into one or several additional units, or some unit(s) thereof may be further split into a plurality of units with smaller functions, which may achieve the same operation without affecting the achievement of the technical effects of the embodiments of the present invention. The above units are divided based on logic functions, and in practical applications, the functions of one unit may be implemented by a plurality of units, or the functions of a plurality of units may be implemented by one unit. In other embodiments of the present invention, the backlog-based creation apparatus may also include other units, and in actual applications, these functions may also be implemented with assistance from other units, and may be implemented by cooperation of a plurality of units.
According to another embodiment of the present invention, the backlog creation apparatus as shown in fig. 12 may be constructed by running a computer program (including program code) capable of executing the steps involved in the respective methods as shown in fig. 2 and 6 on a general-purpose computing device such as a computer including a processing element such as a Central Processing Unit (CPU), a random access storage medium (RAM), a read-only storage medium (ROM), and the like, and a storage element, and the backlog creation method of the embodiment of the present invention may be implemented. The computer program may be recorded on, for example, a computer readable storage medium, and loaded into and executed by the computing device described above.
In the embodiment of the invention, a document application program displays a target document; if the target content in the target document is selected, displaying an editing window for creating backlog, wherein the editing window is generated by an instant messaging application program; when the editing completion option in the editing window is detected to be triggered, a target backlog mark is displayed, the target backlog mark is generated according to a target backlog, and the target backlog is generated by the instant messaging application program according to editing content in the editing window. In the process of creating backlog, the target content in the document application program is selected to trigger the instant messaging application program to create the target backlog, so that the backlog creating mode is enriched, and the fusion degree between the document application program and the instant messaging application program is improved.
Based on the embodiment of the to-do display method, the embodiment of the invention also provides a to-do display device. Referring to fig. 13, a backlog display device according to an embodiment of the present invention is provided. The backlog display device shown in fig. 13 may operate as follows:
the display unit 1301 is configured to display a social interface of the instant messaging application, where the social interface includes a trigger option for triggering and displaying a to-be-handled list page;
The display unit 1301 is further configured to display the to-do list page when the trigger option is selected, where the to-do list page includes a first to-do flag, the first to-do flag is generated by the instant messaging application program according to a target to-do item sent by the instant messaging server, the target to-do item is generated by the instant messaging application program according to an edit content of an edit window, and the edit window is generated by the instant messaging application program when a target content in a target document displayed by the document application program is selected;
the display unit 1301 is further configured to display a query window corresponding to the target to-do item if the first to-do flag is triggered.
In one embodiment, when the display unit 1301 is configured to display a query window corresponding to the target to-do item if the first to-do flag is triggered, the following steps are performed: and if the first to-do mark is triggered, displaying a query window corresponding to the target to-do item in the to-do list page.

In one embodiment, the to-do display device further includes a sending unit 1302, where the sending unit 1302 is further configured to: if the first to-do mark is triggered, sending a to-do query request carrying a to-do mark to the instant communication server, wherein the to-do query request indicates the instant communication server to acquire and return query response information according to the to-do mark, and the query response information comprises the target to-do mark and the marking condition of participants of the target to-do mark on the target to-do mark; the display unit 1301 is further configured to display a query window according to the query response information and a management authority of a target user on the target to-do item, where the target user is a user corresponding to a user account logged in the instant messaging application program.

According to an embodiment of the present invention, each step in the to-do display method shown in fig. 9 may be performed by each unit in the to-do display apparatus shown in fig. 13. For example, step S901 to step S903 shown in fig. 9 may be performed by the display unit 1301 in the backlog display device shown in fig. 13.
According to another embodiment of the present invention, each unit in the to-do display apparatus shown in fig. 13 may be separately or completely combined into one or several additional units, or some unit(s) thereof may be further split into a plurality of units having smaller functions, which may achieve the same operation without affecting the achievement of the technical effects of the embodiments of the present invention. The computer program may be recorded on, for example, a computer readable storage medium, and loaded into and executed by the computing device described above.

Referring to fig. 14, a schematic structural diagram of a terminal device according to an embodiment of the present invention is provided. The terminal device shown in fig. 14 may include at least a processor 1401, an input interface 1402, an output interface 1403, and a computer storage medium 1404. Wherein the processor 1401, the input interface 1402, the output interface 1403, and the computer storage medium 1404 may be connected by a bus or other means.
A computer storage medium 1404 may be stored in a memory of the node device, the computer storage medium 1404 being for storing a computer program comprising program instructions, the processor 1401 being for executing the program instructions stored by the computer storage medium 1404. The processor 1401 (or CPU (Central Processing Unit, central processing unit)) is a computing core as well as a control core of the session management device, which is adapted to implement one or more instructions, in particular to load and execute one or more instructions to implement a corresponding method flow or a corresponding function.
In one embodiment, the processor 1401 of an embodiment of the present invention may be configured to perform: displaying a target document, the target document being displayed by a document application when a start-up flag of the target document is triggered, the start-up flag being displayed in an instant messaging application; alternatively, the start-up mark is displayed in the document application; if the target content in the target document is selected, displaying an editing window for creating backlog, wherein the editing window is generated by the instant messaging application program and comprises an editing completion option; when the editing completion option is selected, displaying a target to-Do mark in the target document; the target backlog mark is used for marking target backlogs which are generated by the instant messaging application program according to the editing content in the editing window.
In other embodiments, the processor 1401 of the embodiments of the present invention is further configured to perform: displaying a community interface of the instant messaging application program, wherein the community interface comprises a triggering option for triggering and displaying a to-be-handled list page;
when the trigger option is selected, displaying the to-do list page, wherein the to-do list page comprises a first to-do mark, the first to-do mark is generated by the instant messaging application program according to a target to-do item, the target to-do item is generated by the instant messaging application program according to editing content in an editing window displayed in a target document, and the editing window is generated by the instant messaging application program when the target content in the target document displayed by the document application program is selected; and if the first to-do mark is triggered, displaying a query window corresponding to the target to-do item.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a computer storage medium (Memory), which is a Memory device in the session management device and is used for storing programs and data. It will be appreciated that the computer storage medium herein may include both a built-in storage medium in the session management device and an extended storage medium supported by the session management device. The computer storage medium provides a storage space that stores an operating system of the session management device. Also stored in this memory space are one or more instructions, which may be one or more computer programs (including program code), adapted to be loaded and executed by the processor 1401. In one embodiment, the processor 1401 performs the following operations when displaying an edit window for creating backlog if the target content in the target document is selected: selecting target content in the target document, and displaying operation options for operating the target content, wherein the operation options comprise creating backlog options; and if the to-do creation option is selected, triggering the instant communication application program to generate an editing window for creating the to-do and displaying the editing window in the target document.
In one embodiment, the processor 1401 is further configured to perform: when the target backlog mark is triggered, displaying a viewing window corresponding to the target backlog in the target document, wherein the viewing window is displayed according to viewing response information from the instant messaging server and management authority of a target user on the target backlog, the viewing response information comprises the target backlog and the marking condition of a participant of the target backlog on the target backlog, and the target user is a user corresponding to a user account logged in the instant messaging application program; the view response information is returned after the instant messaging server responds to a view request sent by the document application program, and the view request is sent to the instant messaging server by the document application program when the target to-do mark is detected to be triggered.

In one embodiment, the processor 1401 is further configured to: acquiring the marking condition of the target backlog by the participant of the target backlog from the instant messaging server; and if all the participants of the target backlog finish the target backlog, switching the target backlog mark from being displayed in the target document in a first display state to being displayed in the target document in a second display state.

In one embodiment, the query window is displayed in the to-Do list page, and the processor 1401 is further configured to: if the management authority comprises the editing authority, displaying the target backlog, a first editing option and a second editing option in the query window; displaying an editing window of the target backlog in the backlog list page when the first editing option is triggered; and when the second editing option is triggered, jumping to display the target document, and displaying an editing window of the target backlog in the target document.
In the embodiment of the invention, the instant messaging application program can generate the first to-do mark according to the target to-do item and add the first to-do mark to the to-do list page of the to-do function. In this way, the backlog created in the document application program is not independent, so that the backlog is associated with the instant messaging application program, and the fusion degree between the document application program and the instant messaging application program is further improved. In this way, the target user can be prevented from neglecting the execution target backlog due to neglecting the session message comprising the target document sent in the instant messaging application program, and the execution efficiency of the backlog is improved. Furthermore, the target user can query the target backlog through the target backlog mark or the first backlog mark, so that the query function of the target backlog is realized.

Claims (13)

1. A method of creating a backlog, comprising:
displaying a target document, the target document being displayed by a document application when a start-up flag of the target document is triggered, the start-up flag being displayed in an instant messaging application bound to the document application; alternatively, the start-up mark is displayed in the document application;
if the target content in the target document is selected, displaying an editing window for creating backlog, wherein the editing window is generated by the instant messaging application program and comprises an editing completion option; the editing window further includes: adding a reminding time option; the reminding time adding option is used for setting the time for reminding the corresponding user to execute or check the backlog;
when the editing completion option is selected, displaying a target to-Do mark in the target document in a first display state; the target backlog mark is used for marking target backlogs which are generated by the instant messaging application program according to the editing content in the editing window;
When the target backlog mark is triggered, displaying a viewing window corresponding to the target backlog in the target document according to viewing response information from an instant messaging server and the management authority of a target user on the target backlog, wherein the viewing window displays the target backlog and the mark condition of each participant of the target backlog on the target backlog; and if the management authority is a marking authority, the viewing window comprises the target backlog and a marking option, wherein the marking option is used for receiving an operation marked as completed or an operation marked as unfinished aiming at the target backlog; the marking includes all participants marking the target backlog as completed or marking the target backlog as incomplete;
acquiring the marking condition of the target backlog by the participant of the target backlog from an instant messaging server;
and if all the participants of the target backlog mark the target backlog as completed, switching the target backlog mark from being displayed in the target document in the first display state to being displayed in the target document in the second display state.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein displaying an edit window for creating a to-do if target content in the target document is selected, comprises:
selecting target content in the target document, and displaying operation options for operating the target content, wherein the operation options comprise creating backlog options;
and if the to-do creation option is selected, triggering the instant communication application program to generate an editing window for creating the to-do, and displaying the editing window in the target document.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
the viewing window is displayed according to viewing response information from an instant messaging server and management authority of a target user on the target backlog, the viewing response information comprises the target backlog and marking conditions of participants of the target backlog on the target backlog, and the target user is a user corresponding to a user account logged in the instant messaging application program;
the view response information is returned after the instant messaging server responds to a view request sent by the document application program, and the view request is sent to the instant messaging server by the document application program when the target to-do mark is detected to be triggered.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein the target user's management rights for the target to-do include any one or more of viewing rights, editing rights, and tagging rights;
if the management authority comprises the viewing authority, displaying the target backlog in the viewing window;
if the management authority comprises editing authority, displaying the target backlog and editing options in the viewing window; when the editing options are selected, displaying an editing window of the target backlog;
if the management authority comprises a marking authority, when the target user marks the target backlog as completed, the marking option is displayed in a first state; the marking option is displayed in a second state when the target user has marked the target backlog as incomplete or when the target user has not marked the backlog;
and if the management authority comprises editing authority and marking authority, the viewing window comprises the target backlog, the marking option and the editing option.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein displaying the target to-Do marker in the target document in the first display state comprises:
And replacing the target content by the target to-Do mark, and displaying the target to-Do mark in the target document in a first display state.
6. A backlog display method, comprising:
displaying a community interface of the instant messaging application program, wherein the community interface comprises a triggering option for triggering and displaying a to-be-handled list page;
when the trigger option is selected, displaying the to-do list page, wherein the to-do list page comprises a first to-do mark, the first to-do mark is generated by the instant messaging application program according to a target to-do item, the target to-do item is generated by the instant messaging application program according to editing content in an editing window displayed in a target document, and the editing window is generated by the instant messaging application program when the target content in the target document displayed by the document application program is selected; the editing window includes an editing completion option, the editing window further including: adding a reminding time option; the reminding time adding option is used for setting the time for reminding the corresponding user to execute or check the backlog;
if the first to-do mark is triggered, displaying a query window corresponding to the target to-do item according to the management authority of the target user to the target to-do item;
If the first to-do mark is triggered, displaying a query window corresponding to the target to-do item according to the management authority of the target user to the target to-do item, including: if the first to-do mark is triggered, displaying a query window corresponding to the target to-do item in the to-do list page; or if the first to-be-handled mark is triggered, jumping to display the target document, and displaying the query window in the target document; the query window displays marking conditions of each participant of the target backlog on the target backlog;
if the management authority comprises a marking authority, displaying the target backlog and a marking option in the query window, wherein the marking option is used for receiving an operation marked as completed or an operation marked as unfinished aiming at the target backlog; the marking includes all participants marking the target backlog as completed or marking the target backlog as incomplete.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein displaying the query window corresponding to the target to-do if the first to-do flag is triggered comprises:
If the first to-do mark is triggered, sending a to-do query request carrying a to-do mark to an instant communication server, wherein the to-do query request indicates the instant communication server to acquire and return query response information according to the to-do mark, and the query response information comprises the target to-do mark and the mark condition of a participant of the target to-do mark on the target to-do mark;
and displaying a query window according to the query response information and the management authority of a target user to the target backlog, wherein the target user is a user corresponding to a user account logged in the instant messaging application program.
8. The method of claim 7, wherein the target user's management rights for the target to-do include any one or more of viewing rights, editing rights, and tagging rights;
if the management authority comprises the viewing authority, displaying the target backlog on the query window;
if the management authority comprises editing authority, displaying the target backlog and editing options in the query window; when the editing options are selected, displaying an editing window of the target backlog;
If the management authority includes a marking authority, when the target user has marked the target backlog as completed, the marking option is displayed in a first state; when the target user has marked the target backlog as incomplete; or when the target user does not mark the editing content, the marking option is displayed in a second state;
and if the management authority comprises editing authority and marking authority, displaying the target backlog, the marking options and the editing options in the query window.
9. The method of claim 6, wherein the to-Do list page further includes a second to-Do tab, the first to-Do tab corresponds to a first selection box, and the second to-Do tab corresponds to a second selection box, the method further comprising:
when the first selection frame and the second selection frame are selected in a target selection mode, processing options for carrying out batch processing on the plurality of to-be-handled marks are displayed;
the processing options comprise any one or more of a deleting option, a forwarding option and a marking option, wherein the forwarding option is used for indicating to send a target backlog corresponding to the first backlog and a backlog corresponding to the second backlog to a designated contact user when triggered;
When the deletion option is triggered, the deletion option is used for indicating that the first to-be-handled mark and the second to-be-handled mark are deleted from the to-be-handled list page;
and when the marking options are triggered, the marking options are used for indicating that the target backlog corresponding to the first backlog and the backlog corresponding to the second backlog are marked as completed or not completed.
10. The method of claim 7, wherein the query window is displayed in the to-Do list page, the method further comprising:
if the management authority comprises the editing authority, displaying the target backlog, a first editing option and a second editing option in the query window;
displaying an editing window of the target backlog in the backlog list page when the first editing option is triggered; and when the second editing option is triggered, jumping to display the target document, and displaying an editing window of the target backlog in the target document.
11. A backlog creation apparatus, comprising:
a display unit for displaying the target document; the target document is displayed by a document application when a start-up flag of the target document is triggered, the start-up flag being displayed in an instant messaging application bound to the document application; alternatively, the start-up mark is displayed in the document application;
The display unit is used for displaying an editing window for creating backlog if the target content in the target document is selected, the editing window is generated by the instant messaging application program, and the editing window comprises an editing completion option; the editing window further includes: adding a reminding time option; the reminding time adding option is used for setting the time for reminding the corresponding user to execute or check the backlog;
the display unit is further used for displaying a target to-Do mark in the target document in a first display state when the editing completion option is selected; the target backlog mark is used for marking target backlogs which are generated by the instant messaging application program according to the editing content in the editing window;
the display unit is further configured to display, when the target backlog flag is triggered, a viewing window corresponding to the target backlog in the target document according to viewing response information from an instant messaging server and management authority of a target user on the target backlog, where the viewing window displays the target backlog and flag situations of each participant of the target backlog on the target backlog; and if the management authority is a marking authority, the viewing window comprises the target backlog and a marking option, wherein the marking option is used for receiving an operation marked as completed or an operation marked as unfinished aiming at the target backlog; the marking includes all participants marking the target backlog as completed or marking the target backlog as incomplete;
The display unit is further used for acquiring the marking condition of the target backlog by the participant of the target backlog from the instant messaging server; and if all the participants of the target backlog mark the target backlog as completed, switching the target backlog mark from being displayed in the target document in the first display state to being displayed in the target document in the second display state.
12. A backlog display device, comprising:
the display unit is used for displaying a community interface of the instant messaging application program, wherein the community interface comprises a triggering option for triggering and displaying a to-be-handled list page;
the display unit is further configured to display the to-do list page when the trigger option is selected, where the to-do list page includes a first to-do flag, the first to-do flag is generated by the instant messaging application program according to a target to-do item sent by the instant messaging server, the target to-do item is generated by the instant messaging application program according to editing content of an editing window, and the editing window is generated by the instant messaging application program when target content in a target document displayed by the document application program is selected; the editing window includes an editing completion option, the editing window further including: adding a reminding time option; the participant adding option is used for selecting participant identification, and the reminding time adding option is used for setting the time for reminding the corresponding user to execute or view the backlog;
The display unit is further configured to display, if the first to-do flag is triggered, a query window corresponding to the target to-do item in the to-do list page according to a management authority of the target user on the target to-do item; or if the first to-do mark is triggered, jumping to display the target document, and displaying the query window in the target document according to the management authority of the target user on the target to-do item; the query window displays marking conditions of each participant of the target backlog on the target backlog; if the management authority comprises a marking authority, displaying the target backlog and a marking option in the query window, wherein the marking option is used for receiving an operation marked as completed or an operation marked as unfinished aiming at the target backlog; the marking includes all participants marking the target backlog as completed or marking the target backlog as incomplete.
13. A terminal device, comprising
A processor adapted to implement one or more instructions, and
a computer storage medium storing one or more instructions adapted to be loaded by the processor and to perform the method of creating a backlog according to any one of claims 1-5; alternatively, the one or more instructions are adapted to be loaded by the processor and to perform the to-do display method of any of claims 6-10.
