In the related art, when a user uses some products (for example, document products), a new document is usually created quickly by means of some pre-created templates. For example, the system provides a variety of templates for the user to select, but it is difficult for the user to know the specific content included in each template. If a user clicks on a template, an operation of creating a new document using the template is automatically triggered. If the template content in the document is not the content currently required by the user after the new document is created, only the new document created based on the template can be deleted, then the template is reselected, and the creation of the new document is triggered again until the template content in the created document meets the requirements of the user. The whole process of selecting the target template is complicated in operation, so that the efficiency of creating the document is low, and the user experience is poor.

The above steps S501 to S503 can be executed in the server, and through the steps S501 to S503, the problem of low processing efficiency of the document in the related art is solved, in the present application, the target template is adopted to create the target document only when the selected target template is detected to trigger the confirmation operation, so as to avoid the tedious operation that in the prior art, if a certain template is selected, the target is automatically determined to be the template currently required by the user, the document is created by adopting the template, and if the content of the template in the document is not the content currently required by the user, only the created document can be deleted, thereby improving the processing efficiency of the created document.
Optionally, in a document creating method shown in the second embodiment of the present application, after selecting a target template from a plurality of templates, the method further includes: if the confirmation operation is triggered within the preset time, a target document is created by adopting a target template; and if the confirmation operation is not triggered within the preset time, the target document is not created by adopting the target template.
For example, if the confirmation operation is triggered within 5S (corresponding to the predetermined time described above), the creation of the target document using the target template is performed; namely, the target template is confirmed to be the template currently required by the user, so that the target document is created by adopting the target template. If the confirmation operation is not triggered in 5S, the target document is not created by adopting the target template. That is, if the target template is not the template currently required by the user, the target template is used to create the target document. Therefore, the complicated operation that in the prior art, if a certain template is selected, the target is automatically determined to be the template required by the user currently, the template is adopted to create the document, and if the content of the template in the document is not the content required by the user currently, the created document can only be deleted is avoided, so that the processing efficiency of creating the document is improved.
Optionally, in a document creating method shown in the second embodiment of the present application, the confirming operation includes at least one of: editing operations performed on the target template; selecting operation executed on a confirmation control of the interactive interface; and confirming the determined operation executed by the popup window popped up on the interactive interface.
For example, the editing operation performed on the target template is an editing operation in which the user inputs characters on the target template or changes the contents in the target template.
The selection operation executed on the confirmation control of the interactive interface can be as follows: and the cancel control is used for indicating to cancel the target template, namely indicating that the target template is not the template currently required by the user.
The determination operation performed in the confirmation window popped up on the interactive interface may be: the operation of confirmation selected from the confirmation and cancellation of the display of the confirmation window, that is, the operation of confirmation by selection in the confirmation window is used to indicate that the target template is the template currently required by the user.
Optionally, in a document creating method shown in the second embodiment of the present application, after creating a target document by using a target template, the method further includes: executing editing operation on the target template to acquire editing information; and updating the target template by adopting the editing information.
For example, the target template is a template of a meeting summary, and if a user performs an editing operation on the template of the meeting summary, the content in the template of the meeting summary is updated by using the editing information. According to the scheme, the content in the target template can be rapidly updated through the server, and the processing efficiency of the target template is improved.
Optionally, in a document creating method shown in the second embodiment of the present application, after the target template is updated with the editing information, the method further includes: generating a task to be dealt with of the group based on the updated target template; acquiring group members related to tasks to be handled; and displaying the tasks to be handled on the conversation interface of the group members.
In the scheme, after the target template is updated, the to-do tasks of the group can be generated in the server according to the content in the target template, and the group members related to the to-do tasks are quickly determined; and displaying the tasks to be handled on the conversation interface of the group members. By the technical scheme, the tasks to be handled can be quickly created and displayed on the conversation interface of the group members related to the tasks to be handled, so that the group members can conveniently and quickly and intuitively acquire the tasks to be handled.
It should be noted that the steps illustrated in the flowcharts of the figures may be performed in a computer system such as a set of computer-executable instructions and that, although a logical order is illustrated in the flowcharts, in some cases, the steps illustrated or described may be performed in an order different than presented herein.
The third embodiment of the present application further provides a processing apparatus for a document template, and it should be noted that the processing apparatus for a document template in the first embodiment of the present application may be used to execute the processing method for a document template provided in the first embodiment of the present application. The following describes a processing apparatus for a document template provided in an embodiment of the present application.
FIG. 6 is a block diagram of a document template processing apparatus according to a third illustrative embodiment. Referring to fig. 6, the apparatus includes a first receiving unit 601, a first display unit 602, a first response unit 603, and a first determination unit 604.
Specifically, the first receiving unit 601 is configured to receive a starting instruction for starting the display template, where the starting instruction is input in a group conversation interface of the instant messaging tool;
a first display unit 602 configured to display a plurality of templates on an interactive interface of the instant messaging tool, wherein the templates are used for providing a basic structure of a document, and the interactive interface is an interface which is displayed in a skipping manner from a group conversation interface in response to a starting instruction;
a first response unit 603 configured to display a target template pointed by a selection operation in response to the selection operation input on the interactive interface, wherein the target template is one of the plurality of templates; and
a first determining unit 604 configured to switch the state display information of the target template from the pending state to the determined state in case of receiving the confirmation operation.
The processing apparatus for a document template provided in the third embodiment of the present application is configured to receive, by a first receiving unit 601, a start instruction for starting a display template, where the start instruction is input in a group conversation interface of an instant messaging tool; a first display unit 602 configured to display a plurality of templates on an interactive interface of the instant messaging tool, wherein the templates are used for providing a basic structure of a document, and the interactive interface is an interface which is displayed in a skipping manner from a group conversation interface in response to a starting instruction; a first response unit 603 configured to display a target template pointed by a selection operation in response to the selection operation input on the interactive interface, wherein the target template is one of the plurality of templates; and a first determining unit 604 configured to switch the state display information of the target template from the pending state to the determined state when the confirmation operation is received, so as to solve the problem of low processing efficiency of the document in the related art. In the application, the selected target template is switched from the undetermined state to the determined state only when the confirmation operation is received, that is, the target template is confirmed to be the template currently required by the user, so that the complex operation that the template can only be deleted if the content of the template in the document is not the content currently required by the user and the document processing efficiency is improved because the template can be automatically confirmed to be the template currently required by the user if a certain template is selected in the prior art is avoided.
Optionally, in the processing apparatus for a document template provided in the third embodiment of the present application, the apparatus further includes: the second determining unit is configured to execute the switching of the state display information of the target template from the pending state to the determined state if the confirmation operation is received within the preset time after the target template to which the selected operation is directed is displayed; and the first canceling unit is configured to switch the state display information of the target template from the pending state to a canceling state if the confirmation operation is not received within the predetermined time.
Optionally, in the processing apparatus for a document template provided in the third embodiment of the present application, the first determining unit or the second determining unit includes: a first editing module configured to perform an editing operation on a target template; the first selection module is configured to perform selection operation on a confirmation control of the interactive interface; the first determining module is configured to perform determining operation in a confirmation window popped up on the interactive interface.
Optionally, in the processing apparatus for a document template provided in the third embodiment of the present application, the apparatus further includes: the second receiving unit is configured to receive the editing information of the target template after the state display information of the target template is switched from the pending state to the determined state; a first updating unit configured to update the target template based on the editing information.
Optionally, in the processing apparatus for a document template provided in the third embodiment of the present application, the apparatus further includes: a third determining unit configured to determine the tasks to be handled of the group based on the updated target template after updating the target template based on the editing information; a second display unit configured to display group members related to the task to be handled; and the third display unit is configured to display the tasks to be handled on the conversation interface of the group members.
The fourth embodiment of the present application further provides a document creating apparatus, and it should be noted that the document creating apparatus according to the second embodiment of the present application may be used to execute the method for creating a document according to the second embodiment of the present application. The following describes a document creation apparatus provided in an embodiment of the present application.
FIG. 7 is a block diagram of a document creation apparatus according to a fourth illustrative embodiment. Referring to fig. 7, the apparatus includes a first triggering unit 701, a first obtaining unit 702, and a first creating unit 703.
Specifically, the first triggering unit 701 is configured to trigger a starting instruction of a display template, where the starting instruction is input in a group conversation interface of the instant messaging tool;
a first obtaining unit 702, configured to obtain a plurality of templates displayed on an interactive interface of an instant messaging tool, and select a target template from the plurality of templates, where the template is used to provide a basic structure of a document, the interactive interface is an interface displayed in a jump from a group conversation interface in response to a start instruction, and the target template is one of the plurality of templates; and
a first creating unit 703 configured to create a target document using the target template if a confirmation operation is triggered.
The document creation apparatus provided in the fourth embodiment of the present application is configured to trigger a start instruction of a display template through a first trigger unit 701, where the start instruction is input in a group conversation interface of the instant messaging tool; a first obtaining unit 702, configured to obtain a plurality of templates displayed on an interactive interface of an instant messaging tool, and select a target template from the plurality of templates, where the template is used to provide a basic structure of a document, the interactive interface is an interface displayed in a jump from a group conversation interface in response to a start instruction, and the target template is one of the plurality of templates; the first creating unit 703 is configured to create a target document using a target template if a confirmation operation is triggered, so that the problem of low processing efficiency of documents in the related art is solved.
Optionally, in the document creating apparatus provided in the fourth embodiment of the present application, the apparatus further includes: a second creating unit configured to create a target document using a target template if a confirmation operation is triggered within a predetermined time after the target template is selected from the plurality of templates; a first processing unit configured not to create a target document using the target template if the confirmation operation is not triggered within a predetermined time.
Optionally, in the document creating apparatus provided in the fourth embodiment of the present application, the first creating unit 703 further includes: a first editing module configured to perform an editing operation on a target template; the first selection module is configured to perform selection operation on a confirmation control of the interactive interface; and the first determination module is configured to determine the execution of a popup window which is popped up on the interactive interface.
Optionally, in the document creating apparatus provided in the fourth embodiment of the present application, the apparatus further includes: the first editing unit is configured to execute editing operation on the target template after the target document is created by adopting the target template, and obtain editing information; and the first updating unit is configured to update the target template by adopting the editing information.
Optionally, in the document creating apparatus provided in the fourth embodiment of the present application, the apparatus further includes: the first generating unit is configured to generate tasks to be handled of the group based on the updated target template after the target template is updated by adopting the editing information; the second acquisition unit is configured to acquire group members related to the tasks to be handled; the first display unit is configured to display the task to be handled on the conversation interface of the group member.
With regard to the apparatus in the above-described embodiment, the specific manner in which each module performs the operation has been described in detail in the embodiment related to the method, and will not be elaborated here.
In an exemplary embodiment, there is also provided a computer program product comprising computer programs/instructions, optionally when executed by a processor, for performing the method as described above.
In an exemplary embodiment, there is also provided an electronic device including: a processor; a memory for storing processor-executable instructions; wherein the processor is configured to execute the instructions to implement the method as described above.
In an exemplary embodiment, a computer-readable storage medium, such as a memory, is also provided that includes instructions executable by a processor of an apparatus to perform the above-described method. Alternatively, the storage medium may be a non-transitory computer readable storage medium, for example, the non-transitory computer readable storage medium may be a ROM, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a CD-ROM, a magnetic tape, a floppy disk, an optical data storage device, and the like.
Embodiments of the present disclosure may provide a terminal, which may be any one computer terminal device in a computer terminal group. Optionally, in this embodiment, the terminal may also be a terminal device such as a mobile terminal.
Optionally, in this embodiment, the terminal may be located in at least one network device of a plurality of network devices of a computer network.
Alternatively, fig. 8 is a block diagram illustrating a structure of a terminal according to an exemplary embodiment. As shown in fig. 8, the terminal may include: one or more processors 121 (only one shown), a memory 122 for storing processor-executable instructions; wherein the processor is configured to execute the instructions to implement the method of any of the above.
The memory may be used to store software programs and modules, such as program instructions/modules corresponding to the methods and apparatuses in the embodiments of the present disclosure, and the processor executes various functional applications and data processing by executing the software programs and modules stored in the memory, so as to implement the methods described above. The memory may include high speed random access memory, and may also include non-volatile memory, such as one or more magnetic storage devices, flash memory, or other non-volatile solid-state memory. In some examples, the memory may further include memory located remotely from the processor, and these remote memories may be connected to the computer terminal through a network. Examples of such networks include, but are not limited to, the internet, intranets, local area networks, mobile communication networks, and combinations thereof.
It can be understood by those skilled in the art that the structure shown in fig. 8 is only an illustration, and the computer terminal may also be a terminal device such as a smart phone (e.g., an Android phone, an iOS phone, etc.), a tablet computer, a palmtop computer, a Mobile Internet Device (MID), a PAD, and the like. Fig. 8 is a diagram illustrating a structure of the electronic device. For example, terminal 12 may also include more or fewer components (e.g., network interfaces, display devices, etc.) than shown in FIG. 8, or have a different configuration than shown in FIG. 8.

Claims (10)

1. A processing method of a document template is applied to an instant messaging tool, and the processing method of the document template comprises the following steps:
receiving a starting instruction for starting a display template, wherein the starting instruction is input in a group conversation interface of the instant messaging tool;
displaying a plurality of templates on an interactive interface of the instant messaging tool, wherein the templates are used for providing a basic structure of a document, and the interactive interface is an interface which is displayed by skipping from the group conversation interface in response to the starting instruction;
responding to a selection operation input in the interactive interface, and displaying a target template pointed by the selection operation, wherein the target template is one of the templates; and
and under the condition that the confirmation operation is received, switching the state display information of the target template from an undetermined state to a determined state.
2. The method for processing document templates according to claim 1, wherein after displaying the target template pointed to by the selected operation, the method further comprises:
if the confirmation operation is received within the preset time, executing to switch the state display information of the target template from an undetermined state to a determined state;
and if the confirmation operation is not received within the preset time, switching the state display information of the target template from the undetermined state to a cancelled state.
3. The method of processing a document template according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the confirmation operation comprises at least one of:
an editing operation performed on the target template;
selecting operation executed on a confirmation control of the interactive interface;
and determining operation executed in a confirmation window popped up on the interactive interface.
4. A document creation method is applied to an instant messenger, and comprises the following steps:
triggering a starting instruction of a display template, wherein the starting instruction is input in a group conversation interface of the instant messaging tool;
acquiring a plurality of templates displayed on an interactive interface of the instant messaging tool, and selecting a target template from the plurality of templates, wherein the template is used for providing a basic structure of a document, the interactive interface is an interface which is displayed in a skipping mode from the group conversation interface in response to the starting instruction, and the target template is one of the plurality of templates; and
and if the confirmation operation is triggered, adopting the target template to create a target document.
5. The document creation method of claim 4, wherein after selecting a target template from the plurality of templates, the method further comprises:
if the confirmation operation is triggered within the preset time, adopting the target template to create a target document;
and if the confirmation operation is not triggered within the preset time, not adopting the target template to create the target document.
6. The document creation method according to claim 4 or 5, wherein the confirmation operation includes at least one of:
an editing operation performed on the target template;
selecting operation executed on a confirmation control of the interactive interface;
and determining operation executed by a confirmation popup window popped up on the interactive interface.
7. A processing device of a document template is applied to an instant messaging tool, and comprises:
the first receiving unit is configured to receive a starting instruction for starting a display template, wherein the starting instruction is input in a group conversation interface of the instant messaging tool;
the first display unit is configured to display a plurality of templates on an interactive interface of the instant messaging tool, wherein the templates are used for providing a basic structure of a document, and the interactive interface is an interface which is displayed in response to the starting instruction and jumped from the group conversation interface;
a first response unit, configured to respond to a selection operation input on the interactive interface, and display a target template pointed by the selection operation, wherein the target template is one of the templates; and
and the first determination unit is configured to switch the state display information of the target template from the pending state to the determined state under the condition that the confirmation operation is received.
8. A document creation device, applied to an instant messenger, includes:
the first trigger unit is configured to trigger a starting instruction of a display template, wherein the starting instruction is input in a group conversation interface of the instant messaging tool;
a first obtaining unit, configured to obtain a plurality of templates displayed on an interactive interface of the instant messaging tool, and select a target template from the plurality of templates, where the template is used to provide a basic structure of a document, the interactive interface is an interface displayed in a jump from the group conversation interface in response to the start instruction, and the target template is one of the plurality of templates; and
and the first creating unit is configured to create a target document by using the target template if a confirmation operation is triggered.
9. A computer readable storage medium, the instructions in which, when executed by a processor, cause the processor to carry out the method of any one of claims 1 to 3, or the method of any one of claims 4 to 6, when executed.
10. A computer program product comprising a computer program, characterized in that the computer program realizes the method of any of claims 1 to 3, or the method of any of claims 4 to 6, when executed by a processor.
