When the target user selection is complete at the participant selection interface, the "ok" button included in the selection result presentation area 421 may be clicked, a return to the editing window is triggered, and the participant identification displayed in the selection result presentation area 421 is displayed in the editing window, as shown at 43 in fig. 4 b.
As another alternative, if the target document is displayed by triggering a launch flag in the document application, the target user adds a participant identification of the target item in the editing window by triggering an add participant option 406, including: if the add participant option 406 is selected, triggering the instant messaging application program to acquire identifications of all contact users of the target user, and displaying a participant selection window in the target document according to the identifications of all contact users, wherein the participant selection window comprises the identifications of all contact users and a group of each contact user identification in the instant messaging application program, for example, a group to which a guo of a contact user belongs is a part of the XXX research, and a group to which a zhao of a contact user belongs is a XXX test group; and if the identifier of any contact person user is selected, adding the identifier of the selected contact person user into the editing window.
For example, referring to fig. 4c, another schematic diagram of adding a participant identifier in an editing window according to an embodiment of the present invention is provided. Based on the example in fig. 4a, 401 represents a target document, which is assumed to be displayed by triggering a start-up flag in the document application, such as the "new document" of 31 in fig. 3 b. After the target user selects the target content in the target document 401, the terminal device displays an editing window 404 in the target document. If the target user selects 404 the add participant option 406, the participant selection window, shown as 44 in FIG. 4c, is triggered to be displayed. The selection window may include the identifiers of all contact users of the target user in the instant messaging application, and the group of the identifier of each contact user.
The target user may select a few from the identities of the multiple contact users and click the "ok" button, triggering a return to the edit window. Assuming that the target user has selected a certain, li, guo, zhao and wang in the participant selection window 44, these contacts are taken as participants and the identities of these contacts are displayed in the edit window, as shown at 45 in fig. 4 c.
In one embodiment, the participant identifier displayed in the editing window may correspond to a delete item, and when a delete item is triggered, the participant identifier corresponding to the delete item is deleted from the editing window. As in FIG. 4c, the participant identifies that Guo corresponds to a delete entry 44, and when 44 is triggered, "Guo" is deleted from the editing window.
In one embodiment, when the edit completion option is selected, the instant messaging application program obtains the edit content in the edit window and generates the target to-do item according to the edit content, including: when the instant messaging application program detects that an editing completion option in an editing window is triggered, the editing content is sent to an instant messaging server; the instant communication server generates a target to-do item including the editing content.
In one embodiment, as can be seen from the foregoing, the editing content may include participant identifiers, and after the instant messaging server generates the target to-do-items according to the editing content, the instant messaging application program corresponding to the participant identifiers may be further notified to add the target to-do-items to the corresponding to-do-items list page. The creating method of backlog shown in fig. 6 can be interactively executed by a document application, an instant messaging application and a server, wherein the document application and the instant messaging application are in a binding relationship. For convenience of description, in the embodiment shown in fig. 6, it is assumed that the instant messaging application is an enterprise WeChat application and the document application is a micro-document application. The creation method of backlog shown in fig. 6 may include the following steps:
step S601, when the start flag of the target document displayed in the instant communication application is triggered, notifies the document application to display the target document.

In one embodiment, the target to-do flag being triggered may refer to: and the mouse cursor of the target user slides over the target to-be-handled mark, the target user selects the target to-be-handled mark, and the target user clicks any one or more of the target to-be-handled marks.
In one embodiment, the viewing window can be displayed according to viewing response information from the instant messaging server and management authority of the target user on the target backlog, wherein the viewing response information comprises the target backlog and marking conditions of the participants on the target backlog; and the viewing response information is returned by the instant messaging server after responding to a viewing request sent by the document application program.
In a specific implementation, when the target to-do mark is triggered, displaying a viewing window corresponding to the target to-do item includes: when the target to-do mark is triggered, the document application program sends a viewing request for viewing the target to-do with the to-do mark to the instant messaging server, wherein the to-do mark is generated by the instant messaging server when the target to-do is generated; the instant messaging server searches for the target backlogs according to the backlogs identification, and generates viewing response information according to the target backlogs and the marking conditions of the target backlogs by the participants of the target backlogs; and the instant communication server returns the viewing response information to the document application program, and the document application program displays a viewing window according to the viewing response information and the management authority of the target user to the target to-be-handled item.
The marking condition of the target backlog by the participant can comprise marking the target backlog as completed; alternatively, the target to-do-item is marked as incomplete. After each participant marks the target backlog, the document application program corresponding to each participant sends the marking condition to the instant messaging server for storage, so that when the instant messaging server receives a viewing request for the target backlog, the instant messaging server generates viewing response information according to the marking condition of each participant on the target backlog and the target backlog. In this way, each participant of the target backlog can know the processing progress of the target backlog according to the marking condition of other participants on the target backlog, for example, which participants have finished the target backlog and which participants have not processed the target backlog.
In one embodiment, the management authority of the target user on the target to-do item may include any one or more of a viewing authority, an editing authority and a marking authority. The viewing permission refers to that the target to-do item can be browsed, but other operations cannot be executed. If the target user only has viewing rights, the target user is neither the creator of the target to-do-list nor a participant of the target to-do-list. The editing authority refers to that the target backlog can be browsed and edited, and at this time, it indicates that the target user is a creator of the target backlog but not a participant of the target backlog. The marking authority means that the target backlog can be browsed, and the target backlog can be marked to be completed or not completed, and at this time, the target user is a participant of the target backlog.
Based on this, the displaying the viewing window according to the viewing response information and the management authority of the target user to the target to-do-things may include the following situations: if the management authority comprises a viewing authority, displaying the target to-be-handled item in a viewing window; if the management authority of the target user comprises an editing authority, displaying a target backlog and an editing option in the viewing window, and triggering an editing window for displaying the target backlog in a target document when the editing option is selected; if the management authority comprises a marking authority, the viewing window comprises the target to-do item and a marking option; and when the target user has marked the target to-do-it as completed, the marking option is displayed in a first state; when the target user marks the target to-do-things as unfinished; or when the target user does not mark the edited content, the marking option is displayed in a second state; and if the management authority comprises an editing authority and a marking authority, the viewing window comprises the target to-be-handled item, the marking option and the editing option.
The first state may be represented as displaying "mark as incomplete" in any color, and at this time, if the target user triggers the mark option, it represents that the target user marks the target to-do item as incomplete; the second state may be indicated as "marked as completed" in any color different from the first state, which indicates that the target user has marked the target to-do item as completed if the target user triggers the mark option. It should be understood that the management authority of the target to-do-matters by the target user includes a marking authority indicating that the target user is a participant of the target to-do-matters, so that when the target user has marked the target to-do-matters as completed, the marking option is displayed in the first state, and a marking symbol, such as a "check mark", may be displayed at a participant identification corresponding to the target user among participant identifications included in the target to-do-matters.
For example, referring to fig. 7a, a schematic view of a viewing window provided in an embodiment of the present invention is shown. Assuming that the management authority of the target user for the target to-do-things is an editing authority, the target user selects the target to-do-things mark 501 in fig. 5, and triggers and displays the viewing window 701 corresponding to the target to-do-things. Assuming that the management authority of the target user for the target to-do item is an editing authority, an editing option 71 is included in 701. If the target user triggers 71, the display view window switches to display an edit window 711 for the target to-do-go. In the editing window 711, a deletion item, such as 7A, may be displayed at each participant identifier, and may be represented as "x", and when a target user triggers a certain deletion item, the participant identifier corresponding to the deletion item may be deleted. In addition, the edit window may further include an add participant option 7B, and after the target user triggers 7B, the identifier of the contact user in the instant messaging application may be selected as a newly added participant identifier. The target user may also edit the to-do content, add participants, set reminder times, and so on through the editing window 711.
Referring to fig. 7b, a schematic view of another viewing window provided in the embodiment of the present invention, 702 represents the viewing window, and assuming that the management right of the target user for the target to-do item is a mark right, the viewing window 702 includes a mark option 72. Assuming that the target user has marked the target to-do item as completed before displaying the viewing window, the mark option 72 may display: the light gray shows "marked as incomplete". Assuming that the target user marks the target to-do-item as incomplete or not marked before displaying the viewing window, the viewing window may be as shown in 703 in fig. 7b, and the marking option 73 included in 703 may be displayed as: dark grey displays "marked as complete".
Referring to fig. 7c, a schematic view of another viewing window provided by the embodiment of the present invention, 704 represents a viewing window, and assuming that the management authority of the backlog by the target user is the viewing authority, the viewing window only displays the target backlog, such as the edited content and the participant identifier of the target backlog, except that no other operable option is included.
Step S609, the document application program obtains the marking condition of the target backlog by the participant of the target backlog.
Step S6010, if the participants of the target to-do-list mark the target to-do-list as completed, switching the target to-do-list from being displayed in the target document in the first display state to being displayed in the target document in the second display state.
In one embodiment, the document application program obtains the mark condition of the target backlog by the participant of the target backlog, and comprises the following steps: the document application program sends a request to the instant messaging server to request the instant messaging server to return the marking condition of the target backlog by the participant of the target backlog. Or, the document application program may also obtain, from the viewing response information, a marking condition of the target to-be-handled item by the participant of the target to-be-handled item when the viewing response information is returned by the instant messaging server.
In order to enable a user opening a target document to intuitively know which backlogs are finished and which backlogs are not finished through the backlog marks of the backlogs. If the participants of the target to-do-list mark the target to-do-list as completed, indicating that the entry marks the completion of the target to-do-list, the document application program may display the target to-do-list in the target document in the first display state, and switch to display the target to-do-list in the target document in the second display state. Optionally, the first display state may be highlighted in any one color, and the second display state may be highlighted in another color different from the above color.
Optionally, the first display state and the second display state may also be displayed in different fonts, for example, the first display state is displayed in a regular font, and the second display state is displayed in a tilted font. The embodiment of the present invention only exemplifies some possible implementations of the first display state and the second display state, and is not limited to the above in practical applications.
For example, referring to fig. 8a, a schematic diagram of displaying a target to-do mark according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown, where 800 represents a target document, and when a target user inputs edited content through an editing window, the target to-do mark is generated by a document application. Obviously, the participant of the target to-do-matter does not mark the target to-do-matter at this time, so the target to-do-matter is displayed in the target document in the first display state, as shown in 801. As time goes by, the document application program displays the target to-do-list in the target document in the first display state and switches to display the target to-do-list in the target document from the second display state as shown in 802 if the target to-do-list is judged to be completely marked by all the participants of the target to-do-list according to the marking condition of the target to-do-list on the target to-do-list by the participants of the target to-do-list.
For another example, referring to fig. 8b, a schematic diagram for displaying a target to-do mark is provided for another embodiment of the present invention, where 800 denotes a target document, and 801 denotes a target to-do mark. If all participants who are not the target to-do-matter mark the target to-do-matter as completed, 801 is highlighted in black in the target document, as shown at 180 in FIG. 8 b; if all participants that detect the target to-do-matter mark the target to-do-matter as completed, 801 may be highlighted in gray in the target document, as shown in 181 in FIG. 8 b.
In the embodiment of the invention, when the starting mark of the target document displayed in the instant communication application program is triggered, the document application program displays the target document; if the target content in the target document is selected, the instant messaging application program generates an editing window for creating backlogs, and the editing window is displayed in the target document; when the fact that the editing completion option in the editing window is triggered is detected, the instant messaging application program generates a target backlog according to the editing content in the editing window, and the document application program displays a target backlog mark used for marking the target backlog in the target document. In the process, the target content in the document application program is selected to trigger the instant messaging application program to create the target backlog, so that the method for creating the backlog is enriched, and the fusion degree between the document application program and the instant messaging application program is improved.
In addition, if the target to-do mark displayed in the target document is triggered, the document application program displays a viewing window corresponding to the target to-do, and the viewing window is displayed by the document application program according to the viewing response information and the management authority of the target user to the target to-do. The method and the device realize the viewing of the target backlogs in the document application program and can display the viewing window of the target backlogs in a targeted manner according to different management authorities of users.
Based on the creating method of the backlog, the embodiment of the invention also provides a display method of the backlog. Referring to fig. 9, a flowchart of a display method of backlogs according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown. The display method of backlog shown in fig. 9 can be executed by the instant messaging application, and the document application and the instant messaging application are in a binding relationship. For convenience of description, in the embodiment shown in fig. 9, it is assumed that the instant messaging application is an enterprise WeChat application and the document application is a micro-document application. The display method of backlog shown in fig. 9 may include the following steps:
step S901, a social interface of the instant messaging application is displayed, where the social interface includes a trigger option for triggering display of a to-do list page.
In one embodiment, the social interface of the instant messaging application may include a function selection area, a session identification display area, and a session window display area. The function selection area is used for displaying a trigger option for opening a function supported in the instant messaging application program and an entrance control for entering other application programs bound to the instant messaging application program, such as a trigger option for opening a to-do function and displaying a to-do list page and an entrance control for entering a document application program; the conversation mark display area is used for displaying a conversation mark, and the conversation window display area is used for displaying a conversation window of an ongoing conversation.
For example, the social interface of the instant messaging application can be as shown in fig. 3b, the 3D representation function selection area, the 3D entry control 304 that can enter the document application, and the trigger option 306 that triggers opening of the to-do function and display of the to-do list page; 3E denotes a session identifier display area, which is used to display a session identifier of a session that the target user has performed with, for example, 11:05 am for a certain period of time, the target user has performed a session with "eat XXX", and the session identifier of the session is displayed in the session identifier display area, and the session identifier may refer to an identifier of a session partner. 3F represents a conversation window display area, such as a target user in an ongoing conversation with XX mailbox design discussion group, which displays the ongoing conversation.
Step S902, when the trigger option is selected, displaying a to-do list page, wherein the to-do list page comprises a first to-do mark, and the first to-do mark is used for representing a target to-do item.
In one embodiment, the instant messaging application displays the to-Do list page when a trigger option in the social interface is triggered that triggers the display of the to-Do list page. For example, referring to fig. 10a, for a schematic diagram of displaying a to-do list page provided by the embodiment of the present invention, if the trigger option 306 in fig. 3b is triggered, the instant messaging application enters the to-do function and displays the to-do list page as shown in 10 in fig. 10 a.
Optionally, the to-do function may include a calendar page in addition to the to-do list page. A prompt box to switch to a calendar page, such as 10A in FIG. 10A, may be included in the to-Do list page. The target user may trigger 10A to trigger the instant messaging application to switch from displaying the to-do list page to displaying the calendar page.
In one embodiment, the to-do list page may include a first to-do mark, where the first to-do mark is generated by the instant messaging application according to a target to-do item sent by an instant messaging server, the target to-do item is generated by the instant messaging application according to an editing content of an editing window, and the editing window is generated by the instant messaging application when the target content in a target document displayed by the document application is selected.
As will be understood from the descriptions in the embodiments of the creating method of backlogs shown in the embodiments of fig. 2 and fig. 6, the target backlog mark displayed by the document application is generated according to the target backlog sent to the document application by the instant messaging application.
In one embodiment, the target to-do item in the instant messaging application program is generated by the instant messaging application server according to the editing content in the editing window. Before the instant messaging application program sends the target backlog to the document application program or after the target backlog is sent to the document application program, a first backlog mark can be generated according to the target backlog and is added to the backlog page.
In this way, the backlog created in the document application program does not exist in the target document independently, and can be added to the backlog list page of the backlog function of the instant messaging application program, so that the fusion degree between the document application program and the instant messaging application program is improved. In addition, the target user can be prevented from neglecting the conversation message which is sent in the instant messaging application program and contains the target document and neglecting the execution target backlog in the instant messaging application program, and the execution efficiency of the backlog is improved.
In one embodiment, the instant messaging application generates the first to-do mark according to the target to-do item, which is the same as the document application generates the target to-do item according to the target to-do item in the embodiment of fig. 2. That is, the first to-do mark may include the to-do content in the target to-do item, and the form of the first to-do mark may be: sign mark + content to be handled; alternatively, the first to-do mark may be in the form of: symbol marker + summary of to-do content. For a detailed description of this part, reference may be made to the description of relevant steps in the embodiment of fig. 2, and details are not repeated here.
Step S903, if the first to-do mark is triggered, a query window corresponding to the target to-do item is displayed.
In one embodiment, the target user may view the target to-do by triggering the first to-do flag in the to-do list page of the instant messaging application. In a specific implementation, when the first to-do mark is triggered, sending a to-do query request carrying a to-do mark to the instant messaging server, where the to-do query request indicates that the instant messaging server obtains and returns query response information according to the to-do mark, and the query response information includes the target to-do and a mark condition of a participant of the target to-do for the target to-do; and displaying a query window according to the query response information and the management authority of the target to-do-things of the target user, wherein the target user is a user corresponding to the user account for logging in the instant messaging application program.
Wherein the first to-do marker is triggered, including the target user selecting the first to-do marker using any one or more of the following operations: using a mouse to slide over the first to-do mark, click, double click, long press, etc.
In one embodiment, the management authority of the target to-do-item by the target user comprises any one or more of a viewing authority, an editing authority and a marking authority; the management authority of the target user to the target backlog is different, and the contents displayed in the query window are also different.
In a specific implementation, if the management authority comprises a viewing authority, displaying the target to-be-handled item in the query window; if the management authority comprises an editing authority, displaying the target backlog and editing options in the query window; when the editing option is selected, triggering and displaying an editing window of the target backlog; if the management authority comprises a marking authority, the query window comprises the target to-do item and a marking option; and when the target user has marked the target to-do-item as completed, the marking option is displayed in a first state; when the target user marks the target to-do-things as incomplete or the target user does not mark the target to-do-things, the mark option is displayed in a second state; and if the management authority comprises an editing authority and a marking authority, the query window comprises the target to-be-handled item, the marking option and the editing option.
In one embodiment, if the first to-do mark is triggered, the instant messaging application displays a query window in the to-do list page. For example, referring to fig. 10b, a schematic diagram of a display query window according to an embodiment of the present invention is provided. The management authority of the target user on the target to-be-handled event is assumed to be an editing authority and a marking authority. A to-do list of the instant messaging application is shown at 81, the to-do list includes a plurality of to-do markers, and a first to-do marker corresponding to the target to-do is shown at 811. The target user slides over the first to-do mark with the mouse and the instant messaging application displays a query window as shown in 8111.
In other embodiments, if the first to-do mark is triggered, jumping to display a target document, and displaying a query window in the target document. For example, fig. 10c is a schematic diagram of another display query window according to an embodiment of the present invention. Assuming that the management authority of the target to-do-list by the target user is the editing authority and the marking authority, 81 represents the to-do-list page, 811 represents the first to-do mark, and the target user clicks the first to-do mark, triggers display of the to-do-list page, jumps to display of the target document, and displays the query window in the target document, as shown in 181.
In one embodiment, if the query window is displayed in the to-Do list page, the method further comprises: if the management authority comprises an editing authority, displaying the target backlog, a first editing option and a second editing option in the query window; when the first editing option is triggered, displaying an editing window of the target backlog in the backlog list page; and when the second editing option is triggered, jumping to an editing window for displaying the target document and displaying the target to-be-handled items in the target document. That is, if the current query window is displayed in the to-do list page and the management authority of the target to-do item by the target user includes the editing authority, when the target user wants to edit the target to-do item, the target user can select whether to edit the target to-do item in the to-do list page or to edit the target to-do item in the target document through the query window.
For example, referring to fig. 10d, a schematic diagram of another query window provided in the embodiment of the present invention, assuming that the management authority of the target user for the target to-do item is an editing authority, after the target user selects the first to-do mark in fig. 8b, the query window 82, 82 including the target to-do item and the first editing option 83 is displayed in the to-do list page, which may be expressed as "edit in this page" and the second editing option 822 represents "enter document editing". When the target user triggers the first editing option, an editing window for the target to-do item is displayed in the to-do list page, as shown at 282 in FIG. 10 d.
If the target user selects the second edit option 822, the user can jump to display the target document and display an edit window for the target to-do item in the target document as shown at 382 in FIG. 10 e. As a result, the target backlogs are continuously edited at the creation source of the target backlogs, so that the target user can modify the target backlogs by combining the content in the target document or the scene of creating the target backlogs, the accuracy of editing the target backlogs is ensured, and frequent interaction between the instant messaging application program and the instant messaging server caused by re-modification of the target backlogs is avoided.
In one embodiment, the to-do list page further includes a second to-do mark, a first selection box corresponding to the first to-do mark, and a second selection box corresponding to the second to-do mark, and the method further includes: when the first selection frame and the second selection frame are selected in a target selection mode, displaying processing options for batch processing of the multiple to-do marks; the processing options comprise any one or more of a deleting option, a forwarding option and a marking option, wherein when the forwarding option is triggered, the processing option is used for indicating that the target backlog corresponding to the first backlog mark and the backlog corresponding to the second backlog mark are sent to a designated contact user; when the deletion option is triggered, the deletion option is used for indicating that the first to-do mark and the second to-do mark are deleted from the to-do list page; and when the marking option is triggered, the marking option is used for indicating that the target backlog corresponding to the first backlog item and the backlog corresponding to the second backlog mark are marked as finished or unfinished.
In short, the to-do list page includes a plurality of to-do marks, and the target user may perform batch processing on the plurality of to-do marks by selecting the plurality of to-do marks, such as batch deletion, batch forwarding, batch marking, and the like.
In an embodiment, when the selection frame corresponding to each to-do mark in the to-do list page is selected in different selection manners, the instant messaging application program may be triggered to perform different operations on the to-do item corresponding to the to-do mark, that is, each selection manner corresponds to an operation for processing the to-do item. Taking a first to-do mark in the to-do list page as an example, wherein the first to-do mark corresponds to a first selection box, and when the first selection box is clicked, triggering the instant messaging application program to mark the target to-do item as finished; when the first selection box is double-clicked, the instant messaging application program is triggered to select the first to-do mark. Or, on the contrary, when the first selection box is double-clicked, the instant messaging application program is triggered to mark the target backlog as completed; and when the first selection box is clicked, triggering the instant messaging application program to select the first to-do mark. It should be understood that the single click and the double click are just two possible implementations listed in the embodiment of the present invention, and are not limited to these two implementations in practical applications.
Based on this, the target selection mode may refer to a selection mode corresponding to a batch processing operation, and the selection mode corresponding to the batch processing operation may include any one or more of single click, double click, long press and the like.
In one embodiment, when the first selection box and the second selection box are selected in a target selection manner, displaying a processing option for batch processing of a plurality of to-do marks, including: when the first selection frame and the second selection frame are selected in a target selection mode, detecting whether a right mouse button receives trigger operation, such as clicking, double clicking, long pressing and the like; and if the right mouse button receives the triggering operation, displaying the processing options in the list page to be handled.
In one embodiment, the to-do list page may include two areas, one area is used for displaying the to-do mark corresponding to the to-do item marked as completed, and may be referred to as a to-do item display area; the other area is used for displaying the to-do mark corresponding to the to-do-matters which are not marked as completed and can be called a transacted item display area.
In one embodiment, if the target user does not mark the first to-do mark as completed, the first to-do mark is displayed in the to-do display area; when the selection frame corresponding to the first to-do mark in the to-do list page is selected in the selection mode corresponding to the operation marked as completed, the first to-do mark can be deleted from the to-do display area and added to the display area of the handled items for display.
Optionally, the first to-do mark is displayed in different display states in the to-do display area and the handled item display area, for example, in a blue font in the to-do display area, and in a gray font in the handled item display area.
For example, referring to fig. 11a, a schematic diagram of processing a first selection box according to an embodiment of the present invention is provided, where 110 denotes a to-do list page, 111 is a to-do display area, and 112 is a transacted item display area. 113 denotes a first to-do mark, and 114 denotes a first selection box corresponding to the first to-do mark. If the target user clicks the first selection box 114, the target to-do item corresponding to the first to-do mark is marked as completed, the first to-do mark is deleted from 112, and the first to-do mark is displayed in 112.
As another example, referring to fig. 11b, based on the assumption in fig. 11a that 115 represents a second to-do mark and 116 represents a second selection box corresponding to the second to-do mark, when the target double-clicks the first selection box 114 and the second selection box 116 and clicks a right mouse button, a processing option 118 for performing batch processing on the backlogs corresponding to the target backlogs and the second backlogs mark is displayed in the backlog page.
In the embodiment of the invention, the instant messaging application program can generate the first to-do mark according to the target to-do item and add the first to-do mark into the to-do list page with the to-do function. Therefore, backlogs created in the document application program are not independent any more, and are associated with the instant messaging application program, and the fusion degree between the document application program and the instant messaging application program is further improved. In addition, the target user can be prevented from neglecting the conversation message which is sent in the instant messaging application program and contains the target document and neglecting the execution target backlog in the instant messaging application program, and the execution efficiency of the backlog is improved. Furthermore, the target user can query the target backlog through the target backlog mark or the first backlog mark, so that the query function of the target backlog is realized.
Based on the creating method of backlogs, the embodiment of the invention also provides a creating device of backlogs. Referring to fig. 12, a schematic structural diagram of a creating apparatus for backlog according to an embodiment of the present invention is provided. The creation apparatus of backlog shown in fig. 12 may operate as follows:
a display unit 1201, configured to display a target document, where the target document is displayed by a document application when a start flag of the target document is triggered, and the start flag is displayed in an instant messaging application bound to the document application; or, the launch mark is displayed in the document application;
the display unit 1201 is further configured to display an editing window for creating a to-do item if the target content in the target document is selected, where the editing window is generated by the instant messaging application program, and the editing window includes an editing completion option;
the display unit 1201 is further configured to display a target to-do mark in the target document when the editing completion option is selected; the target backlog mark is used for marking target backlogs, and the target backlogs are generated by the instant messaging application program according to the editing content in the editing window.
In one embodiment, the processing unit 1201 performs the following operations when displaying an editing window for creating a to-do item if a target content in the target document is selected: selecting target content in the target document, and displaying operation options for operating the target content, wherein the operation options comprise a to-do item creating option; and if the option for creating backlogs is selected, triggering the instant messaging application program to generate an editing window for creating backlogs and displaying the editing window in the target document.
In one embodiment, the display unit 1201 is further configured to: when the target to-do mark is triggered, displaying a viewing window corresponding to the target to-do-go in the target document, wherein the viewing window is displayed according to viewing response information from an instant messaging server and management authority of a target user on the target to-do-go, the viewing response information comprises the target to-do-go and marking conditions of participants of the target to-do-go on the target to-do-go, and the target user is a user corresponding to a user account for logging in the instant messaging application program; the viewing response information is returned by the instant messaging server in response to a viewing request sent by the document application program, and the document application program sends the viewing request to the instant messaging server when the target to-do mark is detected to be triggered.
In one embodiment, the management authority of the target user on the target to-be-handled item comprises any one or more of a viewing authority, an editing authority and a marking authority;
if the management authority comprises a viewing authority, displaying the target to-be-handled item in the viewing window;
if the management authority comprises an editing authority, displaying the target backlog and editing options in the viewing window; when the editing option is selected, displaying an editing window of the target backlog;
if the management authority comprises a marking authority, the viewing window comprises the target to-do item and a marking option; and when the target user has marked the target to-do-it as completed, the marking option is displayed in a first state; when a target user has marked the target to-do-not-complete or when the target user has not marked the to-do-not-complete, the marking option is displayed in a second state;
and if the management authority comprises an editing authority and a marking authority, the viewing window comprises the target to-be-handled item, the marking option and the editing option.
In one embodiment, when the display unit 1201 displays the target to-do mark in the target document, the following operations are performed: and replacing the target content with the target to-do mark, and displaying the target to-do mark in the target document in a first display state.
In one embodiment, the creating apparatus of backlogs further includes an obtaining unit 1202 and a switching unit 1203: the obtaining unit 1202 is configured to obtain, from the instant messaging server, a marking condition of the editing content by the participant of the target to-do-go; the switching unit 1203 is configured to, if all the participants of the target to-do-list mark that the target to-do-list is completed, switch to display the target to-do-list in the target document from the first display state to the second display state.
The steps performed by the document application according to the creating method of backlogs shown in fig. 2 and fig. 6 may be performed by each unit in the creating apparatus of backlogs shown in fig. 12 according to an embodiment of the present invention. For example, steps S201 to S203 shown in fig. 2 are executed by the display unit 1201 in the creating apparatus of backlog shown in fig. 12. The other way round is. Steps S602 and S608 shown in fig. 6 can be executed by the display unit 1201 in the creating apparatus of backlog shown in fig. 12; the step S609 can be executed by the acquisition unit 1202 in the creating apparatus of backlog shown in fig. 12; step S6010 may be performed by the switching unit 1203 in the creating apparatus of the to-do-list shown in fig. 12.
According to another embodiment of the present invention, the units in the creating apparatus of backlog shown in fig. 12 may be respectively or entirely combined into one or several other units to form one or several other units, or some unit(s) thereof may be further split into multiple units with smaller functions to form the same operation, without affecting the achievement of the technical effect of the embodiment of the present invention. The units are divided based on logic functions, and in practical application, the functions of one unit can be realized by a plurality of units, or the functions of a plurality of units can be realized by one unit. In other embodiments of the present invention, the creation apparatus based on backlog may also include other units, and in practical applications, these functions may also be implemented by assistance of other units, and may be implemented by cooperation of a plurality of units.
According to another embodiment of the present invention, the creating apparatus of backlogs as shown in fig. 12 may be constructed by running a computer program (including program codes) capable of executing the steps involved in the respective methods shown in fig. 2 and fig. 6 on a general-purpose computing device such as a computer including a Central Processing Unit (CPU), a random access storage medium (RAM), a read-only storage medium (ROM), and the like, and a storage element, and the creating method of backlogs according to an embodiment of the present invention may be implemented. The computer program may be embodied on a computer-readable storage medium, for example, and loaded into and executed by the above-described computing apparatus via the computer-readable storage medium.
In the embodiment of the invention, a document application program displays a target document; if the target content in the target document is selected, displaying an editing window for creating backlog, wherein the editing window is generated by an instant messaging application program; and when detecting that the editing completion option in the editing window is triggered, displaying a target to-do mark, wherein the target to-do mark is generated according to the target to-do, and the target to-do is generated by the instant messaging application program according to the editing content in the editing window. In the process of creating backlogs, the instant messaging application program is triggered to create the target backlogs by selecting the target content in the document application program, so that the way of creating the backlogs is enriched, and the fusion degree between the document application program and the instant messaging application program is improved.
Based on the above embodiment of the display method of backlogs, the embodiment of the invention also provides a display device of backlogs. Referring to fig. 13, a display device for backlog according to an embodiment of the present invention is provided. The display device of backlog shown in fig. 13 may operate as the following unit:
the display unit 1301 is configured to display a social interface of the instant messaging application, where the social interface includes a trigger option for triggering display of a to-do list page;
the display unit 1301 is further configured to display the to-do list page when the trigger option is selected, where the to-do list page includes a first to-do mark, the first to-do mark is generated by the instant messaging application according to a target to-do item sent by an instant messaging server, the target to-do item is generated by the instant messaging application according to an editing content of an editing window, and the editing window is generated by the instant messaging application when a target content in a target document displayed by the document application is selected;
the display unit 1301 is further configured to display a query window corresponding to the target to-do item if the first to-do mark is triggered.
In an embodiment, when the display unit 1301 is configured to display a query window corresponding to the target to-do item if the first to-do mark is triggered, perform the following steps: and if the first to-do mark is triggered, displaying a query window corresponding to the target to-do item in the to-do list page.
In an embodiment, when the display unit 1301 is configured to display a query window corresponding to the target to-do item if the first to-do mark is triggered, perform the following steps: and if the first to-do mark is triggered, jumping to display the target document, and displaying the query window in the target document.
In one embodiment, the display device of the backlog further includes a sending unit 1302, where the sending unit 1302 is further configured to: if the first to-do mark is triggered, sending a to-do query request carrying a to-do mark to the instant messaging server, wherein the to-do query request indicates that the instant messaging server obtains and returns query response information according to the to-do mark, and the query response information comprises the target to-do and the mark condition of the target to-do by the target to-do participants; the display unit 1301 is further configured to display a query window according to the query response information and the management authority of the target user on the target to-do-go item, where the target user is a user corresponding to the user account logged in the instant messaging application program.
In one embodiment, the management authority of the target user on the target to-be-handled item comprises any one or more of a viewing authority, an editing authority and a marking authority;
if the management authority comprises a viewing authority, displaying the target to-be-handled item in the query window;
if the management authority comprises an editing authority, displaying the target backlog and editing options on the query window; when the editing option is selected, displaying an editing window of the target backlog;
if the management authority comprises a marking authority, displaying the target to-be-handled items and marking options in the query window; and when the target user has marked the target to-do-item as completed, the marking option is displayed in a first state; when the target user has marked the target to-do-item as incomplete; or when the target user does not mark the edited content, the marking option is displayed in a second state;
and if the management authority comprises an editing authority and a marking authority, displaying the target to-be-handled item, the marking option and the editing option in the query window.
In one embodiment, the to-do list page further includes a second to-do mark, the first to-do mark corresponds to a first selection box, and the second to-do mark corresponds to a second selection box, and the display unit 1301 is further configured to: when the first selection frame and the second selection frame are selected, displaying a processing option for carrying out batch processing on a plurality of to-be-done marks;
the processing options comprise any one or more of a deleting option, a forwarding option and a marking option, wherein when the forwarding option is triggered, the processing option is used for indicating that the target backlog corresponding to the first backlog mark and the backlog corresponding to the second backlog mark are sent to a designated contact user; when the deletion option is triggered, the deletion option is used for indicating that the first to-do mark and the second to-do mark are deleted from the to-do list page; and when the marking option is triggered, the marking option is used for indicating that the target backlog corresponding to the first backlog item and the backlog corresponding to the second backlog mark are marked as finished or unfinished.
In one embodiment, the query window is displayed in the to-Do list page, and the display unit 1301 is further configured to: if the management authority comprises an editing authority, displaying the target backlog, a first editing option and a second editing option in the query window; when the first editing option is triggered, displaying an editing window of the target backlog in the backlog list page; and when the second editing option is triggered, jumping to an editing window for displaying the target document and displaying the target to-be-handled items in the target document.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the steps in the display method of backlog shown in fig. 9 can be performed by the units in the display device of backlog shown in fig. 13. For example, steps S901 to S903 shown in fig. 9 may be executed by the display unit 1301 in the display device of the to-do-matter shown in fig. 13.
According to another embodiment of the present invention, the units in the display device of backlog shown in fig. 13 may be combined into one or several other units respectively or all together, or some unit(s) thereof may be further split into multiple units smaller in function, which may achieve the same operation without affecting the achievement of the technical effect of the embodiment of the present invention. The units are divided based on logic functions, and in practical application, the functions of one unit can be realized by a plurality of units, or the functions of a plurality of units can be realized by one unit. In other embodiments of the present invention, the creation apparatus based on backlog may also include other units, and in practical applications, these functions may also be implemented by assistance of other units, and may be implemented by cooperation of a plurality of units.

The computer program may be embodied on a computer-readable storage medium, for example, and loaded into and executed by the above-described computing apparatus via the computer-readable storage medium.

Fig. 14 is a schematic structural diagram of a terminal device according to an embodiment of the present invention. The terminal device shown in fig. 14 may comprise at least a processor 1401, an input interface 1402, an output interface 1403 and a computer storage medium 1404. The processor 1401, the input interface 1402, the output interface 1403, and the computer storage medium 1404 may be connected by a bus or other means.
A computer storage medium 1404 may be stored in the memory of the node device, the computer storage medium 1404 being for storing a computer program comprising program instructions, the processor 1401 being for executing the program instructions stored by the computer storage medium 1404. The processor 1401 (or CPU) is a computing core and a control core of the session management device, and is adapted to implement one or more instructions, and in particular, to load and execute one or more instructions to implement a corresponding method flow or a corresponding function.
In one embodiment, the processor 1401 according to an embodiment of the present invention may be configured to perform: displaying a target document, the target document being displayed by a document application when a launch tab of the target document is triggered, the launch tab being displayed in an instant messaging application; or, the launch mark is displayed in the document application; if the target content in the target document is selected, displaying an editing window for creating backlog, wherein the editing window is generated by the instant messaging application program and comprises an editing completion option; when the editing completion option is selected, displaying a target to-do mark in the target document; the target backlog mark is used for marking target backlogs, and the target backlogs are generated by the instant messaging application program according to the editing content in the editing window.
In other embodiments, the processor 1401 according to the embodiment of the present invention is further configured to perform: displaying a social interface of the instant messaging application program, wherein the social interface comprises a trigger option for triggering and displaying a to-be-handled list page;
when the trigger option is selected, displaying the to-do list page, wherein the to-do list page comprises a first to-do mark, the first to-do mark is generated by the instant messaging application program according to a target to-do item, the target to-do item is generated by the instant messaging application program according to the editing content in an editing window displayed in a target document, and the editing window is generated by the instant messaging application program when the target content in the target document displayed by the document application program is selected; and if the first to-do mark is triggered, displaying a query window corresponding to the target to-do item.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a computer storage medium (Memory), which is a Memory device in the session management device and is used for storing programs and data. It is understood that the computer storage medium herein may include a built-in storage medium in the session management device, and may also include an extended storage medium supported by the session management device. The computer storage medium provides a storage space that stores an operating system of the session management device. Also stored in this memory space are one or more instructions, which may be one or more computer programs (including program code), suitable for loading and execution by processor 1401. The computer storage medium may be a high-speed RAM memory, or may be a non-volatile memory (non-volatile memory), such as at least one disk memory; and optionally at least one computer storage medium located remotely from the processor.
In one embodiment, one or more instructions stored in a computer storage medium may be loaded and executed by processor 1401, and the one or more instructions stored in the computer storage medium are loaded and executed by processor 1401, and perform the steps of: displaying a target document, the target document being displayed by a document application when a launch tab of the target document is triggered, the launch tab being displayed in an instant messaging application; or, the launch mark is displayed in the document application; if the target content in the target document is selected, displaying an editing window for creating backlog, wherein the editing window is generated by the instant messaging application program and comprises an editing completion option; when the editing completion option is selected, displaying a target to-do mark in the target document; the target backlog mark is used for marking target backlogs, and the target backlogs are generated by the instant messaging application program according to the editing content in the editing window.
In one embodiment, the processor 1401, when displaying an editing window for creating a to-do item if a target content in the target document is selected, performs the following operations: selecting target content in the target document, and displaying operation options for operating the target content, wherein the operation options comprise a to-do item creating option; and if the option for creating backlogs is selected, triggering the instant messaging application program to generate an editing window for creating backlogs and displaying the editing window in the target document.
In one embodiment, the processor 1401 is further configured to perform: when the target to-do mark is triggered, displaying a viewing window corresponding to the target to-do-go in the target document, wherein the viewing window is displayed according to viewing response information from the instant messaging server and management authority of a target user on the target to-do-go, the viewing response information comprises the target to-do-go and marking conditions of participants of the target to-do-go on the target to-do-go, and the target user refers to a user corresponding to a user account for logging in the instant messaging application program; the viewing response information is returned by the instant messaging server in response to a viewing request sent by the document application program, and the document application program sends the viewing request to the instant messaging server when the target to-do mark is detected to be triggered.

In one embodiment, the processor 1401 is further configured to: acquiring the marking condition of the target backlog by the participant of the target backlog from the instant messaging server; and if the participants of the target backlog all judge that the target backlog is finished, displaying the target backlog mark in the target document in a first display state, and switching to display the target backlog mark in the target document in a second display state.

In one embodiment, the to-do list page further includes a second to-do mark, the first to-do mark corresponds to a first selection box, and the second to-do mark corresponds to a second selection box, and the processor 1401 is further configured to: when the first selection frame and the second selection frame are selected, displaying a processing option for carrying out batch processing on a plurality of to-be-done marks; the processing options comprise any one or more of a deleting option, a forwarding option and a marking option, wherein when the forwarding option is triggered, the processing option is used for indicating that the target backlog corresponding to the first backlog mark and the backlog corresponding to the second backlog mark are sent to a designated contact user; when the deletion option is triggered, the deletion option is used for indicating that the first to-do mark and the second to-do mark are deleted from the to-do list page; and when the marking option is triggered, the marking option is used for indicating that the target backlog corresponding to the first backlog item and the backlog corresponding to the second backlog mark are marked as finished or unfinished.
In one embodiment, the query window is displayed in the to-Do list page, and the processor 1401 is further configured to: if the management authority comprises an editing authority, displaying the target backlog, a first editing option and a second editing option in the query window; when the first editing option is triggered, displaying an editing window of the target backlog in the backlog list page; and when the second editing option is triggered, jumping to an editing window for displaying the target document and displaying the target to-be-handled items in the target document.
In the embodiment of the invention, the instant messaging application program can generate the first to-do mark according to the target to-do item and add the first to-do mark into the to-do list page with the to-do function. Therefore, backlogs created in the document application program are not independent any more, and are associated with the instant messaging application program, and the fusion degree between the document application program and the instant messaging application program is further improved. In addition, the target user can be prevented from neglecting the conversation message which is sent in the instant messaging application program and contains the target document and neglecting the execution target backlog in the instant messaging application program, and the execution efficiency of the backlog is improved. Furthermore, the target user can query the target backlog through the target backlog mark or the first backlog mark, so that the query function of the target backlog is realized.

Claims (15)

1. A backlog creation method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
displaying a target document, wherein the target document is displayed by a document application program when a starting mark of the target document is triggered, and the starting mark is displayed in an instant messaging application program bound with the document application program; or, the launch mark is displayed in the document application;
if the target content in the target document is selected, displaying an editing window for creating backlog, wherein the editing window is generated by the instant messaging application program and comprises an editing completion option;
when the editing completion option is selected, displaying a target to-do mark in the target document; the target backlog mark is used for marking target backlogs, and the target backlogs are generated by the instant messaging application program according to the editing content in the editing window.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein displaying an edit window for creating backlogs if the target content in the target document is selected comprises:
selecting target content in the target document, and displaying operation options for operating the target content, wherein the operation options comprise a to-do item creating option;
and if the option for creating backlogs is selected, triggering the instant messaging application program to generate an editing window for creating backlogs, and displaying the editing window in the target document.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
when the target to-do mark is triggered, displaying a viewing window corresponding to the target to-do-go in the target document, wherein the viewing window is displayed according to viewing response information from an instant messaging server and management authority of a target user on the target to-do-go, the viewing response information comprises the target to-do-go and marking conditions of participants of the target to-do-go on the target to-do-go, and the target user is a user corresponding to a user account for logging in the instant messaging application program;
the viewing response information is returned by the instant messaging server in response to a viewing request sent by the document application program, and the document application program sends the viewing request to the instant messaging server when the target to-do mark is detected to be triggered.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein the management authority of the target user for the target to-do item comprises any one or more of a viewing authority, an editing authority, and a marking authority;
if the management authority comprises a viewing authority, displaying the target to-be-handled item in the viewing window;
if the management authority comprises an editing authority, displaying the target backlog and editing options in the viewing window; when the editing option is selected, displaying an editing window of the target backlog;
if the management authority comprises a marking authority, displaying the target to-do item and a marking option in the viewing window; and when the target user has marked the target to-do-it as completed, the marking option is displayed in a first state; when the target to-do-item is marked as incomplete by a target user or when the target user does not mark the to-do-item, the marking option is displayed in a second state;
and if the management authority comprises an editing authority and a marking authority, the viewing window comprises the target to-be-handled item, the marking option and the editing option.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the displaying a target to-do mark in the target document comprises:
and replacing the target content with the target to-do mark, and displaying the target to-do mark in the target document in a first display state.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein the method further comprises:
acquiring the marking condition of the target backlog of the participant of the target backlog from an instant messaging server;
and if the participants of the target backlog mark the target backlog as finished, displaying the target backlog mark in the target document in a first display state, and switching to display in the target document in a second display state.
7. A backlog display method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
displaying a social interface of the instant messaging application program, wherein the social interface comprises a trigger option for triggering and displaying a to-be-handled list page;
when the trigger option is selected, displaying the to-do list page, wherein the to-do list page comprises a first to-do mark, the first to-do mark is generated by the instant messaging application program according to a target to-do item, the target to-do item is generated by the instant messaging application program according to the editing content in an editing window displayed in a target document, and the editing window is generated by the instant messaging application program when the target content in the target document displayed by the document application program is selected;
and if the first to-do mark is triggered, displaying a query window corresponding to the target to-do item.
8. The method of claim 7, wherein displaying the query window corresponding to the target to-do item if the first to-do mark is triggered comprises:
if the first to-do mark is triggered, displaying a query window corresponding to the target to-do item in the to-do list page; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
and if the first to-do mark is triggered, jumping to display the target document, and displaying the query window in the target document.
9. The method of claim 7, wherein displaying the query window corresponding to the target to-do item if the first to-do mark is triggered comprises:
if the first to-do mark is triggered, sending a to-do query request carrying a to-do mark to the instant messaging server, wherein the to-do query request indicates that the instant messaging server obtains and returns query response information according to the to-do mark, and the query response information comprises the target to-do and the mark condition of the target to-do by the target to-do participants;
and displaying a query window according to the query response information and the management authority of the target to-do-things of the target user, wherein the target user is a user corresponding to the user account for logging in the instant messaging application program.
10. The method of claim 9, wherein the management authority of the target user for the target to-do item comprises any one or more of a viewing authority, an editing authority, and a marking authority;
if the management authority comprises a viewing authority, displaying the target to-be-handled item in the query window;
if the management authority comprises an editing authority, displaying the target backlog and editing options in the query window; when the editing option is selected, displaying an editing window of the target backlog;
if the management authority comprises a marking authority, displaying the target backlog and marking options in the query window; and when the target user has marked the target to-do-item as completed, the marking option is displayed in a first state; when the target user has marked the target to-do-item as incomplete; or, when the target user does not mark the edited content, the mark option is displayed in a second state;
and if the management authority comprises an editing authority and a marking authority, displaying the target to-do item, the marking option and the editing option in the query window.
11. The method of claim 7, wherein the to-do list page further includes a second to-do mark, the first to-do mark corresponds to a first checkbox, and the second to-do mark corresponds to a second checkbox, the method further comprising:
when the first selection frame and the second selection frame are selected in a target selection mode, displaying processing options for batch processing of the multiple to-do marks;
the processing options comprise any one or more of a deleting option, a forwarding option and a marking option, wherein when the forwarding option is triggered, the processing option is used for indicating that the target backlog corresponding to the first backlog mark and the backlog corresponding to the second backlog mark are sent to a designated contact user;
when the deletion option is triggered, the deletion option is used for indicating that the first to-do mark and the second to-do mark are deleted from the to-do list page;
and when the marking option is triggered, the marking option is used for indicating that the target backlog corresponding to the first backlog item and the backlog corresponding to the second backlog mark are marked as finished or unfinished.
12. The method of claim 9, wherein the query window is displayed in the to-Do list page, the method further comprising:
if the management authority comprises an editing authority, displaying the target backlog, a first editing option and a second editing option in the query window;
when the first editing option is triggered, displaying an editing window of the target backlog in the backlog list page; and when the second editing option is triggered, jumping to an editing window for displaying the target document and displaying the target to-be-handled items in the target document.
13. A backlog creation apparatus, comprising:
a display unit for displaying a target document; the target document is displayed by a document application program when a start mark of the target document is triggered, and the start mark is displayed in an instant messaging application program bound with the document application program; or, the launch mark is displayed in the document application;
the display unit is used for displaying an editing window used for creating backlog if the target content in the target document is selected, wherein the editing window is generated by the instant messaging application program and comprises an editing completion option;
the display unit is further used for displaying a target to-do mark in the target document when the editing completion option is selected; the target backlog mark is used for marking target backlogs, and the target backlogs are generated by the instant messaging application program according to the editing content in the editing window.
14. A backlog display device, comprising:
the display unit is used for displaying a social interface of the instant messaging application program, and the social interface comprises a trigger option for triggering and displaying a to-be-handled list page;
the display unit is further configured to display the to-do list page when the trigger option is selected, where the to-do list page includes a first to-do mark, the first to-do mark is generated by the instant messaging application according to a target to-do item sent by an instant messaging server, the target to-do item is generated by the instant messaging application according to an edited content of an editing window, and the editing window is generated by the instant messaging application when a target content in a target document displayed by the document application is selected;
the display unit is further configured to display a query window corresponding to the target to-do item if the first to-do mark is triggered.
