a first obtaining unit 10, configured to obtain vehicle identity information of a vehicle to be parked, which is identified by the vehicle identity information identifying device;
a determining unit 11, configured to determine a target parking space where the vehicle identity information identifying device is located, and acquire vehicle identity information that is authorized to use the target parking space;
a judging unit 12, configured to judge whether vehicle identity information of the vehicle to be parked matches the vehicle identity information authorized to use the target parking space;
a second obtaining unit 13, configured to obtain an authorized use time period corresponding to the vehicle identity information authorized to use the target parking space when the vehicle identity information of the vehicle to be parked matches the vehicle identity information authorized to use the target parking space;
and the control unit 14 is configured to control the parking space lock at the target parking space to unlock when the current time point is within the authorized use time period.
The parking space management apparatus 100 further includes:
and the locking unit 15 is configured to control the parking space lock at the target parking space to lock after detecting that the vehicle to be parked leaves the target parking space.
A third obtaining unit 16, configured to obtain the communication terminal information of the vehicle owner when the current time point is not within the authorized use time period;
and the sending unit 17 is configured to send a parking space due prompt message to the communication terminal.
The parking space renting system comprises a receiving unit 18 and a processing unit, wherein the receiving unit 18 is used for acquiring information in a parking space renting request when the parking space renting request is received, and the information at least comprises one of parking space information, vehicle identity information and an authorized use time period;
and the storage unit 19 is used for storing the vehicle identity information of the parking space authorized to be used and the authorized use time period according to the information.
Optionally, the control unit 14 is further configured to control the parking space lock at the target parking space to unlock when the vehicle identity information that is authorized to use the target parking space is empty;
the determining unit 12 is further configured to execute the step of determining whether the vehicle identity information of the vehicle to be parked matches the vehicle identity information corresponding to the target parking space when the vehicle identity information that is authorized to use the target parking space is not empty.
Further, the second obtaining unit 13 is further configured to obtain a parking space authorized use time period corresponding to the target parking space when the vehicle identity information of the vehicle to be parked is not matched with the vehicle identity information authorized to use the target parking space;
the control unit 14 is further configured to control the parking space lock at the target parking space to unlock when the current time point is not within the time period in which the parking space is authorized to be used.
In this embodiment, whether the vehicle to be parked is authorized to park in the target parking space is determined by determining whether the vehicle identity information of the vehicle to be parked matches the vehicle identity information authorized to use the target parking space, whether the vehicle to be parked is authorized to park in the target parking space is further determined by obtaining the design of the authorized use time period corresponding to the vehicle identity information authorized to use the target parking space, and when it is determined that the current time point is within the authorized use time period, the parking space lock is automatically controlled to be unlocked, so that the parking lot staff does not need to determine whether the vehicle to be parked is authorized to park in the target parking space, and the parking lot staff does not need to manually set and remove roadblocks, thereby reducing the workload of the parking lot staff, so that the parking of the car owner is more convenient.

Referring to fig. 6, a parking space management system 101 according to a sixth embodiment of the present invention is shown, where the parking space management system 101 includes a parking space management terminal 102, and the parking space management terminal 102 includes the above parking space management apparatus 100; and the parking space lock 103 is in communication connection with the management terminal 102.
The present embodiment also provides a computer-readable storage medium, where a parking space management program is stored, and when executed by a processor, the parking space management program implements the steps of the above-mentioned parking space management method, and when executed, the program includes the following steps:
acquiring vehicle identity information of a vehicle to be parked, which is identified by a vehicle identity information identification device;
determining a target parking space where the vehicle identity information recognition device is located, and acquiring vehicle identity information which is authorized to use the target parking space;
judging whether the vehicle identity information of the vehicle to be parked is matched with the vehicle identity information authorized to use the target parking space;
when the parking space is matched with the target parking space, acquiring an authorized use time period corresponding to the vehicle identity information of the target parking space;
and when the current time point is in the authorized use time period, controlling the parking space lock at the target parking space to unlock. The computer-readable storage medium, such as: ROM/RAM, magnetic disk, optical disk, etc.
It will be clear to those skilled in the art that, for convenience and simplicity of description, the foregoing division of the functional units is merely used as an example, and in practical applications, the above function distribution may be performed by different functional units according to needs, that is, the internal structure of the storage device is divided into different functional units to perform all or part of the above described functions. Each functional unit in the embodiments may be integrated into one processing unit, or each unit may exist alone physically, or two or more units are integrated into one unit, and the integrated units may be implemented in a form of hardware, or may be implemented in a form of software functional unit. In addition, specific names of the functional units are only used for distinguishing one functional unit from another, and are not used for limiting the protection scope of the application.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the constituent structure shown in fig. 5 does not constitute a limitation of the parking space management apparatus of the present invention, and may include more or less components than those shown, or some components in combination, or different component arrangements, and the parking space management method in fig. 1 to 4 is also implemented using more or less components than those shown in fig. 5, or some components in combination, or different component arrangements. The unit or the like referred to in the present invention is a series of computer programs that can be executed by a processor (not shown) in the management apparatus for the target parking space and that can function to perform a specific function, and each of the computer programs can be stored in a storage device (not shown) of the management apparatus for the target parking space.
The above description is only for the purpose of illustrating the preferred embodiments of the present invention and is not to be construed as limiting the invention, and any modifications, equivalents and improvements made within the spirit and principle of the present invention are intended to be included within the scope of the present invention.

Claims (14)

1. A method for managing a parking space, the method comprising:
acquiring vehicle identity information of a vehicle to be parked, which is identified by a vehicle identity information identification device;
determining a target parking space where the vehicle identity information recognition device is located, and acquiring vehicle identity information which is authorized to use the target parking space;
judging whether the vehicle identity information of the vehicle to be parked is matched with the vehicle identity information authorized to use the target parking space;
when the parking space is matched with the target parking space, acquiring an authorized use time period corresponding to the vehicle identity information of the target parking space;
and when the current time point is in the authorized use time period, controlling the parking space lock at the target parking space to unlock.
2. The parking space management method according to claim 1, wherein after the step of controlling the parking space lock at the target parking space to be unlocked when the current time point is within the authorized use period, the method further comprises the steps of:
and after the vehicle to be parked is detected to leave the target parking space, controlling the parking space lock at the target parking space to lock.
3. The parking space management method according to claim 1, wherein, when matching, after the step of obtaining the authorized use time period corresponding to the vehicle identification information, the method further comprises the steps of:
when the current time point is not in the authorized use time period, acquiring the communication terminal information of the vehicle owner;
and sending a prompt message that the parking space is due to the communication terminal.
4. The method for managing a parking space according to claim 1, further comprising the steps of:
when a parking space renting request is received, acquiring information in the parking space renting request, wherein the information at least comprises one of parking space information, vehicle identity information and an authorized use time period;
and storing the vehicle identity information of the parking space which is authorized to be used and the authorized use time period according to the information.
5. The parking space management method according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein after the step of determining a target parking space in which the vehicle identification information recognition device is located and acquiring the vehicle identification information of the target parking space, the method further comprises the steps of:
when the vehicle identity information which is authorized to use the target parking space is empty, controlling a parking space lock at the target parking space to unlock;
and when the vehicle identity information which is authorized to use the target parking space is not empty, executing the step of judging whether the vehicle identity information of the vehicle to be parked is matched with the vehicle identity information corresponding to the target parking space.
6. The parking space management method according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein after the step of determining whether the vehicle identification information of the vehicle to be parked matches the vehicle identification information authorized to use the target parking space, the method further comprises the steps of:
when the parking spaces are not matched, acquiring a parking space authorized use time period corresponding to the target parking space;
and when the current time point is not in the time period of the parking space authorized to be used, controlling the parking space lock at the target parking space to unlock.
7. An apparatus for managing a parking space, the apparatus comprising:
the first acquisition unit is used for acquiring the vehicle identity information of the vehicle to be parked, which is identified by the vehicle identity information identification device;
the determining unit is used for determining a target parking space where the vehicle identity information identifying device is located and acquiring vehicle identity information which is authorized to use the target parking space;
the judging unit is used for judging whether the vehicle identity information of the vehicle to be parked is matched with the vehicle identity information which has the right to use the target parking space;
the second acquisition unit is used for acquiring an authorized use time period corresponding to the vehicle identity information authorized to use the target parking space when the vehicle identity information of the vehicle to be parked is matched with the vehicle identity information authorized to use the target parking space;
and the control unit is used for controlling the parking space lock at the target parking space to be unlocked when the current time point is in the authorized use time period.
8. The parking space management system according to claim 7, wherein the parking space management means further comprises:
and the locking unit is used for controlling the parking space lock at the target parking space to be locked after detecting that the vehicle to be parked leaves the target parking space.
9. The parking space management system according to claim 7, wherein the parking space management means further comprises:
the third acquisition unit is used for acquiring the communication terminal information of the vehicle owner when the current time point is not in the authorized use time period;
and the sending unit is used for sending the prompt information that the parking space is due to the communication terminal.
10. The apparatus for managing a parking space according to claim 7, further comprising:
the parking place renting system comprises a receiving unit and a processing unit, wherein the receiving unit is used for acquiring information in a parking place renting request when the parking place renting request is received, and the information at least comprises one of parking place information, vehicle identity information and an authorized use time period;
and the storage unit is used for storing the vehicle identity information of the parking space which is authorized to be used and the authorized use time period according to the information.

The parking space management device according to any one of claims 7 to 10, wherein the control unit is further configured to control unlocking of a parking space lock in the target parking space when the vehicle identification information that is authorized to use the target parking space is empty;
the judging unit is further configured to execute the step of judging whether the vehicle identity information of the vehicle to be parked is matched with the vehicle identity information corresponding to the target parking space when the vehicle identity information that is authorized to use the target parking space is not empty.
12. The parking space management device according to any one of claims 7 to 10, wherein the second obtaining unit is further configured to obtain a parking space authorized use time period corresponding to the target parking space when the vehicle identity information of the vehicle to be parked is not matched with the vehicle identity information authorized to use the target parking space;
the control unit is also used for controlling the parking space lock at the target parking space to unlock when the current time point is not in the time period of authorized use of the parking space.
13. A parking space management system, characterized in that the system comprises a parking space management terminal comprising a parking space management apparatus according to any one of claims 7 to 12; and the vehicle identity information recognition device and the parking spot lock are in communication connection with the management terminal.
14. A computer-readable storage medium, characterized in that a management program of parking spaces is stored on the computer-readable storage medium, which when executed by a processor implements the steps of the method for managing parking spaces according to any one of claims 1 to 6.
