Specifically, the user can use intelligent terminal to pay through APP or public number payment, or pay through the two-dimensional code of paying of scanning setting in the parking lot, and wherein, the intelligent terminal for the scanning can be the cell-phone, also can be other smart machines such as panel computer. For example, after a user scans a payment two-dimensional code arranged in a parking lot through a mobile phone, a license plate number input interface is displayed in the mobile phone interface to prompt the user to input a license plate number of a vehicle, namely second license plate information, so that a first payment request is initiated. When the payment information is generated, the payment information to be paid is sent to the user terminal, the user is prompted to pay the parking fee, the payment mode can comprise a payment treasure, a WeChat, a Unionpay and the like, and the user can select a proper mode to pay the parking fee according to actual conditions.
In addition, it should be noted that, in the specific embodiment, when the user pays by scanning the payment two-dimensional code arranged at the exit of the parking lot, when the payment operation is completed, the system can control the opening of the barrier gate at the exit of the parking lot, so that the vehicle can directly leave the parking lot.

The license plate edge detection-based positioning method is to position the license plate according to the edge characteristics to finally obtain a license plate area. Of course, in the specific embodiment, one of the methods may be adopted for determination, and a plurality of methods may also be combined for determination.
When the vehicle is judged to have the license plate, step S20 is executed, that is, the corresponding first license plate information is identified according to the first license plate pictures. And when judging that the vehicle has no license plate, randomly generating an electronic code to be associated with the first license plate pictures for storage, and sending the electronic code to the user terminal in a mode that a user scans a two-dimensional code arranged at an entrance or an entrance code scanning device scans a two-dimensional code of the user terminal. Or, a code scanning device is arranged at an entrance of a parking lot, when a user scans a code scanning position of the code scanning device by placing a two-dimensional code of an intelligent terminal APP, a vehicle information input interface is displayed in a mobile phone interface, the user is prompted to input basic information of a vehicle, such as the type of the vehicle, a person responsible for the vehicle and the like, at the moment, the system randomly generates an electronic code, stores the basic information of the vehicle and a plurality of first license plate pictures in an associated mode, and sends the electronic code to the user terminal and displays the electronic code. Therefore, the parking system can facilitate parking of vehicles without license plates or vehicles without license plates recognized, user experience can be improved, in addition, manual operation such as manual registration is not needed, manpower resources can be saved, and control efficiency of a parking lot can be improved.

receiving a first confirmation result fed back by the user terminal, and generating corresponding payment information according to the first confirmation result;
when the vehicle has no license plate, randomly generating an electronic code to be stored in association with a plurality of first license plate pictures, and sending the electronic code to a user terminal in a mode that a user scans a two-dimensional code arranged at an entrance or a code scanning device at the entrance scans a two-dimensional code of the user terminal;
and when a second payment request comprising the electronic code is received, generating corresponding payment information according to the electronic code.

if not, calling a plurality of first license plate pictures corresponding to a plurality of first license plate information or second license plate information which are similar to the third license plate information, sending the first license plate pictures to the user terminal, and determining whether the vehicle finishes the payment operation according to a second confirmation result fed back by the user terminal;
and when the vehicle finishes the payment operation, controlling the opening of a barrier gate at the exit of the parking lot.

if not, calling a plurality of first license plate pictures corresponding to a plurality of first license plate information or second license plate information which are similar to the third license plate information, sending the first license plate pictures to the user terminal, and determining whether the vehicle finishes the payment operation according to a second confirmation result fed back by the user terminal;
and when the vehicle finishes the payment operation, controlling the opening of a barrier gate at the exit of the parking lot.
7. The parking lot control system of claim 6, wherein the parking lot control program when executed by the processor further performs the steps of:
and acquiring identity information of a user according to the payment operation, and storing the identity information and the license plate information of the vehicle and the time for entering and exiting the parking lot in an associated manner.
8. A computer-readable storage medium, characterized in that the computer-readable storage medium has stored thereon a parking lot control program which, when executed by a processor, implements the steps of the parking lot control method according to any one of claims 1 to 4.
