The revisit of the counselor will further assess the psychological condition of the counselor through most counseling experiences. the crisis screening module is used for acquiring target state information sent by the student user to the college psychological consultation information service platform, acquiring a content tag associated with the target state information, and sending the following psychological assessment table provided by the following psychological assessment module to judge the psychological crisis state of the student user; when the psychological crisis degree of the student user reaches a critical value of a crisis psychological state, the student user is marked as a crisis case, and the colleges and universities psychological consultation information service platform sends all information of the user to an administrator client for recording;
the consultant matching module is used for acquiring a feature tag associated with the target information through a text analysis algorithm in a psychological consultant information service platform of colleges and universities, searching the information of at least one consultant user matched with the feature tag and sending the information to the student user;
the counselor self-selection module is used for receiving a psychological counseling reservation request initiated by the student user on the psychological counseling information service platform in the colleges and universities, determining that the student user selects a target counselor user from the at least one psychological counselor user according to the psychological counseling reservation request, and generating a psychological counseling reservation record according to the psychological counseling reservation request;
and the consulting request sending module is used for receiving the psychological consulting reservation record, sending the psychological consulting reservation record to the target consultant user and sending the confirmation information fed back by the target consultant user to the psychological consulting reservation record to the student user.
2. The psychological counseling information service system of colleges and universities of claim 1, wherein the information interaction platform further comprises:
the information receiving module is used for receiving state information sent by the student user to the college psychological consultation information service platform and extracting tag information in the state information;
and the information sending module is used for searching a characteristic label corresponding to the label information, associating the state information with the characteristic label, and sending the state information on the psychological consulting information service platform of the colleges and universities.
3. The psychological counseling information service system of colleges and universities according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the information interaction platform further comprises:
the emotion diary establishing module is used for receiving an individual emotion diary created by the student user on the psychological consulting information service platform in colleges and universities and establishing a record of the emotion diary;
a diary template selection module, configured to receive various types of templates of the emotional diary sent by the psychological consulting information service platform in the colleges and universities, and optionally construct the emotional diary at the emotional diary establishment module by the student user;

and the emotion diary searching module is used for receiving a searching request initiated by a student user, acquiring the time in the request and the identification information of the target student user, searching the emotion diary corresponding to the identification information, and sending the emotion diary to the student user.

a case confirmation module, configured to receive psychological consultation reservation information provided by the psychological consultation information service platform of the colleges and universities, selectively feed back the counselor user according to the psychological consultation reservation information as target information, send the psychological consultation reservation information to the student user, obtain psychological consultation reservation time in the psychological consultation reservation information and the target student user as identification information, associate the consulting case with the identification information, and establish a psychological consultation file and a history record of the student user;
