Referring to fig. 1 to 5, in an embodiment, the queuing module is configured to display information of consultants, waiting number of people, waiting time, number of people served and scores, the user side may select a corresponding consultant side according to a self-requirement, the communication module is configured to establish a communication platform between the user side and the consultant side, the user side may directly ask a question to the consultant side, the consultant side gives a corresponding diagnosis result, the diagnosis result is transmitted to the consultant diagnosis module, the consultant diagnosis module classifies the diagnosis result according to the received information, gives a corresponding suggestion, and transmits the suggestion to the database through the suggestion module for storage, the classification marking module is configured to classify and sort the received data according to risk levels, a higher score indicates a higher risk of illness, wherein the augmented reality submodule is configured to, when the user side directly asks the consultant side, and presenting the real-time image of the consultant end and/or the environment image for assisting the psychotherapy.
As can be understood, when the user terminal communicates with the consultant terminal, the augmented reality submodule can be used for presenting the image of the consultant terminal and/or the environmental image for assisting psychological therapy, so as to create a loose and comfortable audio-visual environment, which is helpful for the relaxation of the user terminal, improve the experience of the user terminal and is beneficial to psychological counseling. Corresponding algorithms and environment images (such as seas, grasslands, mountains, rivers and the like) for assisting psychotherapy can be preset in the augmented reality submodule, and the augmented reality submodule can be adapted to intelligent terminal equipment of a user side to perform augmented reality presentation. For the acquisition of the real-time image of the consultant end, the psychological consultation platform is required to request the camera permission from the intelligent terminal equipment of the consultant end, the real-time image data of the consultant end can be acquired under the authorization condition of the consultant end, and then the augmented reality submodule can be presented on the intelligent terminal equipment of the user end based on the real-time image data of the consultant end, so that the interaction effect of the user end and the consultant end is improved, and the user end experience is improved. Here, the smart terminal may be, for example, a smart phone, a tablet computer, or the like.
In this embodiment, the sorting module is configured to extract data in the building communication module, extract new problems and results, remove existing problems, and transmit the extracted data to the database for storage.
As can be appreciated, the collation module may establish communication with the database, retrieve and compare the data extracted from the set communication module with existing data in the database, delete if data already exists in the database, and store as new data into the database if data does not exist in the database.
The complete working process of the psychological counseling platform is described below with reference to fig. 1-5:
the user end verifies the user identity through the account logging module by inputting an account number or a password, the user enters the consultation platform after the verification is passed, the problem to be proposed by the user end and the self condition are received through the problem input extraction module, the keywords in the received information are extracted and transmitted to the system retrieval calculation module, the received keywords are matched through the system retrieval calculation module, the matched result is fed back to the problem input extraction module, if the problem and the structure similar to the user end question are extracted, the data are transmitted to the consultation result output module, the user end makes a judgment according to the information output by the consultation result output module and the self condition, the consultation is completed if the self problem is solved, then the information and the consultation problem of the consultant are transmitted to the classification marking module, if the self problem is not solved, the problem is transmitted to the online consultation module, the online consultation module recommends a queuing module or a problem pushing module to the user side for selection of the user side, the user can select a consultant, the problem pushing module sorts the problems and conditions of the user side and pushes the sorted information to the consultant side, the consultant side receives the information and gives judgment or suggestion according to the problems of the user side and feeds the information back to the user side through a result feedback module, the queuing module displays the information, the number of waiting people, the waiting time, the number of served people and scores of the consultant side, the user side can select the corresponding consultant side according to the self requirement, an exchange platform between the user side and the consultant side is established through an establishing exchange module, the user side can directly ask the consultant side, the consultant side gives corresponding diagnosis results and transmits the diagnosis results to the consultation diagnosis module, and the diagnosis module classifies the diagnosis results according to the received information, corresponding suggestions are given, the suggestions are transmitted to a database to be stored through a suggestion module, received data are classified and sorted according to risk grades through a classification marking module, the higher the scores are, the higher the risk of diseases is, data in an exchange module are extracted and established through a sorting module, new problems and results are extracted, existing problems are eliminated, and the extracted data are transmitted to the database to be stored. The database completes the mapping of the suggestions transmitted by the suggestion module and the data extracted by the sorting module.

Claims (10)

1. A psychological consultation platform based on the Internet comprises a user side, a consultation platform and a consultant side, and is characterized in that the user side and the consultation platform adopt bidirectional transmission, the consultation platform and the consultant side adopt bidirectional transmission, the user side is used for acquiring information, and the information comprises questions put forward by a user, personal conditions of the user and answers to questionnaires provided by a system aiming at the personal conditions; the consultation platform is used for extracting the information acquired by the user side, matching the acquired user with the existing user of the system database and finding out the associated user; according to the personal condition of the user and the condition of the associated user, a large amount of case data in a database provides a consultation scheme aiming at the user problem; and the consultant side processes the information extracted by the consultation platform and provides consultation service.
2. The psychological counseling platform of claim 1 wherein the user-posed question comprises a user-posed confusion about the question itself; the personal condition of the user comprises the name, the address, the contact way and the condition of related personnel of the user.

The psychological consultation platform according to claim 1, wherein the consultation platform comprises an account registration module, a question input extraction module, a system search calculation module, an online consultation module, a queuing module, an establishing communication module, a consultation diagnosis module, and a classification mark module, which are connected in sequence, the consultation platform further comprises a database, a consultation result output module, a judgment module, a question push module, a result feedback module, a sorting module, and a suggestion module, the system search calculation module and the database are bidirectionally transmitted, the establishing communication module is connected with the sorting module, the sorting module is connected with the database, the extraction module is further connected with the consultation result output module, the consultation result output module is connected with the judgment module, the judgment module is connected with the online consultation module and the classification mark module, and the consultation diagnosis module is connected with the classification mark module and the suggestion module, the suggestion module is connected with the database, wherein the establishing communication module comprises an augmented reality submodule.
4. A psychological counseling platform according to any of claims 1-3 wherein the queuing module includes counselor information, number of waiting people, waiting time, number of people served and rating.
5. A psychological counseling platform according to any of claims 1-3 wherein the database comprises a storage unit, a matching unit and a feedback unit.
6. A psychological counseling platform according to any one of claims 1-3 wherein the organizing module comprises an organizing unit, a culling unit, and a transmitting unit.

A psychological consultation platform according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the account registration module is adapted to register an account of a user side, the question input extraction module is adapted to receive a question and a situation of the user side to be asked, extract a keyword from the received information, and transmit the keyword to the system retrieval calculation module, the system retrieval calculation module is adapted to match the received keyword with data in the database, and feed back a result of the matching to the question input extraction module, if a question and a structure similar to a question asked by the user side are extracted, transmit the data to the consultation result output module, the user side makes a judgment according to the information output by the consultation result output module in combination with the situation of the user side, if the problem of the user side has been solved, complete the consultation, and transmit the information of the consultant and the consultation question to the classification marking module, and if the problem is not solved, transmitting the problem to an online consultation module.

A psychological consultation platform according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the online consultation module is configured to recommend the queuing module or the question pushing module to the user side, the question pushing module is configured to arrange the questions and situations of the user side and push the arranged information to the consultant side, the consultant side receives the information and gives judgment or suggestion according to the questions of the user side and feeds back the information to the user side through the result feedback module,
and/or the result feedback module is matched with the consultant end to give judgment or suggestion according to the problems of the user end, and relevant psychological diagnosis and treatment auxiliary data are obtained from the cloud service end and fed back to the user end in the form of electronic readings.

A psychological consultation platform according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the queuing module is configured to display information of consultants, waiting number of people, waiting time, number of people served and rating, the user side can select a corresponding consultant side according to its own needs, the communication module is configured to establish a communication platform between the user side and the consultant side, the user side can directly ask a question to the consultant side, the consultant side gives a corresponding diagnosis result and transmits the diagnosis result to the consulting diagnosis module, the consulting diagnosis module classifies the diagnosis result according to the received information, gives a corresponding suggestion and transmits the suggestion to the database for storage through the suggestion module, the classification marking module is configured to classify and sort the received data according to risk level, a higher score indicates a higher risk of illness, wherein the augmented reality sub-module is configured to, when the user side directly asks a question to the consultant side, and presenting the real-time image of the consultant end and/or the environment image for assisting the psychotherapy.
10. A psychological consultation platform according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the sorting module is configured to extract data from the communication module, extract new questions and results, reject existing questions, and transmit the extracted data to the database for storage.
