Description

Electronic bid inviting management system
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of information processing, and particularly relates to an electronic bidding management system.
Background
The method expands from construction project package to import electromechanical equipment, and expands to aspects of scientific research project establishment, medicine purchase, office product purchase, land use right bid and the like. As market competition is more and more intense, bidding units are not standardized, bidding management becomes disordered, and supervision of the bidding process is strengthened to become important work of enterprises and public institutions and government institutions.
With the rapid development of electronic commerce and project management informatization, various social circles have widely and urgently realized that the electronic information technology is used for reforming the traditional paper bidding mode to promote electronic bidding, so that the method is a necessary trend for further effectively standardizing the open, fair and honest orders of bidding, transforming the development mode of the bidding industry and promoting the healthy and scientific development of the industry.
Through retrieval, the Chinese invention patent is as follows: a bid bidding method and system (application number 201811564916.4, application date 2018.12.20), its bid bidding method includes obtaining the establishment message of bid item, wherein, the establishment message of bid item includes project planning data, personnel reserve data and project pricing data, establish the message according to bid item, get the bid document; processing each content in the bidding document through a digital abstract technology according to the bidding document to obtain a digital abstract corresponding to each content in the bidding document; encrypting each data abstract by adopting an asymmetric encryption algorithm to obtain a data block corresponding to each data abstract; processing each data block through a block chain technology to obtain a bidding document block chain, and sending an audit message according to the bidding document block chain; and after the audit message is obtained, decrypting the data blocks in the bidding document block chain by using a decryption method corresponding to the asymmetric encryption algorithm to obtain the document to be audited. However, the application has the disadvantages that the process supervision of the bidding is not comprehensive enough, and the control is difficult to be performed from the aspects of legality, administrative supervision and the like.
