And further searching all communication base stations which establish communication connection with the mobile phone number currently, if the mobile phone number is in a connection state with the first base station at the moment, releasing the vehicle and deducting high-speed cost or bridge passing cost from a bank account when the ETC card is registered, otherwise, refusing to release.
It can be understood that the connection between the mobile phone number and the base station in the embodiment of the present invention means that a mobile phone or other communication device equipped with an SIM card corresponding to the mobile phone number is connected to the base station; the mobile phone number appearing in the toll station in the embodiment of the invention can mean that a mobile phone or other communication equipment provided with an SIM card corresponding to the mobile phone number appears in the toll station.
When the vehicle passing state is normal, the system can be in butt joint with a system for realizing mobile phone account fee deduction for an operator. Optionally, when the balance of the bank account corresponding to the vehicle is insufficient, when the user has authorized to directly deduct the toll from the mobile phone account, the user can directly deduct the high-speed toll or the bridge fee from the mobile phone account of the user while releasing the vehicle, so that convenience is provided for the user to pay the toll.

In a specific implementation, the ETC charging apparatus may be an electronic device, such as a server, which includes a processor, a memory and a communication interface. The memory is used for storing collected and received data and the program of the ETC charging method, the processor is used for executing the program according to the collected and received data, and the communication interface is used for carrying out data communication with a connecting platform, a device and the like.
Fig. 4 is a schematic configuration diagram of an ECT charging system based on communication data according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 4, the ECT charging system 400 based on communication data according to the present invention includes:
the communication data unit 401 is communicated with a mobile phone on a vehicle passing through an ETC lane, and is used for acquiring second site information of a communication base station connected with a mobile phone number corresponding to the mobile phone on the vehicle and transmitting the second site information to an ETC charging device. The communication data unit may be a communication platform of a communication company, or may be a communication base station in the vicinity of a toll station directly when authorization is obtained.
The ETC charging device 300 is used for collecting identification information of vehicles passing through the ETC lane, determining the passing state of the vehicles according to the data transmitted by the communication data unit and the collected vehicle identification information, and generating corresponding operation instructions according to the passing state to transmit the operation instructions to the fee deduction system. When the OBU exists on the vehicle, the license plate number of the vehicle can be directly determined by reading the OBU data, and in order to improve the accuracy of identifying the vehicle identification information, the license plate number can also be determined by adopting an image recognition technology after camera shooting, so that the license plate number in the OBU data of the vehicle is prevented from being inconsistent with the license plate number actually used.
And a fee deduction system 402 which communicates with the ETC toll collection device and is used for completing fee deduction from a fee deduction account of the vehicle according to an operation command of the ETC toll collection device when the ETC toll collection device confirms that the vehicle passing state is normal. The fee deduction system can be a business system of a bank, or can be a business system for deducting fees directly from a mobile phone after the mobile phone is authorized, such as a payment treasure, WeChat and the like.
Fig. 5 is a schematic configuration diagram of another ECT charging system based on communication data according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention. For the ETC system in the prior art, when an automobile with an OBU enters a special lane of an ETC in a toll station, if a detection device can detect the vehicle identification information of the automobile, a first acquisition unit in the ETC toll device 300 directly performs wireless communication with the detection device, and receives the vehicle identification information transmitted by the detection device. As shown in fig. 5, the ECT charging system 500 based on communication data according to the preferred embodiment includes:
the vehicle passing through the ECT channel is provided with an OBU and a mobile phone for handling ETC registration of the vehicle;
and the detection device 501 is communicated with the ECT charging device 300 and the vehicle, and is used for collecting the vehicle identification information of the vehicle passing through the charging station and transmitting the vehicle identification information to the ECT charging device 300.
A communication data unit 502, which communicates with the mobile phone on the vehicle and the ETC toll collection device 300, for collecting second site information of a communication base station connected through a mobile phone number on the vehicle of the toll collection station, the communication data unit 502 including a base station and a mobile communication platform.
The ETC charging device 300 is used for determining the passing state of the vehicle according to the data transmitted by the detection device 501 and the communication data unit 502, generating a corresponding operation instruction according to the passing state and transmitting the operation instruction to the fee deduction system 503.
And an fee deduction system 504 which communicates with the toll collection device 300 and finishes fee deduction from a fee deduction account of the vehicle according to an operation command of the ETC toll collection device 300 when the toll collection device confirms that the vehicle passing state is normal. In the preferred embodiment, the fee deduction system 504 is a banking system.

for a vehicle provided with an on-board unit (OBU), acquiring identification information of the vehicle when the vehicle passes through an ETC lane of a toll station;
determining a mobile phone number corresponding to the vehicle according to the identification information of the vehicle based on the vehicle identification information and mobile phone number association table;
collecting the connection information of the mobile phone number and a communication base station;
and determining the vehicle passing state according to the connection information based on a toll station and communication base station association table, and generating a corresponding fee deduction instruction according to the passing state to finish vehicle charging.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein, for a vehicle with an On Board Unit (OBU) installed, before collecting identification information of the vehicle when the vehicle passes through an ETC lane of a toll gate, further comprising:
the method comprises the steps of collecting vehicle identification information and mobile phone numbers corresponding to the vehicle identification information, and generating a vehicle identification information and mobile phone number association table, wherein the vehicle identification information comprises license plate numbers of vehicles and ETC card numbers of the vehicles, the mobile phone number corresponding to one vehicle identification information is not less than one, and the vehicle identification information corresponding to one mobile phone number is not less than one;
the method comprises the steps of collecting first site information of toll stations with ETC lanes and second site information of a communication base station capable of covering each toll station in the first site information, and establishing a toll station and communication base station association table based on the first site information and the second site information, wherein the first site information is the name of the toll station, and the second site information is the name of the communication base station.
3. The method according to claim 1, wherein, for a vehicle with an On Board Unit (OBU) installed, acquiring identification information of the vehicle when the vehicle passes through an ETC lane of a toll station comprises:
wirelessly communicating with an OBU of the vehicle to acquire an ETC card number of the vehicle; and
and shooting a license plate of the vehicle, acquiring a vehicle image, performing image recognition on the vehicle image, and determining the license plate number of the vehicle.
4. The method of claim 2, wherein collecting the connection information between the mobile phone number and the communication base station comprises:
collecting the connection information of the mobile phone number and a communication base station from a mobile communication platform of an operator; and/or
When having authorization, directly communicating with a communication base station, and determining the connection information of the mobile phone number and the communication base station through the information sent by the communication base station, wherein the connection information comprises connection time and second site information of the communication base station connected with the mobile phone number;
the connection information comprises connection time and second site information of the communication base station connected with the mobile phone number;
and when the number of the mobile phone corresponding to one piece of vehicle identification information is more than one, acquiring the connection information between the mobile phone number and the communication base station for each mobile phone number.
5. The method of claim 2, wherein the collecting the vehicle identification information and the mobile phone number corresponding to the vehicle identification information comprises:
acquiring vehicle identification information for handling ETC service registration of a vehicle and a mobile phone number corresponding to the vehicle identification information; and/or
And the mobile phone number is connected with a business system of a traffic management department, and vehicle identification information and the mobile phone number corresponding to the vehicle identification information are collected.

for each toll station in the first station information, when a vehicle passes through an ETC lane of the toll station, recording the first station information of the toll station, acquiring vehicle identification information of the vehicle, acquiring second station information of a communication base station connected with a mobile phone number corresponding to the vehicle identification information at the current moment, and adding 1 to the confidence coefficient of the second station information of the communication base station relative to the first station information of the toll station;
for each toll station, the communication base station with the highest confidence level in different types of communication base stations is used as the communication base station associated with the toll station, and a station association table of the toll station and the communication base station is established, wherein the different types of communication base stations comprise mobile, Unicom and telecommunication communication base stations.

The method of claim 6, wherein the determining the vehicle passing status according to the connection information based on the association table of the toll station and the communication base station, and generating a corresponding fee deduction instruction according to the passing status to complete the vehicle charging comprises:
