The smart television can generate popup prompt information according to the generated image analysis result, and display the popup prompt information in a current playing picture of the smart television. The popup prompt message can be set in a partial area of a current display area of the smart television for display. The pop-up window prompt message can be at least one of text content and screenshot data, and can also be a small window playing of a live program, namely picture-in-picture. When a user normally watches other programs, the other programs in the current playing picture can be switched into the recorded live program by triggering the picture switching instruction when the intelligent television displays the popup prompt message.
Further, referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 is a schematic flowchart of a sixth embodiment of the information pushing method based on video recording according to the present invention, where based on the third embodiment, the prompt information includes at least one of a message text, screenshot data, and a video clip; the step S31, determining prompt information according to the image analysis result, and displaying the prompt information and/or pushing the prompt information to the user terminal, includes:
step S313, pushing prompt information to a mobile terminal of a user according to the image analysis result;
after the step of pushing the prompt information to the mobile terminal of the user according to the image analysis result, the step S313 further includes:
step S314, receiving a viewing instruction generated and returned by the mobile terminal triggered by the user, starting a playing picture according to the viewing instruction, and switching the playing picture to the live program.
In this embodiment, when the smart television records a live program and plays the live program through the background, the smart television may be in a standby state, that is, no picture is displayed on the display screen. After the intelligent television generates the image analysis result, prompt information can be pushed to the mobile terminal of the user according to the image analysis result. After the user receives the prompt message at the mobile terminal, the user can control the mobile terminal to return a watching instruction to the smart television through triggering operation. The smart television can start the playing picture of the display screen in a standby state according to the watching instruction and switch the playing picture into a live program, so that a user can watch the live program through the smart television. It is understood that the prompt received by the user's mobile terminal may be one or more of message text, screenshot data and a video clip.
Further, referring to fig. 7, fig. 7 is a schematic flowchart of a seventh embodiment of the information pushing method based on video recording according to the present invention, and based on the embodiment shown in fig. 2, after the step S30 of determining the prompt information according to the image analysis result, and performing the prompt according to the prompt information, the method further includes:
and step S40, receiving a recording control instruction returned by the user according to the push prompt information, and executing corresponding control operation according to the recording control instruction, wherein the control operation comprises recording suspension, push suspension and adjustment of video recording parameters.
In this embodiment, after receiving the prompt message pushed by the smart television, the user may also trigger a corresponding recording control instruction. The intelligent television can execute corresponding control operation on the live program according to the recording control instruction returned by the user. The recording control command can be recording pause, pushing pause, video recording parameter adjustment and the like. For example, after receiving the prompt message, the user may control the smart television to stop recording through the recording pause instruction, or control the smart television to continue recording but stop pushing the prompt message through the push pause instruction, and may also adjust the picture parameters of the live program recorded by the smart television through adjusting the video recording parameter instruction, such as adjusting the definition, volume, and bullet screen of the live program.
It can be understood that the user may return the recording control instruction through the mobile terminal, or may send a voice control instruction through a remote control terminal of the smart television to trigger the corresponding recording control instruction.
Further, referring to fig. 8, fig. 8 is a schematic flowchart of an eighth embodiment of the information pushing method based on video recording according to the present invention, and based on the embodiments shown in fig. 2 to fig. 6, the step S10 of receiving a recording instruction sent by a control device, performing video recording on a live program according to the recording instruction, and generating a video cache file includes:
step S11, receiving a recording instruction generated and sent by a control device of the smart television when a user triggers, and determining a live broadcast channel and a playing time point corresponding to a live broadcast program selected by the user according to the recording instruction;
and step S12, when the playing time point is reached, video recording is carried out on the live program under the live channel.
In this embodiment, a user may perform a trigger operation on the control device of the smart television to generate a corresponding recording instruction and send the recording instruction to the smart television. The recording instruction comprises a live broadcast channel and a playing time point corresponding to a live broadcast program set by a user. The smart television can determine a live channel and a playing time point of a live program by reading the recording instruction. When the corresponding playing time point is reached, the live channel can be jumped to, and video recording and background playing are carried out on the live program.
Further, referring to fig. 9, fig. 9 is a schematic flowchart of a ninth embodiment of the information pushing method based on video recording according to the present invention, and based on the embodiments shown in fig. 2 to fig. 6, the step S30 of determining the prompt information according to the image analysis result, and prompting according to the prompt information includes:
step S32, judging whether the image analysis result is the user attention information;
and step S33, if the image analysis result is the user attention information, generating corresponding prompt information and prompting according to the prompt information.
In this embodiment, after the smart television performs image analysis on the video image played in the background and generates an image analysis result, it is further required to determine whether the image analysis result is the user attention information. For example, in a sports event, the image analysis results obtained by performing image analysis on video images may include a goal scene, a change scene, a stand audience scene, and the like; in a weather forecast program, the obtained image analysis result may include future weather information of each province and city. It can be understood that the future weather information of the stand picture or other provinces and cities in the sports event is not the user attention information, and corresponding prompt information is not pushed to the user when the non-user attention information is generated; when the user attention information such as a goal picture, local weather information and the like is generated, corresponding prompt information can be pushed to the user for prompting.
It can be understood that the smart television may determine the image analysis result according to a preset rule to determine whether the image analysis result is the user attention information. The preset rule can be preset for a user, and can also be obtained by the smart television from a cloud server.
In addition, the invention also provides a computer readable storage medium, on which an information push program based on video recording is stored. The computer-readable storage medium may be the Memory 20 in the terminal in fig. 1, and may also be at least one of a ROM (Read-Only Memory)/RAM (Random Access Memory), a magnetic disk, and an optical disk, where the computer-readable storage medium includes several instructions to enable a smart television with a processor to execute the information push method based on video recording according to the embodiments of the present invention.

Claims (11)

1. An information push method based on video recording is applied to an intelligent television and is characterized by comprising the following steps:
receiving a recording instruction sent by control equipment, carrying out video recording on a live program according to the recording instruction, and generating a video cache file;
playing the video cache file through a background, and carrying out image analysis on a video image played by the background to generate an image analysis result;
and determining prompt information according to the image analysis result, and prompting according to the prompt information.
2. The video recording-based information pushing method according to claim 1, wherein the step of playing the video cache file in the background and performing image analysis on the video image played in the background to generate an image analysis result includes:
playing the video cache file through a background, and intercepting video images played by the background according to a preset period;
and carrying out image analysis on the intercepted video image to generate an image analysis result.
3. The information push method based on video recording according to claim 1, wherein the step of determining prompt information according to the image analysis result and prompting according to the prompt information comprises:
and determining prompt information according to the image analysis result, and displaying the prompt information and/or pushing the prompt information to a user terminal.

The information pushing method based on video recording according to claim 3, wherein the prompt information includes at least one of message text, screenshot data and video clip; the step of determining prompt information according to the image analysis result, and displaying the prompt information and/or pushing the prompt information to a user terminal comprises the following steps:
and generating highlight prompt information according to the image analysis result, and pushing the highlight prompt information to a mobile terminal of a user so that the mobile terminal is communicated with the intelligent television and acquires the data stream of the live program from the intelligent television.

The video recording-based information pushing method according to claim 3, wherein the prompt message includes at least one of message text and screenshot data; the step of determining prompt information according to the image analysis result, and displaying the prompt information and/or pushing the prompt information to a user terminal comprises the following steps:
and generating popup prompt information according to the image analysis result, and displaying the popup prompt information in the current playing picture so that a user can switch the current playing picture into the live program by triggering a picture switching instruction.

The information pushing method based on video recording according to claim 3, wherein the prompt information includes at least one of message text, screenshot data and video clip; the step of determining prompt information according to the image analysis result, and displaying the prompt information and/or pushing the prompt information to a user terminal comprises the following steps:
pushing prompt information to a mobile terminal of a user according to the image analysis result;
after the step of pushing the prompt information to the mobile terminal of the user according to the image analysis result, the method further comprises the following steps:
receiving a watching instruction generated and returned by the mobile terminal triggered by a user, starting a playing picture according to the watching instruction, and switching the playing picture into the live program.
7. The information push method based on video recording according to claim 1, wherein after the step of determining the prompt information according to the image analysis result and prompting according to the prompt information, the method further comprises:
and receiving a recording control instruction returned by the user according to the push prompt information, and executing corresponding control operation according to the recording control instruction, wherein the control operation comprises recording suspension, push suspension and video recording parameter adjustment.
8. The information push method based on video recording according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the step of receiving a recording instruction sent by a control device, and performing video recording on a live program according to the recording instruction comprises:
receiving a recording instruction generated and sent by control equipment of the intelligent television when a user triggers, and determining a live broadcast channel and a playing time point corresponding to a live broadcast program selected by the user according to the recording instruction;
and when the playing time point is reached, carrying out video recording on the live program under the live channel.
9. The information push method based on video recording according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the step of determining prompt information according to the image analysis result and prompting according to the prompt information comprises:
judging whether the image analysis result is user attention information or not;
and if the image analysis result is the user attention information, generating corresponding prompt information and prompting according to the prompt information.

An intelligent television, which is characterized by comprising a memory, a processor and an information pushing program which is stored in the memory and can run on the processor based on video recording, wherein: the video recording-based information pushing program, when executed by the processor, implements the steps of the video recording-based information pushing method according to any one of claims 1 to 9.

A computer-readable storage medium, wherein a video recording-based information pushing program is stored on the computer-readable storage medium, and when being executed by a processor, the program implements the steps of the video recording-based information pushing method according to any one of claims 1 to 9.
