When different frame images exist in the monitoring file played by the terminal equipment, determining that the display screen plays the program normally; and when the frame images of the monitoring files played by the terminal equipment are the same, determining that the display screen plays the program abnormally.
In some embodiments, the display screen monitoring system may further include a preset application programming interface, where the preset application programming interface may be connected to the server, and the preset application programming interface may be used to call the corresponding application program. The preset api may be a canvas interface, an MPEG interface, or an AVI interface, and the application may be a canvas application, a drawing MPEG application, or a drawing AVI application, and the preset api is not limited herein, and may be specifically set according to actual requirements.
The terminal equipment can send the program images to a preset application programming interface after receiving the program images sent by the server, the preset application programming interface receives and responds to the program images, calls the corresponding application program, draws the program images into corresponding monitoring files through the application program, sends the monitoring files to the terminal equipment, and receives the monitoring files returned by the preset application programming interface.
In one embodiment, the default api may be a canvas interface, the monitoring file may be a GIF graph, and the application may be a canvas application. The terminal equipment can send a plurality of program images to the canvas interface, the canvas interface receives and responds to the program images, calls the corresponding canvas application program, draws the program images into corresponding GIF (graphic information interchange) images through the canvas application program, sends the GIF images to the terminal equipment, and the terminal equipment receives the GIF images returned by the canvas interface.
In another embodiment, the predetermined application programming interface may be an MPEG interface, the monitoring file may be an MPEG video, and the application may be a rendering MPEG application. Referring to fig. 5, which shows a display screen monitoring apparatus 400 according to an embodiment of the present application, the display screen monitoring apparatus 400 may be applied to a server 100 in a display screen monitoring system shown in fig. 1, and the display screen monitoring apparatus 400 shown in fig. 5 will be described in detail below by taking the server 100 as an example, and the display screen monitoring apparatus 400 may include a request receiving module 410, an instruction sending module 420, a first file generating module 430, and a file sending module 440.
The request receiving module 410 may be configured to receive a monitoring request sent by a terminal device; the instruction sending module 420 may be configured to respond to the monitoring request, generate and send a corresponding monitoring instruction to the playback device, where the monitoring instruction is used to instruct the playback device to intercept and return a plurality of program images of the played program on the display screen; the first file generating module 430 may be configured to receive and respond to a plurality of program images and generate corresponding monitoring files; the file sending module 440 may be configured to send the monitoring file to the terminal device, so that the user determines whether the display screen normally plays the program according to the monitoring file.
In some embodiments, the first file generating module 430 may include a transmitting unit and a receiving unit.
The sending unit can be used for receiving and responding to the plurality of program images and sending the plurality of program images to the preset application programming interface, so that the preset application programming interface draws the plurality of program images into corresponding monitoring files by calling the corresponding application programs; the receiving unit may be configured to receive a monitoring file returned by the api.
In some embodiments, the default api is a canvas interface, and the monitoring file is an image interchange format. The transmitting unit may include a transmitting subunit and a receiving subunit.
The sending subunit is configured to receive and respond to the plurality of program images, and send the plurality of program images to the canvas interface, so that the canvas interface draws the plurality of program images into corresponding image interchange format maps by invoking corresponding canvas application programs; the receiving subunit may be configured to receive the graph with the picture interchange format returned by the canvas interface.
In some embodiments, the display screen monitoring apparatus 400 may further include a video stream acquiring module, a first information generating module, and a first information transmitting module.
The video stream acquisition module can be used for acquiring a preset video stream corresponding to a preset playing program of the display screen; the first information generation module can be used for generating corresponding correction prompt information when the playing program is determined to be a non-preset playing program according to the plurality of program images and the preset video stream; the first information sending module may be configured to send the correction prompt information to the terminal device, so that the user corrects the broadcast program to the preset broadcast program according to the correction prompt information.
In some embodiments, the display screen monitoring apparatus 400 may further include a matching module and a program determining module.
The matching module may be configured to match the plurality of program images with frame images of the preset video stream to obtain an image matching degree before the first information generating module generates the corresponding correction prompt information when it is determined that the broadcast program is a non-preset broadcast program according to the plurality of program images and the preset video stream; the program determining module may be configured to determine whether the broadcast program is a preset broadcast program according to the image matching degree.
In some embodiments, the first information generation module may include an information generation unit.
The information generating unit may be configured to determine that the broadcast program is a non-preset broadcast program when the image matching degree is smaller than the image matching degree threshold, and generate corresponding correction prompt information.
In some embodiments, the display screen monitoring apparatus 400 may further include a parameter acquiring module, a second information generating module, and a second information transmitting module.
The parameter acquisition module can be used for acquiring working parameters of the display screen; the second information generation module can be used for generating processing prompt information when the working parameters are determined not to be in the preset working parameter range; the second information sending module can be used for sending the processing prompt information to the terminal equipment, so that the user can process the display screen according to the processing prompt information.
In some embodiments, the display screen monitoring apparatus 400 may further include an image acquisition module, a temperature determination module, and a third information generation module.
The image acquisition module can be used for acquiring a display screen image of the display screen; the temperature determining module can be used for determining the corresponding display screen temperature according to the display screen image; the third information generating module may be configured to generate and send corresponding warning information to the terminal device when it is determined that the display screen works abnormally according to the temperature of the display screen, so that a user processes the display screen according to the warning information.
According to the scheme provided by the embodiment, the server receives the monitoring request sent by the terminal device, responds to the monitoring request, generates and sends the corresponding monitoring instruction to the playing device, the monitoring instruction is used for indicating the playing device to intercept and return a plurality of program images of the playing program of the display screen, receives and responds to the plurality of program images, generates the corresponding monitoring file, and sends the monitoring file to the terminal device, so that a user can determine whether the display screen normally plays the program according to the monitoring file.
Referring to fig. 6, which shows a display monitor apparatus 500 according to another embodiment of the present application, the display monitor apparatus 500 may be applied to a terminal device 200 in a display monitor system shown in fig. 1, and the display monitor apparatus 500 shown in fig. 6 will be described in detail below by taking the terminal device 200 as an example, and the display monitor apparatus 500 may include a request sending module 510, an image receiving module 520, and a second file generating module 530.
The request sending module 510 may be configured to send a monitoring request to a server, so that the server sends a corresponding monitoring instruction to the playback device according to the monitoring request, where the monitoring instruction is used to instruct the playback device to intercept and return a plurality of program images of a playback program on the display screen to the server; the image receiving module 520 may be configured to receive a plurality of program images sent by the server; the second file generating module 530 may be configured to generate a corresponding monitoring file according to the plurality of program images, so that a user determines whether the display screen normally plays the program according to the monitoring file.
According to the scheme provided by the embodiment, the terminal device sends the monitoring request to the server, so that the server sends the corresponding monitoring instruction to the playing device according to the monitoring request, receives the plurality of program images sent by the server, and generates the corresponding monitoring file according to the plurality of program images, so that a user determines whether the display screen normally plays the program according to the monitoring file, the display screen is monitored according to the program image returned by the playing device, a camera is not required to be configured, and the cost of the display screen monitoring system for monitoring the playing program of the display screen is reduced.

The computer-readable storage medium 700 may be an electronic memory such as a flash memory, an EEPROM (electrically erasable programmable read only memory), an EPROM, a hard disk, or a ROM. Optionally, the computer-readable storage medium 700 comprises a non-volatile computer-readable medium. The computer readable storage medium 700 has storage space for program code 710 for performing any of the method steps of the method described above. The program code can be read from or written to one or more computer program products. The program code 710 may be compressed, for example, in a suitable form.

Claims (13)

responding to the monitoring request, generating and sending a corresponding monitoring instruction to the playing device, wherein the monitoring instruction is used for indicating the playing device to intercept and return a plurality of program images of the playing program of the display screen;
receiving and responding to a plurality of program images and generating corresponding monitoring files;
and sending the monitoring file to the terminal equipment, and judging whether the display screen normally plays the program.
2. The display screen monitoring method of claim 1, wherein the receiving and responding to a plurality of the program images to generate a corresponding monitoring file comprises:
receiving and responding to a plurality of program images, and sending the program images to a preset application programming interface, so that the preset application programming interface draws the program images into corresponding monitoring files by calling corresponding application programs;
and receiving the monitoring file returned by the preset application programming interface.
3. The method for monitoring a display screen according to claim 2, wherein the predetermined application programming interface is a canvas interface, and the monitoring file is an image interchange format diagram;
the receiving and responding to the plurality of program images and sending the plurality of program images to a preset application programming interface, so that the preset application programming interface draws the plurality of program images into corresponding monitoring files by calling corresponding application programs, includes:
receiving and responding to a plurality of program images, and sending the plurality of program images to the canvas interface, so that the canvas interface draws the plurality of program images into corresponding image interchange format diagrams by calling corresponding canvas application programs;
receiving the image interchange format graph returned by the canvas interface.
4. The display screen monitoring method of claim 1, further comprising:
acquiring a preset video stream corresponding to a preset playing program of the display screen;
when the broadcast program is determined to be a non-preset broadcast program according to the plurality of program images and the preset video stream, generating corresponding correction prompt information;
and sending the correction prompt information to the terminal equipment, so that the user corrects the playing program into the preset playing program according to the correction prompt information.

The method for monitoring a display screen according to claim 4, wherein before generating the corresponding correction prompt information when the broadcast program is determined to be a non-preset broadcast program according to the plurality of program images and the preset video stream, the method further comprises:
matching the plurality of program images with the frame images of the preset video stream to obtain an image matching degree;
determining whether the playing program is the preset playing program or not according to the image matching degree;
when the broadcast program is determined to be a non-preset broadcast program according to the plurality of program images and the preset video stream, generating corresponding correction prompt information, including:
and when the image matching degree is smaller than an image matching degree threshold value, determining that the playing program is a non-preset playing program, and generating corresponding correction prompt information.
6. The display screen monitoring method according to claim 1, further comprising:
acquiring working parameters of the display screen;
when the working parameters are determined not to be within the preset working parameter range, processing prompt information is generated;
and sending the processing prompt information to the terminal equipment, so that the user can process the display screen according to the processing prompt information.

acquiring a display screen image of the display screen;
determining the corresponding display screen temperature according to the display screen image;
