Description

File browsing method and system based on artificial intelligence
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of artificial intelligence and terminal file management, in particular to a file browsing method and system based on artificial intelligence.
Background
At present, with the continuous improvement of office conditions of people, the browsing requirements of users on files are also continuously improved, for example, split-screen browsing, double-row browsing and the like can be performed on the files.
In the prior art, when a user reads a same file carefully, the user usually performs enlarged browsing on a large screen, and the conventional browsing method prompts people to continuously drag and switch between different parts needing to be compared if the different parts of the same file need to be compared when the user browses the file; thereby causing a great reduction in browsing efficiency. Therefore, the user needs to manually copy and rename the read document, so that different document copies can be manually opened by using the same or different application programs again, and the defects in the process of browsing one document are overcome.
However, the above document reading method still requires the user to continuously manually copy and name the same document, and then open multiple copies of the same document through different document browsing applications; this not only causes a problem of low operation efficiency, but also causes a problem of wasting operator time due to repetitive operations when reading a large number of documents. Therefore, a method for rapidly opening and comparing the same document by using a plurality of different applications is yet to be proposed to improve the opening and reading efficiency of the document.

Detailed Description
The embodiments of the present invention are further described below with reference to the drawings.
The first embodiment is as follows:
as shown in fig. 1, the present invention provides a file browsing method based on artificial intelligence, which comprises the following steps:
s1, acquiring the opening operation of a user on a first document, and identifying an application program and a category which can open the first document in a terminal; it should be noted that the opening operation of the first document by the user may be a double-click operation performed by the user on an icon of the first document; the method may further include invoking the first document in other manners to perform an opening operation on the first document, for example, obtaining a document of the first document format type by reading the document format type of the first document in a certain application software, and further performing an opening operation on the first document by selecting the first document; and are not limited thereto. In addition, in order to distinguish the conventional document opening operation of the user, the operation of opening the first document of the present invention may also be an opening operation in other manners, such as long pressing of a left mouse button, dragging of an icon of the first document, and the like, which is not limited herein. Illustratively, the first document is a document format type such as a PDF format document, a WORD format document, a TXT format document, and the like. After the user performs the opening operation of the first document, it indicates that the user may have a requirement for performing comparative browsing on the first document in a double-screen or split-screen mode, and because the same document cannot be opened twice with the same opening software at the same time, the comparative browsing often has a requirement for opening the same document twice. For this reason, it is necessary to automatically identify the application and category of the terminal that can open the first document to determine whether the above basic conditions for comparing and browsing the document exist. For example, the application and the category of the first document that can be opened in the terminal are identified, for example, a plurality of PDF reader software are installed in the terminal, where the first reader software may edit a PDF document, and the second reader software may not edit the PDF document but only can read the PDF document; at the moment, the application program category of the opened first document is divided into non-editing application program second reader software and editing application program first reader software. The reason why the application programs that open the first document are classified into the above categories is that the user may have a need to edit the document while browsing the first document, and the editing-type application program has a function of editing the document. When a user browses the same document in multiple screens or multiple screens, the user often only needs to edit one opened document interface to continuously adjust the edited content, and the user often only needs to compare the edited content with an interface opened by another application program, so that the user needs to open the first document in multiple screens or multiple screens by adopting different types of application programs. On the other hand, if two applications for opening the first document are both editing applications during double-screen or split-screen browsing, not only the user may edit the first document by mistake on a certain unedited screen, but also the user may edit the second document on two screens, which is disordered and inconvenient to find due to the existence of different editing versions of the first document. In summary, the present invention employs opening a first document of an editable version using an editing application on one screen or split screen, and opening a first document that can only be read using a non-editing application on the other split screen or screen; in order to avoid the problems described above.
S2, if the application programs capable of opening the first document are all non-editing application programs or editing application programs, opening the first document by using default application programs in the non-editing application programs or default application programs in the editing application programs; if the application programs that can open the first document include a non-editing type application program and an editing type application program, executing step S3; it should be noted that, if the applications that can open the first document are all non-editing applications, that is, applications that can only read the first document or editing applications, at this time, since there are only similar applications to implement the same document reading or editing function, and there are no different types of applications to implement their different reading and editing functions, it is not necessary to open the first document twice using similar applications to implement the same reading or editing function; at the moment, opening the first document by using a default application program in a non-editing application program or a default application program in an editing application program; that is, the first document is opened only by using the default application program in the application software, i.e., the conventional document opening method, which is not described herein again.
S3, identifying the screen number and the screen size of the terminal; if the number of the screens is more than one, opening the first document on a first screen by using a first editing application program, and opening the first document on a second screen by using a first non-editing application program; it should be noted that, in addition to the categories of the application programs, the reading experience of the user can be affected, that is, different types of application programs respectively implement different reading and editing functions; the number of screens and the size of the screens also affect the editing and reading functions of the first document; for example, under the condition of a single screen and a small screen, such as in a notebook operating environment, the effect of double-screen or split-screen editing and browsing of a user is often poor, and at the moment, the problem that the effect is poor when the user adopts the scheme of the present invention to edit and browse the first document at the same time also exists, and for this reason, the effect achieved by the scheme of the present invention is improved; the number of screens and the screen size of the terminal need to be identified, that is, the scheme of the present invention is executed only when the number of screens or the screen size meets the set requirements so as to achieve the expected editing and browsing effect. At this time, if the number of the screens is multiple, for example, the current operating system is connected with a dual-screen browser, the first document is opened on the first screen by using a first editing application program, and the first document is opened on the second screen by using a first non-editing application program; therefore, the user operation and viewing effect when the first document is operated in a double-screen mode are guaranteed while the first document is edited by one screen and read by the other screen. Further, if the number of screens to which the current operating system is connected is 3 or more, it is preferable that a corresponding number of screens be determined according to the number of application categories for opening the first document to open the first document using one category of application on each screen; if the number of the application program categories for opening the first document is inconsistent with the number of the screens, the user may preset the application program categories for opening the first document or the screens for starting multi-screen browsing, or an artificial intelligence algorithm is adopted to automatically set the relationship between the application program categories for opening the first document and the number of the application program categories and the number of the screens, which is not limited herein. Preferably, the first screen is a main screen, and the second screen is a sub-screen.
S4, if the number of the screens is only one and the size of the screen is larger than or equal to a first size threshold, respectively opening the first document by using a first editing application program and a first non-editing application program, and displaying the first document opened by the first editing application program and the first document opened by the first non-editing application program in a split screen manner; it should be noted that, similar to the above, in order to improve the effect achieved by the solution of the present invention, it is necessary to identify the number of screens and the screen size of the terminal, that is, the solution of the present invention is executed only when the number of screens or the screen size meets the set requirement so as to achieve the desired editing and browsing effect. At this time, if the number of screens is only one and the size of the screen is equal to or greater than a first size threshold, for example, the first size threshold is 27 inches, so that the screen editing and browsing the first document can achieve the desired visual effect when the screen size is greater than the size threshold; at this time, respectively opening the first document by using a first editing application program and a first non-editing application program, and displaying the first document opened by the first editing application program and the first document opened by the first non-editing application program in a split screen manner; namely, the first document is edited and browsed in two split screens automatically in a split screen mode.
S5, if the number of the screens is only one and the size of the screen is smaller than the first size threshold, opening the first document by using a default application program in the non-editing application programs or a default application program in the editing application programs. It should be noted that, continuing with the foregoing method, if the number of screens is only one and the size of the screen is smaller than a first size threshold, for example, the first size threshold is 27 inches, the desired visual effect cannot be achieved due to screen editing and browsing the first document when the screen size is smaller than the size threshold; at this time, the first document is opened by using the default application program in the non-editing application program or the default application program in the editing application program, that is, the first document is opened by using only one default application program, and this conventional document opening method is not described again.
Therefore, according to the file browsing method based on artificial intelligence, when a user opens a file, the number and the type of application programs capable of opening the file are firstly identified, and when only one type of application program capable of opening the file exists, a default application program is used for opening the file; identifying the number and the size of screens when the application programs capable of opening the document are of various types, opening the file by adopting the application programs of different types respectively, and displaying the file in a multi-screen or split-screen mode; therefore, the opening and display efficiency of different application programs of the same file is improved.
As a preferred embodiment, the step S3 or S4 further includes:
the first editing application and the first non-editing application respectively identify the content of the first document; it should be noted that, for example, the first editing application and the first non-editing application respectively identify the content of the first document, for example, a PDF document, so as to determine whether there is a contextually related content in the document content; for example, whether there are a plurality of characters in the first document that overlap in a certain content of the A-th page with a content of the B-th page.
If the content of the first document has first content and second content which are not related before and after the same page display, the second content is automatically displayed by using the first non-editing application program when the user views the first content by using the first editing application program. It should be noted that, for example, the picture mark "fig. 2" described in the page 2 text paragraph exists in the first document, and the picture mark "fig. 2" described in the page 3 picture paragraph exists in the first document at the same time; then the first non-editing application program is automatically used to display the picture 2 represented by the picture mark "fig. 2" described in the second content, i.e. the page 3 picture paragraph, when the user views the picture mark "fig. 2" described in the first content, i.e. the page 2 text paragraph, using the first editing application program. Therefore, the associated content can be automatically positioned and displayed for the file opened by different application programs, so that a user can conveniently and quickly understand the text paragraph marked with the 'figure 2' on the 2 nd page by looking at the picture, and the browsing efficiency of the user on the file is improved.
As a preferred embodiment, the first editing application and the first non-editing application respectively identify the content of the first document, and further include:
if the first non-editing application program cannot identify the content of the first document, after the first editing application program identifies the content of the first document, when the content of the first document has first content and second content which are not related before and after the same page is displayed, the first editing application program sends the first content and the page number where the first content is located, the second content and the page number where the second content is located to the first non-editing application program; it should be noted that, because there are differences in functions of different types of applications, for example, an editing application that can also read a PDF document can identify a PDF document of a picture type (i.e., the document content is composed of pictures), for example, the identification of the PDF document content can be realized by a function of converting pictures into words, whereas a non-editing application can only identify a PDF document of text content and cannot identify a PDF document of a picture type. At this moment, the problem that the non-editing application program cannot identify the content of the first document exists, and for this reason, the method that the non-editing application program identifies the content of the first document and then sends the identification information of the associated content to the non-editing application program is adopted to realize the associated positioning of the non-editing application program on the first document; that is, after the first editing application identifies the content of the first document, when the content of the first document has first content and second content that are not associated with each other before and after the page presentation, for example, it is identified that the picture mark "fig. 2" described in the 2 nd page text paragraph 5 section exists in the first document, and at the same time, the picture mark "fig. 2" described in the 3 rd page picture paragraph exists in the first document; at this time, the first editing application program sends the first content and the page number (i.e., "2 nd page text paragraph 5 paragraph" and "fig. 2") where the first content is located and the second content and the page number (i.e., "3 rd page picture paragraph" and "fig. 2") where the second content is located to the first non-editing application program; at this time, the first non-editing application program realizes the positioning of the first content and the second content according to the first content, the second content and the page number where the first content and the second content are located. Therefore, the browsing of the content related to the corresponding currently edited or browsed content of the first document opened by the editing application program can be accurately positioned even if the non-editing application program cannot identify the content of the first document, so that the comparison type browsing and editing of the same document by a user is realized, and the editing and browsing efficiency of the first document by the user is improved.
When a user views the first content by using the first editing application program, the first non-editing application program shows the second content at the page number according to the second content and the page number where the second content is located. For example, when the user uses the first editing class application to view the picture mark "fig. 2" described in the first content, i.e., the page 2 text paragraph, the first non-editing class application is automatically used to show fig. 2 represented by the picture mark "fig. 2" described in the second content, i.e., the page 3 picture paragraph.
As a preferred embodiment, the method further comprises:
if the content of the first document does not have first content and second content which are not related before and after the same-page display, respectively acquiring the non-operation duration of the first document by the first editing application program and the first non-editing application program; it should be noted that, if the content of the first document does not have the first content and the second content which are not related before and after the same page display, at this time, there is no need for the user to browse the same document in a comparison manner, and there may be a possibility of a user misoperation; and respectively acquiring the non-operation duration of the first editing application program and the first non-editing application program to the first document, and judging whether the first document is a misoperation behavior or not according to the non-operation duration of the user.
For example, if the non-operation durations of the first editing application program and the first non-editing application program on the first document are both greater than or less than a first time threshold, it indicates that the user may leave the current terminal, and at this time, it is impossible to accurately identify whether the document is a misoperation, so that no processing is performed.
For example, if one of the non-operation time lengths of the first editing application program and the first non-editing application program on the first document is greater than a first time threshold, for example, the first time threshold is 1 minute; the method indicates that the user has a misoperation behavior, namely, the user mistakenly opens the double-screen or split-screen document editing and browsing mode of the invention, at the moment, the user only has the requirement of using a single application program to operate the first document, so that the first document is operated only frequently by using the first application program, and the first document opened by another application program has no requirement of operating for a long time; therefore, the first document with longer non-operation time and the application program thereof are closed, and the problem of poor user experience caused by manual closing of the application program without operation requirements by a user due to misoperation is solved.
As a preferred implementation manner, when the user views the first content using the first editing-class application, the first non-editing-class application presents the second content at the page number according to the second content and the page number where the second content is located, further comprising:
if a plurality of second contents which are not on the same page and are associated with the first content exist, identifying the page type of the first content, and the page numbers and the page types of the second contents; it should be noted that, in order to improve the normative of the document, the PDF version of the academic document usually marks subtitle information at the header and page number information at the end, and the header information is greatly related to the content of the text part of the page; meanwhile, the content of the page where the same header is positioned has greater similarity and continuity, so that the reading and understanding of a user are facilitated; the content of the page where different headers are located often does not have similarity or coherence, so that the reading and understanding of the user are inconvenient. Therefore, there is a greater need for the content of different headers to be read comparatively. In contrast, the present invention improves the foregoing embodiment with respect to a page type, that is, a header type, that is, if there are a plurality of second contents associated with the first content and on different pages, the page type of the first content, and the page numbers and the page types thereof where all the second contents are located are identified; and then comparative reading is carried out according to different page types.
The first non-editing application program displays the page number of the second content with the largest quantity; or the first non-editing application program displays the page number of the second content with the page type different from that of the first content. It should be noted that the first non-editing application program displays the page number of the second content of the page type different from the page type of the first content, so as to perform comparative reading according to different page types. Or the first non-editing application program displays the page number of the second content with the largest quantity, so that the maximum possibility of satisfying the comparative reading of the user on different parts is realized.
As a preferred embodiment, the step S3 or S4 further includes:
acquiring the editing operation of a user on the first document through the first editing application program, and after the user saves the edited first document, automatically naming and saving a copy of the edited first document; it should be noted that, because the original text of the first document is opened by the first non-editing application program, the text content of the first document has been changed after the first non-editing application program performs editing operation on the first document, and in order not to affect the opening of the original text of the first document by the first non-editing application program and the reading of the original text by the user, preferably, in the present invention, after the user saves the edited first document, a copy of the edited first document is automatically named and saved; therefore, when the user repeatedly edits the first document through the first editing application program, the first non-editing application program is not influenced to open the original text of the first document and the user can not read the original text.
The first non-editing application program obtains the saving operation and the saving path of the copy, and prompts the user whether to open the copy of the first document on an interface of the first non-editing application program for opening the first document; if so, the first non-editing application program closes the first document and opens the copy; if not, the copy is not opened. It should be noted that the user still has a requirement for comparative reading on the copy of the first document saved after editing; in this regard, a first non-editing application program is used for obtaining the edited saving operation of the first document and the saving path of the copy by the first editing application program, and prompting the user whether to open the copy of the first document on an interface for opening the first document by the first non-editing application program; if so, the first non-editing application program closes the first document and opens the copy to achieve comparative reading of the copy of the first document. Otherwise, if the dialog box of the prompt is clicked or not operated, the first non-editing application program keeps the state of opening the first document and does not open the copy.
As a preferred embodiment, after automatically naming and saving the copy of the edited first document, the method further includes:
if the user carries out editing operation on the second document through the first editing application program, after the user saves the edited second document, automatically naming the copy of the edited second document, and saving the copy of the first document and the copy of the second document by establishing an automatically named folder. It should be noted that comparative reading by the user is not limited to one document, and may be, for example, multiple documents in a continuous or same storage path, and at this time, the user is obtained to perform an editing operation on the second document through the first editing application; if the user carries out editing operation on the second document through the first editing application program, after the user saves the edited second document, automatically naming the copy of the edited second document, and saving the copy of the first document and the copy of the second document by establishing an automatically named folder.
As a preferred embodiment, the method further comprises:
if the user performs closing operation on the first file through the first editing application program, simultaneously performing closing operation on the first file through the first non-editing application program; it should be noted that, since the user usually operates to edit the first file on the main screen and assists reading and browsing on the auxiliary screen, when the user performs a closing operation on the first file through the first editing application program, it indicates that the user has finished editing and browsing the first document, and at this time, performs a closing operation on the first file through the first non-editing application program; therefore, the operation efficiency of closing the first document by the user is improved.
And if the user performs closing operation on the first file through the first non-editing application program, not closing the first non-editing application program and the first file opened by the first non-editing application program. It should be noted that, on the contrary, if the user performs a closing operation on the first file through the first non-editing application program, that is, closes the browsing interface on the first document on the secondary screen, at this time, it cannot be proved that the user has finished the editing operation on the first document, and therefore the first non-editing application program and the first file opened by the first non-editing application program are not closed.
The invention provides a file browsing method based on artificial intelligence, which comprises the steps of firstly identifying the number and the types of application programs capable of opening a file when a user opens the file, and opening the file by using a default application program when the application program capable of opening the file is only one type; identifying the number and the size of screens when the application programs capable of opening the document are of various types, opening the file by adopting the application programs of different types respectively, and displaying the file in a multi-screen or split-screen mode; therefore, the opening and display efficiency of different application programs of the same file is improved. In addition, the file opened for different application programs is automatically positioned and associated content is displayed, so that the browsing efficiency of the user on the file is improved.
Example two:
as shown in fig. 2, the present invention provides a file browsing apparatus and system based on artificial intelligence, which is characterized in that the apparatus and system include the following modules:
the first identification module is used for acquiring the opening operation of a user on a first document and identifying an application program and a category which can open the first document in a terminal; it should be noted that the opening operation of the first document by the user may be a double-click operation performed by the user on an icon of the first document; the method may further include invoking the first document in other manners to perform an opening operation on the first document, for example, obtaining a document of the first document format type by reading the document format type of the first document in a certain application software, and further performing an opening operation on the first document by selecting the first document; and are not limited thereto.
The second identification module is used for opening the first document by using a default application program in the non-editing application programs or a default application program in the editing application programs if the application programs capable of opening the first document are all non-editing application programs or editing application programs; executing a first document opening module if the application programs capable of opening the first document comprise a non-editing application program and an editing application program; it should be noted that, if the applications that can open the first document are all non-editing applications, that is, applications that can only read the first document or editing applications, at this time, since there are only similar applications to implement the same document reading or editing function, and there are no different types of applications to implement their different reading and editing functions, it is not necessary to open the first document twice using similar applications to implement the same reading or editing function; at the moment, opening the first document by using a default application program in a non-editing application program or a default application program in an editing application program; that is, the first document is opened only by using the default application program in the application software, i.e., the conventional document opening method, which is not described herein again.
The first document opening module is used for identifying the screen number and the screen size of the terminal; if the number of the screens is more than one, opening the first document on a first screen by using a first editing application program, and opening the first document on a second screen by using a first non-editing application program; it should be noted that, in addition to the categories of the application programs, the reading experience of the user can be affected, that is, different types of application programs respectively implement different reading and editing functions; the number of screens and the size of the screens also affect the editing and reading functions of the first document; for example, under the condition of a single screen and a small screen, such as in a notebook operating environment, the effect of double-screen or split-screen editing and browsing of a user is often poor, and at the moment, the problem that the effect is poor when the user adopts the scheme of the present invention to edit and browse the first document at the same time also exists, and for this reason, the effect achieved by the scheme of the present invention is improved; the number of screens and the screen size of the terminal need to be identified, that is, the scheme of the present invention is executed only when the number of screens or the screen size meets the set requirements so as to achieve the expected editing and browsing effect.
A second document opening module, configured to open the first document using a first editing application and a first non-editing application respectively if the number of the screens is only one and the size of the screen is greater than or equal to a first size threshold, and display the first document opened by the first editing application and the first document opened by the first non-editing application in a split-screen manner; it should be noted that, similar to the above, in order to improve the effect achieved by the solution of the present invention, it is necessary to identify the number of screens and the screen size of the terminal, that is, the solution of the present invention is executed only when the number of screens or the screen size meets the set requirement so as to achieve the desired editing and browsing effect.
A third document opening module, configured to open the first document using a default application program in a non-editing application program or a default application program in an editing application program if the number of screens is only one and the size of the screen is smaller than a first size threshold.
Therefore, according to the file browsing device and system based on artificial intelligence, when a user opens a file, the number and the type of application programs capable of opening the file are firstly identified, and when only one type of application program capable of opening the file exists, a default application program is used for opening the file; identifying the number and the size of screens when the application programs capable of opening the document are of various types, opening the file by adopting the application programs of different types respectively, and displaying the file in a multi-screen or split-screen mode; therefore, the opening and display efficiency of different application programs of the same file is improved.
As a preferred embodiment, the first document opening module or the second document opening module further includes:
the first editing application and the first non-editing application respectively identify the content of the first document; it should be noted that, for example, the first editing application and the first non-editing application respectively identify the content of the first document, for example, a PDF document, so as to determine whether there is a contextually related content in the document content; for example, whether there are a plurality of characters in the first document that overlap in a certain content of the A-th page with a content of the B-th page.
As a preferred embodiment, the first document opening module or the second document opening module further includes:
acquiring the editing operation of a user on the first document through the first editing application program, and after the user saves the edited first document, automatically naming and saving a copy of the edited first document; it should be noted that, because the original text of the first document is opened by the first non-editing application program, the text content of the first document has been changed after the first non-editing application program performs editing operation on the first document, and in order not to affect the opening of the original text of the first document by the first non-editing application program and the reading of the original text by the user, preferably, in the present invention, after the user saves the edited first document, a copy of the edited first document is automatically named and saved; therefore, when the user repeatedly edits the first document through the first editing application program, the first non-editing application program is not influenced to open the original text of the first document and the user can not read the original text.
