Abstract
The invention discloses a large-scale cargo storage management system which comprises storage positions for storing cargos, wherein the system comprises a web server responsible for cargo management and circulation, a PLM server used for acquiring basic information and a demand list of cargos and an SAP server used for acquiring purchase order information and basic information of cargos, the web server is connected with a mobile PDA terminal used for managing in and out of a storage room, a WCS cloud server and a client terminal used for viewing data and controlling operation in an internal network, the web server is connected with a CA authentication center and a TSA timestamp service center in an external network, the storage positions comprise virtual storage positions and actual storage positions, and each storage position generates a unique bar code by using the web server. The upper layer system and the mobile terminal realize interactive butt joint, so that the upper layer system and the lower layer system are combined; one bit and one code, the data uniformity is kept, and the management is standardized and convenient; and multi-code binding is performed, and data is encrypted, so that the safety is high.

The invention relates to a management system and a management method, in particular to a large cargo storage management system and a large cargo storage management method.
Background
The large-scale goods storehouse management among the prior art mostly still keeps the mode of paperization, can only supply for producing the line through the mode of artifical reconciliation, has following several shortcomings: 1. due to manual document filling, the problem of copying errors of goods and quantity can be caused; 2. the paper document takes effect and needs to be subjected to leader signing, so that the overall operation flow is slow in progress; 3. different goods are managed by different people, so that warehouse data are opaque; 4. the placement of the articles is not standardized, so that the efficiency is low when the materials are supplied for production; 5. due to the strong mobility of personnel, the goods storage position cannot be fed back in time; 6. the confidentiality of a general management system for data security is low, and the risk of network theft exists.
Disclosure of Invention
The purpose of the invention is as follows: the first purpose of the invention is to provide a large goods storage management system which is combined on line and under line; the second purpose of the invention is to provide a large cargo storage management method.
The technical scheme is as follows: the large cargo storage management system is characterized by comprising a web server responsible for cargo management and circulation, a PLM server used for acquiring basic information and a demand list of cargos and an SAP server used for acquiring purchase order information and basic information of cargos, wherein the web server is connected with a mobile PDA terminal used for managing in and out of a warehouse, a WCS cloud server and a client terminal used for viewing data and controlling operation in an internal network, the web server is connected with a CA authentication center and a TSA timestamp service center in an external network, the warehouse comprises a virtual warehouse and an actual warehouse, and each warehouse generates a unique bar code by using the web server.
The information on the bar code comprises a goods code, a goods name, the number of goods entering or leaving the warehouse and virtual warehouse location information; the mobile PDA terminal scans and inputs the bar code by using infrared rays; data in the system is protected by means of MD5 and time stamp encryption; the web server is connected with the SAP server through a web service interface and is connected with the PLM server through an intermediate database.
The invention discloses a large cargo storage management method, which comprises the following steps:
s1: research personnel log in the PLM server, establish material basic information and project demand information and provide source data for system circulation;
s2: establishing a warehouse management system through a web server;
s3: the buyer uses SAP server to create purchase order, and then creates the warehousing bill and prints the paper bill with bar code through the warehousing management system, and delivers to the warehouse manager;
s4: the method comprises the steps that a librarian scans a warehousing document with a bar code by using a mobile PDA terminal, data information of a web server is obtained through an interface, and the librarian binds goods with a virtual library position or an entity library position according to an actual goods storage rule to form a background incidence relation of one code with one library position;
s5: after logging in the warehousing system, a producer creates a material receiving bill according to the basic information of the goods, prints a paper document with a bar code and delivers the paper document to a warehouse manager;
s6: the method comprises the steps that a storage manager scans an ex-warehouse document with a bar code by using a mobile PDA terminal, obtains data information of a web server and a virtual storage position or an entity storage position related to materials in a current document through an interface, and sends the materials off-line and unbinds the association relation on-line according to the information of the actual goods storage position.
Has the advantages that: compared with the prior art, the invention has the following remarkable advantages: the upper layer system and the mobile terminal realize interactive butt joint, so that the upper layer system is combined with the lower layer system; one bit and one code, the data uniformity is kept, and the management is standardized and convenient; and multi-code binding is performed, and data is encrypted, so that the safety is high.

Detailed Description
The technical solution of the present invention is further explained with reference to fig. 1-4.
The large-scale cargo storage management system comprises a storage position for storing cargos, and is characterized by comprising a web server responsible for cargo management and circulation, a PLM (product planning management) server for acquiring basic information and a demand list of cargos and an SAP (service access point) server for acquiring purchase order information and basic information of cargos, wherein the three servers are related in pairs, so that the uniformity of the architecture data of the whole system is ensured. The web server is connected with a mobile PDA end used for managing warehouse access, a WCS cloud server and a client used for viewing data and controlling operation in an internal network, the web server is connected with a CA authentication center and a TSA timestamp service center in an external network, the storage positions comprise virtual storage positions and actual storage positions, and each storage position generates a unique bar code by using the web server.
The information on the bar code comprises goods codes, goods names, the number of the goods entering or leaving the warehouse and virtual warehouse location information. The bar code generation rule configured by the Web server is transferred to the whole logistics and production chain, so that all goods are ensured to be traceable.
The Web server realizes fine management through a first-in first-out operation strategy and the application of intelligent equipment, and supports multi-industry, multi-linkage and multi-mode inventory monitoring management.
And the mobile PDA terminal scans and inputs the bar code by utilizing infrared rays.
Data in the system is protected by means of MD5 and time stamp encryption.
The web server is connected with the SAP server through a web service interface and is connected with the PLM server through an intermediate database.
Meanwhile, the web server feeds back the operation data of the bottom layer to an upper-layer system, so that the accuracy of financial data is ensured, and the operation information comprises information of goods which are finished to be warehoused currently, information of goods which are finished to be warehoused currently and are taken out of the warehouse currently and information of goods which are finished to be returned currently;
the Web server provides warehouse configuration, material management, material bar code printing, material list management, acquisition order synchronization and management, warehouse entry printing and scrapping, list synchronization and management, material receiving order printing and scrapping, warehouse return order management and printing, production work order synchronization and management, work order distribution and receipt, task tracking, production process material receiving, finished product warehousing, production data management, quality inspection data management and system data analysis for a management layer and operation workers to check and follow in time.
The actual operation personnel of the storehouse communicates with the Web server through the mobile PDA terminal, stores goods entering and exiting the storehouse in real time in combination with materials off line, uploads operation information to the Web server, provides the functions of code scanning and warehousing, position selection, code scanning and ex-warehouse, material selection, code scanning and ex-warehouse, position selection and code scanning identification, collects operation data in real time, and reduces paper waste and operation delay caused by paper operation. The user acquires the bill information created by the user on the web server after scanning the codes through the mobile PDA terminal, and corresponding exit, entrance and exit process operations are carried out according to the material information in the bill; and identifying the material information related to the inventory position and the tray by scanning the code.
After the mobile PDA terminal scans codes, corresponding materials or library positions are selected, information is transmitted back to the web, the web is reported to the SAP server through the server, and the three systems realize real-time communication through interfaces, so that the uniqueness of data is guaranteed while efficient operation is realized.
The large cargo storage management method comprises the following steps:

Claims (6)
1. The large cargo storage management system comprises storage positions for storing cargos, and is characterized in that the system comprises a web server responsible for cargo management and circulation, a PLM server used for acquiring basic information and a demand list of cargos and an SAP server used for acquiring purchase order information and basic information of cargos, wherein the web server is connected with a mobile PDA terminal used for managing in and out of a storage room, a WCS cloud server and a client terminal used for viewing data and controlling operation in an internal network, the web server is connected with a CA authentication center and a TSA timestamp service center in an external network, the storage positions comprise virtual storage positions and actual storage positions, and each storage position generates a unique barcode by using the web server.
2. The large cargo storage management system according to claim 1, wherein the information on the barcode comprises cargo codes, cargo names, number of entrances and exits, and virtual storage location information.
3. The large cargo storage management system according to claim 1, wherein the mobile PDA terminal scans in a barcode by using infrared rays.
4. The large cargo storage management system according to claim 1, wherein the data in the system is protected by means of MD5 and time stamp encryption.
5. The large goods storage management system according to claim 1, wherein the web server is interfaced with the SAP server through a web service interface and connected with the PLM server through an intermediate database.
6. A method for large cargo storage management according to claim 1, comprising the steps of:
s1: research personnel log in the PLM server, establish material basic information and project demand information and provide source data for system circulation;
s2: establishing a warehouse management system through a web server;
s3: the buyer uses SAP server to create purchase order, and then creates the warehousing bill and prints the paper bill with bar code through the warehousing management system, and delivers to the warehouse manager;
s4: the method comprises the steps that a librarian scans a warehousing document with a bar code by using a mobile PDA terminal, data information of a web server is obtained through an interface, and the librarian binds goods with a virtual library position or an entity library position according to an actual goods storage rule to form a background incidence relation of one code with one library position;
s5: after logging in the warehousing system, a producer creates a material receiving bill according to the basic information of the goods, prints a paper document with a bar code and delivers the paper document to a warehouse manager;
s6: the method comprises the steps that a storage manager scans an ex-warehouse document with a bar code by using a mobile PDA terminal, obtains data information of a web server and a virtual storage position or an entity storage position related to materials in a current document through an interface, and sends the materials off-line and unbinds the association relation on-line according to the information of the actual goods storage position.
