Abstract
The invention relates to a high-temperature-resistant hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive and a preparation method and application thereof, wherein the raw material formula of the hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive comprises a thermoplastic elastomer, polyisobutylene, a plasticizer, a matrix resin, a tackifying resin, styrene butadiene rubber, an inorganic filler, an antioxidant, an ultraviolet absorbent and a coupling agent according to weight percentage, wherein the tackifying resin is one or a combination of rosin resin, terpene resin and hydrogenated rosin resin, and the tackifying resin contains the hydrogenated rosin resin accounting for more than 25% of the total mass of the tackifying resin. The hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive prepared by adding specific tackifying resin and a certain amount of inorganic filler into a thermoplastic elastomer and matching with matrix resin, plasticizer, coupling agent and other components has excellent high-temperature permanent viscosity, excellent high-low temperature resistance and thermal aging resistance, high peel strength and good initial adhesion, can be constructed in a wide temperature range, and can be well adhered with a base material after being soaked in water for a long time.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of adhesives, and particularly relates to a high-temperature-resistant hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive as well as a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
At present, the coiled materials used for building waterproof construction are basically asphalt modified waterproof coiled materials, and the characteristics of hot flow, cold brittleness and the like of the modified asphalt adhesive are known, so that problems are easy to occur in the construction process in winter and summer. The modified asphalt is easy to break and lose viscosity due to too high temperature in summer and too low temperature in winter. The surface of the modified asphalt waterproof coiled material is not provided with any protective layer, and if the coiled material is placed outdoors for a long time due to reasons such as construction period delay, weather reasons and the like, the coiled material is easy to lose adhesion due to long-time ultraviolet irradiation. The existing high polymer pre-laid waterproof coiled material mainly comprises a three-layer structure of a high polymer sheet, a self-adhesive layer and an anti-sticking layer, wherein the self-adhesive layer can adopt a high-performance hot melt adhesive, such as a flame-retardant hot melt pressure-sensitive adhesive disclosed in Chinese patent CN106221629A, a preparation method and application thereof, the hot melt pressure-sensitive adhesive adopts a thermoplastic elastomer, amorphous polyolefin, polyisobutylene, a first tackifying resin, a second tackifying resin, a plasticizer, a coupling agent, an ultraviolet absorbent, an antioxidant and a flame retardant as raw materials, and has flame retardance, but the problem of insufficient high-temperature holding viscosity. In addition, the existing hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive on the market generally has the problems of poor low-temperature resistance, easy debonding at low temperature, poor bonding performance, easy adhesion and slippage when used at high temperature, poor long-term water soaking stripping performance, easy glue opening and the like.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide a high-temperature-resistant hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive with excellent high-temperature holding adhesion performance, high-low temperature resistance, aging resistance and the like and a preparation method thereof.
To achieve the above object, a first aspect of the present invention:

the matrix resin is one or a combination of more of C5 petroleum resin, C5 hydrogenated petroleum resin and DCPD petroleum resin.
Preferably, the thermoplastic elastomer is SIS, wherein the mass content of polystyrene in the SIS is 10% -20%, and the mass content of a polystyrene-isoprene diblock is 20% -75%.
Preferably, the matrix resin is one or more of C5 petroleum resin and C5 hydrogenated petroleum resin.
Preferably, the tackifying resin is one or more of hydrogenated rosin resin and terpene phenol resin, and the tackifying resin contains hydrogenated rosin resin accounting for more than 25% of the total mass of the tackifying resin.
According to some embodiments of the invention, the polyisobutylene has a number average molecular weight of 900 to 1800.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, the inorganic filler is one or a combination of calcium carbonate, titanium dioxide and calcium oxide.
Preferably, the particle size of the inorganic filler is 800 to 2000 meshes.

According to some embodiments of the invention, the coupling agent is one or a combination of silane coupling agent and phthalate coupling agent.

Second aspect of the invention: the preparation method of the hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive comprises the following steps: according to the formula, mixing a thermoplastic elastomer, polyisobutylene, a plasticizer, matrix resin, tackifying resin, styrene butadiene rubber, an inorganic filler, an antioxidant, an ultraviolet absorbent and a coupling agent, stirring at 160-200 ℃ until the materials are completely melted, vacuumizing, controlling the vacuum degree to be-0.08-0.1 MPa, and stirring until the materials are uniformly mixed to obtain the hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive.
In a third aspect of the invention: the preparation method of the hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive comprises the following steps: according to the formula, polyisobutylene, a plasticizer, matrix resin, tackifying resin, styrene butadiene rubber, inorganic filler, an antioxidant, an ultraviolet absorbent and a coupling agent are mixed, stirred at 160-200 ℃ until the materials are completely melted, then a thermoplastic elastomer is added, vacuum pumping is performed, the vacuum degree is controlled to be-0.08-0.1 MPa, the mixture is stirred until the thermoplastic elastomer is melted, and all the materials are uniformly mixed, so that the hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive is prepared.
The fourth aspect of the present invention: the hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive is applied to the non-asphalt-based waterproof coiled material.
Due to the application of the technical scheme, compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:
the hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive prepared by adding specific tackifying resin and a certain amount of inorganic filler into a thermoplastic elastomer and matching with matrix resin, plasticizer, coupling agent and other components has excellent high-temperature permanent viscosity, excellent high-low temperature resistance and thermal aging resistance, high peel strength and good initial adhesion, can be constructed in a wide temperature range, and can be well adhered with a base material after being soaked in water for a long time.
Compared with the existing hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive, the high-temperature resistant constant viscosity of the hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive can be better used in tropical and subtropical high-temperature areas in the south, and the phenomena of adhesion and overlapping edge slippage are not easy to occur in summer or at higher environmental temperature.

The technical solutions of the present invention are described in detail below with reference to specific examples so that those skilled in the art can better understand and implement the technical solutions of the present invention, but the present invention is not limited to the scope of the examples.
Example 1
The raw material formula of the hot melt pressure sensitive adhesive for the high temperature resistant non-asphalt based waterproof roll material provided by the embodiment is shown in table 1,

The tackifying resin is hydrogenated rosin resin, is sourced from Guangdong Ke Maolin production chemical industry Co., Ltd, and has the brand number of KS-2100.
The plasticizer is compounded by adopting naphthenic oil and chlorinated paraffin according to the mass ratio of 3:1, the grade of the naphthenic oil is KN4010, and the grade of the chlorinated paraffin is 52 #.
The polyisobutylene used was polyisobutylene having a number average molecular weight of 1000.
KH550 is used as the coupling agent.
The inorganic filler is calcium carbonate powder with the particle size of 1200 meshes.
The antioxidant is compounded by Pasteur 1010 and 168 according to the mass ratio of 1: 1.
The preparation method of the hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive comprises the following steps: adding a thermoplastic elastomer, polyisobutylene, a plasticizer, matrix resin, tackifying resin, styrene butadiene rubber, inorganic filler, an antioxidant, an ultraviolet absorbent and a coupling agent into a closed container, heating and stirring at 180 ℃, vacuumizing after materials are completely melted, controlling the vacuum degree to be-0.08 to-0.1 MPa and the stirring speed to be 60 r/min, and obtaining the high-temperature-resistant hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive after the materials are completely and uniformly mixed under the condition of rapid stirring.
Example 2

As can be seen from tables 2 and 3, the hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesives of examples 1 to 4 have a certain improvement in the conventional performance compared with the hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesives of comparative examples 1 to 2, and can be applied to a wider temperature range, wherein the high-temperature holding viscosity (the high-temperature holding viscosity tested at 45 ℃ and 60 ℃) is greatly improved, and can be better used in tropical and subtropical high-temperature areas such as south, while the conventional hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesives (such as CN106221629A) are easy to have the phenomena of adhesion and slipping of overlapping edges in the use process in summer or in a higher environment, so that the normal use is affected, and the problems can be well solved by adopting examples 1 to 4.

The preparation method of the hot melt pressure sensitive adhesive according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the preparation method comprises the following steps: according to the formula, mixing a thermoplastic elastomer, polyisobutylene, a plasticizer, matrix resin, tackifying resin, styrene butadiene rubber, an inorganic filler, an antioxidant, an ultraviolet absorbent and a coupling agent, stirring at 160-200 ℃ until the materials are completely melted, vacuumizing, controlling the vacuum degree to be-0.08 to-0.1 MPa, and stirring until the materials are uniformly mixed to obtain the hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive.

The preparation method of the hot melt pressure sensitive adhesive according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the preparation method comprises the following steps: according to the formula, polyisobutylene, a plasticizer, matrix resin, tackifying resin, styrene butadiene rubber, inorganic filler, an antioxidant, an ultraviolet absorbent and a coupling agent are mixed, stirred at 160-200 ℃ until the materials are completely melted, then a thermoplastic elastomer is added, vacuum pumping is carried out, the vacuum degree is controlled to be-0.08 to-0.1 MPa, the mixture is stirred until the thermoplastic elastomer is melted, and all the materials are uniformly mixed, so that the hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive is prepared.
10. Use of the hot melt pressure sensitive adhesive according to any one of claims 1 to 7 in a non-asphalt based waterproofing membrane.
