Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a special hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive for a high-weather-resistance non-asphalt-based pre-paved waterproof coiled material and a preparation method thereof, belonging to the technical field of waterproof coiled materials.
Background
The hot melt pressure sensitive adhesive for the non-asphalt-based waterproof coiled material used by the existing non-asphalt-based pre-paved waterproof coiled material can have the following conditions when in use: the requirements of the pre-laid waterproof coiled material on weather resistance mainly include heat resistance, ultraviolet resistance and water resistance. The ultraviolet resistance of the hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive for the non-asphalt-based waterproof coiled material in the prior art is not strong, and the cohesion of the hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive of the pre-paved waterproof coiled material is greatly reduced along with the prolonging of the high-temperature adhesive melting time. The hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive for the non-asphalt-based waterproof coiled material in the prior art is poor in heat resistance, and the prepared non-asphalt-based waterproof coiled material has the phenomenon that an adhesive layer flows at 80 ℃, so that the adhesive layer cannot be fully adhered, and the peeling strength of the coiled material is influenced.
The waterproof coiled material is paved on a base layer in the open air due to the construction of pre-paving the waterproof coiled material, and then concrete is poured. In the process, the gluing surface of the non-asphalt-based pre-paved waterproof roll is bound to be affected by ultraviolet radiation and thermal radiation, and even washed by rainwater. Ultraviolet radiation, heat radiation and rainwater wash and can cause irreversible damage to waterproofing membrane's glue film. The most significant of these is the exposure to ultraviolet radiation, which is also the key to the most destructive hot melt pressure sensitive adhesive systems. Because the construction of pre-laying the waterproof coiled material is to pour concrete on the glued surface, the hot melt pressure sensitive adhesive used in the coiled material needs to undergo a long-time water soaking process. The common hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive has poor water immersion resistance, and the conditions of adhesive layer aging and adhesive layer separation from the surface of a base material can occur after water immersion, so that the non-asphalt-based pre-paved waterproof coiled material cannot keep the overlapping effect, and the attaching effect and the water channeling resistance of the non-asphalt-based pre-paved waterproof coiled material are lost.
CN201710159373.7 discloses a special hot melt pressure-sensitive adhesive for HDPE waterproof coiled materials and a preparation method thereof, and the adopted pressure-sensitive adhesive components comprise 21-37 parts of diblock SDS thermoplastic elastomer, 2-6 parts of SIS thermoplastic elastomer, 35-50 parts of carbon five petroleum resin, 3-5 parts of compatibilizer, 4-5 parts of tackifier, 1-15 parts of polyisobutylene, 10-25 parts of naphthenic oil and 1-4 parts of anti-aging agent. CN201610063627.0 discloses a hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive for high-molecular waterproof rolls and a preparation method thereof, wherein the adopted pressure-sensitive adhesive components comprise 30-200 parts of elastomer composition, 40-100 parts of tackifying resin, 20-70 parts of plasticizer, 0.3-5 parts of stabilizer and 0.1-3 parts of additive, and the elastomer composition is selected from SIS/SEPS, SIS/SBS and/or SBS/SEBS. CN201811050366.4 discloses a high heat-resistant hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive for high-molecular waterproof rolls and a preparation method thereof, and the adopted pressure-sensitive adhesive components comprise 30-40% of composite thermoplastic elastomer, 3-10% of butyl rubber, 20-25% of polyisobutylene A, 5-10% of polyisobutylene B, 20-26% of tackifying resin, 3-8% of plasticizer, 0.8-2% of stabilizer and 0.5-1% of coupling agent. CN201510067733.1 discloses a hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive, a preparation method thereof and a waterproof roll, wherein the adopted pressure-sensitive adhesive component comprises a first elastomer, a first polyisobutylene and a first hydrocarbon-modified petroleum resin, and the first elastomer is a polystyrene-polyisoprene-polystyrene elastomer. Through use and detection, the existing hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive cannot achieve good effects in the aspects of heat resistance, ultraviolet resistance and water resistance.
In summary, the hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive for the non-asphalt-based pre-paved waterproof roll in the prior art has the following defects: (1) poor heat resistance; (2) poor ultraviolet resistance; (3) poor water resistance, especially not to water soak.

In the invention process, the hot melt pressure sensitive adhesive special for the high heat resistance non-asphalt base pre-paved waterproof coiled material greatly optimizes the related components, particularly comprises the following three parts:
the specific addition of the high-softening-point hydrocarbon resin does not greatly influence other performances such as the bonding performance of a system;
secondly, the specific matching of the highly hydrogenated C9 petroleum resin and the uvioresistant agent obviously reduces the oxidation degree of the system in the ultraviolet radiation process;
the specific compounding of the hydrogenated monomer resin obviously improves the water resistance and the oxidation resistance of the system and reduces the oxidation of the system in the process of soaking.
In addition, the specific matching of the styrene-isoprene-styrene copolymer and the styrene-hydrogenated isoprene-diblock copolymer ensures the higher oxidation resistance of the system; the specific matching of the highly hydrogenated C9 petroleum resin, the hydrogenated monomer resin and the high-softening-point hydrocarbon resin is a key part of the invention, and the thermal stability and compatibility of the system are improved on the premise of ensuring the bonding strength of the system; the wetting angle is reduced, thereby reducing the influence of water molecules on the system in the soaking process.
The technical scheme is adopted to realize the following beneficial effects:
(1) the hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive has remarkable heat resistance; after 48 hours at the temperature of 80 ℃, the paint is not softened and does not flow, and the performance is kept good; after the heat preservation at 170 ℃ for 14h, the prepared non-asphalt-based waterproof coiled material can reach the peel strength of more than 1.84N/mm.
(2) The hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive has remarkable ultraviolet resistance; the hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive has the irradiation intensity of (60 +/-2) W/m2After the ultraviolet treatment for 360 hours, the prepared non-asphalt-based waterproof coiled material can still reach the peel strength of more than 1.08N/mm.
