Abstract
The invention relates to a hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive for a normal-temperature waterproof coiled material splicing adhesive tape and a preparation method thereof, wherein the hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive comprises the following components in parts by weight: 50-60 parts of SIS thermoplastic elastomer, 20-30 parts of polyisobutylene, 5-10 parts of hydrogenated monomer resin, 10-15 parts of tackifying resin compound, 1-2 parts of antioxidant and 0.5-1.5 parts of ultraviolet absorbent. Compared with the prior art, the hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive has the characteristics of high peel strength, good water resistance and ultraviolet resistance and the like, and can well meet the requirements of waterproof coiled materials.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesives, and relates to a hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive for a normal-temperature waterproof roll splicing adhesive tape and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Pressure-sensitive adhesives and products thereof have been rapidly developed in the last two decades, the application of the pressure-sensitive adhesives is in all fields of national economy and enters thousands of households, however, in the aspects of application basic research and technical development of pressure-sensitive adhesive products, China still has a large gap with developed countries, some high-performance pressure-sensitive adhesive products still depend on import from developed countries, and pressure-sensitive adhesives which can be applied to waterproof industries are only 0.2 mm-0.4 mm thick in products, so that the adhesives are required to have strong cohesive force to reach the required adhesive strength, and the problems that the adhesion force of hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesives prepared at present to non-polar materials and the like is not enough when the hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesives are specifically used are solved. The present invention has been made in view of the above problems.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide the hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive for the normal-temperature waterproof roll splicing adhesive tape and the preparation method thereof.

one of the technical schemes of the invention provides a hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive for a normal-temperature waterproof coiled material splicing adhesive tape, which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 50-60 parts of SIS thermoplastic elastomer, 20-30 parts of polyisobutylene, 5-10 parts of hydrogenated monomer resin, 10-15 parts of tackifying resin compound, 1-2 parts of antioxidant and 0.5-1.5 parts of ultraviolet absorbent.
Furthermore, in the SIS thermoplastic elastomer, the polystyrene content is 15 wt%, and the polystyrene-polyisoprene diblock content is 0 wt% -33 wt%.
Furthermore, the weight average molecular weight of the polyisobutene is less than 2000, and the pour point is 3 ℃ to-30 ℃.
Further, the tackifying resin compound is a compound of hydrogenated C9 petroleum resin and hydrogenated C5 petroleum resin.
Furthermore, the mass ratio of the hydrogenated C9 petroleum resin to the hydrogenated C5 petroleum resin is 1-2: 1.
Further, the antioxidant is antioxidant 1010 and/or antioxidant 168.
Further, the ultraviolet absorbent is UV-328 and/or UV-P.
The second technical scheme of the invention provides a preparation method of the hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive for the normal-temperature waterproof coiled material butt-joint adhesive tape, which comprises the steps of adding a reaction kettle body, adding an SIS thermoplastic elastomer, polyisobutylene, hydrogenated monomer resin, tackifying resin compound, an antioxidant and an ultraviolet absorbent into the reaction kettle body, keeping the temperature and stirring until all materials are melted and uniformly mixed, and discharging bubbles to obtain the target product.
Further, the temperature in the reaction kettle body is 140-160 ℃.
Further, in the process of heat preservation and stirring, the reaction kettle body is vacuumized.
In the invention, polyisobutylene is used as a plasticizer, and can enter between SIS thermoplastic elastomers under the action of own polar groups to prevent the mutual attraction of elastomer polymer molecules, so that the polymer is easily plasticized, and the pressure sensitivity of the product at normal temperature is further improved. Meanwhile, the introduction of the hydrogenated monomer resin can act together with the two tackifying resins, so that the thermal stability and compatibility of the system are improved on the premise of ensuring the bonding strength of the system, and the influence of water molecules on the product system in the water immersion process is reduced.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the characteristics of high peeling strength, good water resistance and ultraviolet resistance and the like, and can well meet the requirements of the waterproof roll.
Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in detail with reference to specific examples. The present embodiment is implemented on the premise of the technical solution of the present invention, and a detailed implementation manner and a specific operation process are given, but the scope of the present invention is not limited to the following embodiments.
In the following examples, the same name is used for the same raw material used in the different examples, wherein the SIS thermoplastic elastomer is available from kraton polymers, usa under the designation D1163; polyisobutylene was purchased from knam seven color chemical ltd; the hydrogenated monomer resin is purchased from Guangzhou Xinnuo New Material science and technology Limited and has the model number of XN-AMS 100; hydrogenated C9 petroleum resin was obtained from Taiwan Union super industries, Inc. under the model number FM-100, and hydrogenated C5 petroleum resin was obtained from Istman chemical, Inc. under the model number C-100W.
The remainder, if not specifically stated, are all conventional commercial starting materials or conventional processing techniques in the art.
Example 1:
the hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive for the normal-temperature waterproof coiled material butt-joint adhesive tape comprises the following components in parts by weight: 55 parts of SIS thermoplastic elastomer, 25 parts of polyisobutylene, 7 parts of hydrogenated monomer resin, 12 parts of tackifying resin compound, 1.5 parts of antioxidant and 1 part of ultraviolet absorbent, wherein the SIS thermoplastic elastomer contains 15 wt% of polystyrene and 0-33 wt% of polystyrene-polyisoprene diblock; the weight average molecular weight of the polyisobutylene is less than 2000, and the pour point is 3 ℃ to-30 ℃; the tackifying resin compound is a compound of hydrogenated C9 petroleum resin and hydrogenated C5 petroleum resin, and the mass ratio of the hydrogenated C9 petroleum resin to the hydrogenated C5 petroleum resin is 1: 1; the antioxidant is 1010; the ultraviolet absorbent is UV-328.
The preparation method of the hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive comprises the following steps:
adding into a reaction kettle, adding SIS thermoplastic elastomer, polyisobutylene, hydrogenated monomer resin, tackifying resin compound, antioxidant and ultraviolet absorbent, vacuumizing, keeping the temperature and stirring at 150 ℃ until all materials are melted and mixed uniformly, and discharging bubbles to obtain the target product.
Example 2:
the hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive for the normal-temperature waterproof coiled material butt-joint adhesive tape comprises the following components in parts by weight: 50 parts of SIS thermoplastic elastomer, 20 parts of polyisobutylene, 5 parts of hydrogenated monomer resin, 10 parts of tackifying resin compound, 1 part of antioxidant and 0.5 part of ultraviolet absorbent, wherein the SIS thermoplastic elastomer contains 15 wt% of polystyrene and 0-33 wt% of polystyrene-polyisoprene diblock; the weight average molecular weight of the polyisobutylene is less than 2000, and the pour point is 3 ℃ to-30 ℃; the tackifying resin compound is a compound of hydrogenated C9 petroleum resin and hydrogenated C5 petroleum resin, and the mass ratio of the hydrogenated C9 petroleum resin to the hydrogenated C5 petroleum resin is 2: 1; the antioxidant is antioxidant 168; the ultraviolet absorbent is UV-P.

the hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive for the normal-temperature waterproof coiled material butt-joint adhesive tape comprises the following components in parts by weight: 60 parts of SIS thermoplastic elastomer, 30 parts of polyisobutylene, 10 parts of hydrogenated monomer resin, 15 parts of tackifying resin compound, 2 parts of antioxidant and 1.5 parts of ultraviolet absorbent, wherein the SIS thermoplastic elastomer contains 15 wt% of polystyrene and 0-33 wt% of polystyrene-polyisoprene diblock; the weight average molecular weight of the polyisobutylene is less than 2000, and the pour point is 3 ℃ to-30 ℃; the tackifying resin compound is a compound of hydrogenated C9 petroleum resin and hydrogenated C5 petroleum resin, and the mass ratio of the hydrogenated C9 petroleum resin to the hydrogenated C5 petroleum resin is 1.5: 1; the antioxidant is an antioxidant 1010 and an antioxidant 168 (the mass ratio is 1: 1); the ultraviolet absorbent is UV-328 and UV-P (mass ratio is 1: 1).
The preparation method of the hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive comprises the following steps:
adding into a reaction kettle, adding SIS thermoplastic elastomer, polyisobutylene, hydrogenated monomer resin, tackifying resin compound, antioxidant and ultraviolet absorbent, vacuumizing, keeping the temperature and stirring at 160 ℃ until all materials are melted and mixed uniformly, and discharging bubbles to obtain the target product.
Example 4:
the hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive for the normal-temperature waterproof coiled material butt-joint adhesive tape comprises the following components in parts by weight: 55 parts of SIS thermoplastic elastomer, 30 parts of polyisobutylene, 6 parts of hydrogenated monomer resin, 10 parts of tackifying resin compound, 1 part of antioxidant and 1 part of ultraviolet absorbent, wherein the SIS thermoplastic elastomer contains 15 wt% of polystyrene and 0-33 wt% of polystyrene-polyisoprene diblock; the weight average molecular weight of the polyisobutylene is less than 2000, and the pour point is 3 ℃ to-30 ℃; the tackifying resin compound is a compound of hydrogenated C9 petroleum resin and hydrogenated C5 petroleum resin, and the mass ratio of the hydrogenated C9 petroleum resin to the hydrogenated C5 petroleum resin is 1: 1; the antioxidant is antioxidant 168; the ultraviolet absorbent is UV-328.

The hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive prepared by the method is applied to splicing adhesive tapes and used for waterproof rolls, and the obtained performance data (the test standard is GB/T23457-2017 and the like) are shown in the following table 1.

Therefore, the hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive has good peel strength at normal temperature, and meanwhile, the thermal stability and the water resistance of a system are further improved through the compounding of the hydrogenated monomer resin and the tackifying resin.

The hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive for the normal-temperature waterproof coiled material butt-joint adhesive tape is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight: 50-60 parts of SIS thermoplastic elastomer, 20-30 parts of polyisobutylene, 5-10 parts of hydrogenated monomer resin, 10-15 parts of tackifying resin compound, 1-2 parts of antioxidant and 0.5-1.5 parts of ultraviolet absorbent.
2. The hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive for the normal-temperature waterproof roll butt-joint adhesive tape according to claim 1, wherein the SIS thermoplastic elastomer contains 15 wt% of polystyrene and 0-33 wt% of polystyrene-polyisoprene diblock.
3. The hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive for the normal-temperature waterproof roll splicing tape as claimed in claim 1, wherein the polyisobutylene has a weight average molecular weight of less than 2000 and a pour point of 3 ℃ to-30 ℃.
4. The hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive for the normal-temperature waterproof roll butt-joint adhesive tape according to claim 1, wherein the tackifying resin compound is a compound of hydrogenated C9 petroleum resin and hydrogenated C5 petroleum resin.
5. The hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive for the normal-temperature waterproof roll butt-joint adhesive tape as claimed in claim 4, wherein the mass ratio of the hydrogenated C9 petroleum resin to the hydrogenated C5 petroleum resin is 1-2: 1.
6. The hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive for the normal-temperature waterproof roll butt-joint adhesive tape according to claim 1, wherein the antioxidant is antioxidant 1010 and/or antioxidant 168.
7. The hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive for the normal-temperature waterproof roll splicing tape as claimed in claim 1, wherein the ultraviolet absorbent is UV-328 and/or UV-P.
8. The preparation method of the hot melt pressure sensitive adhesive for the normal temperature waterproof roll butt-joint adhesive tape according to any one of claims 1 to 7, characterized by adding a reaction kettle body, adding SIS thermoplastic elastomer, polyisobutylene, hydrogenated monomer resin, tackifying resin compound, antioxidant and ultraviolet absorbent, keeping warm and stirring until all materials are melted and mixed uniformly, and discharging bubbles to obtain the target product.
9. The method for preparing the hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive for the normal-temperature waterproof roll splicing tape as claimed in claim 8, wherein the temperature in the reaction kettle body is 140-160 ℃.
