In the present invention, the computer-assisted resources generally refer to resources that are transmitted, stored, or delivered via the internet and computer assistance. The resource may be any resource, including a data resource, a computing resource, a physical resource, and the like. These computer-assisted resources are typically operated, managed and delivered in practice on a network platform by agents. The invention aims to early warn the behavior of pulling wool and prevent the platform activity resources from being occupied.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a flowchart of a computer-assisted resource delivery management method based on an early warning service according to the present invention, and as shown in fig. 1, the method includes:
s1, selecting an early warning rule according to the early warning service type;
in the invention, the early warning service type corresponds to the preferential activity of the platform. For example, for a discount activity of accepting new, the early warning service can be accepted correspondingly; the full-reduction preferential activity to the product can correspond to the full-reduction early warning service, the service early ending service to the service, namely, the user ends the service in advance within the service period specified by the contract, the early warning service can be correspondingly ended, and the like. Specifically, the early warning service and the early warning rules can be associated in advance, one early warning service can correspond to one or more early warning rules, one or more early warning rules associated with the early warning service type are displayed when the early warning service type input by a user is received, and then the target early warning rule is selected according to a user selection instruction. As shown in fig. 2, when the user inputs the target early warning service type in the early warning service types, the early warning rule a and the early warning rule B associated therewith are displayed in the early warning rule column, and after the user clicks the early warning rule B, the early warning rule B is selected as the target early warning rule.
Obviously, before this step, a plurality of early warning rules may be configured, and the early warning rules are associated with corresponding early warning service types to generate an early warning rule set. Wherein, the configuring the early warning rule specifically comprises: and configuring basic information, application objects and early warning data screening conditions of the early warning rules according to the early warning service type. The basic information of the early warning rule comprises an early warning rule name and an early warning rule description, the application object of the early warning rule comprises a routing contract applicable to the early warning rule, and the routing can be data routing, article transfer routing and the like. The route contracts are contracts made according to different routes. The early warning data screening conditions of the early warning rules comprise early warning indexes and screening conditions of the early warning indexes.
The early warning rule configuration page shown in fig. 3 includes configuration of basic information, application objects, and early warning data screening conditions of the early warning rule. The configuration of the basic information of the early warning rule is completed by receiving the name of the early warning rule and the description of the early warning rule input by a user on a configuration page, and the configuration of the application object of the early warning rule is completed by receiving the routing contract input by the user on the configuration page, wherein the routing contract input by the user can be all routing contracts or a specified routing contract. The configuration of the early warning rule early warning data screening conditions is completed by receiving the early warning indexes input by the user on the configuration page and the screening conditions corresponding to the early warning indexes. The corresponding early warning indexes are different for different early warning service types, for example for a nano new early warning service, the corresponding early warning indexes can be configured as the login times of a user in a preset time period, the screening condition of the early warning indexes can be set by operators and screening values, wherein the operators are greater than, greater than or equal to, unequal to, less than or equal to, and the like, and N is a natural number, and is less than or equal to N times. Wherein the preset time period is preferably the day. For early warning service termination, the corresponding warning index can be configured to be the number of users who terminate service within a preset time period, the screening condition of the warning index can be smaller than M, and M is a natural number. Furthermore, in order to improve the accuracy of the early warning, a plurality of early warning indexes may be provided, and a logical relationship of and or may be provided between the plurality of early warning indexes.
Furthermore, parameters of an early warning mode can be configured, and the early warning mode can be specifically an information delivery mode such as a mail, a short message and the like. The parameters of the early warning mode may include the execution frequency of the early warning, that is, how often the early warning prompt message is sent, and an execution account, where the execution account may be a mailbox address, a mobile phone number, and the like. For example, in the warning rule configuration page of fig. 3, the configuration of the warning mode parameters may be completed by receiving the execution frequency and the execution account of the message notification input by the user.
S2, acquiring early warning data meeting the early warning rule;
the early warning data meeting the early warning index screening condition within the preset time period of the platform can be obtained according to the early warning index set in the early warning data screening condition and the screening condition of the early warning index. For example, for the early warning data screening conditions: and if the early warning index 1 is smaller than N, the early warning index 2 is larger than M, and the early warning index 1 and the early warning index 2 are in an OR logical relationship, screening out early warning data of which the early warning index 1 is smaller than N or the early warning index 2 is larger than M in a preset time period.
And S3, triggering an early warning mechanism when the early warning data meets a preset condition.
For example, the preset condition may be a preset threshold of the warning data, and when the warning data is greater than the threshold, the warning mechanism is triggered.
Wherein the trigger pre-warning mechanism comprises:
s31, selecting an early warning mode according to the early warning service type;
in the invention, the early warning mode can be a mail, short message and other information delivery modes. Specifically, the early warning service and the early warning mode may be associated in advance, and one early warning service may correspond to one or more early warning modes. As shown in fig. 2, when the user inputs the target early warning service type in the early warning service types, the early warning mode one and the early warning mode two associated with the target early warning service type are displayed in the early warning mode column, and after the user clicks the early warning mode one, the early warning mode one is selected as the target early warning mode. As shown in fig. 3, different pre-warning modes are configured with different pre-warning mode parameters.
And S32, sending an early warning prompt in the early warning mode.
Specifically, an early warning prompt is sent to the execution account according to the execution frequency in the early warning mode parameters.
Furthermore, the invention can also modify the early warning rules according to the needs of the actual preferential activities, therefore, the method also comprises the following steps:
s4, displaying an operation selection interface of the user for each early warning rule;
wherein the operations comprise: view, edit, and delete. As shown in the early warning rule operation selection interface in fig. 4, after a user inputs keywords in the early warning rule name and clicks a query button, a plurality of queried early warning rule names, operations, rule descriptions, rule application objects, rule states and the like are displayed below the interface, and the rule states include valid and invalid states.
S5, receiving a target early warning rule and a target operation selected by a user;
specifically, the target early warning rule and the target operation can be determined by receiving clicks of the early warning rule and the specific operation by the user. As shown in fig. 4, if the user clicks on the warning rule B and the modification operation corresponding to the warning rule B, the warning rule B is the target warning rule, and the modification operation is the target operation.
And S6, modifying the target early warning rule according to the target operation.
Illustratively, if the user clicks the check operation, the interface jumps to the early warning rule setting page shown in fig. 3 for the user to check the early warning rule setting. If the user clicks the editing operation, the interface jumps to the early warning rule setting page shown in fig. 3 for the user to edit the early warning rule setting. And if the user clicks the deleting operation, deleting the target early warning rule.
