In this embodiment, after the user terminal is prohibited from remotely controlling the laundry treating apparatus because the start-up time of the laundry treating apparatus is longer than the valid request time, the user terminal is given the conditions that the user terminal can remotely control the laundry treating apparatus: the user is required to trigger a remote control request at the home terminal of the laundry treating apparatus so that the laundry treating apparatus directly authorizes the previously prohibited user terminal to remotely control the laundry treating apparatus.
The user who triggers the remote control request at the clothes treatment device can be any family member in the family. The scheme ensures that the user at the clothes processing equipment end confirms the state of the machine, and ensures the safety of remote control.
Further, when the clothes treatment equipment receives a remote control request sent by a user terminal, judges that the starting time length is longer than the effective request time length and forbids the user terminal to remotely control the clothes treatment equipment, the clothes treatment equipment sends prompt information of the user terminal requesting remote control, detects whether the machine triggers the remote control request or not, and authorizes the user terminal to remotely control the clothes treatment equipment when the machine triggers the remote control request. In this embodiment, when the remote user terminal applies for that the remote control of the clothes treatment device is prohibited, the clothes treatment device may send a prompt message at the home, so that a family member at home may select whether to trigger the remote control request at the home according to an actual situation, and when the family member triggers the remote control request at the home, the user terminal is authorized to remotely control the clothes treatment device, otherwise, the user terminal is prohibited from remotely controlling the clothes treatment device.
Specifically, the laundry treating apparatus control method of the present invention includes the steps of:
s101, the clothes processing equipment detects that a remote control request is triggered and started by the machine;
s102, the clothes processing equipment judges whether the starting is failed to apply remote control by a user terminal, if so, the step S103 is executed, otherwise, the step S104 is executed;
s103, when the state of the clothes processing equipment meets the authorization condition, authorizing the user terminal to remotely control the clothes processing equipment;
s104, when the state of the clothes treatment device meets the authorization condition, the user terminal of the user who authorizes to put in clothes or start the clothes treatment device remotely controls the clothes treatment device.
In step S104 of the above scheme, when the laundry treatment apparatus detects a remote control start request triggered by the home terminal, the laundry treatment apparatus may authorize a user starting the laundry treatment apparatus or authorize a user releasing laundry to remotely control the washing machine.
Wherein, the state of the clothes processing equipment at least comprises the following steps: the door of the laundry treating apparatus is in a closed state.
Preferably, the laundry treating apparatus acquires an identification feature of a user who puts in/turns on the laundry treating apparatus, and confirms user identity information according to the identification feature, and in step S104, the laundry treating apparatus authorizes the user terminal of the user who determines the identity to remotely control the laundry treating apparatus.
Wherein the identification features comprise face images and/or fingerprints and/or voice prints.
For example: when the washing machine detects that the machine door is opened or the machine starting key is triggered, the control device is controlled to collect the user image, and then the user who puts in clothes can be known. Or, a fingerprint identification module is arranged on a startup key of the washing machine, and the fingerprint information of the user triggering the startup key is identified to obtain the identity information of the user. The washing machine correlates the identification characteristics with the user terminal account number in advance, thereby ensuring that the corresponding user terminal can be authorized to remotely control the washing machine after the user is identified.

Claims (10)
1. A laundry treating apparatus controlling method, comprising: after the clothes treatment equipment starts the remote control mode, the user terminal which is connected with the clothes treatment equipment through remote control is authorized to have the authority of releasing the child lock.
2. The control method according to claim 1, wherein after the clothes treatment device starts the remote control mode, the clothes treatment device is authorized to have the right of requesting to release the child lock, when the clothes treatment device receives a child lock release request triggered by the clothes treatment device, the clothes treatment device controls to send the child lock release request to the user terminal, and controls to release/forbid releasing the child lock according to feedback information of the user terminal.
3. The control method according to claim 2, wherein after the laundry processing apparatus sends the child lock release request to the user terminal, the feedback information of the user terminal is detected in real time, when the user terminal feeds back the release of the child lock, the child lock is controlled to be released, and when the laundry processing apparatus does not receive the feedback information or the user terminal feeds back the prohibition of the release of the child lock, the child lock is controlled to be prohibited to be released.
4. The control method according to claim 3, wherein the laundry processing apparatus acquires user identification information that triggers a child lock release request locally, and the sending the child lock release request to the user terminal includes: the clothes processing equipment sends the user identity information to a user terminal;
preferably, the clothes processing device acquires an identification feature of a user who triggers the child lock release request locally, and confirms user identity information according to the identification feature, wherein the identification feature comprises a face image and/or a fingerprint and/or a voiceprint.

The control method according to claim 4, wherein the clothes treatment device stores identity information of a plurality of users, the clothes treatment device sends corresponding identity information to the user terminal when recognizing a user who triggers the child lock release request, and the clothes treatment device collects a face image of the user and sends the face image to the user terminal when not recognizing the user who triggers the child lock release request.
6. The control method according to any one of claims 2 to 5, wherein after the clothes treatment device opens the child lock, if any control key is detected to be triggered by a user, the control device controls to send a child lock release request to the user terminal;
or the clothes treatment equipment is provided with a child lock key, and after the clothes treatment equipment opens the child lock, the clothes treatment equipment controls to send a child lock releasing request to the user terminal when detecting that the child lock key is triggered.
7. The control method according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein after the clothes treatment device releases the child lock, when a control instruction triggered by the local machine is received, the user terminal is prohibited from remotely controlling the clothes treatment device;
preferably, after the clothes treatment device prohibits the user terminal from remotely controlling the clothes treatment device and receives a control instruction for starting a remote control mode triggered by the local machine, the user who issues the control instruction is authorized to remotely control the clothes treatment device, and the user terminal of the user is authorized to have the authority for releasing the child lock.
8. The control method according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the child lock is automatically released when the laundry treatment apparatus detects an abnormal operation, or the child lock is authorized to be released when the laundry treatment apparatus detects an abnormal operation.
9. The control method according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the child lock is automatically unlocked after the laundry treating apparatus starts the remote control mode.
10. A laundry treating apparatus controlling method, comprising: after the clothes treatment equipment starts the remote control mode, the user terminal which is connected with the clothes treatment equipment through remote control is authorized to have the authority of starting the child lock.
