Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, the technical solutions of the present application will be described in detail and completely with reference to the following specific embodiments of the present application and the accompanying drawings. It should be apparent that the described embodiments are only some of the embodiments of the present application, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given in the present application without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of this document.
In order to effectively manage and control resources or funds of a main body such as a company or an enterprise, so as to avoid liquidity risk problems such as service interruption caused by insufficient single account resources or funds, or reduce the amount of sleeping resources or funds, embodiments of the present specification provide a method and an apparatus for resource management and control and funds management, where the method and the apparatus may be executed by an electronic device or software installed in the electronic device, and specifically may be executed by a terminal device or a server device. The terminal devices include but are not limited to: any one of smart terminal devices such as smart phones, Personal Computers (PCs), notebook computers, tablet computers, electronic readers, web tvs, and wearable devices, the service end includes but is not limited to: a single server, a server cluster, a cloud server or a cloud server cluster, and the like.
The following description will first describe a resource management and control method with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1, an embodiment of the present specification provides a resource management and control method, which may be applied to a resource management and control platform, and the method may include:
step 102, receiving a resource transfer request from a business system of a target subject, wherein the resource transfer request is used for requesting to transfer a preset resource of a target quota from a first account to a second account.
In the embodiment of the present specification, the preset resource may include one or more of valuable resources such as funds, points, marketing cards, credits, securities, vouchers and the like; the resource control platform refers to a third-party platform for controlling storage, transfer and the like of preset resources, such as a third-party payment platform for controlling user funds; the main body refers to an organization or organization such as a company, an enterprise and the like having a plurality of independent business systems or a plurality of independent subordinate main bodies (sub-main bodies) arranged below, for example, a group having a plurality of sub-companies arranged below a parent company; the target subject refers to any subject which controls the relevant resources of the subject through the resource control platform.
For convenience of description, the following description will be given by taking a preset resource as a fund, a resource management and control platform as a third party payment platform, a target principal as a target group, and a subordinate principal of the target principal as a subordinate company of the target group, as an example, to describe the resource management and control scheme provided in the embodiment of the present specification. In more detail, the target group may be a cyber finance group, and its subordinate companies may be online payment companies, credit companies, short-term consumption lending companies, marketing card companies, and the like under its flag. It can be seen that the resource management and control scheme provided in the embodiments of the present specification can be applied to many scenarios.
The resource transfer request is triggered when the business system of the target subject develops the business. The first account is a service account registered by a main body (the main body may be a target main body itself or a subordinate main body of the target main body) corresponding to the service system on the resource management and control platform, and is used for supporting the service system to develop a service. The second account is also an account registered in the resource management and control platform, but the second account may be an account registered in the resource management and control platform by a subject or an individual other than the target subject, or may be an account registered in the resource management and control platform by the target subject or a subject subordinate to the target subject. The target quota is a quota generated by the development of the service. For example, assuming that the target subject is a cyber finance group, the resource management platform is a third-party payment platform, and the resource transfer request is from a short-term consumption loan company subordinate to the cyber finance group, the request may be triggered when the short-term consumption loan company issues a short-term consumption loan to the user, and the request may be used to transfer funds of the target amount from a first account registered by the short-term consumption loan company on the third-party payment platform to a second account registered by the user on the third-party payment platform.
Step 104, determining whether the first account is a sub-account under a target main account, wherein the target main account is a resource storage account registered by a target main body on a resource management and control platform, the balance of preset resources stored in the target main account is greater than a first preset limit, a plurality of sub-accounts are under the target main account, and the plurality of sub-accounts are business accounts registered by the target main body and/or subordinate main bodies of the target main body on the resource management and control platform.
If the result of the determination of step 104 is yes, step 106 is executed, otherwise refer to the description of the embodiment shown in fig. 2 below.
The target principal may register a resource storage account (such as a cash stored-value account) in the resource management and control platform in advance, sign a contract with the resource management and control platform to use the resource stored-value account as a target primary account, then add a plurality of sub-accounts to the target primary account, and the resource management and control platform may record a signing relationship (or a signing protocol) between the target primary account and the plurality of sub-accounts, and then may recharge the target primary account from its own bank account so that the balance of the target primary account is greater than a first preset amount. It can be understood that the sub-account added to the target main account may be a service account registered by the target subject on the resource management and control platform, or a service account registered by a subordinate subject of the target subject on the resource management and control platform.
Correspondingly, in step 104, it may be specifically determined whether the first account is a sub-account under the target account based on the contract-signing relationship (or contract-signing protocol) between the target main account and the sub-account recorded by the resource management and control platform.
It should be noted that the hierarchical relationship between the primary account and the sub-account may be one level, or may be two levels or more than two levels. That is, the hierarchical relationship between the target primary account and its sub-accounts may be multi-level (multi-level account structure) and limited to one and two levels.
And 106, after the preset resource of the target amount is transferred from the target main account to the first account, transferring the preset resource of the target amount from the first account to the second account.
That is, when the first account is a sub-account of the target main account, if a request for transferring the preset resource of the target amount from the first account occurs, the preset resource of the target amount may be first transferred from the target main account to which the first account belongs to the first account, and then the preset resource of the target amount may be transferred from the first account. In this way, even if the first account has no balance, smooth operation of the service supported by the account can be achieved, and liquidity risks such as service interruption and the like caused by insufficient balance can be avoided.
Here, the balance of the target primary account may be equal to or greater than the target amount, and the balance of the target primary account may be less than the target amount, which will be described below.
In the first case, if the balance of the target primary account is greater than or equal to the target amount, the preset resource of the target amount can be directly transferred from the target primary account to the first account.
In the second case, if the balance of the target primary account is less than the target amount, the target subject may transfer the preset resource of the target amount to the first account, but needs to be reminded to replenish the overdrawn amount within a preset time (e.g., the day of transfer) (since the balance of the target primary account is not enough to pay the target amount, there will be some overdrawn, and the specific overdrawn amount is equal to the difference between the target amount and the balance of the target primary account). As a more specific implementation manner, before transferring the preset resource of the target amount from the target primary account to the first account and reminding the target subject to replenish the overdrawn amount within the preset time, it may be determined whether a difference between the target amount and the balance of the target primary account (the amount to be overdrawn) exceeds a second preset amount, where the second preset amount is the maximum amount allowed to be overdrawn by the target primary account; if the sum of the amount of the target amount of the money is not exceeded, transferring preset resources of the target amount of the money from the target main account to the first account, and reminding the target main body of supplementing the overdrawn amount of the money within preset time.
It can be understood that, in the second case, by setting the mechanism of allowing overdraft, smooth development of services supported by the sub-account under the condition of insufficient balance of the target main account can be ensured, and by limiting the amount of overdraft that is complemented back by the target main body within the preset time after overdraft, healthy operation of the resource management and control platform can be ensured.
Optionally, in the second case, there is another implementation manner, that is, if the balance of the target primary account is less than the target amount, after automatically transferring the preset resource of the specified amount (the specified amount is greater than or equal to the difference between the target amount and the balance of the target primary account) from the bank account bound to the target primary account, the preset resource of the target amount is transferred from the target primary account to the first account. It can be understood that, by applying the embodiment, on one hand, smooth development of services supported by the sub-accounts under the condition that the balance of the target main account is insufficient can be ensured, and on the other hand, adverse effects on ensuring operation of the resource management and control platform can not be generated.
In the resource management and control method provided in the embodiment of the present specification, a plurality of service accounts registered by a target subject and/or a subordinate subject of the target subject in a resource management and control platform are used as sub-accounts, the resource management and control platform is further provided with a target main account, the target main account is a resource storage account, the remaining amount is greater than a first preset amount, then after receiving a resource transfer request of a preset resource for transferring a target amount from a first account to a second account of a service system of the target subject, it is determined whether a first account is a sub-account of the target main account, if so, the preset resource of the target amount is first drawn down from the target main account to the first account, and then the preset resource of the target amount is transferred from the first account to the second account, so that at least liquidity risks such as service interruption caused by insufficient resources of the first account can be avoided, therefore, effective control of the resources of the target subject is realized.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating a resource management and control method provided in another embodiment of the present specification, where the method may also be applied to the resource management and control platform, and the method may include:
and step 108, responding to the request of the target main body for registering the target main account, and registering the target main account on the resource management and control platform.
Step 110, responding to the sub-account adding request, and adding a plurality of sub-accounts for the target main account.
And step 112, in response to the request of the target main body for recharging from the preset bank account to the target main account, recharging to the target main account so as to enable the balance of the target main account to be larger than the first preset limit.
The preset bank account may be a bank account of the target subject. The specific amount of stored value can be determined by the target subject according to actual business needs.
The step 108, the step 110, and the step 112 may be regarded as a previous signing stage of the target principal and the resource management and control platform, and the specific content of the stage is: the method comprises the steps that a target main body registers a resource storage account (such as a cash stored-value account) on a resource control platform, signs a contract with the resource control platform to use the resource stored-value account as a target main account, then a plurality of sub-accounts are added to the target main account, the resource control platform can record the signing relations (or signing protocols) between the target main account and the sub-accounts, and then the target main account can be recharged from a bank account of the target main body, so that the balance of the target main account is larger than a first preset limit. It can be understood that the sub-account added to the target main account may be a service account registered by the target subject on the resource management and control platform, or a service account registered by a subordinate subject of the target subject on the resource management and control platform.
Step 102, receiving a resource transfer request from a business system of a target subject, wherein the resource transfer request is used for requesting to transfer a preset resource of a target quota from a first account to a second account.
And 104, determining whether the first account is a sub-account under the target main account, if so, executing a step 106, otherwise, executing a step 114.
Specifically, whether the first account is a sub-account under the target account may be determined based on a subscription relationship (or a subscription protocol) between the target main account and the sub-account recorded by the resource management and control platform.
And 106, after the preset resource of the target amount is transferred from the target main account to the first account, transferring the preset resource of the target amount from the first account to the second account.
Step 114, transferring the preset resource of the target quota from the first account to the second account.
That is, when the first account is a sub-account of the target main account, if a request for transferring the preset resource of the target amount from the first account occurs, the preset resource of the target amount may be first transferred from the target main account to which the first account belongs to the first account, and then the preset resource of the target amount may be transferred from the first account; when the first account is not the sub-account of the target main account, if a request for transferring the preset resource of the target amount from the first account occurs, the preset resource of the target amount is directly transferred from the first account to the second account.
It can be understood that, if the first account is a sub-account of the target main account, the resource management and control method of first downloading the preset resource of the target amount from the target main account to which the first account belongs to the first account, and then transferring the preset resource of the target amount from the first account can complete smooth operation of the service supported by the account even if the first account has no balance, and thus liquidity risks such as service interruption due to insufficient balance can be avoided, and effective management and control of the resource of the target main body can be realized.
Fig. 3 is a flowchart illustrating a resource management and control method provided in another embodiment of this specification, which may also be applied to the resource management and control platform, and the method differs from the embodiment shown in fig. 1 or fig. 2 in that after step 106 or step 114, the method may further include:
step 116, transferring the income of at least one of the plurality of sub-accounts to the target main account.
The income of the at least one sub-account may be income generated when the subject corresponding to the sub-account performs business. Therefore, the preset resources in the target main account have two sources, one is the bank card recharge of the target main body, and the other is the income of the sub-account.
It can be understood that, after a target main account is set for a plurality of sub-accounts (a plurality of business accounts) of the target subject in advance, the target main account is classified into the target main account when the sub-accounts have income (step 116), and the target main account is classified downwards when the sub-accounts have expenditure (step 106), so that zero settlement of the balance of the sub-accounts can be realized under the condition of ensuring zero flowing risk (such as no business interruption risk), and the effectiveness of the resources of the target subject is greatly improved.
Fig. 4 is a flowchart illustrating a resource management and control method provided in another embodiment of this specification, which may also be applied to the resource management and control platform, and the method is different from the embodiment shown in fig. 1, fig. 2, or fig. 3 in that after step 106 or step 114, the method may further include:
step 118, monitoring whether the balance of the target main account is lower than a first preset limit or not; if so, go to step 120, otherwise, return to continue to step 118.
In a specific embodiment, whether the balance of the target primary account is lower than a first preset limit may be monitored according to a preset period or according to other rules.
And step 120, reminding the target main body to recharge the target main account, or automatically transferring the preset resources to the target main account from the bank account bound with the target main account so as to recharge the target account.
The bank account bound with the target main account may be the bank account of the target main body.
It can be understood that the balance of the target main account is monitored, and when the rest amount is lower than the first preset amount, the target main body is reminded to recharge the target main account, or the bank account bound with the target main account is automatically recharged to the target main account, so that the smooth development of the service supported by the sub-account under the target main account can be ensured, and the resource mobility risks such as service interruption and the like are avoided.
Fig. 5 is a flowchart illustrating a resource management method according to another embodiment of the present disclosure, where the method may also be applied to the resource management platform, and the method is different from the embodiment shown in any one of fig. 1 to 4 in that after step 106 or step 114, the method may further include:
and step 122, predicting the change of the balance of the target main account in a future preset time period based on a preset rule.
As an example, a prediction model may be trained based on a preset algorithm (e.g., a time sequence or neural graph, etc.) and historical change data of preset resources in the target account and associated historical business data, etc., and then a change of the balance of the target primary account within a future preset time period may be predicted based on the preset model.
And step 124, under the condition that the prediction result is that the balance of the target main account is lower than the first preset limit in the preset time period, reminding the target main body to recharge the target main account in advance, or automatically transferring preset resources to the target main account from a bank account bound with the target main account so as to recharge the target account.
It can be understood that the balance of the target main account is predicted in advance, and when the balance is predicted to be possibly lower than a first preset limit in a future preset time period, the target main body is reminded to recharge the target main account in advance, or the bank account bound with the target main account is automatically recharged to the target main account in advance, so that smooth development of services supported by sub-accounts under the target main account can be better ensured, and resource liquidity risks such as service interruption and the like can be better avoided.
Optionally, on the basis of any one of the foregoing embodiments, the resource management and control method provided in this embodiment of the present specification, after step 106 or step 114, may further include: saving a resource transfer record, wherein the resource transfer record comprises: transferring a record of preset resources to a first account by a target main account; determining internal resource lending data of the target subject based on the resource transfer record; and assisting the target main body to carry out internal settlement based on the internal resource lending data and the internal resource lending protocol of the target main body.
For a target subject, an internal resource transfer (e.g., an internal loan) refers to a resource transfer that occurs between different subjects within the target subject, such as a resource transfer that occurs between a parent company and a subsidiary company of a group, or a resource transfer that occurs between different subsidiary companies of a group is an internal resource transfer, and if a resource transfer occurs between different accounts of the same subject, it is an internal transfer.
Taking internal borrowing as an example, the internal resource lending agreement may be an agreement on contents such as interest, payment date, payment method and the like, which are signed between the subjects inside the target subject.
Taking internal borrowing as an example, the resource management and control platform can screen out internal borrowing data of a target main body (specifically, data such as how much funds are borrowed from which main body at what time) based on all resource transfer records of the target main account and the sub-accounts of the target main body, and then assist the target main body to perform operations such as updating of internal borrowing balance, interest counting and withdrawal, regular repayment of principal and the like based on the internal borrowing data and an internal borrowing protocol.
It is easy to understand that through the embodiment, not only is full-process automatic control of the preset resources of the target subject realized, but also great help is provided for quality improvement and efficiency improvement of the preset resources of the target subject; and the problem of liquidity risks such as service interruption caused by insufficient service account resources can be avoided, so that the resources of the target subject are effectively controlled.
Furthermore, since the resource transfer-out and transfer-in of the sub-accounts under the target subject are managed and controlled in a centralized manner, rather than being managed and controlled individually, the amount of spare resources stored in the resource management and control platform by the target subject can be reduced, that is, the amount of sleeping resources is reduced, and therefore effective management and control of preset resources of the target subject can be further improved. For example, suppose a group opens 1000 service accounts on a third-party payment platform, if main accounts for the service accounts are not set, funds in the 1000 service accounts are separately controlled, in order to meet service requirements, 20 ten thousand of money may need to be respectively charged to the 1000 service accounts, and 2 hundred million of money needs to be charged (which is equivalent to 2 hundred million of reserve payment money stored on the third-party payment platform); however, if the main account is set for the 1000 business accounts, it may be sufficient to recharge 1 billion of reserve funds to the main account for the business developed by the 1000 business accounts, so that the total reserve funds amount stored in the third party payment platform by the group can be reduced, that is, the amount of the deep sleep funds can be reduced, thereby further improving the effective control of the fund of the group.
Based on the above technical concept, as shown in fig. 6, another embodiment of the present specification further provides a fund management and control method that may be applied to a third party payment platform, where the method may include:
step 602, receiving a payment request from a business system of a target group, wherein the payment request is used for requesting to transfer funds of a target amount from a first account to a second account.
Step 604, determining whether the first account is a sub-account under a target main account, wherein the target main account is a stored value account registered by a target group on a third party payment platform, the balance in the target main account is greater than a first preset limit, a plurality of sub-accounts are under the target main account, and the plurality of sub-accounts are business accounts registered by the target group and/or subordinates of the target group on the third party payment platform.
If the determination of step 604 is yes, step 606 is performed, otherwise, the funds in the target amount are transferred from the first account to the second account.
Step 606, transferring the funds of the target amount from the first account to the second account after transferring the funds of the target amount from the target primary account to the first account.
That is, when the first account is a sub-account of the target primary account, if a request for transferring the funds of the target amount from the first account occurs, the funds of the target amount may be transferred from the target primary account to which the first account belongs to the first account; when the first account is not a sub-account of the target primary account, transferring funds of the target amount from the first account directly to the second account if a request to transfer funds of the target amount from the first account occurs.
It can be understood that, if the first account is a sub-account of the target main account, the control method of first downloading the funds of the target amount from the target main account to which the first account belongs to the first account and then transferring the funds of the target amount from the first account can complete smooth operation of the service supported by the account even if the first account has no balance, and thus mobility risks such as service interruption due to insufficient balance can be avoided, and effective control of the resources of the target main body can be realized.
In addition, if the income of the sub-account is also included in the target main account, the fund zero precipitation under the condition of no service continuity blocking can be realized through the management and control mode of 'unified payment of the target main account + unified fund scheduling', and the pain point of a service payment scene of a large number of accounts is solved. The fund control mode can be regarded as a linkage payment technology based on a third-party payment platform, so that fund deposition of a service account can be prevented, smooth development of services can be ensured, the total amount of reserve payment of a target group on the third-party payment platform can be reduced (the amount of heavy funds is reduced), and in short, the fund of target resources can be more effectively controlled, so that various problems caused by unfavorable fund control are avoided.
It should be noted that the fund control method is proposed based on the same technical concept as the resource control method, so that the description is simple, and the detailed content and some optional embodiments may refer to the description of the resource control method above, and are not repeated herein.
