Background
With the rapid development and popularization of intelligent mobile terminals and the increasing strengthening of the trend of financial off-media, online payment and electronic accounts become new centers of the emerging industry of internet finance, and meanwhile, prepaid consumption is driven. The pre-paid consumption is also called advanced consumption, which means that a customer pays a certain amount of consumption to a merchant in advance and can enjoy service in a manner similar to the way of whole-deposit zero-fetch. Prepaid consumption offers on the one hand the convenience for the customer, saving the trouble of paying cash each time. On the other hand, the merchant can pre-pay the amount of the customer at one time, which is equivalent to a fixed customer source, so pre-paid consumption is quite prevalent in related industries, particularly in the service industry.
However, in recent years, the loss of contact and running events in the field of prepaid consumption are frequent, and the legal interests of a large number of consumers are seriously infringed, which has gradually risen to be a serious social problem. At the current service type commercial tenant, funds prestored by the customer are fully credited to a commercial tenant settlement account in advance, and the offline event is frequent. In the admission stage, government departments adopt certain measures to control the qualification of service merchants. In the merchant operation process, a bank organization periodically inspects merchants by adopting a manual on-site inspection mode and continuously verifies the merchant operation condition. However, government departments cannot achieve effective supervision at the level of capital accounts, the routing inspection process of bank institutions is complicated, a large amount of manpower and material resources are consumed, the working efficiency is affected, and the risk that early warning cannot be timely carried out exists.

Wherein the terminal 102 communicates with the server 104 via a network. The data storage system may store data that the server 104 needs to process. The data storage system may be integrated on the server 104, or may be located on the cloud or other network server. The terminal 102 may be, but not limited to, various personal computers, notebook computers, smart phones, tablet computers, internet of things devices and portable wearable devices, and the internet of things devices may be smart speakers, smart televisions, smart air conditioners, smart car-mounted devices, and the like. The portable wearable device can be a smart watch, a smart bracelet, a head-mounted device, and the like. The server 104 may be implemented as a stand-alone server or as a server cluster comprised of multiple servers.
In some embodiments of the present disclosure, as shown in fig. 2, a method for monitoring and processing pre-stored resources is provided, which is described by taking the method as an example applied to the server in fig. 1, and includes:
step S10: setting a managed account of a service provider, a first bill of the service provider and a second bill of a service consumer; the first bill is used for recording resource settlement information of the service provider, and the second bill is used for recording resource settlement information of the service consumer.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the service provider may refer to a party that provides the service, i.e., a merchant. A service consumer may refer to a party that consumes, i.e., a customer. The escrow account is associated with the service provider in a one-to-one manner, and can be established according to the service provider while establishing the first bill and the second bill. In this embodiment, the resource may be a fund, or may be another virtual resource, such as a Q coin, a credit, and the like.
Step S30: and receiving a resource pre-stored message of the service consumer, deducting corresponding pre-stored resources from a settlement account of the service consumer according to the resource pre-stored message, settling the pre-stored resources into the escrow account, and updating the first bill and the second bill.
Specifically, the receiving service consumer initiates a resource pre-storing message to the service provider, where the resource pre-storing message may include the identity information of the service consumer, a resource pre-stored value, and the identity information of the service provider. And according to the resource pre-storage message, deducting the corresponding pre-stored resources from the settlement account of the service consumer to the escrow account associated with the service provider, and not directly settling the resources to the settlement account of the service provider. And updating the first bill and the second bill according to the resource pre-stored message. For example, the first bill may record a pre-stored value of the resource of the service consumer, and a settlement status of the pre-stored value of the resource. When a plurality of service consumers prestore resources, the first bill can record the resource prestore value and the settlement state of each service consumer, and record the settlement state of the sum of all the resource prestore values received by the current service provider. The second bill may record the resource pre-stored value of the service consumer and the expenditure details of the resource pre-stored value. When the service consumer performs resource reservation to a plurality of service providers, the second bill may record a resource reservation value and payment details of the service consumer under each service provider name. For example, consumer a has 100 dollars in advance to merchant a and 100 dollars in advance to merchant B. The pre-stored resources are transferred to the escrow account corresponding to the merchant A and the escrow account corresponding to the merchant B. The second bill records information of 100 yuan prestored in merchant A, 100 yuan prestored in merchant B and the like. And synchronously recording the pre-stored resource value of the consumer A on the respective first bills of the merchant A and the merchant B.
Step S50: and receiving a resource consumption request sent by the service consumer.
Specifically, when a service consumer needs to consume, a resource consumption request sent by the service consumer to a service provider is received, and based on the resource consumption request, identity information of the service consumer, positioning information of the service consumer, and a resource consumption value can be obtained.
Step S70: and performing risk prediction on the resource consumption request initiated by the service consumer by using a pre-constructed risk prediction model, and updating the first bill and the second bill according to the consumption resource value under the condition that the result of the risk prediction model is passed.
Specifically, the acquired resource consumption request initiated by the service consumer is input into a pre-constructed risk prediction model, the risk prediction model carries out risk prediction on the current consumption behavior according to the resource consumption request, and the result that the risk prediction passes or fails is output. In conjunction with the flowchart shown in fig. 3, when the risk prediction model predicts a resource consumption request initiated by a service consumer, the first bill and the second bill are updated according to the consumed resource value. When the risk prediction model does not predict, a risk prompt can be sent to the service consumption or the consumption can be forcibly terminated.
In the pre-stored resource monitoring processing method, the accounts of the service consumer and the service provider are monitored, the risk of the service consumer is reduced by establishing the escrow account, the risk prediction is carried out on the resource consumption request initiated by the service consumer, and the settlement account of the service provider is monitored, counted, analyzed and predicted on line in real time, so that the operation risk of the service provider can be found in time, the resource safety of the service consumer is protected, and the stable operation of the service provider is ensured.
In some embodiments of the present disclosure, as shown in fig. 4, the step S10 includes:
step S12: receiving a first registration information entry of the service provider, and establishing the first bill based on the first registration information.
Specifically, the first registration information may include business information of the service provider and settlement account information of the service provider. And establishing a first bill according to the first registration information. For example, merchant a binds to escrow account a after registration, and merchant B binds to escrow account B after registration.
Step S14: receiving a second registration information entry of the service consumer, and establishing the second bill based on the second registration information.
Specifically, the second registration information may include identity document information of the service consumer and settlement account information of the service consumer. And receiving second registration information of the service consumer, wherein the second registration information can comprise identity document information of the service consumer and settlement account information of the service consumer, and establishing a second bill according to the second registration information.
Step S16: binding the escrow account to the service provider.
The method comprises the steps that a one-to-one incidence relation exists between a managed account and a service provider, after the service provider completes registration, the service provider is bound with the managed account, and the managed account can be used for interacting with a settlement account of the service provider.
The embodiment ensures the authenticity of the information of the service consumer and the service provider by collecting the registration information of the service consumer and the service provider, and is convenient for monitoring the service consumer and the service provider in real time based on the registration information.
In some embodiments of the present disclosure, as shown in fig. 5, the step S50 includes:
step S52: and receiving a resource consumption request initiated by the service consumption party to the service provider through the NFC label provided by the service provider.
Specifically, a service provider is provided with an NFC tag, NFC (Near Field Communication) is an emerging internet of things Communication technology, and devices (such as mobile phones) using the NFC technology can exchange data when being close to each other, so that the transmission distance is short, the transmission creation speed is high, and the power consumption is low. The service consumer may initiate a resource consumption request to the service provider by touching the NFC tag of the service provider.
Step S54: and acquiring the identity information of the service consumer, the positioning information of the service consumer and the resource consumption value based on the resource consumption request.
Specifically, when a resource consumption request initiated by a service consumer to the service provider is received, the identity information of the service consumer, the positioning information of the service consumer, and the resource consumption value are analyzed according to the resource consumption request. The Positioning information can be obtained based on a GPS (Global Positioning System) Positioning technology.
The embodiment adopts the approach communication technology, not only provides convenience for offline consumption of the service consumer, but also enhances monitoring of offline consumption behavior of the service consumer, and facilitates analysis of consumption behavior based on information obtained by the resource consumption request.
In some embodiments of the present disclosure, as shown in fig. 6, before the performing risk prediction on the resource consumption request initiated by the service consumer using the pre-constructed risk prediction model, the performing the risk prediction on the resource consumption request initiated by the service consumer includes:
step S60: and performing security verification on the service consumer and the service provider according to the resource consumption request.
Specifically, after receiving a resource consumption request sent by a service consumer, security verification needs to be performed on both the service consumer and the service provider. For example, the service consumer authentication may be performed by performing identity information authentication to verify the identity information of the service consumer whether there are pre-stored resources under the service provider name. The service provider can be verified for the registration information, and whether the registration address is in accordance with the registration information is verified. The security authentication is not limited to authentication of identity and authentication of a registered address, and may be performed for authentication of transaction amount, and the like.
According to the embodiment, the safety verification of the service consumer and the service provider is triggered when the resource consumption request is received, so that the consumption risk avoiding capability is further improved.
In some embodiments of the present disclosure, as shown in fig. 7, the step S60 includes:
step S62: and verifying the identity information of the service consumer based on the acquired resource consumption request.
Specifically, the resource consumption request is a directional request sent by the service consumer to the service provider, the identity information of the service consumer can be obtained according to the resource consumption request, and the identity information of the service consumer is verified to see whether a pre-stored resource exists under the name of the service provider.
Step S64: and judging whether the positioning information of the service consumer is in the effective range of the registration address of the service provider or not based on the acquired resource consumption request.
Specifically, the positioning information for initiating the resource consumption request is acquired, whether the distance between the positioning information for initiating the resource consumption request and the registration address of the service provider is within a preset distance range or not is judged, and if the distance is within the preset distance range, the positioning information of the service consumer is determined to be within the effective range of the registration address of the service provider.
Step S66: and under the conditions that the identity information of the service consumer passes the verification and the positioning information of the service consumer is judged to be in the effective range of the registration address of the service provider, initiating a risk prediction request to the risk prediction model.
Specifically, when the security verification of both the service consumer and the service provider is passed, a risk prediction request is triggered to be initiated to the risk prediction model. Otherwise, the service consumption is regarded as not passing the safety verification under the condition that only one party passes or both parties do not pass, and a risk prompt can be sent to the service consumption or the consumption is forcibly terminated. And the risk prediction model is used for performing risk prediction according to the received resource consumption request. The risk prediction model can be established by using a logistic regression algorithm, and risk prediction is carried out according to the historical consumption habits of service consumers and the historical order receiving data of service providers and by combining the order receiving conditions of peripheral and similar service providers.
In the embodiment, the identity information of the service consumer initiating the resource consumption request is judged when the resource consumption request is received, the distance between the positioning information initiating the resource consumption request and the registration address of the service provider is also judged, whether the positioning information of the service provider is in the effective range of the registration address of the service provider is verified, the operation risk of the service provider is timely found from the identity information and the positioning information dimension, and then effective measures are taken.
In some embodiments of the present disclosure, as shown in fig. 8, the step S70 includes:
step S72: and under the condition that the risk prediction model outputs a passing result, updating the second bill according to the consumption resource value.
Specifically, after the risk prediction model carries out risk prediction on the resource consumption request initiated by the service consumer, the second bill is updated according to the resource consumption value. That is, only when the risk prediction model is predicted to pass, the second bill is updated, and the pre-stored resource value of the service consumer is recorded and the corresponding resource consumption value is deducted.
Step S74: and deducting the corresponding consumed resources from the record in the escrow account according to the resource consumption request, and updating the first bill.
Specifically, after the risk prediction model carries out risk prediction on the resource consumption request initiated by the service consumer, the first bill is synchronously updated, and the resource to be settled of the service provider is recorded according to the resource consumption value.
Step S76: and receiving a resource settlement request initiated by the consumption provider, and settling the consumption resource into a settlement account of the service provider.
Specifically, the service provider initiatively initiates a resource settlement request, and after receiving the resource settlement request of the service provider, the service provider settles the resource to be settled into a settlement account of the service provider according to the first bill from the escrow account.
In the embodiment, the first bill and the second bill are updated after the passing result is output by the risk prediction model, so that the complex flow of regular on-site inspection of a bank organization is reduced. When the service provider initiatively initiates a resource settlement request, the resource to be settled in the escrow account is settled to the settlement account of the service provider, and the consumption transfer of the service consumer to the service provider is finally completed, so that the consumption risk of the service consumer is reduced, and the rights and interests of the service consumer are guaranteed.
It should be understood that, although the steps in the flowcharts related to the embodiments as described above are sequentially displayed as indicated by arrows, the steps are not necessarily performed sequentially as indicated by the arrows. The steps are not performed in the exact order shown and described, and may be performed in other orders, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Moreover, at least a part of the steps in the flowcharts related to the embodiments described above may include multiple steps or multiple stages, which are not necessarily performed at the same time, but may be performed at different times, and the execution order of the steps or stages is not necessarily sequential, but may be rotated or alternated with other steps or at least a part of the steps or stages in other steps.
