Detailed Description
To make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of one or more embodiments of the present disclosure more apparent, the technical solutions of one or more embodiments of the present disclosure will be described in detail and completely with reference to the specific embodiments of the present disclosure and the accompanying drawings. It is to be understood that the embodiments described are only a few embodiments of the present specification, and not all embodiments. All other embodiments that can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort fall within the scope of protection of one or more embodiments of the present specification.
The technical solutions provided by the embodiments of the present description are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
In the prior art, a user may transact an entity traffic stored value card at an offline website of a transportation company to use funds in the entity traffic stored value card to pay for a traffic order. According to the scheme, the user is required to transact the entity traffic stored-value card at a designated place, and the user is required to carry the entity traffic stored-value card daily to pay for a traffic order generated by taking a public transport means, so that the use convenience of the user is influenced.
Meanwhile, in the above scheme, the user needs to pay the stored value funds to the transportation company in advance. Therefore, when a user needs to refund the entity traffic stored-value card to obtain the remaining stored-value funds, the user often needs to wait for a long time to obtain the remaining stored-value funds due to the complicated refund process of the traffic company, and even the user cannot obtain the remaining stored-value funds due to internal reasons of the traffic company, so that the personal property rights and interests of the user are influenced.
In order to solve the defects in the prior art, the scheme provides the following embodiments:
fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating a management method for an electronic transportation account according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. From the program perspective, the execution subject of the flow may be the user equipment or a target application loaded in the user equipment, or may also be a server of the target application. As shown in fig. 1, the process may include the following steps:
Step 102: and acquiring a recharging triggering operation of the user aiming at the target electronic traffic account.
In the embodiment of the specification, a user can apply for a target electronic traffic account in advance at a target application installed in user equipment, the user can generate a riding code based on the target electronic traffic account, and the riding code is presented to a code scanning device at a public transport means when the user rides the public transport means, so that a transport company to which the public transport means belongs can generate a traffic order aiming at the target electronic traffic account conveniently. The target application may be a payment application, a traffic application, or the like, and the riding code may be a one-dimensional code or a two-dimensional code, which is not limited.
In this embodiment of the present specification, the target application may generate and display a recharge trigger page for the target electronic traffic account, and the user may perform a recharge trigger operation for the target electronic traffic account in the recharge trigger page. Fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of a top-up trigger page for an electronic transportation account according to an embodiment of the present specification; as shown in fig. 2, the application interface of the target application shows a charging trigger page 201 for the target electronic traffic account, the charging trigger page includes a charging option 202, and a user can select the charging option 202 to perform a charging trigger operation for the target electronic traffic account. In practical applications, the top-up trigger page 201 may further include a refund application option 203, a usage record option 204, and the like. The user may apply for a refund of stored-value funds for the target electronic transportation account by selecting the refund application option 203. The user may also apply for review of usage details of the target electronic traffic account, etc., by selecting the usage records option 204.
Step 104: and responding to the recharging triggering operation, and determining three types of bank accounts corresponding to the target electronic transportation account.
In this embodiment of the present specification, a corresponding relationship between a target electronic transportation account of a user and target three types of bank accounts of the user needs to be established in advance, so that step 104 may determine the three types of bank accounts having a corresponding relationship with the target electronic transportation account as the three types of bank accounts corresponding to the target electronic transportation account.
In practical application, personal bank accounts of a user at a bank can be generally divided into three types, wherein one type of bank account generally needs to be held at a bank counter and needs to be authenticated by the user himself, so that the security requirement of the other type of bank account is high, and the method is mainly used for scenes such as cash access, large-amount transfer, large-amount consumption, investment and financial product purchase, public service payment and the like. The second class of bank accounts are generally used for scenes of daily card swiping consumption of individuals, online shopping, online payment, bank investment and financial products purchasing and the like; three types of bank accounts are generally used in the case of transactions with smaller payment amount and higher frequency. The second-class bank account and the third-class bank account can be opened by the user at a bank counter, an online bank, a payment application or a self-service machine and the like, and the operation is convenient and fast.
In this embodiment of the present specification, when the user does not have three types of personal bank accounts, an account opening operation for the three types of bank accounts may be performed at the target application to obtain the three types of personal bank accounts, and then a correspondence between the newly opened three types of bank accounts and the target electronic transportation account may be established. Or, when the user already has three types of personal bank accounts, the user may also input account information of the three types of bank accounts, so as to establish a correspondence between the three types of bank accounts and the target electronic transportation account.
Step 106: and determining the amount to be recharged for the target electronic traffic account.
In this specification embodiment, the user may also select the amount of funds, for example, 10 yuan, 20 yuan, etc., required to be charged into the target electronic transportation account in the application interface of the target application, so as to determine the amount to be charged for the target electronic transportation account.
Step 108: transferring funds of the amount to be recharged of the user to the three types of bank accounts; and the funds of the amount to be charged in the three types of bank accounts are used for paying the traffic order of the target electronic traffic account.
In this specification embodiment, the target application may transfer funds of the amount to be recharged of the user to three types of bank accounts corresponding to the target electronic transportation account in response to the recharging trigger operation of the user, so that the funds in the three types of bank accounts are increased, and the increased funds are required to be used for paying a transportation order to be paid generated when the user rides a public transportation vehicle by using the target electronic transportation account.
In practical application, the user can use the existing bank transfer mode to transfer funds into the three types of bank accounts, besides the scheme in fig. 1 is adopted to recharge the three types of bank accounts. The fund transferred to the three types of bank accounts by utilizing the existing bank transfer mode is used for paying the traffic orders, and the user can freely use the fund to pay small orders in supermarkets, online stores and the like, so that the use convenience and the practicability of the three types of bank accounts are improved.
However, when the user pays orders except for paying traffic orders by using funds in the three types of bank accounts, the amount of the available funds in the three types of bank accounts is required to be ensured to be larger than or equal to the stored value amount of the target electronic traffic account, so that the target electronic traffic account can be ensured to normally use the stored value function to pay the traffic orders. It can be seen that, in the scheme in fig. 1, not only the function of physically transporting the stored-value card can be realized through three types of bank accounts, but also at least part of funds in the three types of bank accounts can be controlled to be dedicated to paying the transportation order, that is, the three types of bank accounts can also realize the function dedicated to the special fund.
Specifically, the bank device of the bank to which the three types of bank accounts belong may determine the fund amount of the traffic order of the target electronic traffic account to be paid in the three types of bank accounts according to the transfer-in information and the transfer-out information of the fund in the three types of bank accounts.
For example, suppose that two transferred funds with the amounts of 10 yuan and 50 yuan in the three types of bank accounts are determined to be transferred by the scheme in fig. 1 according to the transfer information of the funds in the three types of bank accounts, the transfer of funds with the sum of 100 yuan in the three types of bank accounts is carried out by a scheme other than the scheme in figure 1, and three money amounts in the three types of bank accounts are respectively 1 yuan, 2 yuan and 5 yuan of transferred funds for paying the traffic order of the target electronic traffic account, one transfer-out fund with the sum of 10 yuan in the three types of bank accounts is used for paying the supermarket orders, the amount of the account fund of the three types of bank accounts is 10+50+ 100-1-2-5-10-142 yuan, but the fund amount of the traffic orders needing to be used for paying the target electronic traffic account in the three types of bank accounts is 10+ 50-1-2-5-52 yuan.
According to the scheme in the figure 1, when the user charges the target electronic traffic account, the three types of bank accounts of the user can be used for storing the charged funds, and the charged funds in the three types of bank accounts can be subsequently used for paying the traffic order of the target electronic traffic account, so that the user can pay the traffic order by using the stored funds without going off line to transact the entity traffic stored value card, and the method is convenient and fast.
Meanwhile, the stored value fund of the user is stored in the three types of bank accounts of the user, so that when the user needs to refund the stored value fund corresponding to the target electronic traffic account, whether the traffic company operates normally or not, the bank system can ensure that the user can quickly obtain the stored value fund corresponding to the target electronic traffic account, the refund speed of the stored value fund is favorably improved, and the asset interest of the user is favorably ensured.
Based on the process of fig. 1, some specific embodiments of the process are also provided in the examples of this specification, which are described below.
In the embodiment of the present specification, before step 104 in fig. 1 is executed, it is generally required to establish a correspondence between a target electronic transportation account of a user and three types of bank accounts of the user. Thus, step 104: before determining three types of bank accounts corresponding to the target electronic transportation account, the method may further include:
and acquiring a bank account binding request aiming at the target electronic traffic account.
And responding to the bank account binding request, and acquiring account information of the target three types of bank accounts of the user.
And establishing a corresponding relation between the account information of the target three types of bank accounts and the account information of the target electronic traffic account.
Correspondingly, step 104: determining three types of bank accounts corresponding to the target electronic transportation account may specifically include:
and determining the target three types of bank accounts as three types of bank accounts corresponding to the target electronic traffic account according to the corresponding relation.
In this embodiment of the present specification, after the user performs the charge triggering operation for the target electronic traffic account in step 102, the target application may query whether there are three types of bank accounts having a corresponding relationship with the target electronic traffic account, and if there is no three types of bank accounts, may jump to the step of establishing a corresponding relationship between the target electronic traffic account of the user and the three types of bank accounts of the user. It can be known that, in the case that there are no three types of bank accounts corresponding to the target electronic traffic account, if the target application acquires the recharge trigger operation for the target electronic traffic account in step 102, it may be determined that the target application acquires the bank account binding request for the target electronic traffic account. Alternatively, the user may also cause the target application to acquire the bank account binding request for the target electronic transportation account by performing an operation other than the charge triggering operation for the target electronic transportation account. This is not particularly limited.
In the embodiment of the specification, a user can apply for creating three types of personal bank accounts from a bank through a target application so as to establish a corresponding relationship between the three types of bank accounts and a target electronic transportation account. Thus, the obtaining of the account information of the target three types of bank accounts of the user in response to the bank account binding request may specifically include:
and responding to the bank account binding request, and generating three types of bank account creating requests aiming at the user.
And sending the three types of bank account creation requests to target bank equipment.
Receiving account information of a target three-type bank account of the user, which is fed back by the target bank device; the target three types of bank accounts are three types of bank accounts which are created by the target bank device for the user in response to the three types of bank account creation request.
Generating three types of bank account creation requests for the user in response to the bank account binding request may specifically include:
and responding to the bank account binding request, and generating an application interface showing account information of at least one type of bank accounts of the user.
And determining account information of the target bank account of the type selected by the user from the application interface.
And generating a three-class bank account creating request aiming at the user according to the account information of the target one-class bank account, wherein the three-class bank account creating request is used for requesting to create the three-class bank account of the user corresponding to the target one-class bank account.
And sending the three types of bank account creation requests to the bank devices of the bank (namely target bank devices) of the target type of bank accounts.
In the embodiment of the present specification, because three types of bank accounts of a user need to be opened based on account information of one type of bank account that the user has opened, an application interface including account information of one type of bank account of the user needs to be displayed to the user, and if the user selects a target one type of bank account, it indicates that the user instructs to apply for opening one type of bank account at a bank to which the target one type of bank account belongs.
In practical application, the target application part can pre-store account information of one or more types of bank accounts of the user, so that the pre-stored account information of the types of bank accounts of the user can be displayed to the user; for example, when the target application is a payment application, the user may bind a type of bank account of an individual at the payment application in order to perform a payment operation or the like, so that the target application may store account information of the type of bank account of the user. Or, the user may also enter account information of one type of bank account of the user in an application interface of the target application, and determine the account information of one type of bank account entered by the user as the account information of the target type of bank account selected by the user, so that the bank to which the target type of bank account belongs may be requested to open one three types of bank accounts for the user.
Because a user generally needs to provide part of personal information of the user, such as a name, a mobile phone number, and the like, when applying for opening three types of bank accounts, the three types of bank account creation requests generated in the embodiments of the present specification may also carry the personal information of the user, so that a bank can create the three types of bank accounts for the user based on the personal information of the user and the account information of the target one type of bank account.
In order to guarantee the security of the bank account of the user, before the bank creates the three types of bank accounts of the user, the bank can also execute a mobile phone verification code verification step with the user, and after the verification is passed, the three types of bank accounts are created for the user, so that the management security of the bank account of the user can be protected.
In this embodiment of the present specification, if the user already has three types of bank accounts that are opened, the obtaining, in response to the bank account binding request, account information of a target three types of bank accounts of the user may specifically include: and responding to the bank account binding request, and acquiring account information of the target three types of bank accounts, which is input in an application interface by the user. Therefore, the recharging funds of the target electronic traffic account can be stored by utilizing the existing three types of bank accounts of the user, the user does not need to open one of the three types of bank accounts again, and the method is convenient and quick and has good practicability.
In the present specification embodiment, step 108: before transferring the funds of the amount to be replenished of the user to the three types of bank accounts, the method may further include: a payment channel selected by the user is determined.
Correspondingly, step 108 may specifically include: and transferring the funds of the amount to be recharged of the user to the three types of bank accounts according to the payment channel.
One payment channel may correspond to one fund transfer-out account, and therefore, transferring the fund of the amount to be recharged of the user to the three types of bank accounts according to the payment channel may refer to transferring the fund of the amount to be recharged in the fund transfer-out account corresponding to the payment channel to the three types of bank accounts.
In the embodiment of the present specification, if funds are first transferred into the three types of bank accounts, the funds transfer-out account should be a type of bank account corresponding to the three types of bank accounts. If the funds are not transferred into the three types of bank accounts for the first time, the type of bank account corresponding to the three types of bank accounts can be used as the fund transfer-out account, and other accounts except the type of bank account corresponding to the three types of bank accounts can also be used as the fund transfer-out accounts. For example, if the target application is a payment application, the funds transfer-out account may be a registered account of the user at the payment application, or may also be a personal bank account or the like bound to the user at the payment application.
In the present specification embodiment, step 108: after transferring the funds of the amount to be replenished of the user to the three types of bank accounts, the method may further include:
and acquiring the stored value amount to be changed corresponding to the target electronic traffic account.
And changing the current stored value corresponding to the target electronic traffic account into the sum of the stored value to be changed and the money to be recharged.
In this embodiment of the present specification, since the target application may record the stored value amount corresponding to the target electronic traffic account, and after the user successfully charges the target electronic traffic account, the stored value amount corresponding to the target electronic traffic account changes, so that the stored value amount corresponding to the target electronic traffic account needs to be updated.
Specifically, if step 108 is to recharge the target electronic traffic account for the first time, the amount of the stored value to be changed corresponding to the target electronic traffic account is an initial value (usually 0), so the current amount of the stored value corresponding to the target electronic traffic account can be set as the amount of the to-be-recharged.
If the step 108 is not to charge the target electronic transportation account for the first time, the current stored value amount corresponding to the target electronic transportation account recorded at the target application before the step 108 is executed may be used as the stored value amount to be changed. In practical applications, generally, the current stored value amount corresponding to the target electronic transportation account is the historical total charging amount for the target electronic transportation account — the total order amount of the transportation order paid by the stored value fund of the target electronic transportation account.
In this embodiment of the present specification, after the user charges the target electronic transportation account, the user may also use funds in three types of bank accounts corresponding to the target electronic transportation account to pay the transportation order. Therefore, the scheme in fig. 1 may further include:
and acquiring the traffic order to be paid of the target electronic traffic account. The to-be-paid traffic order may be a to-be-paid traffic order generated after a user rides a public transportation vehicle using a ride code generated based on the target electronic traffic account. The process of generating the traffic order to be paid by the public transportation means or the transportation company and the process of acquiring the traffic order to be paid by the target application or the server of the target application can be realized by adopting the prior art, and the process is not particularly limited.
The target application or the server side of the target application can also judge whether the current stored value amount corresponding to the target electronic traffic account is more than or equal to the amount to be paid corresponding to the traffic order to be paid or not, and a first judgment result is obtained.
And if the first judgment result shows that the current stored value amount corresponding to the target electronic traffic account is more than or equal to the amount to be paid corresponding to the traffic order to be paid, paying the traffic order to be paid by using funds in the three types of bank accounts.
And if the first judgment result shows that the current stored value corresponding to the target electronic traffic account is smaller than the to-be-paid amount corresponding to the to-be-paid traffic order, paying the to-be-paid traffic order by using a payment mode which is allowed by the user and is used by the user except for the three types of bank accounts. For example, funds within other bank accounts bound by the user at the target application may be utilized to pay the transit order to be paid, or, when the target application is a payment application, funds at the discretion of the user based on a registered account at the target application may also be utilized to pay the transit order to be paid, and so on.
In practical application, before judging whether the current stored value amount corresponding to the target electronic traffic account is greater than or equal to the to-be-paid amount corresponding to the to-be-paid traffic order, whether a stored value function of the target electronic traffic account is opened or not can be judged, and if yes, whether the current stored value amount corresponding to the target electronic traffic account is greater than or equal to the to-be-paid amount corresponding to the to-be-paid traffic order is judged; if not, the traffic order to be paid is paid by directly utilizing the payment modes except the three types of bank accounts allowed by the user.
In an embodiment of the present specification, the paying the traffic order to be paid by using the funds in the three types of bank accounts may specifically include:
sending a deduction request to the target bank device; the deduction request is used for requesting the target bank device to transfer funds of the amount to be paid in the three types of bank accounts to a first target account.
The target bank device may be a device of a bank to which the three types of bank accounts belong. The first target account can be an account of a transportation company; alternatively, the first target account may also be an account of a company to which the target application belongs, and then the company to which the target application belongs may transfer funds of the amount to be paid to an account of a transportation company, so as to complete a payment operation for the order to be paid.
In this embodiment of the present specification, after the user equipment sends the deduction request to the target bank equipment, after the target bank equipment performs the deduction operation from the three types of bank accounts in response to the deduction request, the deduction result may be further fed back to the user, and therefore, the scheme in fig. 1 may further include:
and receiving a deduction result fed back by the target bank device in response to the deduction request.
And if the deduction result shows that the deduction is successful, updating the current stored value corresponding to the target electronic traffic account according to the amount to be paid.
If the deduction result shows that the deduction is failed, the deduction request can be sent to the target bank device again until the condition of stopping sending is met; the stop transmission condition includes: and receiving a money deduction result which represents that the money deduction is successful, or sending times aiming at the money deduction result reaches a preset threshold value.
In practical application, if the deduction result also carries information indicating that the amount of funds in the three types of bank accounts is smaller than the amount to be paid, the deduction request may not be sent to the target bank device again, and it may be determined whether the user allows to pay for the traffic order to be paid by using a payment channel other than the three types of bank accounts, so as to obtain a second determination result.
And if the second judgment result shows that the user allows the payment for the traffic order to be paid by adopting the payment channels except the three types of bank accounts, the payment for the traffic order to be paid is carried out by adopting the payment channels except the three types of bank accounts allowed by the user.
And if the second judgment result shows that the user is not allowed to adopt the payment channels except the three types of bank accounts to pay for the traffic order to be paid, the target electronic traffic account can be forbidden, so that the user cannot continuously use the target electronic traffic account to take a public transport means until the user finishes paying for the traffic order to be paid, and then the user is allowed to continuously use the target electronic traffic account.
Or, if the second determination result indicates that the user does not allow the user to pay for the traffic order to be paid by using a payment channel other than the three types of bank accounts, the current stored value amount corresponding to the target electronic traffic account may be changed to a difference between the fund amount in the three types of bank accounts and the to-be-paid amount, and at this time, the three types of bank accounts may not be deducted, and a company to which the target application belongs may pay funds of the to-be-paid amount to a traffic company. And the fund amount in the three types of bank accounts is the total amount of the historical recharging for the target electronic transportation account, and the total order amount of the transportation orders paid by the funds of the three types of bank accounts. In general, the difference between the fund amount in the three types of bank accounts calculated at this time and the amount to be paid is a negative value, that is, the current stored value amount corresponding to the target electronic traffic account is changed to a negative value, so as to remind the user that the electronic traffic account is in a state of arrears.
In practical applications, when a user pays a traffic order based on funds in three types of bank accounts, the method may further include, before determining whether a current stored value amount corresponding to the target electronic traffic account is greater than or equal to an amount to be paid corresponding to the traffic order to be paid:
and determining the corresponding payment discount rate of the three types of bank accounts.
And determining the product of the order amount in the traffic order to be paid and the payment discount rate as the amount to be paid corresponding to the traffic order to be paid. Thereby, the user does not need to pay the full amount of the order, so that the user can enjoy discount benefits while riding the public transportation.
In practical application, the bank may also issue fund earnings to the user for the funds for paying the traffic orders stored in the three types of bank accounts of the user, for example, the bank may remit earnings generated by the part of the funds to the three types of bank accounts of the user according to the earnings interest rate stored in a current period or stored periodically for the funds for paying the traffic orders stored in the three types of bank accounts of the user, and the like, thereby facilitating to ensure the benefits of the user and the application and popularization of the scheme in fig. 1.
In the embodiment of the specification, the user can not only recharge the target electronic traffic account, but also refund the recharged amount. Specifically, the scheme in fig. 1 may further include:
a refund request for stored-value funds for the target electronic traffic account is obtained.
And responding to the refund request, and determining the current stored value amount corresponding to the target electronic transportation account.
Transferring funds of the current stored value amount in the three types of bank accounts to a second target account. Wherein the second target account may be a transfer-out account of funds of the amount to be charged of the user. Namely, the bank can return the funds for paying the traffic orders left in the three types of bank accounts according to the payment channel for paying the funds of the traffic orders in the three types of bank accounts. Compared with the scheme of refunding the entity traffic stored-value card transacted at the network of the traffic company, the scheme provided by the embodiment of the specification does not need the internal refund process of the traffic company, but only needs the bank to transact the account, so that the refund speed is higher, and the method is convenient and quick.
In practical applications, before transferring the funds of the current stored value amount in the three types of bank accounts to the second target account, the method may further include:
And judging whether the current stored value corresponding to the target electronic traffic account is larger than zero or not, and obtaining a third judgment result.
The transferring the funds of the current stored value amount in the three types of bank accounts to a second target account may specifically include:
and if the third judgment result shows that the current value stored corresponding to the target electronic traffic account is larger than zero, transferring the fund of the current value stored in the three types of bank accounts to a second target account.
And if the third judgment result shows that the current stored value corresponding to the target electronic traffic account is less than zero, generating prompt information, wherein the prompt information is used for prompting the user to recharge the target electronic traffic account, so that the refund operation aiming at the target electronic traffic account can be continued after the arrearage problem of the target electronic traffic account is solved.
If the third judgment result shows that the current stored value corresponding to the target electronic traffic account is equal to zero, at this time, information showing that the target electronic traffic account does not have refundable funds can be generated and displayed, and a bank does not need to execute refundable processing operation aiming at the three types of bank accounts, so that the resource consumption of bank equipment is saved. Or, the corresponding relation between the target electronic traffic account and the three types of bank accounts can be cancelled, so that the user closes the stored value function aiming at the target electronic traffic account.
Based on the foregoing embodiments provided in this specification, fig. 3 is a schematic swimlane flow diagram of a management method for an electronic traffic account provided in this specification. As shown in fig. 3, the management process for the electronic transportation account involves a stored-value function opening phase and a recharging phase.
In the stored value function opening stage, a user can execute the operation of opening the stored value function aiming at a target electronic traffic account, and selects the account information of a target bank account from an application interface which is generated by a target application and displays the account information of the user bank account, so that the target application can request the bank equipment to create three types of bank accounts corresponding to the target bank account. The subsequent target application can establish the corresponding relation between the account information of the three types of bank accounts and the account information of the target electronic traffic account so as to complete the opening of the value storage function.
In the recharging stage, the user can execute the recharging triggering operation aiming at the target electronic traffic account in the recharging page displayed by the target application, and the target application or the server side thereof can transfer funds of the amount to be recharged of the user to the three types of bank accounts based on the payment channel appointed by the recharging triggering operation and update the current stored value corresponding to the target electronic traffic account, thereby realizing the recharging aiming at the target electronic traffic account.
Fig. 4 is a swim lane flow diagram of another management method for an electronic transportation account according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 4, the management flow for the electronic traffic account involves a traffic order processing phase.
In the traffic order processing stage, after a user takes a bus by using a bus code generated based on a target electronic traffic account, a target application or a service end of the target application can acquire a traffic order to be paid generated by a bus company and aiming at the target electronic traffic account, and if three types of bank accounts corresponding to the target electronic traffic account exist and the current stored value amount corresponding to the target electronic traffic account is larger than the amount to be paid, the bank device is requested to transfer funds of the amount to be paid in the three types of bank accounts to a first target account. And if the deduction result fed back by the bank indicates that the deduction is successful, the target application or the server side thereof can update the current stored value corresponding to the target electronic traffic account. And if the deduction result fed back by the bank indicates that the deduction is failed and the fund amount in the three types of bank accounts is less than the amount to be paid, the current stored value amount corresponding to the target electronic traffic account can be changed into the difference between the fund amount in the three types of bank accounts and the amount to be paid. And if the deduction result fed back by the bank indicates that the deduction is failed and the fund amount in the three types of bank accounts is more than or equal to the amount to be paid, the target application or the server side of the target application can send the deduction request to the target bank equipment again until the condition of stopping sending is met.
Fig. 5 is a swim lane flow diagram of another management method for an electronic transportation account according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 5, the management flow for the electronic transportation account involves a refund phase. In the refund phase, the user may perform a refund operation on the stored-value funds of the target electronic traffic account, if the target application or the service end thereof determines that the current stored-value amount corresponding to the target electronic traffic account is greater than zero, the user may request the bank device to transfer the funds of the current stored-value amount in the three types of bank accounts corresponding to the target electronic traffic account to a second target account, and if the target application or the service end thereof determines that the current stored-value amount corresponding to the target electronic traffic account is less than zero, prompt information prompting the user to recharge the target electronic traffic account may be generated.

In the 90 s of the 20 th century, improvements in a technology could clearly distinguish between improvements in hardware (e.g., improvements in circuit structures such as diodes, transistors, switches, etc.) and improvements in software (improvements in process flow). However, as technology advances, many of today's process flow improvements have been seen as direct improvements in hardware circuit architecture. Designers almost always obtain the corresponding hardware circuit structure by programming an improved method flow into the hardware circuit. Thus, it cannot be said that an improvement in the process flow cannot be realized by hardware physical modules. For example, a Programmable Logic Device (PLD), such as a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA), is an integrated circuit whose Logic functions are determined by programming the Device by a user. A digital character system is "integrated" on a PLD by the designer's own programming without requiring the chip manufacturer to design and fabricate a dedicated integrated circuit chip. Furthermore, nowadays, instead of manually making an Integrated Circuit chip, such Programming is often implemented by "logic compiler" software, which is similar to a software compiler used in program development and writing, but the original code before compiling is also written by a specific Programming Language, which is called Hardware Description Language (HDL), and HDL is not only one but many, such as abel (advanced Boolean Expression Language), ahdl (alternate Hardware Description Language), traffic, pl (core universal Programming Language), HDCal (jhdware Description Language), lang, Lola, HDL, laspam, hardward Description Language (vhr Description Language), vhal (Hardware Description Language), and vhigh-Language, which are currently used in most common. It will also be apparent to those skilled in the art that hardware circuitry that implements the logical method flows can be readily obtained by merely slightly programming the method flows into an integrated circuit using the hardware description languages described above.
The controller may be implemented in any suitable manner, for example, the controller may take the form of, for example, a microprocessor or processor and a computer-readable medium storing computer-readable program code (e.g., software or firmware) executable by the (micro) processor, logic gates, switches, an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), a programmable logic controller, and an embedded microcontroller, examples of which include, but are not limited to, the following microcontrollers: ARC 625D, Atmel AT91SAM, Microchip PIC18F26K20, and Silicone Labs C8051F320, the memory controller may also be implemented as part of the control logic for the memory. Those skilled in the art will also appreciate that, in addition to implementing the controller as pure computer readable program code, the same functionality can be implemented by logically programming method steps such that the controller is in the form of logic gates, switches, application specific integrated circuits, programmable logic controllers, embedded microcontrollers and the like. Such a controller may thus be considered a hardware component, and the means included therein for performing the various functions may also be considered as a structure within the hardware component. Or even means for performing the functions may be regarded as being both a software module for performing the method and a structure within a hardware component.
The systems, devices, modules or units illustrated in the above embodiments may be implemented by a computer chip or an entity, or by a product with certain functions. One typical implementation device is a computer. In particular, the computer may be, for example, a personal computer, a laptop computer, a cellular telephone, a camera phone, a smartphone, a personal digital assistant, a media player, a navigation device, an email device, a game console, a tablet computer, a wearable device, or a combination of any of these devices.
For convenience of description, the above devices are described as being divided into various units by function, and are described separately. Of course, the functionality of the units may be implemented in one or more software and/or hardware when implementing the present application.

In a typical configuration, a computing device includes one or more processors (CPUs), input/output interfaces, network interfaces, and memory.
The memory may include forms of volatile memory in a computer readable medium, Random Access Memory (RAM) and/or non-volatile memory, such as Read Only Memory (ROM) or flash memory (flash RAM). Memory is an example of a computer-readable medium.

As defined herein, a computer readable medium does not include a transitory computer readable medium such as a modulated data signal and a carrier wave.
It should also be noted that the terms "comprises," "comprising," or any other variation thereof, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion, such that a process, method, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of elements does not include only those elements but may include other elements not expressly listed or inherent to such process, method, article, or apparatus. Without further limitation, an element defined by the phrase "comprising an … …" does not exclude the presence of other like elements in a process, method, article, or apparatus that comprises the element.
