Detailed Description
In the elevator call registration system of the present invention, safety measures are set for call registration from a specific floor. A safety measure release authority (worker) releases the safety measure of the system by performing a predetermined operation, and the user can register an elevator call.
Hereinafter, embodiments for carrying out the present invention will be described. The same or similar components are denoted by the same reference numerals and described.
Embodiment 1.
An elevator call registration system according to embodiment 1 of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 1 to 4.
Fig. 1 shows a situation in an elevator landing. As shown in fig. 1, in an elevator landing, a landing operating panel 2 is provided on a wall surface near a landing door 1 or in front of the landing door 1.
Fig. 2 is an enlarged view of the landing operating panel 2. The landing operating panel 2 includes a touch panel 3, a card reader 4, a microphone 5, and a speaker 6. The touch panel 3 is provided with input buttons 7 such as numeric keys and a display 8 for displaying destinations and the like.
Instead of the touch panel, the landing operating panel 2 may include actual input buttons and a display.
Here, the procedure of releasing the safety measures of the elevator will be described with reference to fig. 3 to 4.
In fig. 3, when a user of the elevator performs a predetermined operation such as pressing a worker calling button on the touch panel 3 of the landing operation panel 2 (S101), a command is transmitted from the landing operation panel 2 to the control panel 9 of the elevator to display position information of a worker having a safety measure cancellation authority (S102). The control panel 9 that receives the instruction reads out a map of the floor on which the landing operating panel 2 is installed from a memory (not shown), and superimposes the position information of the worker transmitted to the control panel 9 from a communication device or a tag carried by the worker by wireless communication on the map of the floor and transmits the superimposed information to the landing operating panel 2 (S103).
When the information arrives at the landing operation panel 2 from the control panel 9, a map of the floor on which the position information of the worker is superimposed is displayed on the display 8 (S104). For example, in fig. 4, it is understood that worker a is located in room 201 and worker B is located between room 208 and the duty room.
When the user who sees the display selects the worker a on the near-elevator side on the map of the floor displayed on the display 8 (S105), the landing operating panel 2 transmits a response request command to the worker a (S106). At this time, the landing operating panel 2 functions as a call device for calling a worker.
The worker a who has received the response request command makes a call with a user positioned in front of the landing operation panel 2 (the microphone 5 and the speaker 6) using a communication device (not shown) carried by the worker a, and confirms the person who requests the response by an interphone (S107).
Here, the communication device carried by the staff member may be any device that can communicate with the user, such as a smartphone, a mobile phone, and a PHS. In fig. 3, the user is notified from the worker a, but the user may hit the worker a from the landing operation panel 2.
When a user requests worker a to release the security measure of the elevator via the landing operation panel 2 (S108), worker a goes to the elevator landing and swipes the card for releasing the security measure at the card reader 4 (S109). The hall operating panel 2 on which the card is swiped transmits a safety measure release command to the control panel 9 (S110), and when the authentication is established in the control panel 9, the control panel 9 releases the safety measure of the hall operating panel 2 (S111).
When the safety measure is canceled, the user operates the hall operating panel 2 to set a destination floor and register a call of the elevator (S112).
The control panel 9 that has received an elevator call from the hall operation panel 2 determines a car corresponding to the call, and performs control to cause the car to travel to the floor where the user is located (S113).
Although the case where the destination floor is set by the input button 7 has been described here, destination directions such as up and down may be set by the input button 7.
As described above, according to the elevator call registration system of embodiment 1, even in an elevator provided with a safety device, the position information of the safety measure cancellation authorized person (worker) can be displayed at the timing when the user wants to use the elevator, and therefore the user does not need to search for the worker at all.
In addition, since the operator can confirm the person who requests the release of the security measure by the extension telephone, the security performance can be maintained.
Although the case where the user selects the worker a closest to the hall is described here, the user may select any worker. Thus, for example, when the user a is supposed to perform another work, the user can select the worker B, and the waiting time of the user can be shortened.
Embodiment 2.
An elevator call registration system according to embodiment 2 of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 5.
In embodiment 1, the user selects a worker who performs the elevator safety measure cancellation operation. In embodiment 2, the control panel 9 selects an operator who performs the safety measure cancellation operation instead of the user.
The configuration of the elevator call registration system according to embodiment 2 is the same as that of embodiment 1, and therefore, description thereof will be omitted, and a procedure of canceling the safety measures of the elevator will be described.
In fig. 5, when the user of the elevator operates the touch panel 3 of the landing operation panel 2 (S201), a command is transmitted from the landing operation panel 2 to the control panel 9 of the elevator to display the position information of the worker having the safety measure cancellation authority (S202). The control panel 9 that receives the command automatically selects the worker a having the security measure cancellation authority, and transmits a response request command to the worker a (S203).
When the operator a having received the instruction can handle the instruction, the operator a responds to the control panel 9 (S204). The control panel 9 that receives the response reads out the map of the floor where the landing operating panel 2 is installed from the memory (not shown), and superimposes the position information of the worker transmitted to the control panel 9 from the communication device, the tag, or the like carried by the worker by wireless communication on the map of the floor and transmits the superimposed information to the landing operating panel 2 (S205).
When the information arrives at the landing operating panel 2 from the control panel 9, a map of the floor on which the position information of the worker a is superimposed is displayed on the display 8 (S206). At this time, the worker a uses his/her own communication device to communicate with the user located in front of the hall operating panel 2, and confirms who the person who requests the call is by the extension phone (S207).
Here, the communication device carried by the staff member may be any device that can communicate with the user, such as a smartphone, a mobile phone, and a PHS. In fig. 5, the user is notified from the worker a, but the user may hit the worker a from the landing operation panel 2.
When a worker a is requested from a user via the landing operation panel 2 and the communication device to release the security measure of the elevator (S208), the worker a goes to the elevator landing and swipes the card for releasing the security measure at the card reader 4 (S209). The landing operating panel 2 on which the card is swiped transmits a security measure cancel command to the control panel 9 (S210), and when the authentication is established in the control panel 9, the control panel 9 cancels the security measure of the landing operating panel 2 (S211).
When the safety measure is canceled, the user operates the hall operating panel 2 to set a destination floor and register an elevator call (S212).
The control panel 9 that has received an elevator call from the hall operating panel 2 determines a car corresponding to the call, and performs control to cause the car to travel to the floor where the user is located (S213).
Although the case where the destination floor is set by the input button 7 has been described here, the destination direction may be set by the input button 7.
As described above, according to the elevator call registration system of embodiment 2, even in an elevator provided with a safety device, the position information of the safety measure release authority (worker) can be displayed at the timing when the user wants to use the elevator, and therefore the user does not need to search for the worker everywhere.
In addition, since the operator can confirm the person who requests the release of the security measure by the extension telephone, the security performance can be maintained.
Further, since the control panel automatically selects the worker, the number of operations of the touch panel by the user is small.
Although the case where the control panel automatically selects the worker a has been described here, the control panel 9 may select a worker who can arrive at the landing most quickly, not only a worker who is closest to the landing. This can further shorten the waiting time of the user.
Embodiment 3.
An elevator call registration system according to embodiment 3 of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 6 to 7.
In embodiments 1 and 2, the user or the control panel selects the worker who performs the elevator safety measure cancellation operation. In embodiment 3, when the selected worker fails to respond for some reason, the user newly selects another worker.
Since the configuration of the elevator call registration system according to embodiment 3 is the same as that of embodiment 1, the description thereof will be omitted, and the procedure of releasing the safety measures of the elevator will be described.
In fig. 6, when the user of the elevator operates the touch panel 3 of the landing operation panel 2 (S301), a command is transmitted from the landing operation panel 2 to the control panel 9 of the elevator to display position information of the worker having the security measure cancellation authority (S302). The control panel 9 that receives the instruction reads out a map of the floor on which the landing operating panel 2 is installed from a memory (not shown), and superimposes the position information of the worker, which is transmitted to the control panel 9 from a tag or the like carried by the worker by wireless communication, on the map of the floor and transmits the same to the landing operating panel 2 (S303).
When the information arrives at the landing operating panel 2 from the control panel 9, a map of the floor on which the positional information of the worker is superimposed is displayed on the display 8 (S304). When the user who sees the display selects worker B on the map of the floor displayed on the display 8 (S305), the landing operating panel 2 transmits a response request command to worker B (S306).
When the worker B who received the response request command does not respond within a predetermined time or a response indicating that the response is not possible is made (S307), the user selects another worker a using the landing operating panel 2 (S308), and the landing operating panel 2 transmits the response request command to the worker a (S309).
The subsequent steps are the same as those in embodiment 1.
The operator a who has received the response request instruction uses a communication device carried by the operator a to communicate with a user located in front of the hall operating panel 2, and confirms who the person requesting the response is by an extension phone (S310).
Here, the communication device carried by the worker may be any device that can communicate with the user, such as a smartphone, a mobile phone, or a PHS. In fig. 6, the user is notified from the worker a, but the user may hit the worker a from the landing operation panel 2.
When a worker a is requested from a user via the landing operation panel 2 and the communication device to cancel the security measure of the elevator (S311), the worker a goes to the elevator landing and swipes a card for canceling the security measure at the card reader 4 (S312). The hall operation panel 2 on which the card is swiped transmits a safety measure release command to the control panel 9 (S313), and when the authentication is established in the control panel 9, the control panel 9 releases the safety measure of the hall operation panel 2 (S314).
When the safety measure is canceled, the user operates the hall operating panel 2 to set a destination floor and register a call of the elevator (S315).
The control panel 9 that has received an elevator call from the hall operation panel 2 determines a car corresponding to the call, and performs control to cause the car to travel to the floor where the user is located (S316).
Although the case where the destination floor is set by the input button 7 has been described here, the destination direction may be set by the input button 7.
Although the case where the user reselects another worker when the worker selected first fails to respond is described here, the reselection may be performed by the control panel 9 as shown in fig. 7. In this case, steps S302 to S305 are the same as those in fig. 6.
After step S305, the landing operating panel 2 notifies the control panel 9 of the selection of the worker B (S317), and the control panel 9 transmits a response request command to the worker B (S318).
When the worker B who received the response request command does not respond within a predetermined time or when a response indicating that the response is not possible is made (S319), the control panel 9 selects another worker a and transmits the response request command to the worker a (S320). When the operator a having received the instruction can handle the instruction, the operator a responds to the control panel 9 (S321).
The control panel 9 that receives the response updates the position information of the worker a, and superimposes the position information on the floor map and transmits the result to the landing operation panel 2 (S322). When the information arrives at the landing operating panel 2 from the control panel 9, a map of the floor on which the position information of the worker a is superimposed is displayed on the display 8 (S323). At this time, the worker a uses his/her own communication device to communicate with the user located in front of the hall operating panel 2, and confirms who the person who requests the call is by the extension phone (S324).
In fig. 7, the user is notified from the worker a, but the user may hit the worker a from the landing operation panel 2.
When a worker a is requested from a user via the landing operating panel 2 and the communication device to release the security of the elevator (S325), the worker a goes to the elevator landing and swipes the card for releasing the security at the card reader 4 (S326). The landing operating panel 2 on which the card is swiped transmits a safety measure release command to the control panel 9 (S327), and when the authentication is established in the control panel 9, the control panel 9 releases the safety measure of the landing operating panel 2 (S328).
When the safety measure is canceled, the user operates the hall operating panel 2 to set a destination floor and register an elevator call (S329).
The control panel 9 that has received an elevator call from the hall operating panel 2 determines a car corresponding to the call, and performs control to cause the car to travel to the floor where the user is located (S330).
As described above, according to the elevator call registration system of embodiment 3, even in an elevator provided with a safety device, the position information of the safety measure cancellation authorized person (worker) can be displayed at the timing when the user wants to use the elevator, and therefore, the user does not need to search for the worker at all.
Further, since the worker can confirm the person who requests the release of the security measure by the extension telephone, the security performance can be maintained.
Further, when the worker selected first fails to respond, another worker is newly selected, and therefore the waiting time of the user can be shortened.
Embodiment 4.
An elevator call registration system according to embodiment 4 of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 8.
In embodiment 3, when the worker selected by the user fails to respond for some reason, the user or the control panel reselects another worker. In embodiment 4, when the worker selected by the control panel fails to respond for some reason, the control panel reselects another worker.
The configuration of the elevator call registration system according to embodiment 4 is the same as that of embodiment 1, and therefore, description thereof is omitted, and a procedure of canceling the safety measures of the elevator will be described.
In fig. 8, when the user of the elevator operates the touch panel 3 of the landing operation panel 2 (S401), a command is transmitted from the landing operation panel 2 to the control panel 9 of the elevator to display position information of the worker having the security measure cancellation authority (S402). The control panel 9 having received the command automatically selects the worker B having the security measure cancellation authority, and transmits a response request command to the worker B (S403).
When the worker B who received the response request command does not respond within a predetermined time or when a response indicating that the response is not possible is made (S404), the control panel 9 selects another worker a and transmits the response request command to the worker a (S405). When the worker a having received the instruction can handle the instruction, the worker a responds to the control panel 9 (S406).
The subsequent steps are the same as those in embodiment 2.
The control panel 9 that receives the response from the operator a reads the map of the floor where the landing operation panel 2 is installed from the memory (not shown), and superimposes the position information of the operator transmitted to the control panel 9 from a communication device, a tag, or the like carried by the operator by wireless communication on the map of the floor and transmits the superimposed information to the landing operation panel 2 (S407).
When the information arrives at the landing operating panel 2 from the control panel 9, a map of the floor on which the position information of the worker a is superimposed is displayed on the display 8 (S408). At this time, the worker a communicates with the user located in front of the hall operating panel 2 using his/her own communication device, and confirms the person who the call is made from by the extension phone (S409).
Here, the communication device carried by the staff member may be any device that can communicate with the user, such as a smartphone, a mobile phone, and a PHS. In the figure, the user is notified from the worker a, but a communication device may be provided for the user to get to the worker a from the landing operation panel 2.
When a worker a is requested from a user via the hall operation panel 2 and the communication device to cancel the security measure of the elevator (S410), the worker a goes to the elevator hall and swipes a card for canceling the security measure at the card reader 4 (S411). The hall operating panel 2 on which the card is swiped transmits a safety measure release command to the control panel 9 (S412), and when the authentication is established in the control panel 9, the control panel 9 releases the safety measure of the hall operating panel 2 (S413).
When the safety measure is cancelled, the user operates the hall operating panel 2 to set a destination floor and register an elevator call (S414).
The control panel 9 that has received an elevator call from the hall operation panel determines a car corresponding to the call, and performs control to cause the car to travel to the floor where the user is located (S415).
Although the case where the destination floor is set by the input button 7 has been described here, the destination direction may be set by the input button 7.
As described above, according to the elevator call registration system of embodiment 4, even in an elevator provided with a safety device, the position information of the safety measure cancellation authorized person (worker) can be displayed at the timing when the user wants to use the elevator, and therefore the user does not need to search for the worker at all.
Further, since the operator can confirm the person who requests the release of the security measure by the extension telephone, the security performance can be maintained.
Further, since the control panel automatically selects the operator, the number of times the user operates the touch panel can be reduced.
In addition, when the first selected worker fails to respond, the control panel reselects another worker, so that the waiting time of the user can be shortened.
Embodiment 5.
An elevator call registration system according to embodiment 5 of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 9.
In embodiment 4, when the operator selected by the dial fails to respond for some reason, the dial reselects another operator. In embodiment 5, in a case where the worker selected by the control panel fails to respond for some reason, the user newly selects another worker.
The configuration of the elevator call registration system according to embodiment 5 is the same as that of embodiment 1, and therefore, description thereof is omitted, and a procedure of canceling the safety measures of the elevator will be described.
In fig. 9, when the user of the elevator operates the touch panel 3 of the landing operation panel 2 (S501), a command is transmitted from the landing operation panel 2 to the control panel 9 of the elevator to display position information of the worker having the safety measure cancellation authority (S502). The control panel 9 having received the command automatically selects the worker B having the security measure cancellation authority, and transmits a response request command to the worker B (S503).
When the worker B who has received the response request instruction does not respond within a predetermined time period or a response indicating that the response cannot be made is made (S504), the control panel 9 reads the map of the floor on which the hall operating panel 2 is installed from a memory (not shown), and superimposes the position information of all workers (except the worker B) transmitted to the control panel 9 from a tag or the like carried by the worker by wireless communication on the map of the floor and transmits the superimposed position information to the hall operating panel 2 (S505).
When the information arrives at the landing operation panel 2 from the control panel 9, a map of the floor on which the position information of the worker is superimposed is displayed on the display 8 (S506).
When the user who sees the display selects the worker a on the map of the floor displayed on the display 8, the landing operating panel 2 transmits a response request command to the worker a (S507).
The subsequent steps are the same as those in embodiment 2.
The worker a who received the response request command makes a call with the user located in front of the hall operation panel 2 using the communication device carried by the worker a, and confirms who the person who requested the response is by calling the user (S508).
Here, the communication device carried by the staff member may be any device that can communicate with the user, such as a smartphone, a mobile phone, and a PHS. In fig. 9, the user is notified from the worker a, but the user may give the worker a from the landing operation panel 2.
When a worker a is requested from a user via the landing operation panel 2 and the communication device to cancel the security measure of the elevator (S509), the worker a goes to the elevator landing and swipes the card for canceling the security measure at the card reader 4 (S510). The landing operating panel 2 on which the card is swiped transmits a security measure cancellation command to the control panel 9 (S511), and when the authentication is established in the control panel 9, the control panel 9 cancels the security measure of the landing operating panel 2 (S512).
When the safety measure is cancelled, the user operates the landing operation panel 2 to set a destination floor and registers an elevator call (S513).
The control panel 9 that receives an elevator call from the hall operation panel 2 determines a car corresponding to the call, and performs control to cause the car to travel to the floor where the user is located (S514).
Although the case where the destination floor is set by the input button 7 has been described here, the destination direction may be set by the input button 7.
As described above, according to the elevator call registration system of embodiment 5, even in an elevator provided with a safety device, the position information of the safety measure release authority (worker) can be displayed at the timing when the user wants to use the elevator, and therefore, the user does not need to search for the worker everywhere.
Further, since the operator can confirm the person who requests the release of the security measure by the extension telephone, the security performance can be maintained.
Further, since the initial selection by the operator is automatically performed by the control panel, the number of operations on the touch panel by the user can be reduced.
In addition, when the worker selected first by the control panel fails to respond, the user selects another worker, and therefore the waiting time of the user can be shortened.
Embodiment 6.
An elevator call registration system according to embodiment 6 of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 10.
In embodiments 1 to 5, a response request for releasing a security measure is transmitted to a specific worker. In embodiment 6, a response request is sent from the landing operation panel to all the workers displayed on the display.
The configuration of the elevator call registration system according to embodiment 6 is the same as that of embodiment 1, and therefore, description thereof is omitted, and a procedure of canceling the safety measures of the elevator will be described.
In fig. 10, when the user of the elevator operates the touch panel 3 of the landing operation panel 2 (S601), a command is transmitted from the landing operation panel 2 to the control panel 9 of the elevator to display the position information of the worker having the safety measure cancellation authority (S602). The control panel 9 that received the command reads out a map of the floor where the landing operating panel 2 is installed from a memory (not shown), and superimposes position information of the worker transmitted to the control panel 9 from a communication device, a tag, or the like carried by the worker on the map of the floor by wireless communication and transmits the superimposed information to the landing operating panel 2 (S603).
When the information arrives at the landing operation panel 2 from the control panel 9, a map of the floor on which the position information of the worker is superimposed is displayed on the display 8 (S604). When the user who sees the display performs an operation of calling the worker from the touch panel 3 (S605), a response request command is transmitted to all the workers displayed on the landing operation panel 2 (S606).
The operator a who can respond to the instruction uses a communication device carried by the operator a to communicate with the user located in front of the hall operating panel 2, and confirms the person who requests the instruction by an extension phone (S607). On the other hand, the worker B who cannot respond to the command does not respond within a predetermined time or performs a response indicating that it cannot respond (S608).
Here, the communication device carried by the staff member may be any device that can communicate with the user, such as a smartphone, a mobile phone, and a PHS.
When the user requests the worker a to cancel the security measure of the elevator via the landing operation panel 2 (S609), the worker a goes to the elevator landing and swipes the card for canceling the security measure at the card reader 4 (S610). The landing operating panel 2 that has performed the card swiping operation transmits a safety measure cancellation command to the control panel 9 (S611), and when the authentication is established in the control panel 9, the control panel 9 cancels the safety measure of the landing operating panel 2 (S612).
When the safety measure is cancelled, the user operates the hall operating panel 2 to set a destination floor and register an elevator call (S613).
The control panel 9 that has received an elevator call from the hall operating panel 2 determines a car corresponding to the call, and performs control to cause the car to travel to the floor where the user is located (S614).
Although the case where the destination floor is set by the input button 7 has been described here, the destination direction may be set by the input button 7.
Although the description has been given here of the case where only the worker a has made a response indicating that it is possible to respond, when a plurality of workers have made responses indicating that it is possible to respond, for example, the worker who has made the response the earliest or the worker who has arrived at the hall the fastest is selected as the safety measure disarmer, and a response request is transmitted from the hall operating panel 2.
As described above, according to the elevator call registration system of embodiment 6, even in an elevator provided with a safety device, the position information of the safety measure release authority (worker) can be displayed at the timing when the user wants to use the elevator, and therefore, the user does not need to search for the worker at all.
Further, since the operator can confirm the person who requests the release of the security measure by the extension telephone, the security performance can be maintained.
Further, since the response request command is transmitted to the plurality of workers at once, the worker who can release the security measure can be found more quickly, and the waiting time of the user can be shortened.
Embodiment 7.
An elevator call registration system according to embodiment 7 of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 11.
In embodiment 6, a response request is sent from the landing operation panel to the entire staff members displayed on the display. In embodiment 7, a control panel makes a response request to all staff members having a security measure release authority.
Since the configuration of the elevator call registration system according to embodiment 7 is the same as that of embodiment 1, description thereof will be omitted, and a procedure for releasing the safety measures of the elevator will be described.
In fig. 11, when the user of the elevator operates the touch panel 3 of the landing operation panel 2 (S701), a command is transmitted from the landing operation panel 2 to the control panel 9 of the elevator to display the position information of the worker having the safety measure cancellation authority (S702). The control panel 9 having received the command transmits a response request command to all the workers having the security measure cancellation authority (S703).
The operator a who can respond to the instruction responds to the landing operating panel 2 using a communication device carried by the operator a (S704), and the operator B does not respond for a predetermined time or responds indicating that the response cannot be provided (S705).
The control panel 9 that receives the response reads out the map of the floor where the landing operating panel 2 is installed from the memory (not shown), and superimposes the position information of the worker transmitted to the control panel 9 from the communication device, the tag, or the like carried by the worker by wireless communication on the map of the floor and transmits the superimposed information to the landing operating panel 2 (S706).
When the information arrives at the landing operating panel 2 from the control panel 9, a map of the floor on which the position information of the worker a is superimposed is displayed on the display 8 (S707). At this time, the operator a uses his/her own communication device to communicate with the user located in front of the hall operating panel 2, and confirms who the person requesting the call is by an extension phone (S708).
Here, the communication device carried by the staff member may be any device that can communicate with the user, such as a smartphone, a mobile phone, and a PHS. In fig. 11, the user is notified from the worker a, but the user may hit the worker a from the landing operation panel 2.
When a worker a requests the worker a to cancel the security measure of the elevator via the landing operation panel 2 and the communication device (S709), the worker a goes to the elevator landing and swipes the card for canceling the security measure at the card reader 4 (S710). The landing operating panel 2 that has performed the card swiping operation transmits a security measure cancellation command to the control panel 9 (S711), and when the authentication is established in the control panel 9, the control panel 9 cancels the security measure of the landing operating panel 2 (S712).
When the safety measure is canceled, the user operates the hall operating panel 2 to set a destination floor and register an elevator call (S713).
The control panel 9 that has received an elevator call from the hall operating panel 2 determines a car corresponding to the call, and performs control to cause the car to travel to the floor where the user is located (S714).
Although the case where the destination floor is set by the input button 7 has been described here, the destination direction may be set by the input button 7.
Although the case where only the worker a performs the response indicating that the response is possible has been described here, when a plurality of workers perform the response indicating that the response is possible, for example, the worker who has responded the earliest or the worker who has arrived at the hall the fastest requests the release of the security measure.
As described above, according to the elevator call registration system of embodiment 7, even in an elevator provided with a safety device, it is possible to display the position information of the safety measure cancellation authorized person (worker) at the timing when the user wants to use the elevator, and therefore the user does not need to search for the worker at all.
Further, since the worker can confirm the person who requests the release of the security measure by the extension telephone, the security performance can be maintained.
Further, since the response request command is transmitted to the plurality of workers at once, the worker who can release the security measure can be found more quickly, and the waiting time of the user can be shortened.
Embodiment 8.
An elevator call registration system according to embodiment 8 of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 12.
In the embodiments described above, the case where the worker selected by the user releases the security measure is described. In embodiment 8, when the worker selected by the user cannot cope with the situation, adjustment is performed among a plurality of workers, and the worker who can cope with the situation cancels the safety measure.
The configuration of the elevator call registration system according to embodiment 8 is the same as that of embodiment 1, and therefore, description thereof is omitted, and a procedure of canceling the safety measures of the elevator will be described.
In fig. 12, when the user of the elevator operates the touch panel 3 of the landing operation panel 2 (S801), a command is transmitted from the landing operation panel 2 to the control panel 9 of the elevator to display the position information of the worker having the safety measure cancellation authority (S802). The control panel 9 that receives the instruction reads out a map of the floor on which the landing operating panel 2 is installed from a memory (not shown), and superimposes the position information of the worker transmitted to the control panel 9 from a communication device or a tag carried by the worker by wireless communication on the map of the floor and transmits the superimposed information to the landing operating panel 2 (S803).
When the information arrives at the landing operation panel 2 from the control panel 9, a map of the floor on which the position information of the worker is superimposed is displayed on the display 8 (S804). When the user who is displayed selects the worker a on the near-elevator side on the map of the floor displayed on the display 8 (S805), the landing operating panel 2 transmits a response request command to the worker a (S806).
In the case where the worker a having received the response request instruction cannot respond, the response request instruction is automatically forwarded to another worker B having the security provision cancellation authority by the operation of the worker a or by the communication device of the worker a (S807).
When the response is possible, the worker B who received the response request instruction notifies the communication device of the worker a of the possibility of response using the communication device carried by the worker B (S808). The worker B uses his/her own communication device to communicate with the user located in front of the hall operating panel 2, and confirms the person who requests the communication by calling the hall (S809).
Here, the communication device carried by the staff member may be any device that can communicate with the user, such as a smartphone, a mobile phone, and a PHS.
When a user requests worker B to release the security measure of the elevator via the landing operation panel 2 (S810), worker B goes to the elevator landing and swipes the card for releasing the security measure at the card reader 4 (S811). The hall operation panel 2 on which the card is swiped transmits a safety measure release command to the control panel 9 (S812), and when the authentication is established in the control panel 9, the control panel 9 releases the safety measure of the hall operation panel 2 (S813).
When the safety measure is cancelled, the user operates the hall operating panel 2 to set a destination floor and register an elevator call (S814).
The control panel 9 that has received an elevator call from the hall operating panel 2 determines a car corresponding to the call, and performs control to cause the car to travel to the floor where the user is located (S815).
Although the case where the destination floor is set by the input button 7 has been described here, the destination direction may be set by the input button 7.
Although the explanation is given here of the case where the adjustment is performed individually between the case where the worker a cannot respond and the case where the adjustment is performed individually between the workers B, when there are a plurality of workers, the response request may be transmitted to these workers at once.
As described above, according to the elevator call registration system of embodiment 8, even in an elevator provided with a safety device, the position information of the safety measure release authority (worker) can be displayed at the timing when the user wants to use the elevator, and therefore, the user does not need to search for the worker at all.
In addition, since the operator can confirm the person who requests the release of the security measure by the extension telephone, the security performance can be maintained.
Further, when the worker selected by the user cannot cope with other tasks or the like, the adjustment with other workers is performed on the system side, and therefore, the user can call the worker who cancels the safety measure for himself/herself without performing an additional operation. In addition, the waiting time of the user can be shortened.
In addition, although the above embodiments 1 to 8 have described the case where the position information of the worker is displayed on the display 8 of the landing operation panel 2, the position information may be displayed on a communication device (not shown) carried by the user or the like.
In addition, although the above embodiments 1 to 8 have described the case where the worker performs the operation for releasing the safety measure at the landing, the safety release instruction may be remotely transmitted to the control panel 9 by performing a predetermined operation from a communication device carried by the worker. In this case, the communication terminal of the worker functions as an operation panel for canceling the security measure.
Thus, even when there is no worker who can immediately reach the elevator landing, the waiting time of the user can be shortened. Further, since the worker who releases the security measure can confirm the person who sends the security measure release request by talking with the user through the extension telephone, the security performance can be ensured.
