Description

Elevator landing guide device
Technical Field
The present invention relates to an elevator hall guidance device for guiding a user to an assigned elevator in an elevator in which an elevator to be carried is assigned to a user who performs a car call operation by using an operation device in an elevator hall.
Background
As a technique for guiding a user to an assigned elevator by voice in an elevator apparatus in which any of a plurality of elevator cars is assigned to the user of an elevator, for example, patent document 1 discloses a technique for guiding a location to which the assigned elevator is assigned to a disabled person by voice.

Patent document
Patent document 1: japanese patent laid-open publication No. 2015-214416.
Disclosure of Invention
Problems to be solved by the invention
Patent document 1 discloses a technique of starting voice guidance when a user operates a destination floor registration device to determine an assigned car, but does not disclose timing for ending voice guidance. For example, if the voice guidance is finished for a fixed time, if the destination floor registration device is far from the assigned car or if the user such as a handicapped person has a slow moving speed, the voice guidance is finished before the user arrives at the assigned car, whereas if the destination floor registration device is close to the assigned car, the unnecessary voice guidance continues after the user arrives at the assigned car, which may confuse other users. In this way, since a difference in moving distance to the assigned car or moving speed based on user attributes such as age, sex, and presence or absence of physical disability occurs in the moving time from the location where the facility is operated to the hall where the car is assigned, if the voice guidance is not finished at an appropriate timing, the voice guidance time will be over or short.
Further, in patent document 1, although the guidance content is changed based on the position information transmitted from the portable terminal device held by the user, when the position of the user can be detected by the portable terminal device, the voice guidance can be ended after the user is detected to have arrived at the hall to which the elevator is assigned, but the voice guidance time for the user of the portable terminal device that does not have the transmitted position information is still excessive or insufficient as described above.
An object of the present invention is to provide an elevator hall guide device capable of terminating a guide sound such as voice guidance at an appropriate timing even when a user moves at a different distance or at a different moving speed due to a difference in user attributes or the like.
Means for solving the problems
An elevator landing guide device according to the present invention includes: a 1 st imaging device that images a user who operates a car call means; a guidance sound output unit that outputs a guidance sound indicating an assigned car determined in accordance with a user; a 2 nd imaging device that images a hall of the numbering machine; a detection unit that detects an image corresponding to the user captured by the 1 st imaging device from the landing image of the assigned elevator captured by the 2 nd imaging device; and a guide sound control unit that stops the output of the guide sound from the guide sound output unit when the detection unit detects an image corresponding to the user from the landing image to which the car is assigned.
Effects of the invention
The present invention is provided with a guide sound control section that stops output of a guide sound from a guide sound output section when an image corresponding to a user is detected from a landing image of an assigned car by a detection section, and therefore, even when the user has a different moving distance or moving speed, the guide sound is terminated when the user arrives at the assigned car, and therefore, the guide sound can be output at an appropriate timing to guide the user.

Detailed Description
Embodiment 1.
An elevator landing guide device according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram showing an elevator hall of an elevator system provided with an elevator landing guide device to which an embodiment of the present invention is applied.
The elevator guiding area 1 of the elevator lobby is e.g. located halfway the path from the entrance of the building to the elevator landing 3 of each elevator car 2. In the elevator guide area 1, there are provided: a 1 st image pickup device 4 that picks up an image of a user 9 who has arrived at the elevator guide area 1 in order to use the elevator; a car call means 5 for calling a car; and a guide sound output unit 6 that outputs a guide sound for guiding the car to be ridden to the user 9. Fig. 2 is an external view showing an example of an operation panel provided with the car call means 5, the 1 st imaging device 4, and the guidance sound output portion 6.
An elevator landing 3 of each of the elevator cars 2 from the car a to the car D is provided with a 2 nd imaging device 7 for imaging users 19 located around the elevator landing 3 and a guidance sound output unit 8 for outputting a guidance sound.
In such an elevator hall, when a user 9 who comes to an elevator guide area 1 in order to use an elevator performs an operation of calling a car by a car call means 5, the 1 st imaging device 4 images the user 9 who performed the car call operation, and an elevator car assigned to the user 9 who performed the car call operation is determined. The determination of the assigned car may be performed by any method, and a car capable of performing efficient operation may be assigned according to the destination of the user 9 and the current position of each car, or a priority car may be assigned to a car corresponding to the attribute of the user 9 such as age, sex, presence or absence of disability, for example, when there is a car to which the elderly or disabled person takes priority, to the corresponding user 9. The attribute of the user 9 can be obtained by, for example: the determination is made based on information input by the user 9 pressing a button for a disabled person or the like when operating the car call means 5, or the attribute or the like is determined by analyzing the image of the user 9 captured by the 1 st imaging device 4.
When the assigned car is determined, a guidance sound indicating the assigned car is output from the guidance sound output unit 6, and the user 9 can move around the elevator landing 3 of the assigned elevator car 2 in accordance with the guidance sound.
On the other hand, in each elevator landing 3, users 19 located around each elevator car 2 are imaged by the 2 nd imaging device 7. The elevator control device 10 installed in the machine room performs a detection operation of detecting whether or not the user 9 imaged by the 1 st imaging device 4 is imaged by the 2 nd imaging device 7 installed in each elevator landing 3 corresponding to the assigned elevator based on the image imaged by the 2 nd imaging device 7 and the image of the user 9 imaged by the 1 st imaging device 4 of the elevator guide area 1, and stops the output of the guide sound from the guide sound output section 6 when it is detected that the user 9 imaged by the 1 st imaging device 4 is imaged by the 2 nd imaging device 7 installed in each elevator landing 3 corresponding to the assigned elevator. Thus, the guidance sound starts when the user 9 starts to travel to the assigned car and ends when the user reaches the assigned car, so that the user 9 can be guided by outputting the guidance sound at an appropriate timing.
Next, a detailed configuration of the elevator landing guide device of the present invention will be described. Fig. 3 is a configuration diagram showing a detailed configuration of an elevator system provided with an elevator landing guide device of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 3, in the elevator guiding area 1, a communication portion 11a connected to the network 11 is provided in addition to the 1 st imaging device 4, the car call means 5, and the guiding sound output portion 6 described above. The 1 st imaging device 4, the car call means 5, and the guidance sound output portion 6 are connected to the communication portion 11a, and exchange information with the elevator control device 10 via the communication portion 11a and the network 11.
The car call means 5 is constituted by an up/down call button and/or a destination floor button, and the guidance sound output portion 6 is constituted by a speaker or the like that outputs a guidance sound such as a voice or a melody sound indicating information for guiding the user 9 who has called the elevator by the car call means 5 to the assigned elevator. Examples of the guidance sound for guiding the user 9 to the assigned car include a voice indicating a name, a position, a car number, and a direction of the assigned car, and melody sounds unique to each car and generated around the assigned car. Further, if the language used by the user 9 can be estimated from the image of the user 9, the guidance sound can be broadcast in the language, and information on the assigned car that is easier to understand can be presented to the user 9.
In addition to the 2 nd imaging device 7 and the guidance sound output unit 8, the elevator hall 3 is provided with a communication unit 11c connected to the network 11. The 2 nd imaging device 7 and the guidance sound output unit 8 are connected to the communication unit 11c, and exchange information with the elevator control device 10 via the communication unit 11c and the network 11.
An elevator control device 10 that controls the operation of the entire elevator is provided in the machine room of the elevator. Each part of the elevator control device 10 will be described below.
The communication section 11b is connected to the network 11, and performs communication with the communication section 11a of the elevator guide area 1 and the communication section 11c of the elevator landing 3 via the network 11.
The elevator control section 12 receives information from the elevator guide area 1 and the elevator landing 3, and performs operation control of the elevator, such as opening and closing of an elevator car door and running control of the elevator car.
The 1 st acquired information storage unit 13 stores the image information acquired by the 1 st imaging device 4.
The 1 st recognition unit 14 recognizes a face image of the user 9 who has operated the car call means 5 to call the elevator, which is included in the image information stored in the 1 st acquired information storage unit 13.
The determination unit 15 determines the attribute of the user 9 identified by the 1 st identification unit 14, and determines an elevator assigned number suitable for the attribute of the user 9 from among the plurality of elevator numbers. The determination of the assigned elevator by the determination unit 15 is performed by the various methods described above, and here, the case where the attribute is determined based on the face image of the user 9, and the appropriate elevator is determined as the assigned elevator is shown, but for example, when the attribute of the user 9 is obtained from the car call means 5 and the appropriate elevator is determined as the assigned elevator, or when the elevator capable of realizing efficient operation is determined as the assigned elevator based on the destination and the position of each current elevator, the determination unit 15 obtains necessary information from the car call means 5 and determines the assigned elevator.
The user assignment information storage unit 16 stores information for identifying the user 9, such as the face image and feature information of the user 9 identified by the 1 st identification unit 14, in association with the number of the elevator assigned elevator car determined by the determination unit 15.
The 2 nd acquired information storage unit 17 stores the image information acquired by the 2 nd imaging device 7.
The 2 nd recognition unit 18 recognizes a face image of a user 19 who is present at the elevator landing 3 and is included in the image information stored in the 2 nd acquired information storage unit 17. The 2 nd recognition unit 18 stores information for identifying the user 19, such as the facial image or feature information of the recognized user 19, in association with the car number corresponding to the hall 3 where the recognized user 19 is photographed.
The detection unit 20 acquires, from the 2 nd recognition unit 18, a face image as information for specifying the user 19 and information of the elevator number corresponding to the elevator landing 3 where the user 19 is photographed, and acquires, from the user assignment information storage unit 16, a face image as information for specifying the user 9 recognized by the 1 st recognition unit 14 and information of the number of the assigned elevator of the elevator determined by the determination unit 15, and detects whether or not the user 9 recognized by the 1 st recognition unit 14 is present in the user 19 recognized by the 2 nd recognition unit 18. Specifically, the face image acquired from the 2 nd recognition unit 18 is a face image obtained by imaging the user 19 positioned at each elevator landing 3, and the face image acquired from the user allocation information storage unit 16 is a face image of the user 9 imaged in the elevator guide area 1, and therefore, when a matching face image is found by comparing these images, the user 9 who departed from the elevator guide area 1 arrives at a certain elevator landing 3. When the detection unit 20 detects the matching of the face images, it outputs the elevator number corresponding to the elevator landing 3 where the user 19 is photographed and matching information indicating whether the elevator corresponding to the number matches the assigned elevator of the user 19.
The guide sound control section 21 performs control of starting or stopping output of a guide sound for guiding the user 9 to the assigned car to the guide sound output section 6 of the elevator guide area 1 or the guide sound output section 6 of the elevator landing 3 to which the car is assigned. Specifically, when the determination unit 15 determines that a car is assigned, the guidance sound control unit 21 causes the guidance sound output unit 6 of the elevator guidance area 1 or the guidance sound output unit 6 of the elevator hall 3 to which a car is assigned to start outputting a guidance sound. When the aforementioned elevator number and matching information corresponding to the elevator landing 3 in which the user 19 is photographed are received from the detection unit 20, the guidance sound control unit 21 starts or stops the guidance sound output units 6 and 8 from outputting the guidance sound based on the received information. For example, when the received matching information indicates that the elevator number of the elevator hall 3 where the user 19 is photographed matches the assigned elevator of the user 19, it means that the user 9 who departed from the elevator guiding area 1 has arrived at the elevator hall 3 where the elevator is assigned, and therefore control is performed to stop the output of the guide sound by the guide sound output unit 6 or the guide sound output unit 6 of the elevator hall 3 where the elevator is assigned. Further, when the received matching information indicates that the car number of the elevator hall 3 does not match the assigned car of the user 19, it means that the user 9 who departed from the elevator guide area 1 has arrived at the elevator hall 3 to which a car other than the assigned car is not assigned, and therefore the guidance sound output section 8 of the elevator hall 3 corresponding to the car number received together with the matching information is controlled as follows: the user 19 is caused to output a guidance sound indicating that the number is not assigned, for example, a voice such as "this is not an assigned number and the user is asked to move to a number which is sounding a guidance sound".
The 1 st acquired information storage unit 13 and the 2 nd acquired information storage unit 17 may be configured by the same storage device. Since the 1 st recognition unit 14 and the 2 nd recognition unit 18 perform the same operation, a configuration may be adopted in which one recognition circuit and one program are shared. The guidance sound output unit 8 may be shared with the guidance sound output unit 6.
The car call means 5, the 1 st imaging device 4, the determination section 15, the guidance sound output section 6, the 2 nd imaging device 7, the detection section 20, and the guidance sound control section 21 described above constitute an elevator hall guidance device.
Next, the operation of the elevator hall guide device according to the present embodiment will be described. The elevator landing guide apparatus shown in fig. 1 guides users 9 by two roughly divided operations, one of which is an operation of starting guidance after recognizing users 9 who have arrived at the elevator guide area 1, and the other of which is an operation of ending guidance of users who have arrived at the assigned elevator after recognizing users 19 who are located at each elevator landing 3.
Fig. 4 is a flowchart showing an operation in which the elevator landing guide apparatus shown in fig. 1 recognizes a user 9 who has arrived at the elevator guide area 1, and then starts a guide to the user 9.
First, when the operation of the elevator system is started, the operation of the car is controlled by the elevator control section 12, the elevator control section 12 monitors the operation of the car call means 5, and when the car call means 5 is operated, operation information corresponding to the operation is transmitted from the car call means 5 to the elevator control section 12 via the communication section 11a, the network 11, and the communication section 11b, and is used during the operation of the elevator. When detecting an operation on the elevator car call means 5, the elevator control section 12 transmits operation detection information indicating the presence of the operation to the elevator landing guide device.
The elevator hall guidance device operates according to the flowchart of fig. 4, and first, in step S1, the elevator control unit 12 monitors operation detection information, and after the operation detection information is notified, in step S2, the user 9 who has operated the car call means 5 is imaged by the 1 st imaging device 4. The captured image information is transmitted to and stored in the 1 st acquired information storage unit 13 via the communication unit 11a, the network 11, and the communication unit 11 b.
Subsequently, the process proceeds to step S3, where the 1 st recognition unit 14 recognizes a face image of the user 9 who operated the car call means 5 to call the elevator, who is a person included in the image information stored in the 1 st acquired information storage unit 13.
Subsequently, the process proceeds to step S4, where the determination unit 15 determines the attribute of the user 9 identified by the 1 st identification unit 14, and determines an elevator assigned elevator suitable for the attribute of the user 9 from among the elevators of the a to D elevators. The face image information of the user 9 and the information of the assigned car determined are stored in the user assignment information storage unit 16.
Subsequently, the process proceeds to step S5, and the guidance sound control unit 21 performs control for starting the output of the guidance sound for guidance to the assigned elevator by the guidance sound output unit 6 of the elevator guidance area 1 or the guidance sound output unit 8 of the elevator hall 3 to which the elevator is assigned, in order to guide the user 9 who has called the elevator by operating the car call means 5 to the elevator hall 3 to which the elevator is assigned, which is determined by the determination unit 15. The user 9 moves to the periphery of the elevator landing 3 of the assigned elevator car 2 by listening to the guidance sound for guiding to the assigned car.
As described above, the output of the guidance sound for guiding the user 9 is started, and thereafter, the process returns to step S1, and the notification of the next operation detection information is monitored in preparation for the start of guidance of the user 9 who arrives at the elevator guidance area 1 next.
Next, an operation of identifying the user 19 positioned at each elevator landing 3 and ending guidance to the user 9 who has reached the assigned elevator will be described. Fig. 5 is a flowchart showing an operation in which the elevator landing guide device shown in fig. 1 recognizes the user 19 who has arrived at the elevator landing 3, and ends the guidance for the user 19 who has arrived at the assigned elevator.
During operation of the elevator system, the 2 nd imaging device 7 always images the elevator hall 3 of the a to D machines, and the image information thus imaged is transmitted to and stored in the 2 nd acquired information storage unit 17 via the communication unit 11c, the network 11, and the communication unit 11b at any time.
In step S6, the elevator hall guidance device causes the 2 nd recognition unit 18 to recognize the face image of the person in the image information stored in the 2 nd acquired information storage unit 17 as needed, thereby recognizing the user 19 present at the elevator hall 3. When a user 19 waiting for the elevator at the elevator landing 3 is identified, the face image of the identified user 19 is stored as information for identifying the user 19 in association with the elevator number corresponding to the elevator landing 3 in which the identified user 19 is photographed.
Then, in step S7, the detection unit 20 acquires the face image of the user 19 and the number information of the elevator corresponding to the elevator landing 3 in which the user 19 is photographed from the 2 nd recognition unit 18, and acquires the face image as the information for identifying the user 9 recognized by the 1 st recognition unit 14 and the number information of the elevator assigned number determined by the determination unit 15 from the user assignment information storage unit 16. Then, the detection unit 20 detects whether or not there is a face image matching the face image of the user 9 recognized by the 1 st recognition unit 14, which is the face image stored in the user assignment information storage unit 16, among the face images of the users 19 recognized by the 2 nd recognition unit 18. If it is determined in step S7 that there is no matching face image, the process returns to step S6, and steps S6 and S7 are repeated until the user 9 identified by the 1 st recognizer 14 is detected.
When it is determined in step S7 that there is a face image matching the face image of the user 9 identified by the 1 st identification unit 14, this indicates that the user 9 who departed from the elevator guide area 1 has arrived at any one of the elevator landings 3, and the detection unit 20 outputs the car number corresponding to the elevator landing 3 where the user 19 is photographed and matching information indicating whether the car corresponding to this number matches the assigned car of the user 19 to the guide sound control unit 21.
When the guide sound control unit 21 receives the information thus output from the detection unit 20, the guide sound control unit 21 starts or stops the output of the guide sound by the guide sound output unit 6 or 8 based on the received matching information in step S8, step S9, and step S10.
In step S8, the guidance sound control unit 21 refers to the received matching information, and when the matching information indicates that the elevator number of the elevator hall 3 where the user 19 is photographed matches the assigned elevator of the user 19, it means that the user 9 who departs from the elevator guidance area 1 has arrived at the elevator hall 3 where the elevator is assigned, and therefore the process proceeds to step S9, where control is performed to stop the output of the guidance sound from the guidance sound output unit 6 started in step S5 or the guidance sound output unit 6 of the elevator hall 3 where the elevator is assigned. Further, when the matching information received by the guidance sound control unit 21 in step S8 indicates that the elevator number of the elevator hall 3 where the user 19 is photographed does not match the assigned elevator of the user 19, it means that the user 9 who departed from the elevator guidance area 1 has arrived at the elevator hall 3 that is not the assigned elevator, and therefore the flow of actions proceeds to step S10, where the following control is performed: the guidance sound output unit 8 of the elevator landing 3 corresponding to the elevator number received together with the matching information is caused to output a guidance sound indicating that the elevator is not the same as the assigned elevator to the user 19.
After step S9 or step S10, the process returns to step S6 to repeat the above-described operation.
By the above operation, the output of the guidance sound can be terminated at the time when the user 9 who departs from the elevator guidance area 1 arrives at the elevator landing 3 to which the elevator is assigned, and the guidance sound can be output to the elevator user at an appropriate time.
According to the above embodiment 1, since the guide sound control section 21 is provided and the guide sound control section 21 stops the output of the guide sound from the guide sound output section when the image corresponding to the user 9 is detected by the detection section 20 from the image of the elevator landing 3 to which the car is assigned, the output of the guide sound can be ended when the user 9 arrives at the assigned car even when the moving distance and the moving speed of the user 9 are different, and therefore the guide sound can be output at an appropriate timing and the user 9 can be guided.
In the description of the operation of embodiment 1, the operation when the user 9 uses the car call means 5 in the elevator guiding area 1 and the operation when the user 19 at the elevator landing 3 is detected are separately described, but it is conceivable that there are many users and that the user is at the elevator guiding area 1 and the elevator landing 3 at the same time, and these operations are performed in parallel.
In addition, in embodiment 1, a case where the 1 st imaging device 4 and the 2 nd imaging device 7 are used to obtain the face image of the user has been described, but these 1 st imaging device 4 and the 2 nd imaging device 7 may also be used as a security imaging device in the elevator car, the elevator landing 3, or the like. Thus, it is not necessary to provide a plurality of imaging devices in the elevator hall, and the effects of the embodiment can be achieved at a lower cost. When the guard imaging device of the elevator landing 3 that images the elevator landing 3 is used as both the 1 st imaging device 4 and the 2 nd imaging device 7, no special setting is required for imaging the elevator landing 3, but in order to use the in-car guard imaging device that normally images the inside of the car as both the 1 st imaging device 4 and the 2 nd imaging device 7, it is necessary to use the pan/tilt (pan/tilt) function of the imaging device so as to be able to image the elevator landing 3. Specifically, images in the car are acquired during movement of the car, and the orientation of the security imaging device in the car is changed to be outside the car by using the pan/tilt function while the car is stopped at a floor. Here, the car movement information may be obtained from a control panel by communication, or may be recognized by imaging a display of an indicator in the car with an imaging device. The panning/tilting amount may be determined by a method of recognizing an image of frame information of the car door in advance and repeating a tilting operation until the frame information matches the information. Alternatively, once the pan/tilt amount is determined, the picture control apparatus may store the movement amount at that time in advance.
In embodiment 1, although it is not determined whether or not the user is a disabled person, for example, a button for disabled person may be provided in the elevator guide area 1, and the guide sound may be output only to the user who has pressed the button.
In addition, although the case where the output of the guide sound is stopped after it is confirmed that the user 9 has reached the elevator landing 3 to which the elevator is assigned has been described in embodiment 1, it is also conceivable that the user 9 who has made a car call does not use the assigned elevator for some reason, and at this time, the unnecessary guide sound continues to be output. To prevent such a situation, the following functions may be added: an upper limit is set for the time for which the guide sound output unit outputs the guide sound, the output time of the guide sound is measured, and the output of the guide sound is stopped when the upper limit time is exceeded. The upper limit time at this time may be set as appropriate, and for example, the time required for a disabled person to move from the elevator guide area 1 to the farthest elevator landing 3 may be set as a standard time. Further, the attribute of the user 9 identified in the elevator guide area 1 may be determined, and the upper limit time may be calculated and set based on the attribute and the distance to the assigned car. Thus, when the user 9 who has made a car call does not use an assigned elevator, the possibility of confusion to other users due to unnecessary output of the guidance sound can be reduced.
