In order to provide users with more abundant and diversified services, service providers often provide some additional activities based on the implementation of basic functions. Meanwhile, the activity content is pushed and displayed at the application server, so that the user can know and participate in the activity. As shown in fig. 1, is an activity interface presented to a user. The interface has 5 activities in total, and the users can select and participate in the activities according to the requirements of the users. For a provider providing comprehensive services, the number of available activities is large, and the variety is wide, and if the activities are simply presented to each user in a full push manner, it is difficult to meet the personalized requirements of each user, and it is more likely to cause interference to the user.
Aiming at the problems, the currently adopted method is as follows: dedicated manpower is invested to configure the push strategy of various activities, such as activity rule configuration, object pushing, effective time and the like, however, the above work is very demanding for related personnel: when the activity push strategy is configured, not only certain programming skills are required, but also information such as activity content and target user characteristics is required to be comprehensively known, so that in practical application, the activity configuration work is often inefficient, and the expected effect is difficult to achieve.
In view of the above technical problems, the present specification provides the following solutions:
the present specification proposes an activity information pushing system, which can implement differentiated pushing for different target objects through simple configuration, and an exemplary embodiment of the system is shown in fig. 2, and the system specifically includes:
an activity push policy configuration means 201, an activity information push means 202, an activity push policy set 203 and a global activity database 204.
For the active push policy configuration apparatus 201, the main functions are: the staff can interact with the system through a human-computer interaction interface, and can configure the activity pushing strategy through a low-difficulty configuration means. The specific configuration method can be referred to below, and is not described in detail here.
For the activity information pushing device 202, its main functions are: according to the push strategy configured by the staff, the activity information is determined to be pushed to the user, and the specific push mode can refer to the following text, which is not described in detail here.
For the active push policy set 203, its main functions are: the activity push policy configured by the staff member through the activity push policy configuration means 201 is stored, and the activity push policy is provided to the activity information push means 202, so that the activity information push means 202 pushes according to the policy.
For the global activity database 204, all activity information pushed by the service side, that is, activities pushed by the service side according to user requirements or business requirements, is stored in the global activity database. In addition, in order to facilitate the configuration of the activity pushing policy in the later stage, a corresponding label may be correspondingly stored for each activity in the global activity database, that is, the activities may be classified according to the labels.
It is understood that the activity information pushing system is not limited to a single physical computer, but may be distributed, for example, the activity pushing policy configuring means 201 and the activity information pushing means 202 may be distributed on different physical computer devices or may be distributed on the same physical computer device. The computers used may be dedicated or multiplexed with other functions, and no limitation is required in this specification, and those skilled in the art can select an appropriate configuration according to the specific implementation environment.
For convenience of understanding, a configuration method of an activity push policy and an activity information push method, and corresponding apparatuses of the two will be described below, respectively.
Fig. 3 is a flowchart illustrating a method for configuring an active push policy, where the method includes the following steps:
s301, displaying an interactive interface;
when the staff is determined to need to be configured, the man-machine interaction interface can be displayed for the staff to use, and the staff is the user at the moment. The displayed human-computer interaction interface comprises a plurality of interaction controls for configuring information, and each interaction control is used for configuring one type of configuration information.
Wherein, in order to realize the most basic configuration of activity recommendation, at least the recommended target object (to whom the activity is recommended) and the recommended activity (to what the activity is recommended) need to be determined according to the information configured by the staff.
Therefore, at least two interaction controls, one for configuring the activity type, need to be presented to the staff, based on which the staff may configure the screening condition about the activity in the control, and the activity pushing policy configuration apparatus 201 may determine the configuration requirement of the staff for the activity information according to the screening condition configured by the user. Another method is to configure a target object matching condition, based on the interaction control, the staff may configure a matching condition about the active push target object in the control, and the active push policy configuration apparatus 201 may determine a configuration requirement of the staff for the push target object according to the target object matching condition configured by the staff. FIG. 4a is a schematic diagram of an interactive interface for configuring an activity push policy, shown in this specification;
as shown in the figure, the interactive interface comprises an activity type configuration control and a target object matching condition configuration control, and a worker can directly select or fill in an activity type in the activity type configuration control; the staff member can directly select or fill in the target object matching condition configuration control.
For a more clear description of the matching conditions of the activity type and the target object, the matching conditions of the activity type and the target object are illustrated in a specific embodiment. If the staff wishes to push activities to males between 20-30 years of age, the target object matching condition may be configured as "males between 20-30 of age"; if the recommended activity is the activity of the sports class, the activity type may be configured as "sports", and it is understood that the activity type and the target object matching condition in the above example are only simple examples, and in practical applications, the staff may perform corresponding configuration according to the requirement.
In addition, in combination with the above description of the global activity database 204, if the task in the global activity database is labeled in advance, the label may be directly input in the "activity type" in this step.
Meanwhile, for the input of the matching conditions of the target object, the working personnel can also carry out algorithm tagging on each matching condition in advance, namely each matching condition corresponds to one algorithm tag, the algorithm tags of the matching conditions can be directly selected when the matching conditions of the target object are configured, corresponding matching condition characters do not need to be input manually, and the configuration efficiency is improved.
Of course, on the basis of realizing the basic push strategy configuration, in order to make the push result more reasonable, that is, more capable of meeting the business requirement or more capable of meeting the use requirement of the service side customer, an activity push form configuration control can be displayed in the interactive interface, and the staff can configure the activity push form through the control.
For example, the number of push activities, i.e., how many pieces of activity information are presented to the target object, may be configured.
The sorting mode of the push activities may be configured, that is, after all activities pushed to the target object are screened out, the sorting order of all screened out activities may be determined by setting the sorting mode, for example, the sorting may be performed in an activity push time order, that is, an activity pushed out at the latest is ranked at the forefront, and an activity pushed out at the earliest is ranked at the rearmost. For example, the activities may be ranked by total participation times, i.e., activities with a high total participation time rank in front and activities with a low total participation time rank in the back. Of course, how to configure the sorting method is not limited in this specification, and all the schemes in this specification are included as long as the pushed activities can be sorted according to a certain sorting method according to the requirement.
The validity period of the push activity may be configured, that is, the duration of the push activity to be screened to the target object, that is, the screened activity is not changed within the preset validity period after the push activity is pushed to the target object. And (4) until the validity period is ended, reproducing the screening activities according to the screening rule, namely the information configured by the staff based on the activity type configuration control, and pushing the activities to the target object. Through setting the validity period, on one hand, the activity information pushed to the target object can be regularly refreshed, on the other hand, activities do not need to be filtered again in the validity period, and only the activities pushed before are pushed again, so that the processing resources of a pushing system are saved, and the pushing efficiency is improved. The validity period can be calculated from the first time that the target object views the activity pushing interface, or can be calculated from the completion of the configuration of the staff.
The number of participatable times of the pushing activity and the number of participatable times of each activity can be configured, it can be understood that each target object can participate in the activity and draw a certain reward, and the participatable times of each activity can be limited on the basis, namely the participatable times of the target object for each activity is required to be less than or equal to the number of the activity, and when the participatable times of the target object reaches the participatable times, the user is not allowed to participate in the activity again.
It will be appreciated that the configuration for the active push modality may include one or more of the configurations described above. That is, the staff can configure the number of pushing activities, the sequencing mode of the pushing activities, the validity period of the pushing activities and/or the participatable times of the pushing activities at the same time
FIG. 4b is a schematic diagram of another exemplary interactive interface for configuring an activity push policy, as shown in this specification;
as shown in the figure, an activity push form configuration control is added on the basis of the interface shown in fig. 4a, and a user can select or input an activity push form through the control.
Of course, it should be understood that fig. 4a and fig. 4b are schematic diagrams, and are not used to limit the presentation form of the interactive interface for configuring the activity pushing policy proposed in the present specification, and the layout and design of the interface may be set by those skilled in the art according to actual needs.
S302, determining configuration requirements according to user operation;
after exposing the various interactive controls described above, the worker may use the various interactive controls to configure. The staff member can use each kind of interactive control to carry out configuration respectively. The activity pushing policy configuration apparatus 201 may determine the configuration requirement of the user after receiving the configuration information configured by the staff using each interactive control. For example, the interaction interface only shows configuration controls for configuring an activity type configuration control and a target object matching condition configuration control, and the staff configures the activity type and the target object matching condition through the two controls, so that the activity push policy configuration apparatus 201 may determine the requirements of the staff for the activity type and the target object matching condition.
On the other hand, in addition to requiring manual configuration of information for all configuration controls by a worker, the activity push policy configuration device 201 may automatically generate information on other interaction controls based on a preset matching rule according to information input by the worker for one interaction control, and display the information on the interaction interface to facilitate the worker to select whether to use the information.
For example, an activity type configuration control and a target object matching condition configuration control are displayed in the interactive interface, and after a worker inputs an activity type through the activity type configuration control, the activity pushing policy configuration device 201 may automatically generate a target object matching condition according to the activity type input by the worker and display the target object matching condition to the worker; for another example, after the staff inputs the target object matching condition through the target object matching condition configuration control, the activity type is automatically generated and displayed to the staff. The generated configuration information may be generated based on policy statistics, and after validation by a worker, the configuration requirements of the worker may be determined. By applying the scheme, the energy of management personnel can be greatly saved, and the efficiency of strategy configuration is obviously improved. Of course, after the information is displayed to the staff, the staff can further modify the displayed information, and the configuration requirement of the staff can be determined after the modification.
After determining the target configuration requirement of the staff, the activity pushing policy configuration device 201 may verify the target configuration requirement based on a preset verification rule, and display a verification result in the interactive interface.
For example, after determining the target configuration requirement of the staff, the activity push policy configuration device 201 may check the target configuration requirement based on a preset check rule, determine whether a combination of the target configuration requirements meets a commonly used configuration policy requirement, and may display a prompt message in the interactive interface, for example, "there is an obvious error in the input configuration information and please modify" when the combination obviously does not meet the push policy configuration requirement. By applying the scheme, the error of information input caused by working negligence of workers can be greatly reduced.
S303, associating the configuration requirements to generate a strategy;
establishing association for information input or confirmed by a worker, and generating an activity pushing strategy, wherein the activity pushing strategy is at least used for: pushing a target activity set under the activity type aiming at the target object meeting the target object matching condition;
with reference to the above example in S301, for example, the target object matching condition input by the user is configured as "male with age of 20 to 30", and the activity type is configured as "sports"; then the relation between the 'male with the age of 20-30' and the 'sports' can be established, and an activity pushing strategy is generated.
The active push strategy is: the method comprises the step of pushing activity information related to all sports for a male user with the age of 20-30.
In addition, if the interactive interface further comprises an active push form configuration control, and the staff configures the active push form through the push form configuration control. An activity push policy is generated based on the activity type, the target object matching condition and the push form.
For example, the push form configuration control is a control for configuring the sequencing form of the push activity. The staff member configures "sort by order of activity pushout time" in this control.
The generated activity push policy is: the method comprises the steps that activity information related to all sports is pushed for users of males with the age of 20-30, and the pushed activity information is sorted in the sequence of activity pushing time.
In addition, in order to enable the staff member to have preliminary knowledge of the pushing result of the configuration completion strategy. The activity pushing data can be predicted according to the strategy configured and completed by the staff, and the activity pushing data is displayed in the interactive interface to be checked by the staff.
The activity push data may be a total number of pieces of activity information screened for the activity type and a total number of target objects screened according to the target object configuration condition.
Through showing the activity pushing data, the staff can visually know the effect which can be achieved by the configured activity pushing strategy, and further can modify the pushing strategy after knowing the pushing data.
In addition, if the staff member also configures the push form, the preview of the push form can be directly displayed in the current interactive interface. And further, the working personnel can visually check the interface pushed by the self-configured strategy to the user.
S304, storing the generated strategy into an active push strategy set.
After the activity pushing policy is generated, the activity pushing policy is stored in the activity pushing policy set 203, so that the activity pushing policy set 203 acquires the policy from the activity pushing policy set 203 and pushes the policy to the target object according to the policy.
A data structure diagram of the storage policy of the active push policy set 203 may refer to the structure shown in table 1.
Policy ID Type of activity Target object matching conditions
a Exercise of sports Between 20 and 30 men
b Beauty makeup 20-30 women
TABLE 1
As shown in table 1, the activity pushing policy set 203 includes fields of a generated policy ID, an activity type, and a target object matching condition, where the generated policy ID is used to identify different generated policies, and the activity type and the target object matching condition are both determined according to configuration requirements of a worker.
For example, the policy a is: "push activity information related to all sports for a user of a male aged 20-30".
A data structure diagram of a storage policy of another active push policy set 203 may refer to the structure shown in table 2.
Policy ID Type of activity Target object matching conditions Push type
c Exercise of sports Between 20 and 30 men Pushing 5 pieces of activity information
d Beauty makeup 20-30 women The activity period of validity is 3 days
TABLE 2
As shown in table 2, if an activity push form configuration control is also included in the interactive interface for configuring the activity push policy, the activity push policy set 203 further includes a push form field in addition to the generated policy ID, the activity type, and the target object matching condition. For example, the policy c is: "5 pieces of activity information related to sports are pushed to male users with the age of 20-30".
According to the technical scheme provided by the specification, the man-machine interaction interface convenient for the staff of the service provider to use is provided, the staff can rapidly configure the activity pushing strategy through the man-machine interaction interface, the operation of strategy configuration is simplified, the difficulty of configuration of the activity pushing strategy by the staff of the service provider is reduced, and the configuration efficiency is improved.
Fig. 5 is a flowchart of an exemplary method for pushing activity information, where the method includes the following steps:
s501, acquiring characteristic information of a target object;
in the present embodiment, the target object refers to a user who uses a service provided by a service provider.
When the target object uses the client application provided by the service provider, the activity information pushing device 202 may obtain, for the target object, feature information of the target object, where the feature information may be feature information reserved by the target object during registration, and the feature information may be basic information such as age, gender, and occupation, or information calculated by statistics for the target user, such as registration age of the user, number of times of participation in historical activities, and the like.
S502, a matching strategy of a target object is retrieved from an activity pushing strategy set;
after the characteristic information of the target object is obtained, a matching strategy matched with the target object can be retrieved in an activity pushing strategy set according to the characteristic information of the target object;
for example, it is determined that the target subject is 26 years old and male in gender. A matching policy matching "26 years old and male" can be retrieved from the activity push policy set 203, and by retrieving the target object matching condition field in combination with the activity push policy set 203 shown in table 1, a policy a, that is, a policy of "pushing all activity information related to exercise for users of males with age of 20 to 30" can be retrieved. It is understood that there may be only one policy retrieved according to the user's feature information, or there may be multiple policies.
S503, determining a target activity set according to the matching strategy;
in the step, a target activity set can be determined from the global activity database through the query type tag according to the activity type in the matching strategy;
with reference to the example of S502, for example, the retrieved policy is policy a, that is, the policy "pushing all activity information related to exercise first for a male user with age of 20 to 30" may determine, according to information in an activity type field in the policy, that the activity type included in the policy is "exercise", and then all activity information labeled "exercise" may be found from the global activity database 204 by querying the type label, and all found activities are the "target activity set".
S504, pushing the target activity set to the target object.
And after the target activity set is found, pushing the target activity set to the target object.
The above example is aggregated, i.e. all activities related to the movement are pushed to the target object.
In S502, if the determined matching policy includes an activity pushing form, such as policy c in table 2, in S504, a target activity set is pushed to the target object according to the activity pushing form.
For example, the retrieved policy c is determined that the activity pushing form included in the policy is "pushing 5 pieces of activity information", and with reference to the above example in S503, after all the activity information labeled "sports" is found by querying the type tag from the global activity database 204, 5 pieces of activity information are determined from all the activities related to the sports, and the determined 5 pieces of activity information are pushed to the target object.
In this embodiment, based on the configured policy, targeted pushing and display can be performed on each user, so that the use requirements of the users can be met, and interference of pushing the full activity information to the users is avoided.
The following describes, in detail, a specific pushing process for pushing a target activity set to a user based on an activity pushing form in an activity pushing policy, where the pushing process is set as follows:
in this specific embodiment, the operation interface displayed to the worker includes an activity push form configuration control, in addition to the activity type configuration control and the target object matching condition configuration control, and the worker may configure the number of push activities, the sorting manner of the push activities, and the validity period of the push activities through the activity push form configuration control, and based on the configuration of the worker for the control, the generated policy is stored in the activity push policy set.
Fig. 6 is a flowchart illustrating a process of pushing a target activity set to a user based on an activity pushing form in an activity pushing policy under the scenario:
it can be seen that in the flowchart, whether the validity period is set in the policy is judged first, how to set the validity period is to directly query the push records in the validity period, and if the push records are queried, the queried records are directly pushed to the target object.
If the push record is not inquired, the validity period is over, the target activity set recommended to the target object needs to be reproduced and determined, the activity target combination is obtained, whether a sorting mode is configured or not is further judged, sorting is carried out based on the configured sorting mode or a default sorting mode, the sorted target activity set is obtained, whether the push number is configured in the strategy or not is further determined, if yes, the target acquisition set is intercepted according to the push number, and the intercepted target activity set is used as the target activity set pushed to the target object.
Through the process, the activity set is pushed to the user according to various activity pushing modes configured by the staff. It is understood that the above-described flow is only an example, and the execution order of the steps may be changed according to the requirement, and does not affect the final target activity set pushed to the target object.
Corresponding to the above method embodiments, the present specification further provides an activity push policy configuration apparatus and an embodiment of an activity information push apparatus based on an activity push policy set. As can be seen from the foregoing, the two devices can operate independently to solve respective technical problems, and can cooperate with each other to form an activity information push system.
As shown in fig. 7, the following describes, in combination with a specific schematic view of an activity push policy configuration interface, an activity push policy configuration method proposed in this specification:
as shown in the figure, in the interface diagram shown in fig. 7, the algorithm corresponds to the target object matching condition, the operator may select to use the algorithm or not, and after selecting to use the algorithm, the operator may directly input the predefined algorithm ID. If the algorithm is chosen not to be used, the determined activity is pushed to all users.
The tags in the graph are used to determine each activity type, and as shown the input tags are insurance, all activities tagged as insurance are found in the global activity database 204 and determined as the target activity set. Further, the interface may also be configured in a push form, such as "task ordering timelines" shown in the figure, that is, the validity period and the "task display number limit" described above. The staff can select whether to use the task sequencing invalidation and the number limitation according to the actual requirement, and after the task sequencing invalidation and the number limitation are selected to be used, further configuration is needed, for example, the time efficiency is set to be several days, and the number limitation is several.
The staff can complete corresponding strategy configuration by simply setting in the interface, thereby reducing the difficulty of the staff in configuring the activity pushing strategy and improving the configuration efficiency.
