In the current market, the digital industrial patrol system is widely applied by the characteristics of process tracking and result query. The system can not automatically make targeted preventive initiative attack according to different industrial environments, equipment performance data and historical patrol records of each equipment, and really adapts to various patrol scenes and equipment in an intelligent manner. The industrial patrol system standardizes and processes the patrol process of industrial equipment or facilities by a digital means, so that the patrol action is standard, and the patrol process is planned. The system can accurately find possible equipment operation risks or adverse trends in advance, and automatically dispatch work orders to relevant personnel to take measures in time through the system, so that huge economic losses caused by equipment failure are reduced. The data management system also comprises a message system, and the message system is used for displaying the reminding information; the data management system also comprises an intelligent data platform, and the intelligent data platform carries out statistical processing on the data in the database.
The working principle of the invention is as follows: the server is used for realizing the connection among the personnel management system, the tool management system, the material management system, the action management system, the PPE management system, the area management system, the equipment management system and the handheld terminal. And the operator goes to the appointed area for equipment maintenance according to the work order information, and meanwhile, the positioning device of the area management system positions the operator and determines the position accurately. When the operator arrives at the correct position, the handheld terminal shoots the scene, the picture information is transmitted to the server through the wireless transmission module, and the fault position and the content are judged through preliminary comparison with data in the database. After the fault is determined, the action management system limits the action which can be executed by the operator, so that the action of the operator is ensured to be only within the execution range, and meanwhile, the tool management system distributes the inspection tools, so that the inspection tools matched with the specified action are determined. The inspection tool bag transmits the detection values, the images and the videos to the cloud database in real time through the 4G communication module, an intelligent big data platform at a background of the database can perform statistical analysis on real-time quantitative measurement data and perform image recognition and judgment on non-quantitative real-time pictures, and the judgment results are fed back to inspection personnel. When the problem which cannot be solved or the equipment which is questioned exists, the background expert can conduct action guidance through the AR technology to finish accurate judgment of equipment faults; and the technical problem to be solved and the scheme for solving the equipment problem are subjected to data arrangement and are stored in a database through a server to form an intelligent big data platform, and an operator can judge the performance index of the equipment through the intelligent big data platform, so that the intelligent industrial online inspection of the enterprise equipment is realized.

The intelligent industrial online inspection system according to claim 1, wherein the server is further connected with a wireless transmission module, a matched wireless transmission module is arranged in the inspection tool, and the inspection tool performs data transmission with the server through the wireless transmission module.
