These functional entities may be implemented in the form of software, or in one or more hardware modules or integrated circuits, or in different networks and/or processor devices and/or microcontroller devices.
The technical solution of the embodiment of the present disclosure is explained in detail below:
at present, the housekeeper can only manually calculate the time of next physical examination according to the time of last physical examination of residents when residents carry out regular physical examination in the endowment community, and then remind the residents of the physical examination at the time of the next physical examination and assist the residents to carry out off-line appointment physical examination mechanisms. After the physical examination report of the residents is taken, the residents can only reserve doctors to read the physical health conditions of the residents, and then corresponding management plans are made for the residents according to the suggestions of the doctors. However, the regular physical examination has a long process, involves many roles, and has high communication cost and time cost, which causes low efficiency of health management of residents.
In view of one or more of the above problems, the present exemplary embodiment provides a physical examination data processing method. Referring to fig. 1, the method may include the steps of:
step S110: physical examination requirement information is acquired, and a first physical examination task is determined according to the physical examination requirement information.
Step S120: and sending the first physical examination task to a target client, and sending a reminding message to the target client according to the physical examination time in the first physical examination task.
Step S130: and if physical examination record information corresponding to the first physical examination task is received, determining a health risk assessment result according to the physical examination record information, and determining a health management plan according to the health risk assessment result.
Step S140: and sending the health management plan to the target client to display a second physical examination task in the health management plan on the target client.
In the physical examination data processing method provided by an example embodiment of the present disclosure, the physical examination task is determined according to the physical examination requirement information, so that the physical examination task and the reminding message about the physical examination task are sent to the target client, and the physical examination of the user can be monitored through the target client, so that the online and offline communication time between the user and the physical examination mechanism is saved, and the processing efficiency of the physical examination data can be improved; meanwhile, physical examination can be strictly controlled by sending the reminding message, so that the health management of the user is enhanced, and the user experience is improved. Moreover, corresponding health management plans can be made for different users according to health risk assessment results, so that the utilization rate of information and the pertinence of health management can be improved.
The above steps of the present exemplary embodiment will be described in more detail below.
In step S110, physical examination requirement information is acquired, and a first physical examination task is determined based on the physical examination requirement information.
When the residents enter the region of the endowment society, physical examination demand investigation can be carried out on the residents, and for example, physical examination demand information of the residents is obtained through questionnaires, forms and the like. Physical examination demand information may include physical health information of residents, such as suffered diseases, medical history, heart rate, blood pressure and the like; the basic information of the resident, for example, height, weight, age, etc., may be included, and the embodiment is not particularly limited thereto. In addition, identification information, for example, an identification number, may be generated for the physical examination demand information, so that the physical examination demand information of different residents is distinguished by the identification number. The first physical examination task may refer to a physical examination task for a current physical examination requirement, for example, a first physical examination task after a resident initially enters an elderly community, and according to the physical examination requirement and an execution result of the first physical examination task, a second physical examination task may be subsequently determined, thereby forming a flow of a regular physical examination. The physical examination task may include a physical examination time, a physical examination item, or other physical examination information, for example, a physical examination location, and the like, which is not particularly limited in this embodiment. For example, the physical examination requirement information of the user can be acquired by filling a physical examination requirement table by a resident, whether the physical examination requirement table meets a preset condition or not is judged according to the content of each cell in the physical examination requirement table, and if the preset condition is met, the physical examination task corresponding to the condition is determined to be a first physical examination task. In the embodiment, various rules can be preset through the rule engine, so that the first physical examination task corresponding to the residents is determined according to the rule conditions met by the physical examination demand information of the residents.
Before the physical examination requirement information of the residents is acquired, the physical examination management authority of the residents can be acquired, and the physical examination requirement information of the residents is acquired according to the physical examination management authority. Wherein, the physical examination management authority can represent the resident's authorization to the management platform, if this physical examination management authority opens, then the server can acquire resident's physical examination demand information, if this physical examination management authority does not open, then do not acquire resident's physical examination demand information, perhaps, can remind corresponding client to acquire resident's physical examination management authority.
In an exemplary embodiment, the method may include step S201 and step S202, as shown in fig. 2, wherein:
in step S201, a physical examination requirement record table corresponding to the physical examination requirement information is acquired. The physical examination requirements of residents are investigated in a form of a table or a database table, and physical examination requirement information is acquired. If the physical examination requirement record table is a table, the physical examination requirement record table can be identified by using a character recognition technology, so that the content in the physical examination requirement record table can be acquired. If the physical examination requirement record table is a database table, the content in the table can be obtained through a database query statement.
In step S202, the physical examination requirement record table is parsed to obtain a plurality of parameters, so as to generate the first physical examination task according to the plurality of parameters. The physical examination requirement record table is analyzed, the value of a specific field in the table, such as the value corresponding to the field of 'whether physical examination is required' is obtained, the value is used as a parameter, and a first physical examination task is determined according to a rule matched with the parameter in a rule engine. Illustratively, the value "yes" corresponding to the "physical examination required" field in the physical examination requirement record table is acquired, the value is used as a parameter, and a first physical examination task corresponding to the parameter is determined from a plurality of tasks configured by the rule engine.
In an exemplary embodiment, the method further comprises step S301 and step S302, as shown in fig. 3, wherein:
in step S301, identification information of the physical examination need information is determined. When the physical examination demand information is acquired, identification information can be generated, and the physical examination demand information is uniquely identified. The identification information may be generated by a number, a letter, or a combination thereof, for example, 10001, S111, or the like, or may be generated by other information, for example, a combination of a symbol and a number, for example, S1222, or the like, which is not particularly limited in this embodiment. Illustratively, the physical examination demand information and the identification information can be saved through a key-value key value pair, so as to determine the previous correspondence relationship between the physical examination demand information and the identification information.
In step S302, a task state corresponding to the first inspection task is determined according to the identification information. The task status may be used to record the progress of the physical tasks currently performed, e.g., the task status may include pending, transacted, completed, etc. The task state may also include a current processing end of the first medical examination task, such as a medical examination mechanism and a medical staff, and this embodiment is not particularly limited thereto. The task state needs to be dynamically updated according to the execution condition of the first physical examination task, and if the first physical examination task is executed by the current node and flows into the next processing node, the task state needs to be updated correspondingly. In the embodiment, the current execution node of the first body inspection task is recorded through the task state, so that management personnel in an aged community can know the processing condition of the task more clearly, a management plan is arranged by fully utilizing time, and the management efficiency is improved.
In step S120, the first physical examination task is sent to a target client, and a reminding message is sent to the target client according to the physical examination time in the first physical examination task.
The target client can comprise an application program installed on the mobile device, for example, an endowment community platform, and sends the first integrated inspection task to the target client, so that the first integrated inspection task can be displayed in an operation interface of the target client, and managers using the target client can check the first integrated inspection task of residents. The first physical examination task may include a physical examination time, and the server may generate a corresponding reminding task according to the physical examination time in the first physical examination task, so as to send a reminding message to the target client every preset time period, and remind the manager of paying attention to the physical examination of the residents, for example, send the reminding message to the target client every other week, send the reminding message to the target client every three days, and the like. Of course, the reminding message may be sent in other manners, for example, the reminding message is sent every day from the previous week of the physical examination time, and the embodiment is not limited to this.
In step S130, if the physical examination record information corresponding to the first physical examination task is received, a health risk assessment result is determined according to the physical examination record information, so as to determine a health management plan according to the health risk assessment result.
In this embodiment, with first body examine task transmission to target client, the managers of endowment community looks at this first body and examines the task after, can arrange relevant resident to carry out the physical examination to upload to the server with the physical examination record information that obtains after the physical examination. The physical examination record information can comprise physical examination reports generated by a physical examination institution after physical examination of residents, wherein the physical examination reports can comprise physical health data of residents, such as examination items, examination conclusions and the like, and can also comprise medical image data, such as electrocardiograms, x-ray scanning pictures and the like. If the server receives the physical examination record information, the task state of the corresponding first physical examination task can be modified, and the health risk assessment result of the residents can be determined according to the physical examination record information. For example, the server may send the physical examination record information to the medical institution platform, so that medical staff of the medical institution platform can check the physical examination record information, determine a health risk assessment result according to the physical examination record information, return the health risk assessment result to the server, send the obtained health risk assessment result back to the target client by the server, and make a health management plan according to the health risk assessment result by a manager corresponding to the target client. Alternatively, after determining the health risk assessment results, the server may determine the corresponding health management plan based on the rules engine.
In an exemplary embodiment, the health management program may be determined based on the risk type of the health risk assessment result. Specifically, the rules engine may determine a plurality of rules in advance, and each rule may include a risk type and a health management plan corresponding to the risk type. Therefore, the health risk assessment results can be classified in advance, for example, the health risk assessment results are classified through a clustering algorithm, a plurality of risk types can be obtained after classification, and then a corresponding health management plan is formulated according to each risk type. After the server determines the health risk assessment result, the health risk assessment result can be matched, and if the health risk assessment result is matched with a risk type, a corresponding health management plan can be obtained through the risk type.
In step S140, the health management plan is sent to the target client, so as to display the second task in the health management plan on the target client.
In this embodiment, the server determines that the health management plan for the resident can be sent to the target client, and the health management plan is displayed in the user interface of the target client so as to be viewed by the administrator corresponding to the target client. The health management plan may include a medical plan, a care plan, a nutrition plan, an exercise plan, and the like for the resident, and may include other information such as a rehabilitation plan and the like. Moreover, the health management plan can also comprise a subsequent physical examination task for residents, namely, the second physical examination task, so that a flow closed loop of regular physical examination is formed through the first physical examination task and the second physical examination task, omission caused by manual monitoring of the physical examination flow is avoided, the labor cost can be saved, and the management efficiency is improved.
In an exemplary embodiment, the method further comprises step S410 and step S420, as shown in fig. 4, wherein:
in step S410, a physical examination period is determined based on the health risk assessment results. Generally, medical staff can give suggestions of physical examination periods according to physical examination record information, so that the physical examination periods can be included in the health risk assessment results, and the physical examination periods can be extracted from the health risk assessment results. Alternatively, the health risk assessment results may be classified, each type of the health risk assessment results is preset with a physical examination period, for example, the health risk assessment results may be classified into high risk, medium risk and low risk, the high risk physical examination period may be set to three months, the medium risk physical examination period may be set to six months, and the low risk physical examination period may be set to one year.
In step S420, a reminding message of the second physical examination task is sent to the target client according to the physical examination period. The physical examination periods corresponding to the residents can be different, and then the second physical examination task is bound with the identification information according to the identification information of each physical examination requirement, so that a reminding message is sent to the target client before the physical examination period of the second physical examination task, and the manager is reminded to arrange the residents to perform the second physical examination. The second physical examination task may include a plurality of physical examination tasks, and the physical examination period between every two physical examination tasks may be the same or different, for example, the second physical examination task may be 5 physical examination tasks, and the physical examination period between each physical examination task and the last physical examination task is 3 months, which means that a physical examination needs to be arranged for the resident every 3 months until 5 physical examinations are completed.
In an exemplary embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, the method may include steps S501 to S505, wherein:
in step S501, the server sends a reminding message to the target client to remind the resident of physical examination; in step S502, after the target client confirms, the server reserves physical examination to the physical examination platform; in step S503, the physical examination platform uploads a physical examination report to the server; in step S504, the server sends a physical examination report to the medical platform to obtain a health risk assessment result; in step S505, the server determines a health management plan according to the health risk assessment result, and sends the health management plan to the target client. In the embodiment, the server automatically triggers the appointment physical examination to the physical examination platform and acquires the health risk assessment result from the medical platform, so that the periodic physical examination process is more automatic, the offline communication time is saved, and the efficiency of periodic physical examination management can be improved. Moreover, the method can avoid hidden dangers caused by the fact that managers omit or forget physical examination of residents by sending the reminding message, and is favorable for improving the comprehensiveness of resident health management. It should be noted that the steps in fig. 7 are described in the above embodiments, and therefore, the description thereof is omitted here.
Fig. 6 shows an application scenario of the physical examination data processing method. As shown in fig. 6, the health management platform 601 may refer to a platform for processing physical examination data of residents, and the endowment community may manage the health of the residents using 601. The platform can comprise a user operation interface, and managers in the endowment community can upload a physical examination requirement record form filled by a user to 601 through the user operation interface. Server 602 provides computing devices with background support for health management platform 601. The server 602 may include a virtual server, a server cluster composed of a plurality of servers, and the like, and the embodiment is not limited thereto. The rules engine 603 may refer to an application providing a rule configuration function for a server, and the application may be integrated with the server 602 or may interface with the server 602 to provide a service. Specifically, in step S610, the manager may upload the physical examination demand table of the residents to the server 602 through the health management platform 601. In step S620, the server 602 may determine whether the physical examination requirement table meets the condition through the rule engine 603, for example, whether a value corresponding to "whether physical examination is required" in the matching requirement management table is equal to a preset parameter, and if so, the rule engine 603 may trigger the server 602 to generate a physical examination task according to the physical examination requirement table. In step S630, the server may send the physical examination task to the health management platform 601. In step S640, after the resident physical examination, the manager may upload physical examination record information to the health management platform 601 and synchronize to the server 602 through 601. In step S650, the server 602 may determine a health risk assessment result from the physical record information. In step S660, the server 601 may call the rules engine 603 to determine a health management plan corresponding to the health risk assessment result.
