According to the scheme of the embodiment of the invention, five functions of medical assistance entrance, doctor binding \ unbinding medical assistance, medical assistance doctor group chat creation, medical assistance prescription submission and doctor \ medical assistance mutual reminding are added, so that the full-closed loop participation process from ordering of patients to finishing of inquiry can be realized, the inquiry efficiency can be greatly improved, and the online energy of doctors can be better relieved.

An embodiment of the present invention provides an electronic device, including:
one or more processors;
a storage device for storing one or more programs,
when the one or more programs are executed by the one or more processors, the one or more processors are caused to implement the method of any of the embodiments described above.
Referring now to FIG. 14, shown is a block diagram of a computer system 1400 suitable for use with a terminal device implementing an embodiment of the present invention. The terminal device shown in fig. 14 is only an example, and should not bring any limitation to the functions and the scope of use of the embodiments of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 14, the computer system 1400 includes a Central Processing Unit (CPU)1401, which can perform various appropriate actions and processes in accordance with a program stored in a Read Only Memory (ROM)1402 or a program loaded from a storage portion 1408 into a Random Access Memory (RAM) 1403. In the RAM 1403, various programs and data necessary for the operation of the system 1400 are also stored. The CPU 1401, ROM 1402, and RAM 1403 are connected to each other via a bus 1404. An input/output (I/O) interface 1405 is also connected to bus 1404.
The following components are connected to the I/O interface 1405: an input portion 1406 including a keyboard, a mouse, and the like; an output portion 1407 including a display such as a Cathode Ray Tube (CRT), a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD), and the like, and a speaker and the like; a storage portion 1408 including a hard disk and the like; and a communication portion 1409 including a network interface card such as a LAN card, a modem, or the like. The communication section 1409 performs communication processing via a network such as the internet. The driver 1410 is also connected to the I/O interface 1405 as necessary. A removable medium 1411 such as a magnetic disk, an optical disk, a magneto-optical disk, a semiconductor memory, or the like is mounted on the drive 1410 as necessary, so that a computer program read out therefrom is installed into the storage section 1408 as necessary.
In particular, according to the embodiments of the present disclosure, the processes described above with reference to the flowcharts may be implemented as computer software programs. For example, embodiments of the present disclosure include a computer program product comprising a computer program embodied on a computer readable medium, the computer program comprising program code for performing the method illustrated in the flow chart. In such an embodiment, the computer program may be downloaded and installed from a network via the communication portion 1409 and/or installed from the removable medium 1411. The computer program performs the above-described functions defined in the system of the present invention when executed by a Central Processing Unit (CPU) 1401.
It should be noted that the computer readable medium shown in the present invention can be a computer readable signal medium or a computer readable storage medium or any combination of the two. A computer readable storage medium may be, for example, but not limited to, an electronic, magnetic, optical, electromagnetic, infrared, or semiconductor system, apparatus, or device, or any combination of the foregoing. More specific examples of the computer readable storage medium may include, but are not limited to: an electrical connection having one or more wires, a portable computer diskette, a hard disk, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a read-only memory (ROM), an erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM or flash memory), an optical fiber, a portable compact disc read-only memory (CD-ROM), an optical storage device, a magnetic storage device, or any suitable combination of the foregoing. In the present invention, a computer readable storage medium may be any tangible medium that can contain, or store a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device. In the present invention, however, a computer readable signal medium may include a propagated data signal with computer readable program code embodied therein, for example, in baseband or as part of a carrier wave. Such a propagated data signal may take many forms, including, but not limited to, electro-magnetic, optical, or any suitable combination thereof. A computer readable signal medium may also be any computer readable medium that is not a computer readable storage medium and that can communicate, propagate, or transport a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device. Program code embodied on a computer readable medium may be transmitted using any appropriate medium, including but not limited to: wireless, wire, fiber optic cable, RF, etc., or any suitable combination of the foregoing.
The flowchart and block diagrams in the figures illustrate the architecture, functionality, and operation of possible implementations of systems, methods and computer program products according to various embodiments of the present invention. In this regard, each block in the flowchart or block diagrams may represent a module, segment, or portion of code, which comprises one or more executable instructions for implementing the specified logical function(s). It should also be noted that, in some alternative implementations, the functions noted in the block may occur out of the order noted in the figures. For example, two blocks shown in succession may, in fact, be executed substantially concurrently, or the blocks may sometimes be executed in the reverse order, depending upon the functionality involved. It will also be noted that each block of the block diagrams or flowchart illustration, and combinations of blocks in the block diagrams or flowchart illustration, can be implemented by special purpose hardware-based systems which perform the specified functions or acts, or combinations of special purpose hardware and computer instructions.
The modules described in the embodiments of the present invention may be implemented by software or hardware. The described modules may also be provided in a processor, which may be described as: the system comprises an information acquisition module, a doctor determination module, a medical assistance determination module and an information processing module. The names of these modules do not in some cases constitute a limitation on the modules themselves, and for example, the information acquisition module may also be described as a "module that acquires information on an internet hospital to be processed".
As another aspect, the present invention also provides a computer-readable medium that may be contained in the apparatus described in the above embodiments; or may be separate and not incorporated into the device. The computer readable medium carries one or more programs which, when executed by a device, cause the device to comprise:
acquiring to-be-processed internet hospital information;
determining a target doctor corresponding to the internet hospital information;
determining a target medical aid associated with a target doctor;
and sending the internet hospital information to a medical assistance terminal of the target medical assistance so as to process the internet hospital information.
According to the technical scheme of the embodiment of the invention, a medical assistance role is added in the Internet hospital, and the doctor inquiry is assisted by medical assistance, so that the pressure of the doctor is reduced, and the on-line inquiry efficiency and the inquiry experience of a patient in the Internet hospital are improved.
The above-described embodiments should not be construed as limiting the scope of the invention. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that various modifications, combinations, sub-combinations, and substitutions can occur, depending on design requirements and other factors. Any modification, equivalent replacement, and improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.

Claims (15)

1. A processing method of internet hospital information is characterized in that the processing method is applied to a server side and comprises the following steps:
acquiring to-be-processed internet hospital information;
determining a target doctor corresponding to the internet hospital information;
determining a target medical aid associated with the target doctor;
and sending the internet hospital information to the target medical assistance terminal so as to process the internet hospital information.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the determining a target medical aid associated with the target physician comprises:
and determining target medical assistance associated with the target doctor according to the medical assistance binding relationship.
3. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
receiving a medical assistance binding request from the target doctor, the medical assistance binding request comprising: medical and doctor identification;
sending the medical assistance binding request to a medical assistance terminal corresponding to the medical assistance identifier;
receiving a return message from the medical assistance terminal;
if the returned message represents that the medical assistance binding request passes the audit, storing a medical assistance binding relationship corresponding to the medical assistance binding request, wherein the medical assistance binding relationship comprises: the medical identification and the doctor identification.
4. The method of claim 2, further comprising:
receiving a medical assistance unbinding request from the target doctor, the medical assistance unbinding request comprising: medical and doctor identification;
deleting the medical assistance binding relation corresponding to the medical assistance unbinding request;
and sending the medical assistance unbinding request to a medical assistance terminal corresponding to the medical assistance identifier.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the internet hospital information includes chat information for an interview order;
the sending of the internet hospital information to the target medical assistance terminal to process the internet hospital information includes:
sending the chat information to a medical assistance terminal of the target medical assistance;
receiving reply information aiming at the chat information from the medical assistance terminal;
determining other participants corresponding to the questionnaire, the other participants including at least one of: patient, doctor, and other medical aids;
and forwarding the reply information to the terminal of the other participants.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein the internet hospital information includes a first reminder for medical assistance, the first reminder being from the target doctor;
the medical assistance terminal for sending the internet hospital information to the target medical assistance comprises:
and sending the first reminding information to a medical assistance terminal of the target medical assistance so that the medical assistance terminal displays the first reminding information.
7. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
receiving second reminding information aiming at a target doctor from the medical assistance terminal;
and sending the second reminding information to a doctor terminal of the target doctor so that the doctor terminal displays the second reminding information.
8. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
receiving prescription information for an inquiry order from the medical assistance terminal;
sending the prescription information to a doctor terminal of a doctor corresponding to the questionnaire;
receiving audit information of the doctor terminal aiming at the prescription information;
if the audit information represents that the prescription information passes the audit, the prescription information is sent to a pharmacist terminal;
and if the audit information represents that the prescription information is rejected, sending the audit information to the medical assistance terminal.
9. A processing method of internet hospital information is characterized in that the processing method is applied to a medical assistance terminal and comprises the following steps:
receiving internet hospital information to be processed, wherein the internet hospital information is from a patient terminal, a doctor terminal, other medical assistance terminals or a pharmacist terminal;
displaying the internet hospital information;
receiving operation information for the internet hospital information;
and processing the internet hospital information according to the operation information.
10. A processing method of internet hospital information is applied to a patient terminal, a doctor terminal or a pharmacist terminal, and comprises the following steps:
displaying relevant information of a hospital;
receiving operation information for the hospital-related information;
and generating to-be-processed internet hospital information according to the operation information, wherein the internet hospital is processed based on the medical assistance terminal.
