Typically, the hardware of the evaluator user side 12 is the evaluator's smart phone, and the hardware of the evaluator user side 13 is the evaluator's smart phone. In other possible cases, the evaluation staff client 12/the evaluation supervisor client 13 may also be a User Equipment (UE), a mobile station (mobile station), a subscriber unit (subscriber unit), a station, a terminal device (terminal equipment, TE), a cellular phone (cellular phone), a personal digital assistant (personal digital assistant, PDA), a handheld device (handhold), a laptop (laptop computer), a tablet (pad), a notebook (notebook computer), etc.
An evaluation management mode of intermediate information of the health condition of an insured person of a personal care insurance application, which requires the aid of the above-mentioned evaluation system, is described below, to realize the solutions of the related embodiments of the present application.
The evaluation management mode is approximately as follows: an evaluation personnel management organization is established by a government to manage the evaluation personnel and is responsible for the qualification audit and other matters of the evaluation personnel; after the insurance company accepts the application of personal care insurance, randomly selecting initial evaluation personnel from qualified evaluation personnel; after receiving the evaluation task, the initial evaluation personnel performs field evaluation at a preset time and place, and when performing the field evaluation, the evaluation supervision personnel assigned by the insurance company will take part in the supervision process; in addition, if any party has objection to the evaluation result, a review application can be proposed according to a prescribed program, a review evaluator of the review task draws from expert evaluators, and the review evaluation process is similar to the initial evaluation process.
Obviously, the above-described evaluation management mode has the following needs: first, it is ensured that the evaluators (initial and review evaluators) can only evaluate under the supervision of the evaluation supervisor. Second, the authenticity of the supervision is ensured. Thirdly, the standardization of the assessment process and the standardization of the assessment records are ensured, and the assessment efficiency is improved. Fourth, when the initial evaluation result is in dispute, the review can be completed efficiently.
The embodiment of the application provides an unlocking method for an evaluation task, which can ensure that an evaluation person (initial evaluation person and re-evaluation person) can only evaluate under the supervision of an evaluation supervision person. Fig. 5 is a schematic diagram of an unlocking method of an evaluation task according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 5, the method for unlocking the assessment task is performed by the assessment server 11, the assessment personnel user side 12, and the supervisor user side 13. The method comprises the following specific steps:
in step S101, the evaluation supervisor user terminal 13 performs face shooting on the evaluation object of the evaluation task to obtain facial feature data of the evaluation object.
This step requires the use of software and hardware resources in the assessment supervisor user side 13. The hardware resource is mainly a shooting module (used as an input device of the user side 13 of the assessment supervisor); the software resource is mainly a face recognition program, which can be integrated in an evaluation and supervision APP or application developed specifically for the evaluation and supervision user terminal 13, through which almost all functions of the evaluation and supervision user terminal 13 can be realized.
In step S102, the evaluation supervisor user terminal 13 transmits the facial feature data of the evaluation target to the evaluation server 11 through wireless communication.
In step S201, the evaluation server 11 uses the received facial feature data of the evaluation object to compare with the facial feature data of the preset evaluation object for the evaluation task at this time and generate corresponding feedback information.
The feedback information may be: when the comparison is successful, corresponding confirmation information is generated according to rules; and when the comparison is unsuccessful, corresponding failure information is generated according to rules.
The confirmation information may contain a code dynamically generated by the evaluation server 11 according to a related condition (such as comparison time, etc.), and this code may be stored in the evaluation server 11 for performing password verification in a subsequent call.
The preset evaluation object for the evaluation task is the insured person of the personal care insurance application. The evaluator client 12 is intended for use by an independent professional evaluator other than the contractual party with the personal care insurance application, and the evaluation supervisor client 13 is intended for use by a worker assigned by the insurer of the personal care insurance application.
In step S202, the evaluation server 11 returns feedback information to the evaluation supervisor user terminal 13.
Step S103, after receiving the feedback information from the evaluation server 11, the user terminal 13 of the evaluation supervisor generates a dynamic two-dimensional code according to the set rule if the comparison is successful and displays the dynamic two-dimensional code on the display interface of the user terminal 13 of the supervisor, otherwise, a notification that the face recognition is unsuccessful is sent.
The dynamic two-dimensional code can be generated according to a certain rule according to the codes in the confirmation information. In this way, the dynamic two-dimensional code is associated with the code in the confirmation information, and the code is dynamically generated by the evaluation server 11 according to the relevant condition, so that the dynamic two-dimensional code generated each time is also different.
Thus, through the steps S101 to S103, the user terminal 13 of the evaluation supervisor generates the dynamic two-dimensional code by performing the field recognition confirmation of the evaluation object of the evaluation task. The dynamic two-dimensional code is used as an unlocking password, so that the unlocking of the evaluation task can be realized.
The subsequent steps of the method for evaluating the unlocking of the task further comprise:
step S301, the evaluator user 12 scans the dynamic two-dimensional code with a computer to obtain the dynamic two-dimensional code.
In step S302, the evaluator user terminal 12 sends the obtained dynamic two-dimensional code data to the evaluation server 11 through wireless communication.
In step S203, the evaluation server 11 receives the dynamic two-dimensional code data sent from the evaluation personnel user terminal 12 and performs password verification.
An alternative implementation manner of the password verification is as follows: firstly, analyzing dynamic two-dimensional code data to extract a specific code, then comparing the specific code with codes dynamically generated by the evaluation server 11 according to relevant conditions when the confirmation information is generated in the evaluation server 11, and if the comparison is successful, the password verification is passed, otherwise, the password verification is not passed.
In step S204, the evaluation server 11 instructs the evaluation personnel user terminal 12 to unlock the evaluation task.
Step S303, the evaluator user terminal 12 unlocks the evaluation task. Thus, unlocking of the evaluation task is completed.
In the above method for unlocking the assessment task, the assessment personnel user side 12 can unlock the assessment task in the assessment personnel user side only by password verification after performing on-site unlocking password interaction with the assessment supervisor user side 13, and then can start the assessment task, so that the assessment task can be effectively ensured to be supervised by the assessment supervisor 15, and the fairness of assessment is ensured.
In addition, the unlocking method of the evaluation task also has to be based on the premise that the face recognition of the evaluation object of the evaluation task is performed, that is, the on-site recognition of the evaluation object of the evaluation task is also completed through the unlocking of the evaluation task, so that the evaluation efficiency can be improved.
When the evaluation task is unlocked, the field evaluation human-computer interaction component corresponding to the evaluation task in the evaluation personnel user side 12 can be activated. The on-site evaluation man-machine interaction component outputs items to be evaluated of the evaluation task through output equipment of the evaluation personnel user side 12 and inputs evaluation contents corresponding to the items to be evaluated through input equipment of the evaluation personnel user side 12.
The field evaluation human-machine interaction component requires the use of software and hardware resources in the evaluator user side 12. The hardware resources comprise output devices and input devices. When the evaluator user terminal 12 uses a smart phone, the output device may be a mobile phone display, and the input device may be a mobile phone keyboard or a touch panel. The software resources may be integrated in an evaluation APP or application developed specifically for the evaluator client 12, through which substantially all of the functionality of the evaluator client 12 may be implemented.
Fig. 8-12 respectively show the situations of different states of a man-machine interaction interface of a field evaluation man-machine interaction assembly provided by the embodiment of the application.
As shown in fig. 8, after the field evaluation man-machine interaction component corresponding to a certain evaluation task is activated, the man-machine interaction page shown in fig. 8 can be entered. In this man-machine interaction page, evaluation task information including the applicant name 1611, the evaluation list number 1612, and the like is first displayed above the page. Under the evaluation task information, there are four icons respectively representing a major class of items to be evaluated, namely, a "Barthel scale" corresponding icon 1613, a "mental state" corresponding icon 1614, a "feel and social participation" corresponding icon 1615, and a "medical care question" corresponding icon 1616, wherein each icon represents a major class of items to be evaluated having a plurality of specific items to be evaluated. Arrows are provided between the icons 1613, 1614, 1615 and 1616 to indicate the order of evaluation of the main category of items to be evaluated, for example, the evaluation of the items to be evaluated in the main category of items to be evaluated of "mental state" may be performed only after all the items to be evaluated in the main category of items to be evaluated of "Barthel scale" are evaluated. In addition, a submit button 1617 is provided below the interface, and is used to upload the evaluation content from the evaluator client 12 to the evaluation server 11 by clicking the button after the above-mentioned evaluation of all the item categories to be evaluated is completed.
When the icon 1613 is clicked, a sub-page, i.e., the evaluation page of the first item to be evaluated in the "Barthel scale" item to be evaluated class, is entered. As shown in fig. 9, the man-machine interaction page shown in the figure is the evaluation page of the fourth item to be evaluated in the large category of the item to be evaluated, namely, as can be seen from the "bartel scale No. 4 question" displayed above the page in fig. 9. Accordingly, the page of FIG. 9 also shows the item under evaluation 1617 as "stool", while three selectable items 1618 are listed under the item under evaluation 1617, respectively "incontinence", "occasional incontinence (less than 1 time per week)" and "controllable", and a corresponding checkbox is also displayed next to each selectable item 1618, in which a ". V" or similar icon appears when a checkbox is clicked, indicating that the checkbox corresponding selectable item 1618 is selected. In addition, there is a drop down arrow 1619 next to "bartech scale No. 4" displayed above the page of fig. 9, which when clicked 1619 will assume the state in the page shown in fig. 10.
As shown in fig. 10, when the pull-down arrow 1619 is clicked, a menu 1620 is popped up downwards from the position of the pull-down arrow 1619, the number of each item to be evaluated in the major category of the item to be evaluated where the current item to be evaluated is located is listed in the menu 1620, and the sub page where the item to be evaluated corresponding to the number is located can be quickly accessed by clicking any number. In addition, when any item to be evaluated is evaluated, an icon (e.g., "") appears on the number of the item to be evaluated displayed on the menu 1620, so that an evaluation person can quickly find an incomplete item to be evaluated.
As is clear from the above description, in the above-described field evaluation human-computer interaction component, the items to be evaluated are classified by attributes and structured according to the classifications, the field evaluation human-computer interaction component has a plurality of displayable pages whose hierarchical structure corresponds to the structured arrangement, and when each displayable page is displayed on a display screen as an output device of the user side 12 of the evaluation person, the display contents include the corresponding item to be evaluated and the evaluation content to be input mark corresponding to the item to be evaluated.
When the icon 1614 is clicked, a sub-page is entered, which is the evaluation page of the first item to be evaluated in the category of items to be evaluated, namely "mental state". As shown in fig. 11, the man-machine interaction page shown in the figure is an evaluation page of the first item to be evaluated in the category of "mental state", namely, it can be seen from "mental state 1 st question" displayed above the page in fig. 11. Accordingly, the page of fig. 11 also shows that the item to be evaluated 1617 is "draw clock test (draw a locked circle, pointer point to 10 points 45 minutes)", and simultaneously, two selectable items 1618 are listed under the item to be evaluated 1617, respectively, "draw clock correct", "draw clock error", and a corresponding selectable frame is also displayed beside each selectable item 1618, and when a selectable frame is clicked, a "_check" or similar icon appears in the selectable frame, indicating that the selectable item 1618 corresponding to the selectable frame is selected.
Because the selectable items 1618 corresponding to more items 1617 to be evaluated in the category of the item to be evaluated, such as "mental state", are all non-judgment and easy to cause judgment errors, in the evaluation page, the functions of photographing, shooting, recording and the like can be further provided, so that the photos, images and voices of the evaluation object to be evaluated can be recorded, and the basis is provided for the later examination. For example, in fig. 11, a photographing button 1621 is further provided below the selectable item 1618, and after clicking the photographing button 1621, the user enters a photographing page, and after photographing and saving, the photographed photograph may be displayed in a picture display frame 1622 below the photographing button 1621, so that an evaluator determines whether the photograph is saved.
When icon 1616 is clicked, a sub-page is entered, which is the evaluation page for the first item to be evaluated in the category of items to be evaluated, the "healthcare questions". As shown in fig. 12, the man-machine interaction page shown in the figure is an evaluation page of the fourth item to be evaluated in the item to be evaluated category "medical care problem", that is, it can be seen from "the medical care problem 4 th question" displayed above the page of fig. 11. Accordingly, the page of fig. 12 also shows that the item to be evaluated 1617 is "skin status", at the same time, two selectable items 1618 are listed under the item to be evaluated 1617, respectively "normal" and "abnormal", and a corresponding selectable frame is also displayed beside each selectable item 1618, and when a selectable frame is clicked, a "/v" or similar icon appears in the selectable frame, indicating that the selectable item 1618 corresponding to the selectable frame is selected. When the selectable item 1618 corresponding to "abnormality" is selected, a plurality of sub selectable items 1623 may also appear to further select an abnormality. When the child selectable item 1623 corresponding to "wound" is selected, a plurality of detail content input ports 1624 may further appear for inputting the location of the wound, the size of the wound, and the grade of the wound. The size of the wound is measured by an evaluator and then a measured value is input to the detail content input port 1624 corresponding to the "size of the wound".
The human-computer interaction assembly for on-site evaluation can reduce the randomness of evaluation personnel and can evaluate items to be evaluated more accurately.
According to the general idea, after the user side 12 of the evaluator unlocks the evaluation task according to the above method for unlocking the evaluation task, it is already indicated that the evaluation supervisor 15 is on the evaluation site, and the evaluation task can be effectively supervised as long as the evaluation supervisor 15 is on the evaluation site. However, in the embodiment of the present application, it is further innovatively proposed to establish an evaluation and supervision task at the user end 13 of the evaluation and supervision personnel, so as to further promote the authenticity and effectiveness of supervision.
The embodiment of the application provides an unlocking method for an assessment supervision task, which can ensure that an assessment person (initial assessment person and review assessment person) and the assessment supervision person mutually unlock the other party task, namely unlock the assessment task on an assessment person user side 12 and unlock the assessment supervision task on an assessment supervision person user side 13. Fig. 6 is a schematic diagram of an unlocking method for evaluating a supervisory task according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 6, the method for unlocking the assessment task is performed by the assessment server 11, the assessment personnel user side 12, and the supervisor user side 13.
The hardware resource is mainly a shooting module (used as an input device of the user side 13 of the assessment supervisor); the software resource is mainly a face recognition program, which can be integrated in an evaluation and supervision APP or application developed specifically for the evaluation and supervision user terminal 13, through which the relevant work of the evaluation and supervision user terminal 13 can be realized.
The dynamic two-dimensional code is used as an unlocking password to realize the unlocking of the evaluation and supervision task.
The subsequent steps of the unlocking method for evaluating the supervising task further comprise:
step S301, the evaluator user 12 scans the dynamic two-dimensional code with a computer to obtain the dynamic two-dimensional code.
In step S205, the evaluation server 11 instructs the evaluation supervisor user terminal 13 to unlock the evaluation supervisor task.
Step S104, the evaluation supervisor user terminal 13 unlocks the evaluation supervisor task. Thus, unlocking of the evaluation supervision task is completed.
In the above method for unlocking the evaluation and supervision task, the user terminal 13 of the evaluation and supervision staff must perform the field unlocking password interaction with the user terminal 12 of the evaluation and supervision staff and then unlock the evaluation and supervision task in the user terminal 13 of the evaluation and supervision staff through password verification, so that the evaluation and supervision task can be started (for example, the field evaluation and supervision man-machine interaction component corresponding to the evaluation and supervision task in the user terminal of the evaluation and supervision staff inputs the supervision content), thus the problem of falsely filling the supervision content afterwards can be effectively prevented, and the authenticity of the evaluation and supervision task is ensured.
In addition, the above method for unlocking the evaluation and supervision task can enable the evaluator and the evaluation and supervision personnel to unlock the other task mutually through a set of actions, namely, unlock the evaluation task on the evaluator user side 12 and unlock the evaluation and supervision task on the evaluation and supervision personnel user side 13, so that the complexity of operation is greatly reduced.
When the evaluation and supervision task is unlocked, a field evaluation and supervision man-machine interaction component corresponding to the evaluation and supervision task in the evaluation and supervision personnel user side 13 is activated. The on-site evaluation and supervision man-machine interaction component outputs items to be supervised of the evaluation and supervision task through output equipment of the evaluation and supervision personnel user side 13 and inputs supervision contents corresponding to the items to be supervised through input equipment of the evaluation and supervision personnel user side 13.
The field evaluation supervision human-computer interaction component can refer to the relevant content of the field evaluation human-computer interaction component. In a possible embodiment, the items to be supervised in the on-site evaluation supervision man-machine interaction component are also classified by attributes and structured according to the classification (which may correspond to the classification and arrangement of the items to be supervised), and the on-site evaluation supervision man-machine interaction component has a plurality of displayable pages whose hierarchical structure corresponds to the structured arrangement, each displayable page containing a corresponding item to be supervised and a supervision content to be input tag corresponding to the item to be supervised when displayed on a display screen as an output device of the user side 13 of the evaluation supervisor.
Fig. 13 is a schematic state diagram of a man-machine interaction interface of a field evaluation and supervision man-machine interaction assembly according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 13, the man-machine interaction page shown in the figure is a "evaluation and supervision barthl scale No. 4" page, that is, a page used when an evaluator evaluates "barthl scale No. 4" (as shown in fig. 9) and the evaluation and supervision personnel supervises the evaluation process. The page of fig. 13 also shows that the supervised evaluation item 1711 is "stool", while two selectable items 1712, respectively "normal evaluation", "abnormal evaluation", are listed under the supervised evaluation item 1711, and a corresponding checkbox is also displayed next to each selectable item 1712, in which a "v" or similar icon appears when a checkbox is clicked, indicating that the checkbox corresponding selectable item 1712 is selected. When the selectable item 1712 corresponding to "abnormal evaluation" is selected, a plurality of sub selectable items 1713, which are "non-query evaluation object", "non-self answer", "fill-in error", respectively, also appear, so as to further select the abnormal situation.
