Detailed Description
In order to make the technical solutions better understood by those skilled in the art, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application.
Generally, people use a remote controller to send infrared code commands to control household appliances, for example, the remote controller of an air conditioner controls the air conditioner, or the remote controller controls a television. The infrared control principle is that a signal is converted into invisible infrared rays through an infrared transmitting tube in a remote control device and transmitted out, an infrared receiving head in a remote controlled object receives the infrared rays and converts the infrared rays into a signal, and the household appliances are controlled through the signal. However, infrared control belongs to one-way control, and no feedback mechanism exists, so that a user only artificially judges whether an sent infrared code instruction is correctly executed, and the user cannot timely master the state of the household appliance.
Therefore, the inventor proposes an information feedback method in the embodiment of the present application, which sends a target control instruction to a controlled device; judging whether feedback information is received within a preset time; if so, analyzing the feedback information to judge whether the controlled equipment correctly executes the target control instruction; and if the feedback information is not received or the controlled equipment is judged not to execute the target control instruction correctly, executing preset operation. Whether the controlled equipment correctly executes the operation of the user is determined by receiving the feedback information of the controlled equipment, so that the user can conveniently master the state of the household appliance in real time, and the use experience of the user on the smart home is improved.
The embodiments of the present application will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 illustrates an application environment 10 of an information feedback method according to an embodiment of the present application. The application environment 10 includes: the system comprises a local server/cloud server 11, an electronic device 12, a controlled device 13, a remote controller 14 and a user terminal 15. The electronic device 12 may be a smart device having an infrared code transmitting function and a voice recognition function, such as an air conditioner companion, a gateway, and the like. The controlled device 13 may refer to a home device such as an air conditioner, a television, or the like. The remote control 14 may be a device that can send infrared code commands to control home equipment, such as a remote control of an air conditioner, a remote control of a television, or the like. The user terminal 15 may be a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a pc (personal computer) computer, a notebook computer, a smart tv, a car terminal, or the like. The mobile terminal 15 may be connected to the local server or the cloud server 11 through a network such as 2G, 3G, 4G, 5G, WIFI, and the like. The electronic device 12 may be connected to the local server or the cloud server 11 through a router, so that connection with the user terminal 15 is possible. The electronic device 12 and the controlled device 13 may be connected through bluetooth, WiFi, ZigBee, or the like. Of course, the connection mode between the devices and the network connection mode of the devices in the embodiment of the present application are not limited. In addition, in this embodiment, the user terminal 15 may be installed with a client for controlling the controlled device 13, and the user may control the controlled device 13 through the client.
Referring to fig. 2, an embodiment of the present application provides an information feedback method, which may be applied to an electronic device, and the method may include:
step S110: and sending a target control instruction to the controlled equipment.
When a user needs to control the controlled device, the electronic device can send a control instruction to the controlled device to control the controlled device. For example, if the user wants to turn on the air conditioner, then a start instruction may be sent to the air conditioner to instruct the air conditioner to turn on; if the user wants to adjust the temperature of the air conditioner to be high, a temperature increase instruction can be sent to the air conditioner to increase the temperature of the air conditioner. It can be understood that the user can send corresponding control instructions to control the controlled device according to the needs of the user. The target control instruction is a control instruction sent to the controlled equipment by the user through the electronic equipment. For example, the user may send an on command, a temperature-up command, a temperature-down command, and the like to the air conditioner, and at this time, if the user wants to adjust the temperature of the air conditioner up, the user may send a temperature-up command to the air conditioner, and the temperature-up command is the target control command.
The electronic device sends a target control instruction to the controlled device, which may be a target control instruction sent by the electronic device operated by a user, or a control instruction sent by the electronic device triggered in an automatic scene set in advance according to a trigger condition through an intelligent home system.
Step S120: and judging whether the feedback information is received within the preset time.
After the electronic device sends the target control instruction to the controlled device, whether feedback information sent by the controlled device is received or not can be detected. It can be understood that, after the electronic device sends the target control instruction to the controlled device, the controlled device may send corresponding feedback information after receiving the target control instruction and correctly executing the target control instruction. The electronic device may detect whether the feedback information is received within a preset time. For example, the controlled device is an air conditioner, the air conditioner can send out a corresponding prompt tone after receiving the control instruction, the prompt tone can be feedback information, and then the electronic device can detect whether the prompt tone sent out by the air conditioner is received or not within a preset time after sending out the target control instruction to the air conditioner. Therefore, the next step can be carried out according to the feedback information by judging whether the feedback information sent by the controlled equipment is received within the preset time.
Step S130: and if so, analyzing the feedback information to judge whether the controlled equipment correctly executes the target control instruction.
If the electronic equipment receives the feedback information sent by the controlled equipment within the preset time, analyzing the received feedback information, and judging whether the controlled equipment correctly executes the target control instruction. When the electronic device sends the target control instruction to the controlled device, the electronic device may carry a target response mode, where the target response mode includes a mode in which the controlled device sends feedback information after executing the target control instruction, and when the controlled device receives the target control instruction, the electronic device may send feedback information according to the target response mode after correctly executing the target control instruction. After the electronic device receives the feedback information, the control instruction corresponding to the feedback information may be acquired to determine whether the controlled device correctly executes the target control instruction.
Step S140: and if the feedback information is not received or the controlled equipment is judged not to execute the target control instruction correctly, executing preset operation.
And if the electronic equipment does not receive the feedback information sent by the controlled equipment within the preset time, the electronic equipment indicates that the controlled equipment may not receive the target control instruction sent by the electronic equipment, or the controlled equipment does not correctly analyze the target control instruction sent by the electronic equipment, executing preset operation.
If the electronic device receives feedback information sent by the controlled device within the preset time, but the feedback information is not feedback information corresponding to a target control instruction sent by the electronic device, it indicates that the controlled device is not adjusted to a state desired by a user, or a feedback system of the controlled device has a problem, and it can be determined that the controlled device does not correctly execute the target control instruction, and then a preset operation is executed.
The preset operation may be to send a target control instruction to the controlled device again, or to send a corresponding alarm sound to prompt the user, so that the user may control the controlled device through other devices. For example, the remote control device and the like control the controlled device again, and the electronic device may also re-send the target control instruction to the controlled device in a bluetooth, WiFi, ZigBee or other manner, so as to ensure that the target control instruction is successfully sent.
The information feedback method provided by the embodiment of the application sends a target control instruction to the controlled equipment; judging whether feedback information is received within a preset time; if so, analyzing the feedback information to judge whether the controlled equipment correctly executes the target control instruction; and if the feedback information is not received or the controlled equipment is judged not to execute the target control instruction correctly, executing preset operation. Whether the controlled equipment correctly executes the operation of the user is determined by receiving the feedback information of the controlled equipment, so that the user can conveniently master the state of the household appliance in real time, and the use experience of the user on the smart home is improved.
Referring to fig. 3, another embodiment of the present application provides an information feedback method, which focuses on the process of determining whether the controlled device correctly executes the target control instruction based on the previous embodiment, and the method may include:
step S210: and sending a feedback mode starting instruction to the controlled equipment, wherein the feedback mode starting instruction is used for indicating the controlled equipment to start a feedback mode and sending feedback information after executing the target control instruction.
Before the electronic device sends the target control instruction to the controlled device, the electronic device may send a feedback mode on instruction to the controlled device. The feedback mode starting instruction is used for indicating the controlled equipment to start the feedback mode, and then the controlled equipment can send feedback information after executing the target control instruction. The feedback mode starting instruction can be sent by the electronic equipment in the form of an infrared code, or can be sent to the controlled equipment in the form of Bluetooth or ZigBee.
Before the controlled device receives the feedback mode starting instruction, the controlled device may be in a mute mode, that is, after receiving and executing the control instruction, no feedback information is sent out. After sending the feedback mode starting instruction to the electronic device, the controlled device may adjust from the mute mode to the feedback mode according to the feedback mode starting instruction, so that after executing the control instruction, the controlled device may send feedback information to perform the next step.
Step S220: and adding a target response mode in the target control instruction and sending the target response mode to the controlled equipment, wherein the target response mode comprises a feedback information form sent after the target control instruction is executed.
After the electronic device sends the feedback mode starting instruction, a target control instruction can be sent to the controlled device, and a target response mode can be added to the sent target control instruction, wherein the target response mode comprises a feedback information form sent by the controlled device after the controlled device executes the target control instruction.
In some embodiments, a first comparison table between the control instruction and the response mode may be stored in the electronic device in advance, and the electronic device may add the target response mode to the target control instruction according to the first comparison table. Specifically, the contents of the first look-up table can be found in table 1.
TABLE 1
Control instruction Open command Close command Turn-up instruction Turn down instruction
Response mode Beep 1 Beep 2 Beep 3 Beep 4
The control instruction is an instruction which can be sent to the controlled equipment; the response mode is the form of feedback information sent after the controlled equipment executes the control command. The beeps 1, 2, 3, and 4 are different, may have different frequencies, different durations, different numbers of beeps, and different time intervals.
For example, if an open command is a target control command, the electronic device sends the open command to the controlled device, and usually searches the first lookup table, and sends click 1 as a target response mode to the controlled device together with the open command, then the controlled device receives the open command, correctly parses and controls the device to open, and sends click 1 as feedback information so that the electronic device can receive and parse the click 1. It can be understood that, if the electronic device controls the controlled device through the infrared code instruction, the content of the first comparison table is the comparison table of the infrared code instruction and the response mode, and if the electronic device controls the controlled device through the communication modes such as bluetooth and ZigBee, the content of the first comparison table is the comparison table of the bluetooth instruction, the ZigBee instruction and the response mode.
In some embodiments, when sending a target control instruction, the electronic device may randomly designate a response mode to be added to the target control instruction, and store the target control instruction and the response mode as a second comparison table, so that when receiving the feedback information, it may be determined whether the controlled device correctly executes the target control instruction according to the second comparison table. For example, when the electronic device sends an open command to the air conditioner, the randomly designated response mode is beep 2, the electronic device stores the open command and beep 2 in the second mapping table, and after the air conditioner is successfully opened, beep 2 is sent as feedback information, the electronic device can search the second mapping table according to beep 2, and obtain a control command corresponding to beep 2 as an open command, so that whether the controlled device correctly executes the target control command can be determined.
The randomly designated response mode may be a response mode table pre-stored by the electronic device, and when the electronic device sends the target control instruction to the controlled device, one of the response mode tables is randomly selected as the target response mode and sent to the controlled device together, and the sent target control instruction and the target response mode are stored in the second comparison table.
For example, if the electronic device sends an up command to the controlled device and randomly designates click 2 as the target response mode, the electronic device sends click 2 to the controlled device along with the up command, and the electronic device stores the up command and click 2 in the second mapping table, so that when the feedback information is received, it can be determined whether the controlled device correctly executes the target control command according to the second mapping table. It is understood that the contents of the second look-up table are continuously updated, for example, if the electronic device first sends an up command to the air conditioner and specifies that beep 2 is the corresponding response mode, then the up command in the second look-up table corresponds to beep 2; if the electronic device issues an increase command to the air conditioner for the second time and designates beep 3 as the corresponding target response mode, then the response mode corresponding to the increase command is updated from beep 2 to beep 3 in the second lookup table.
Step S230: and judging whether the feedback information is received within the preset time, if so, executing the step S240, and if not, executing the step S260.
Within a preset time after the electronic device sends the target control instruction to the controlled device, if the controlled device correctly executes the target control instruction, the electronic device may receive feedback information sent by the controlled device within the preset time, where a form of the feedback information corresponds to a response mode added by the electronic device in the target control instruction. Therefore, if the electronic device does not receive the feedback information sent by the controlled device within the preset time, which indicates that the controlled device may not receive the target control instruction sent by the electronic device, or the controlled device does not correctly analyze the target control instruction sent by the electronic device, step S260 is executed; if the electronic device receives the feedback information sent by the controlled device within the preset time, step S240 is executed.
Step S240: if feedback information is received, judging whether the feedback information is matched with the target response mode; if yes, go to step S250; if not, go to step S260.
After receiving feedback information sent by the controlled equipment, the electronic equipment analyzes the feedback information and judges whether the feedback information is matched with a target response mode. If the electronic equipment adds a target response mode in a target control instruction according to a first comparison table, judging whether the feedback information is matched with the target response mode or not according to the first comparison table; and if the electronic equipment is added into the target control instruction in a randomly specified response mode, judging whether the feedback information is matched with the target response mode according to a second comparison table. If the feedback information matches the target response mode, step S250 is performed, and if the feedback information does not match the target response mode, step S260 is performed.
Step S250: and judging that the controlled equipment correctly executes the target control instruction.
If the electronic device determines that the feedback information matches the target response mode, it indicates that the controlled device correctly analyzes the control instruction sent by the electronic device and correctly executes the control instruction, and therefore, it can be determined that the controlled device correctly executes the target control instruction.
Step S260: and if the controlled equipment is judged not to correctly execute the target control instruction, executing preset operation.
If the electronic device determines that the feedback information does not match the target response mode, it indicates that the controlled device does not correctly analyze the control execution sent by the electronic device, or does not correctly execute the control instruction, and therefore, it may be determined that the controlled device does not correctly execute the target control instruction. Executing a preset operation, wherein the electronic device may resend the control instruction that the controlled device is not successfully executed, or send the control instruction to the electronic device in another manner, and monitor the feedback information of the controlled device within a preset time when the control instruction is sent.
The information feedback method provided by the embodiment of the application sends a feedback mode starting instruction to the controlled device, wherein the feedback mode starting instruction is used for indicating the controlled device to start a feedback mode and sending feedback information after executing the target control instruction; adding a target response mode in the target control instruction, wherein the target response mode comprises a feedback information form sent after the target control instruction is executed; judging whether the feedback information is matched with the target response mode, and if so, judging that the controlled equipment correctly executes the target control instruction; and if not, judging that the controlled equipment does not correctly execute the target control instruction, and executing preset operation. When the target control instruction is sent to the controlled equipment, the target response mode is added to the target control instruction, so that whether the controlled equipment correctly executes the target control instruction can be determined according to feedback information sent by the controlled equipment after the controlled equipment executes the control instruction, a user can conveniently know the execution state of the controlled equipment, the experience of the user in using the intelligent home is improved, the misjudgment caused by environmental noise can be reduced by the appointed response mode, and the judgment accuracy is improved.
Referring to fig. 4, another embodiment of the present application provides an information feedback method, where a process of determining whether feedback information matches the target response mode is described in detail on the basis of the previous embodiment, and the method may include:
step S310: and sending a target control instruction to the controlled equipment.
The electronic device sends a target control instruction to the controlled device, and a target response mode can be added to the target control instruction, wherein the target response mode comprises a feedback information form sent after the target control instruction is executed. In some embodiments, adding the target response mode to the target control instruction may be to look up the target control instruction in a first comparison table according to a first comparison table between pre-stored control instructions and response modes, add the response mode corresponding to the target control instruction as the target response mode to the target control instruction, and send the target response mode and the response mode to the controlled device together. In other embodiments, the target response mode added to the target control instruction may be randomly specified, and the electronic device stores the randomly specified target response mode in correspondence with the target control instruction, so as to facilitate subsequent steps.
Step S320: whether the feedback information is received within the preset time is determined, if yes, step S330 is executed, and if not, step S370 is executed.
And judging whether feedback information sent by the controlled equipment is received or not within a preset time after the electronic equipment sends a target control instruction to the controlled equipment. If the feedback information sent by the controlled device is received within the preset time, step S330 is executed, and if the feedback information sent by the controlled device is not received within the preset time, step S370 is executed.
Step S330: and analyzing the feedback information to obtain a response mode of the feedback information.
And if the electronic equipment receives the feedback information sent by the controlled equipment within the preset time, analyzing the feedback information to acquire a response mode of the feedback information. The form of the feedback information may be various, may be in the form of sound, may be in the form of feedback instruction, and may be selected according to actual needs.
When the feedback information is a beep, the electronic device may receive the feedback information from the controlled device through a sound acquisition device such as a microphone. When the electronic device receives the beep, the beep can be analyzed, and the frequency and the number of beeps, or the duration of beeps, etc. can be analyzed. The manner in which the feedback information responds can thus be determined from the data obtained from the analysis of the beeps.
For example, the electronic device sends a turn-down command to the air conditioner, and the response mode carried in the turn-down command is beep 1, that is, beep is emitted every 0.5s for 3 s. When the electronic device receives the feedback information from the air conditioner, the time and duration of the beep may be analyzed, and if the beep interval is 0.5s and lasts for 3s, it may be considered that the feedback information from the air conditioner responds by beep 1.
Step S340: and searching a control instruction corresponding to the response mode according to the response mode.
After the electronic equipment analyzes the feedback information sent by the controlled equipment and determines the response mode of the feedback information. And searching a control instruction corresponding to the response mode according to the response mode.
In some embodiments, if the electronic device adds a target response mode to a target control instruction through a first lookup table, searching for a control instruction corresponding to the response mode according to the response mode should be performed in the first lookup table. That is, the response mode is looked up in the first lookup table, so that the control instruction corresponding to the response mode can be determined.
In some embodiments, if the electronic device randomly adds the target response mode to the target control instruction and stores the target control instruction and the added target response mode in the second lookup table in a corresponding manner, the electronic device should search for the control instruction corresponding to the response mode according to the response mode and perform the search in the second lookup table. That is, the response mode is looked up in the second lookup table, so that the control instruction corresponding to the response mode can be determined.
Step S350: and comparing whether the control command is consistent with the target control command, if so, executing the step S360, and if not, executing the step S370.
And obtaining a response mode by analyzing the feedback information, searching a control instruction corresponding to the response mode according to the response mode, comparing the control instruction with a target control instruction sent to the electronic equipment when the control instruction is obtained, if the control instruction is consistent, executing the step S360, and if the control instruction is not consistent, executing the step S370. For example, the target control command sent by the electronic device to the air conditioner is an on command, and the target response mode is beep 1 through the first lookup table. The electronic device analyzes the feedback information to obtain that the response mode is beep 1, searches the first mapping table according to beep 1, obtains that the control command corresponding to beep 1 is an open command, and the target control command is also an open command, and then executes step S360.
Step S360: and judging that the controlled equipment correctly executes the target control instruction.
And obtaining a response mode by analyzing the feedback information, inquiring a control instruction corresponding to the response mode according to the response mode, if the control instruction is consistent with the target control instruction, indicating that the feedback information is matched with the response mode, and judging that the controlled equipment correctly executes the target control instruction by correctly analyzing the target control instruction sent by the electronic equipment.
Step S370: and if the controlled equipment is judged not to correctly execute the target control instruction, executing preset operation.
If the electronic device does not receive the feedback information sent by the controlled device within the preset time after sending the target control instruction and the target response mode to the controlled device, indicating that the controlled device may not correctly execute the target control instruction, or does not receive the target control instruction sent by the electronic device, it may be determined that the controlled device does not correctly execute the target control instruction.
If the electronic equipment receives feedback information sent by the controlled equipment within preset time, analyzing a response mode of the feedback information to obtain the feedback information, searching a control instruction corresponding to the response mode according to the response mode, comparing that the control instruction is inconsistent with a target control instruction, indicating that the feedback information is not matched with the response mode, and the controlled equipment does not correctly analyze the target control instruction sent by the electronic equipment, and also can judge that the controlled equipment does not correctly execute the target control instruction, and then can execute preset operation.
The preset operation may be that the electronic device sends an alarm prompt to prompt that the user does not successfully control the controlled device, and the user may control the controlled device again through a remote controller or the like after hearing the alarm prompt. The electronic device may send the control instruction to the controlled device again, in the same manner as the previous time, or in another manner.
For example, the electronic device sends an increase instruction to the air conditioner in an infrared code instruction mode, and does not receive feedback information sent by the air conditioner, and the electronic device can send an alarm instruction to indicate that the user does not successfully control the air conditioner; the electronic equipment can also try to resend the target control instruction for the preset times, and if the electronic equipment still judges that the controlled equipment does not correctly execute the target control instruction, an alarm prompt is sent out again to indicate that the air conditioner is possibly in a damaged state. The electronic device may still use the infrared code instruction to try to resend the target control instruction, or may send the control instruction in a bluetooth or ZigBee manner to control the controlled device again.
