The specified action needs to be executed by the third home device, and the control on the third home device needs to be realized by the manufacturer server in communication connection with the third home device, the terminal server may send a control request to the manufacturer server in communication connection with the third home device, where the control request is used to notify the manufacturer server in communication connection with the third home device to control the third home device to execute the specified action, so as to realize a requirement of controlling the third home device to execute the specified action when the execution condition is met in the second instruction.
An actual instruction is explained as the second instruction. If the received second instruction is that the air conditioner is turned on when the room temperature reaches 27 ℃, the execution condition can be known from the second instruction to be that the room temperature reaches 27 ℃, the environment condition to which the second instruction belongs is the room temperature, and the corresponding household equipment is a temperature sensor for monitoring the room temperature. And if the temperature sensor is connected with the manufacturer server B, sending a subscription request to the manufacturer server B. The manufacturer server B receiving the subscription request acquires the temperature detected by the temperature sensor, and feeds back the temperature to the terminal server when the temperature detected by the temperature sensor reaches 27 ℃, so that the terminal server knows that the room temperature reaches 27 ℃.
When the terminal server determines that the room temperature reaches 27 ℃, the specified action to be executed can be searched from the second instruction as 'on', and the third household equipment executing the specified action is 'air conditioner'. If the manufacturer server connected with the air conditioner is the manufacturer server A of the manufacturer A, the terminal server sends a control request to the manufacturer server A and informs the manufacturer server A to turn on the air conditioner. This is achieved by a second command to turn on the air conditioner when the room temperature reaches 27 degrees.
Of course, in the second instruction, the execution condition and the number of the corresponding second home devices are not limited. For example, the second instruction may also be that "when the room temperature reaches 27 degrees, the air conditioner is turned on, and when the corridor sound reaches 50 decibels, the corridor lighting lamp is turned on", the execution condition includes that the room temperature reaches 27 degrees, and the corresponding second household device is a temperature sensor for monitoring the room temperature; the second household equipment is a sound sensor for monitoring the corridor sound, and the corridor sound reaches 50 decibels. When the terminal server sends a subscription request, sending the subscription request to a manufacturer server B connected with the temperature sensor for monitoring the room temperature, and informing the manufacturer server B to feed back to the terminal server when the temperature detected by the temperature sensor for monitoring the room temperature reaches 27 ℃; and sending a subscription request to a manufacturer server A connected with a sound sensor for monitoring the sound in the corridor, and informing the manufacturer server A to feed back to the terminal server when the sound sensor detects the sound which is more than or equal to 50 decibels.
And when the terminal server receives the execution condition satisfaction information that the room temperature fed back by the manufacturer server B reaches 27 ℃, sending a control request for opening the air conditioner to the manufacturer server A, so that the manufacturer server A opens the air conditioner. When the terminal server receives the execution condition meeting information that the corridor sound fed back by the manufacturer server A reaches 50 decibels, a control request for opening a corridor lamp is sent to the manufacturer server B, so that the manufacturer server B controls the corridor lamp to be opened.
Optionally, in this embodiment of the application, the vendor server in communication connection with the third home device may further feed back the control result to the terminal server, so that the terminal server knows the control condition. The terminal server can also feed back the control result to the terminal, so that the user can know the control condition through the terminal.
In the embodiment of the application, the detection of the environment information corresponding to the execution condition in the second instruction and the execution of the specified action can be respectively completed by home devices of different manufacturers, and through unified scheduling of the terminal server, information that the execution condition is met can be acquired from one manufacturer server, and another manufacturer server is notified to control the corresponding home device to execute the specified action, so that various control scenes that can be realized in the intelligent home system are not limited by manufacturers.
In the embodiment of the application, the terminal server may subscribe to feedback information of the execution condition from the manufacturer server, and when the home equipment connected to the manufacturer server detects that the environment information meets the execution condition, the terminal server may acquire the execution condition meeting information according to the subscription from the manufacturer server. And under the condition that the execution condition is received and the information is met, the terminal server can send a control request to a manufacturer server connected with the third household equipment, so that the manufacturer server receiving the control request can control the third household equipment to finish the specified action and realize the execution of the second instruction.
Optionally, in this embodiment of the application, the instruction action in the second instruction is executed when the execution condition in the second instruction is satisfied, and the specified action in the second instruction may be cancelled when the execution condition in the second instruction is not satisfied. Specifically, as shown in fig. 4, in the embodiment of the present application, after step S180, the method may further include:
step S191: and receiving feedback information which is not satisfied with the execution condition and is returned by the manufacturer server in communication connection with the second household equipment.
Step S192: and sending a control request to a manufacturer server in communication connection with the third home equipment, wherein the control request is used for informing the manufacturer server to control the third home equipment to cancel the execution of the specified action.
The manufacturer server in communication connection with the second home equipment continues to acquire the detected environmental information from the second home equipment, and when the environmental information acquired from the second home equipment does not meet the execution condition any more, the environmental information can be fed back to the terminal server, so that the terminal server performs the operation of canceling the specified action.
The terminal server may receive feedback information that does not satisfy the execution condition and is returned by a manufacturer server in communication connection with the second home device, and when the feedback information is received, determine a specified action that needs to be executed when the execution condition is satisfied and a third home device corresponding to the specified action. And the terminal server sends a control request for canceling the execution of the specified action to the third household equipment, and the manufacturer server receiving the control request controls the third household equipment to cancel the execution of the specified action. The cancellation of the designated action may be to return the third home device to a state before the designated action is executed, or to change the third home device to a state opposite to the designated action.
For example, if the second command is "turn on the air conditioner when the room temperature reaches 27 degrees", and if the temperature in the room is lower than 27 degrees, the vendor server B connected to the temperature sensor for detecting the room temperature may feed back to the terminal server that the room temperature is lower than 27 degrees, and the terminal server sends a control request for canceling the turn-on of the air conditioner to the vendor server a, and the vendor server controls the turn-off of the air conditioner.
In the embodiment of the application, when the execution condition in the second instruction is not satisfied, the execution of the specified action in the second instruction can be cancelled, so that the control of the intelligent home scheduling system is richer.
The present application further provides an embodiment, which may include a query process for a vendor server. Specifically, referring to fig. 5, the method includes:
step S210: and receiving a device identification query request sent by the terminal.
Step S220: and returning the corresponding relation between the equipment name and the equipment identifier to the terminal so that the terminal can search the equipment identifier corresponding to the received equipment name according to the corresponding relation.
Step S230: and receiving a control instruction sent by the terminal. If the control command includes a first command, go to step S240; if the control command includes a second command, step S260 is executed.
The terminal can receive the control operation of the user, and then sends a control instruction to the terminal server according to the control operation. The control operation can be a command input by a user voice, and the voice input by the user is analyzed to obtain a control instruction which needs to be sent to the terminal server; the control operation may also be control of the home equipment input or selected by the user on the operation interface of the terminal.
In the control operation received by the terminal, the name of the home equipment to be controlled is included, and after the control operation is received, the home equipment list can be pulled from the terminal server to find the equipment identifier of each home equipment. Specifically, an equipment identifier query request may be initiated to the terminal server, and the terminal server that receives the query request sends the correspondence between the equipment name and the equipment identifier to the terminal. And the terminal searches for the equipment identifier corresponding to the equipment name input by the user according to the corresponding relation. Therefore, when the terminal sends the control instruction to the terminal server, the home equipment in the control instruction can be represented by the equipment identifier.
Optionally, in the control instruction, the action to be performed may also be represented by a corresponding action code. Specifically, the terminal may initiate an action code query request to the terminal server, and correspondingly, the terminal server may receive the action code query request sent by the terminal, and return a corresponding relationship between an action name and an action code to the terminal. The terminal receiving the correspondence may replace the action name in the control operation of the user with the corresponding action code, and transmit the control instruction according to the action code.
For example, if a control operation of "turning on the air conditioner" is received, the device identifier of the air conditioner is searched for from the correspondence between the server device name and the device identifier. If the device identifier corresponding to the air conditioner is "ac" in the correspondence between the device name and the device identifier, the device identifier of the air conditioner in "turning on the air conditioner" may be obtained as "ac". Then, the corresponding relationship between the action name and the action code is obtained from the server, for example, the obtained "open" action code is "power: true ". The terminal may call the device control interface of the terminal server and will execute a power on "ac: and sending the control instruction of true' to the terminal server.
Step S240: and acquiring a target action in the first instruction and the household equipment for executing the target action as first household equipment.
And if the control instruction comprises the first instruction, directly acquiring the action required to be executed and the household equipment executing the action, so as to control the household equipment to execute the action through a corresponding manufacturer server. The specific implementation manner may refer to corresponding steps in the foregoing embodiments, which are not described herein.
Optionally, the user may preset control of the home device through the terminal, and therefore, the first instruction may include an execution time requirement, where the execution time requirement represents an execution time of the first instruction. For example, if the first command is "turn on the air conditioner when the room temperature is higher than 27 degrees tomorrow", the execution time requirement is the day following the day on which the first command is received.
Therefore, before this step, it may further include: an execution time requirement of the first instruction is determined. If the first instruction does not have an explicit execution time requirement, the execution time requirement of the first instruction can be considered as current; if the first instruction has an explicit execution time requirement, the execution time requirement is used as the execution time of the first instruction. The terminal server judges whether the current time meets the execution time requirement, for example, if the execution time requirement of the first instruction is current, the current time meets the execution time requirement, and if the execution time requirement of the first instruction is tomorrow, the current time does not meet the execution time requirement.
If the current time meets the execution time requirement in the first instruction, the first instruction may be executed, and specifically, the step of acquiring the target action in the first instruction and the home equipment for executing the target action and the steps after the step may be executed.
And if the current time does not meet the execution time requirement, waiting to the moment meeting the execution time requirement, and executing the step of acquiring the target action in the first instruction and the household equipment for executing the target action and the subsequent steps. For example, if the execution time requirement is "tomorrow" when the first instruction is received, the step of obtaining the target action in the first instruction and the home equipment for executing the target action and the subsequent steps are executed after waiting for the next day.
Step S250: and sending a control request to a manufacturer server in communication connection with the first home device, so as to inform the manufacturer server to control the first home device to execute the target action.
According to the first instruction, the terminal server firstly sends a control request to a manufacturer server in communication connection with the first household equipment. For the specific implementation process of this step, reference may be made to the corresponding steps described above, which are not described herein again.
Optionally, in this embodiment of the present application, the determining of the vendor server to which the first home device is communicatively connected may also be included. Specifically, the first instruction includes an equipment identifier of the first home equipment, and the terminal server may obtain the equipment identifier of the first home equipment from the first instruction. In addition, the corresponding relationship between the equipment identifier and the manufacturer server is stored in the terminal server, so that the terminal server can search the manufacturer identifier corresponding to the equipment identifier of the first household equipment according to the corresponding relationship between the equipment identifier and the manufacturer identifier, and send a control request to the manufacturer server corresponding to the manufacturer identifier.
Specifically, the terminal server sends the control request to the manufacturer server, and may be configured to convert an instruction for controlling the first home device to execute the target action in the first instruction into an instruction that can be recognized and used by the manufacturer server according to a communication protocol between the manufacturer server and the terminal server, and send the instruction to the manufacturer server.
Optionally, in this embodiment of the application, the target action may be state control on the home devices, for example, adjusting the state of the first home device to a specified state. For example, the air conditioner is controlled to be turned on, that is, the state of the air conditioner is adjusted to the turned-on state.
Optionally, in this embodiment of the application, the state of the home device may be queried, and the target action is used to feed back the current state of the first home device. When the manufacturer server controls the first home equipment to execute the target action, the first home equipment feeds back the current state of the first home equipment to the manufacturer server, and the manufacturer server sends the current state of the first home equipment to the terminal server. Correspondingly, the terminal server may receive the current state of the first home device returned by the manufacturer server. Optionally, the terminal server continues to send the current state of the first home device to the terminal, so that the user queries the state of the home device through the terminal. In the received control instruction, the first instruction is to inquire the on-off state of the air conditioner, the target action is that the air conditioner feeds back the current on-off state, and the manufacturer server connected with the air conditioner sends the on-off state of the air conditioner to the terminal server.
Step S260: and acquiring the execution condition in the second instruction and the household equipment corresponding to the execution condition as second household equipment.
Step S270: and sending a subscription request to a manufacturer server in communication connection with the second home equipment, so as to inform the manufacturer server to feed back to the terminal server when the environment information acquired by the second home equipment meets the execution condition.
In this embodiment, for the specific execution process of receiving the second instruction, reference may be made to corresponding steps in the foregoing embodiments, which are not described herein again.
Optionally, in this embodiment of the present application, the second instruction may also have a corresponding execution time requirement, that is, the execution time of the second instruction. Therefore, prior to step S270, the execution time requirement of the second instruction may be determined.
After determining the execution time requirement in the second instruction, the execution time requirement may be carried when the subscription request is sent in step S270, so that the vendor server receiving the subscription request may determine the feedback time of the information. Specifically, the terminal server may send a subscription request carrying the execution time requirement to a vendor server in communication connection with the second home device, and is configured to notify the vendor server that the environment information acquired by the second home device meets the execution condition when the vendor server meets the execution time requirement.
For example, the second instruction is "turn on corridor lights when corridor sound reaches 50 db during 7 pm to 7 am". It may be determined that the execution time requirement in the second command is "7 pm to 7 am", and the execution condition is "50 db of sound in the corridor", the terminal server transmits the execution time requirement and the execution condition to the vendor server in communication connection with the sound sensor in the corridor. Therefore, if the sound sensor detects that the corridor sound reaches 50 decibels between 7 pm and 7 am, the manufacturer server feeds back the feedback information that the execution condition of "the corridor sound reaches 50 decibels" to the terminal server.
Optionally, in this embodiment of the application, when the subscription request or the control request is sent to the vendor server according to the second instruction, the vendor server corresponding to the device identifier finder of the corresponding home device may also be searched according to the device identifier of the corresponding home device. Specifically, the manufacturer server may be searched for through the device identifier under the first instruction, which is not described herein again.
Optionally, in this embodiment of the application, the specified action that needs to be executed when the execution condition is met in the second instruction may also be to feed back the current state of the third home equipment, or to adjust the state of the third home equipment to a specified state. The first instruction may be executed according to a corresponding execution manner, which is not described herein.
In addition, optionally, in this embodiment of the application, the interaction between the terminal and the terminal server, and the data interaction between the terminal server and each vendor server may be implemented through control interfaces between each other.
In the embodiment of the application, the terminal can acquire the equipment identifier and the action code from the terminal server, so that data corresponding to the equipment identifier and the action code do not need to be maintained at the terminal, and the data storage capacity of the terminal is reduced.
The embodiment of the application also provides an intelligent home dispatching method which is applied to the intelligent home dispatching system. Specifically, as shown in fig. 6, the method includes:
step S310: and the terminal server receives a control instruction sent by the terminal. If the control command includes a first command, go to step S320; if the control command includes a second command, step S350 is executed.
Step S320: and the terminal server acquires the target action in the first instruction and the household equipment for executing the target action as first household equipment.

Optionally, in this embodiment of the application, the terminal may further receive a control operation of a user; and the terminal sends a control instruction to the terminal server according to the control operation.
Optionally, the terminal server may further receive execution condition satisfaction information returned by a manufacturer server in communication connection with the second home device; the terminal server searches for a specified action to be executed when the execution condition is met and a third home device corresponding to the specified action according to the second instruction; the terminal server sends a control request to a manufacturer server which is in communication connection with the found third home equipment; and the manufacturer server receiving the control request controls the third household equipment to execute the specified action.
In this embodiment, specific execution of each step may refer to the foregoing embodiment, and is not described herein again.
In addition, it is understood that, since the control instruction may include only the first instruction, only the second instruction, or both the first instruction and the second instruction, in this embodiment, the steps S320 and S350 may be executed alternatively or both.
The embodiment of the application further provides an intelligent home scheduling device 400, which is applied to a terminal server. As shown in fig. 7, the apparatus 400 includes: an instruction receiving module 410, configured to receive a control instruction sent by a terminal; the first processing module 420 is configured to, if the control instruction includes a first instruction, acquire a target action in the first instruction and a home device for executing the target action, as a first home device; a request sending module 430, configured to send a control request to a vendor server in communication connection with the first home device, so as to notify the vendor server to control the first home device to execute the target action; the second processing module 440 is configured to, if the control instruction includes a second instruction, obtain an execution condition in the second instruction and a home device corresponding to the execution condition, as a second home device; the subscription module 450 is configured to send a subscription request to a vendor server in communication connection with the second home device, and is configured to notify the vendor server to feed back to the terminal server when the environment information acquired by the second home device meets the execution condition.
Optionally, the request sending module 430 may include an identifier obtaining unit, configured to obtain the device identifier of the first home device from the first instruction; the searching unit is used for searching for the manufacturer identification corresponding to the equipment identification according to the corresponding relation between the equipment identification and the manufacturer identification; and the request unit is used for sending a control request to the manufacturer server corresponding to the manufacturer identification.
Optionally, the apparatus may further include a condition receiving module, configured to receive execution condition satisfaction information returned by the vendor server in communication connection with the second home device; the searching module is used for searching the specified action which needs to be executed when the execution condition is met and the third home equipment corresponding to the specified action according to the second instruction; the request sending module is further configured to send a control request to the found manufacturer server in communication connection with the third home device, so as to notify the manufacturer server to control the third home device to execute the specified action.
Optionally, the apparatus may further include a time determining module, configured to determine an execution time requirement of the first instruction, and determine whether the current time meets the execution time requirement.
Optionally, the time determination module may be further configured to determine an execution time requirement of the second instruction. The subscription module 450 may be configured to send a subscription request carrying the execution time requirement to a vendor server in communication connection with the second home device, and be configured to notify the vendor server that the environment information acquired by the second home device meets the execution condition when the vendor server meets the execution time requirement, and feed the environment information back to the terminal server.
Optionally, the apparatus further includes an inquiry feedback module, configured to receive a device identifier inquiry request sent by the terminal; and returning the corresponding relation between the equipment name and the equipment identifier to the terminal so that the terminal can search the equipment identifier corresponding to the received equipment name according to the corresponding relation.
Optionally, the query feedback module may further receive an action code query request sent by the terminal; and returning the corresponding relation between the action name and the action code to the terminal, so that the terminal can inquire the action code corresponding to the action name according to the received action name and send a control instruction according to the action code.
Optionally, the apparatus may further include a status receiving module, configured to receive a current status of the first home device returned by the vendor server; and sending the current state of the first household equipment to the terminal.
Optionally, the apparatus may further include a cancellation module, configured to receive feedback information that does not satisfy the execution condition and is returned by the vendor server in communication connection with the second home device; and sending a control request to a manufacturer server in communication connection with the third home equipment, wherein the control request is used for informing the manufacturer server to control the third home equipment to cancel the execution of the specified action.
In the intelligent home scheduling method, the intelligent home scheduling device, the intelligent home scheduling system, the intelligent home scheduling server and the intelligent home scheduling storage medium, the terminal is in communication connection with the terminal server, and the terminal server is in communication connection with a plurality of manufacturer servers. When a control instruction of the terminal is received, the terminal server sends interactive data to a corresponding manufacturer server according to a manufacturer to which the home equipment belongs in the control instruction, so that the home equipment is controlled through the corresponding manufacturer server, or the state of the home equipment is acquired from the corresponding manufacturer server, and the data acquired by the home equipment is acquired. When the control instruction comprises data interaction with home equipment belonging to different manufacturers, the terminal server sends the request to different equipment manufacturers in batches according to different manufacturers to which the equipment belongs, so that the terminal server realizes the sending of the control instruction by one client, the operation difficulty of the terminal is reduced, the cost of accessing the client to different manufacturers is reduced, the experience of adding a plurality of intelligent manufacturer equipment by the user is improved, the flexible scheduling of the plurality of equipment can be realized, and the intelligent scene experience is established; in addition, the integration of home equipment of different manufacturers is realized, equipment inquiry, subscription and control interfaces of a plurality of manufacturers are combined, and the functions of cross-equipment manufacturer scheduling and rich scene scheduling can be realized.
It will be clear to those skilled in the art that, for convenience and brevity of description, the various method embodiments described above may be referred to one another; the various embodiments of each method embodiment may also be referred to one another. For the specific working processes of the above-described devices and modules, reference may be made to corresponding processes in the foregoing method embodiments, which are not described herein again.
In the several embodiments provided in the present application, the coupling between the modules may be electrical, mechanical or other type of coupling.
In addition, functional modules in the embodiments of the present application may be integrated into one processing module, or each of the modules may exist alone physically, or two or more modules are integrated into one module. The integrated module can be realized in a hardware mode, and can also be realized in a software functional module mode.
Referring to fig. 8, a block diagram of a server 500 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure is shown. The server 500 may be a terminal server or any one of the vendor servers. The server 500 includes one or more processors 510 (only one shown), memory 520, and one or more programs. Wherein the one or more programs are stored in the memory 520 and configured to be executed by the one or more processors 510. The one or more programs are configured to perform the methods described in the foregoing embodiments.
In the embodiment of the present application, the one or more programs may be an application program and each fast application, respectively.
Processor 510 may include one or more processing cores. Processor 510 interfaces with various components throughout server 500 using various interfaces and lines to perform various functions of server 500 and process data by executing or executing instructions, programs, code sets, or instruction sets stored in memory 520 and invoking data stored in memory 520. Alternatively, the processor 510 may be implemented in hardware using at least one of Digital Signal Processing (DSP), Field-Programmable Gate Array (FPGA), and Programmable Logic Array (PLA). The processor 510 may integrate one or more of a Central Processing Unit (CPU), a Graphics Processing Unit (GPU), a modem, and the like.
The Memory 520 may include a Random Access Memory (RAM) or a Read-Only Memory (Read-Only Memory). The memory 520 may be used to store instructions, programs, code sets, or instruction sets. The memory 520 may include a program storage area and a data storage area, wherein the program storage area may store instructions for implementing an operating system, instructions for implementing at least one function, instructions for implementing the various method embodiments described above, and the like. The storage data area may also be data created by the server in use, and the like.
Referring to fig. 9, a block diagram of a computer-readable storage medium according to an embodiment of the present application is shown. The computer-readable storage medium 600 has stored therein program code that can be called by a processor to execute the method described in the above-described method embodiments.
The computer-readable storage medium 600 may be an electronic memory such as a flash memory, an EEPROM (electrically erasable programmable read only memory), an EPROM, a hard disk, or a ROM. Alternatively, the computer-readable storage medium 600 includes a non-volatile computer-readable storage medium. The computer readable storage medium 600 has storage space for program code 610 for performing any of the method steps of the method described above. The program code can be read from or written to one or more computer program products. The program code 610 may be compressed, for example, in a suitable form.

Claims (20)

  1. An intelligent home scheduling method is applied to a terminal server, a plurality of manufacturer servers are respectively in communication connection with the terminal server according to the same communication protocol of the terminal server, different manufacturer servers are in communication connection with home equipment according to respective communication protocols, and the method comprises the following steps:
    receiving a control instruction sent by a terminal;
    if the control instruction comprises a first instruction, acquiring a target action in the first instruction and home equipment for executing the target action as first home equipment,
    sending a control request to a manufacturer server in communication connection with the first home device, wherein the control request is used for informing the manufacturer server to control the first home device to execute the target action;
    if the control instruction comprises a second instruction, acquiring an execution condition in the second instruction and the home equipment corresponding to the execution condition as second home equipment,
    and sending a subscription request to a manufacturer server in communication connection with the second home equipment, so as to inform the manufacturer server to feed back to the terminal server when the environment information acquired by the second home equipment meets the execution condition.
  2. The method according to claim 1, wherein before the obtaining the target action in the first instruction and the home device for executing the target action, further comprising:
    determining an execution time requirement of the first instruction;
    determining whether the current time meets the execution time requirement,
    and if so, executing the steps of obtaining the target action in the first instruction and the household equipment for executing the target action.

    searching for a manufacturer identifier corresponding to the equipment identifier according to the corresponding relation between the equipment identifier and the manufacturer identifier;
    and sending a control request to a manufacturer server corresponding to the manufacturer identification.
  5. The method according to claim 4, wherein before the receiving the control command sent by the terminal, the method further comprises:
    receiving a device identification query request sent by a terminal;
    and returning the corresponding relation between the equipment name and the equipment identifier to the terminal so that the terminal can search the equipment identifier corresponding to the received equipment name according to the corresponding relation.
  6. The method according to any one of claims 1-5, wherein the target action is to feed back a current state of the first household device, the method further comprising:
    receiving the current state of the first home device returned by the manufacturer server;
    and sending the current state of the first household equipment to the terminal.
  7. The method according to any one of claims 1-6, wherein the target action further comprises adjusting the state of the first household device to a specified state.
  8. The method according to any one of claims 1-7, further comprising:
    receiving execution condition satisfaction information returned by a manufacturer server in communication connection with second household equipment;
    according to the second instruction, searching a specified action to be executed when the execution condition is met and a third home device corresponding to the specified action;
    and sending a control request to the found manufacturer server in communication connection with the third household equipment, wherein the control request is used for informing the manufacturer server to control the third household equipment to execute the specified action.
  9. The method of claim 8, wherein after sending the control request to the vendor server of the located third home device communication connection, further comprising:
    receiving feedback information which does not meet the execution condition and is returned by a manufacturer server in communication connection with the second household equipment;
    and sending a control request to a manufacturer server in communication connection with the third home equipment, wherein the control request is used for informing the manufacturer server to control the third home equipment to cancel the execution of the specified action.
  10. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein before sending the subscription request to the vendor server to which the second home device is communicatively connected, the method further comprises:
    determining an execution time requirement of the second instruction;
    the sending of the subscription request to the vendor server in communication connection with the second home device includes:
    and sending a subscription request carrying the execution time requirement to a manufacturer server in communication connection with the second home equipment, and notifying the manufacturer server of feedback to the terminal server when the environment information acquired by the second home equipment meets the execution condition under the condition that the manufacturer server meets the execution time requirement.
  11. The method according to any one of claims 1-10, wherein the receiving terminal sends the control command before, further comprising:
    receiving an action code query request sent by a terminal;
    and returning the corresponding relation between the action name and the action code to the terminal, so that the terminal can inquire the action code corresponding to the action name according to the received action name and send a control instruction according to the action code.

    if the control instruction comprises a first instruction, the terminal server acquires a target action in the first instruction and the household equipment for executing the target action as first household equipment,
    the terminal server sends a control request to a vendor server to which the first home device is communicatively connected,
    the manufacturer server receiving the control request controls the first household equipment to execute the target action;
    if the control instruction comprises a second instruction, the terminal server acquires an execution condition in the second instruction and the home equipment corresponding to the execution condition as second home equipment,
    the terminal server sends a subscription request to a manufacturer server in communication connection with the second household equipment,
    and the manufacturer server receiving the subscription request feeds back the environmental information collected by the second household equipment to the terminal server when the environmental information meets the execution condition.
  13. The method of claim 12, further comprising:
    the terminal receives control operation of a user;
    and the terminal sends a control instruction to the terminal server according to the control operation.
  14. The method according to claim 12 or 13, characterized in that the method further comprises:
    the terminal server receives execution condition satisfaction information returned by a manufacturer server in communication connection with the second household equipment;
    the terminal server searches for a specified action to be executed when the execution condition is met and a third home device corresponding to the specified action according to the second instruction;
    the terminal server sends a control request to a manufacturer server which is in communication connection with the found third home equipment;
    and the manufacturer server receiving the control request controls the third household equipment to execute the specified action.

    and the request unit is used for sending a control request to the manufacturer server corresponding to the manufacturer identification.

    the condition receiving module is used for receiving execution condition satisfaction information returned by a manufacturer server in communication connection with the second household equipment;
    the searching module is used for searching the specified action which needs to be executed when the execution condition is met and the third home equipment corresponding to the specified action according to the second instruction;
    the request sending module is further configured to send a control request to the found manufacturer server in communication connection with the third home device, so as to notify the manufacturer server to control the third home device to execute the specified action.

An intelligent home dispatching system is characterized by comprising a terminal, a terminal server and a plurality of manufacturer servers, wherein the terminal is connected with the terminal server through a network, the plurality of manufacturer servers are respectively in communication connection with the terminal server according to the same communication protocol of the terminal server, different manufacturer servers are in communication connection with home equipment according to respective communication protocols, each home equipment is connected with one manufacturer server, and the terminal is connected with the terminal server through a network,

    the terminal server is configured to send a control request to a vendor server communicatively coupled to the first home device,
    the manufacturer server receiving the control request is used for controlling the first household equipment to execute the target action;
    if the control instruction comprises a second instruction, the terminal server is used for acquiring an execution condition in the second instruction and the home equipment corresponding to the execution condition as second home equipment,
    the terminal server is used for sending a subscription request to a manufacturer server in communication connection with the second household equipment,
    and the manufacturer server receiving the subscription request is used for feeding back to the terminal server when the environmental information acquired by the second household equipment meets the execution condition.
  19. A server, comprising:
    one or more processors;
    a memory;
    one or more programs, wherein the one or more programs are stored in the memory and configured to be executed by the one or more processors, the one or more programs configured to perform the method of any of claims 1-11.
  20. A computer-readable storage medium, having stored thereon program code that can be invoked by a processor to perform the method according to any one of claims 1 to 11.
