Wherein, the equipment type can include that intelligence machine of sweeping the floor, intelligent humidifier, intelligent motion bracelet, intelligent electric rice cooker, intelligent TV set, intelligent air conditioner etc. and equipment hardware consumptive material information can include that the electric quantity of equipment, the length of time of using of equipment, the fault monitoring information of equipment etc..
The equipment control system comprises first manufacturer equipment, an account management platform, second manufacturer equipment, an equipment platform corresponding to the second manufacturer equipment and the like. The method comprises the steps that a first manufacturer device, an account management platform, a second manufacturer device, a device platform and the like corresponding to the second manufacturer device, a cloud platform and the like corresponding to other manufacturer devices and other manufacturer devices establish an intercommunication interconnection relation based on the Internet of things, and the devices can send and receive messages to and from each other. The communication mode among the first manufacturer device, the account management platform, the second manufacturer device, the device platform corresponding to the second manufacturer device, and the cloud platform corresponding to the other manufacturer device may be a point-to-point communication mode, or a communication mode in which the intelligent router/server serves as a relay.
The account management platform can provide different control requests for a user according to equipment information of second manufacturer equipment sent by first manufacturer equipment so that the user can select corresponding control requests according to own requirements, for example, when the equipment type is an intelligent humidifier, besides the control request of the humidifier providing a basic control switch for the user, the account management platform also provides control requests for increasing the air output of the humidifier and reducing the air output of the humidifier for the user so that the user can flexibly select the control request according to indoor humidity, and when the equipment type is an intelligent sweeper, if the electric quantity of the equipment is about to be exhausted, the account management platform can provide a control request for automatic charging for the user so that the user can control the equipment to automatically complete charging anytime and anywhere.
In addition, the account management platform can determine the latest control request of the user for the humidifier according to the control record of the user. Since the user may make different control requests to the intelligent humidifier at different times, the last time referred to herein does not refer to the last control request, but the control request made by the user during the last time the user used the intelligent humidifier. For example, if the time when the user last used the intelligent humidifier is 11:00 am on friday 13/8/2021, based on the usage record, all control requests issued by the user within 3 hours before 11:00 can be acquired.
By the invention, the account management platform is utilized to create account information for the user so as to establish the incidence relation between the user and different manufacturers and equipment thereof, thereby realizing interconnection and intercommunication of equipment of different manufacturers by using the method of controlling the equipment of different manufacturers by using the account information, namely, the account management platform sends the received device information of the second manufacturer device and the account information of the target object sent by the first manufacturer device to the device platform of the second manufacturer device, instructing the device platform to establish a first association relationship between the device information and the account information, receiving notification information sent by the equipment platform, establishing a second association relationship between the account information and the second manufacturer equipment and the equipment platform, and sending the control request carrying the target account information sent by the first manufacturer equipment to the equipment platform according to the second incidence relation and the first incidence relation. By adopting the technical scheme, under the condition that cross-platform access of the equipment is not needed, the problem of cross-platform control of the equipment is solved, the efficiency of interconnection and intercommunication among equipment of different manufacturers is improved, the equipment control complexity and the research and development cost are reduced, and the user experience is improved.
In an optional embodiment, the control request is sent to the device platform according to the second association relationship and the first association relationship, so that the device platform controls, based on the target account information, a second vendor device corresponding to the target account information to respond to the control request, where the technical solution provided in this embodiment includes: determining an equipment platform corresponding to the target account information; and sending the control request to an equipment platform corresponding to the target account information according to the second association relation so as to indicate the equipment platform corresponding to the target account information, so that the equipment platform controls a second manufacturer equipment corresponding to the target account information to respond to the control request based on the target account information.
In an optional embodiment, a technical solution is provided for sending the control request to the device platform corresponding to the target account information according to the second association relationship, where the technical solution includes: finding the equipment platform corresponding to the target account information in the second incidence relation; and sending the control request to the equipment platform corresponding to the target account information.
In order to better understand how to send the control request to the device platform according to the second association relationship and the first association relationship in step S306, so that the device platform controls, based on the target account information, a second vendor device corresponding to the target account information to respond to the control request, the technical solution provided in this embodiment includes: verifying the target account information in the control request through the account management platform; and sending the control request to the equipment platform according to the second incidence relation and the first incidence relation under the condition of passing the verification.
In order to better understand the step S302, the device information and the account information of the target object are sent to the device platform of the second manufacturer device, so as to indicate that before the device platform establishes the first association relationship between the device information and the account information, and under the condition that the account information is registered in the account management platform, the verification request sent by the first manufacturer device is received; the authentication request is used for requesting an identity authentication link of the account management platform; receiving verification information which is sent by the first manufacturer equipment and carries the account information; and receiving the equipment information of the second manufacturer equipment sent by the first manufacturer equipment under the condition that the verification information passes the verification.
In this embodiment, a device control method operating on the device platform is provided, and fig. 4 is a flowchart (ii) of a device control method according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4, the method includes the following steps:
step S402, receiving device information of a second manufacturer device and account information of a target object sent by an account management platform, and establishing a first association relationship between the device information and the account information on the device platform of the second manufacturer device; the account information is registered in the account management platform;
step S404, sending notification information to the account management platform to indicate the account management platform to establish a second association relationship between the second manufacturer device and the device platform and the account information; the notification information is used for indicating that the equipment platform has successfully established the first association relation;
step S406, when the account management platform receives a control request carrying target account information sent by a first manufacturer device, receiving the control request sent by the account management platform according to the second association relationship and the first association relationship, and controlling, based on the target account information, a second manufacturer device corresponding to the target account information to respond to the control request.
By the equipment control method of the invention, account information is created for the target object by using the account management platform, the incidence relation between the user and different manufacturers and equipment thereof is established, thereby realizing interconnection and intercommunication of equipment of different manufacturers by using the method of controlling the equipment of different manufacturers by using the account information, namely, the account management platform sends the received device information of the second manufacturer device and the account information of the target object sent by the first manufacturer device to the device platform of the second manufacturer device, instructing the device platform to establish a first association relationship between the device information and the account information, receiving notification information sent by the equipment platform, establishing a second association relationship between the account information and the second manufacturer equipment and the equipment platform, and sending the control request carrying the target account information sent by the first manufacturer equipment to the equipment platform according to the second incidence relation and the first incidence relation. In order to better understand how to receive the control request sent by the account management platform according to the second association relationship and the first association relationship in step S406, and control, based on the target account information, a second vendor device corresponding to the target account information to respond to the control request, the technical solution provided in this embodiment includes: under the condition that the account management platform determines a device platform corresponding to the target account information, receiving the control request sent by the account management platform according to the second incidence relation; and controlling second manufacturer equipment corresponding to the target account information to respond to the control request based on the target account information.
In summary, in the above technical solution, the unified account management platform creates a unified account for the user, and establishes an association relationship between the user and different manufacturers and devices thereof, so that interconnection and intercommunication among devices of different manufacturers are realized by using the unified account to control the devices of different manufacturers, and under the condition that the devices do not need to be accessed across platforms, the problem that the user performs cross-platform control on the devices is solved, and interconnection and intercommunication among devices of different manufacturers are realized. The equipment control complexity and the research and development cost are reduced, and the user experience is improved.
The following explains the process of cross-platform control of the device with reference to an example, but is not intended to limit the technical solution of the embodiment of the present invention, and the technical solution of the example of the present invention is as follows:
fig. 5 is a schematic diagram of an alternative device control process according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5, the method includes the following steps:
in step 1, a user registers an account on a unified account management platform (corresponding to the account management platform 104 in fig. 1).
Step 2, the user configures a manufacturer B home device (corresponding to the second manufacturer device 108 in fig. 1, hereinafter referred to as a device) through a manufacturer a smart terminal (corresponding to the first manufacturer device 102 in fig. 1, hereinafter referred to as a smart terminal).
The intelligent terminal is provided with the intelligent application, and the intelligent application is installed in the intelligent terminal to realize the man-machine interaction operation of the user on the household appliance of the manufacturer B.
It should be noted that, the configuration method may be that after the manufacturer a intelligent terminal is accessed to the wireless network provided by the router, the device information of the manufacturer B home appliance device is determined in the home appliance device information of different manufacturers provided by the intelligent application in the manufacturer a intelligent terminal, so as to complete the configuration of the manufacturer B home appliance device.
Step 3, the user requests an identity verification link from the unified account management platform through the manufacturer A intelligent terminal;
step 4, the unified account management platform returns an authentication address, and the authentication address comprises an authentication link;
and 5, opening an identity verification link in the manufacturer A intelligent terminal by the user, and inputting verification information such as an account number and a password.
And 6, the manufacturer A intelligent terminal sends the verification information to the unified account management platform.
And 7, after the unified account management platform passes the verification, sending passing information of passing the verification to the manufacturer A intelligent terminal.
And 8, the manufacturer A intelligent terminal sends the manufacturer B equipment information to the unified account management platform.
Step 9, the unified account management platform sends the user account and the manufacturer B device information to the manufacturer B cloud platform (equivalent to the device platform 110 in fig. 1).
And step 10, the manufacturer B cloud platform establishes an association relationship between the account and the manufacturer B equipment.
And 11, the manufacturer B cloud platform informs the unified account management platform that the manufacturer B equipment and the account are bound.
And step 12, the unified account management platform establishes an association relationship among the account, the manufacturer B and the manufacturer B equipment.
Step 13, the unified account management platform informs the manufacturer A of the intelligent terminal, and the manufacturer B equipment is successfully bound, namely, the user can control the manufacturer B equipment;
step 14, when a user logs in the intelligent terminal next time and needs to control the manufacturer B equipment, sending a control request for controlling the manufacturer B equipment, an account and a password to the unified account management platform through the intelligent terminal;
step 15, verifying the validity of the account, verifying the account and the password by the unified account management platform, determining whether equipment of the manufacturer B under the account exists after the verification is passed, if the equipment of the manufacturer B under the account exists, executing step 16, and if the equipment of the manufacturer B under the account does not exist, reporting the abnormal state of the background equipment and prompting manual processing.
The account management platform may include first/second vendor equipment and equipment information of the first/second vendor equipment, and after the equipment platform of the second vendor equipment is determined according to the equipment information of the second vendor equipment sent by the first vendor equipment, whether the equipment information of the second vendor equipment sent by the first vendor equipment exists is determined according to prestored equipment information of the second vendor equipment of the equipment platform.
And step 16, the unified account management platform sends a control request to the manufacturer B cloud platform, wherein the control request carries identity information.
It should be noted that after the identity verification of the user passes, the identity information in the control request sent to the manufacturer B cloud platform through the unified account management platform only needs to include the account of the user, so as to improve the security of device control.
And step 17, judging whether the account and the manufacturer B equipment have a relationship by the manufacturer B cloud platform, executing step 18 if the account and the manufacturer B equipment are determined to have the relationship, reporting the abnormal state of the background equipment if the account and the manufacturer B equipment do not have the relationship, and prompting manual processing.
And step 18, the manufacturer B cloud platform sends a control command to the manufacturer B equipment.
It should be noted that the vendor B cloud platform may also customize a common control command for the user according to the number of times of the control request initiated by the user to the vendor device, for example, the number of times of the control request of "opening the humidifier" in the control instruction initiated by the user to the intelligent humidifier is the largest, so that the vendor B cloud platform may set a shortcut for the control request of "opening the humidifier", so as to improve the convenience of the user in controlling the intelligent humidifier, so as to improve the user experience of the user in controlling the intelligent humidifier.
And 19, after the equipment receives the control command, finishing the corresponding function according to the control command.
The manufacturer A intelligent terminal can have the functions of displaying the device types, controlling the devices, switching the use scenes of the devices and the like. For example, a manufacturer a intelligent terminal can display various types of equipment such as an intelligent sweeper, an intelligent humidifier, an intelligent sports bracelet, an intelligent electric cooker, an intelligent television, an intelligent air conditioner and the like in different equipment use scenes, and the manufacturer a intelligent terminal can provide different control commands for users according to the equipment use scenes and the equipment types.
For example, if the usage scenario of the device is a bedroom, the types of the device that the user can select include an intelligent humidifier (hereinafter, may be referred to as a humidifier) and an intelligent sweeper, and when the user uses the manufacturer a intelligent terminal to control the intelligent humidifier, the manufacturer a intelligent terminal may provide control commands for the user to turn on the humidifier, turn off the humidifier, time the humidifier, increase the output of the humidifier, and the like.
Through the above description of the embodiments, those skilled in the art can clearly understand that the method according to the above embodiments can be implemented by software plus a necessary general hardware platform, and certainly can also be implemented by hardware, but the former is a better implementation mode in many cases. Based on such understanding, the technical solutions of the present invention may be embodied in the form of a software product, which is stored in a storage medium (e.g., ROM/RAM, magnetic disk, optical disk) and includes instructions for enabling a terminal device (e.g., a mobile phone, a computer, a server, or a network device) to execute the method according to the embodiments of the present invention.

In the embodiment of the present invention, the device control apparatus is further configured to find a device platform corresponding to the target account information in the second association relationship; and sending the control request to the equipment platform corresponding to the target account information.
In this embodiment of the present invention, the second sending module 66 is further configured to verify the target account information in the control request through the account management platform; and sending the control request to the equipment platform according to the second incidence relation and the first incidence relation under the condition of passing the verification.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the device information and the account information of the target object are sent to a device platform of the second manufacturer device, so as to receive a verification request sent by the first manufacturer device when the account information is registered in the account management platform before the device platform establishes the first association relationship between the device information and the account information; the authentication request is used for requesting an identity authentication link of the account management platform; receiving verification information which is sent by the first manufacturer equipment and carries the account information; and receiving the equipment information of the second manufacturer equipment sent by the first manufacturer equipment under the condition that the verification information passes the verification.
Fig. 7 is a block diagram (ii) of an alternative device control apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 7, the apparatus includes:
a first receiving module 72, configured to receive device information of a second manufacturer device and account information of a target object, which are sent by an account management platform, and establish a first association relationship between the device information and the account information on the device platform of the second manufacturer device; the account information is registered in the account management platform;
a third sending module 74, configured to send notification information to the account management platform, so as to instruct the account management platform to establish a second association relationship between the second manufacturer device and the device platform and the account information; the notification information is used for indicating that the equipment platform has successfully established the first association relation;
a fourth sending module 76, configured to receive the control request sent by the account management platform according to the second association relationship and the first association relationship when the account management platform receives the control request carrying the target account information sent by the first vendor device, and control, based on the target account information, a second vendor device corresponding to the target account information to respond to the control request.
In this embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 7, the fourth sending module 76 is further configured to receive the control request sent by the account management platform according to the second association relationship, when the account management platform has determined the device platform corresponding to the target account information; and controlling second manufacturer equipment corresponding to the target account information to respond to the control request based on the target account information.
An embodiment of the present invention further provides a storage medium including a stored program, where the program executes the device control method according to any one of the above descriptions when the program runs.
Alternatively, in the present embodiment, the storage medium may be configured to store program codes for performing the following steps:

1. An equipment control method is applied to an account management platform, and comprises the following steps:
under the condition that equipment information of second manufacturer equipment sent by first manufacturer equipment is received, sending the equipment information and account information of a target object to an equipment platform of the second manufacturer equipment to indicate the equipment platform to establish a first association relationship between the equipment information and the account information; the account information is registered in the account management platform;
receiving notification information sent by the equipment platform, and establishing a second association relation among the account information, the second manufacturer equipment and the equipment platform; the notification information is used for indicating that the equipment platform has successfully established the first association relation;
and under the condition of receiving a control request which is sent by the first manufacturer equipment and carries target account information, sending the control request to the equipment platform according to the second incidence relation and the first incidence relation, so that the equipment platform controls the second manufacturer equipment corresponding to the target account information to respond to the control request based on the target account information.
2. The device control method according to claim 1, wherein the sending of the control request to the device platform according to the second association relationship and the first association relationship is performed so that the device platform controls a second vendor device corresponding to the target account information to respond to the control request based on the target account information, and includes:
determining an equipment platform corresponding to the target account information;
and sending the control request to an equipment platform corresponding to the target account information according to the second incidence relation, so that the equipment platform controls a second manufacturer equipment corresponding to the target account information to respond to the control request based on the target account information.
3. The device control method according to claim 2, wherein sending the control request to the device platform corresponding to the target account information according to the second association relationship includes:
finding the equipment platform corresponding to the target account information in the second incidence relation;
and sending the control request to the equipment platform corresponding to the target account information.
4. The device control method according to claim 1, wherein the control request is sent to the device platform according to the second association relationship and the first association relationship, so that the device platform controls a second vendor device corresponding to the target account information to respond to the control request based on the target account information, further comprising:
verifying the target account information in the control request through the account management platform;
and sending the control request to the equipment platform according to the second incidence relation and the first incidence relation under the condition of passing the verification.
5. The device control method according to claim 1, wherein before sending the device information and account information of a target object to a device platform of the second vendor device to instruct the device platform to establish the first association relationship between the device information and the account information, the method further comprises:
receiving a verification request sent by the first manufacturer device under the condition that the account information is registered in the account management platform; the authentication request is used for requesting an identity authentication link of the account management platform;
receiving verification information which is sent by the first manufacturer equipment and carries the account information;
and receiving the equipment information of the second manufacturer equipment sent by the first manufacturer equipment under the condition that the verification information passes the verification.
6. An equipment control method is applied to an equipment platform, and the method comprises the following steps:
receiving equipment information of second manufacturer equipment and account information of a target object, which are sent by an account management platform, and establishing a first association relation between the equipment information and the account information on the equipment platform of the second manufacturer equipment; the account information is registered in the account management platform;
sending notification information to the account management platform to indicate the account management platform to establish a second association relationship between the second manufacturer device and the device platform and the account information; the notification information is used for indicating that the equipment platform has successfully established the first association relation;
and under the condition that the account management platform receives a control request which is sent by first manufacturer equipment and carries target account information, receiving the control request sent by the account management platform according to the second incidence relation and the first incidence relation, and controlling second manufacturer equipment corresponding to the target account information to respond to the control request based on the target account information.
7. The device control method according to claim 6, wherein receiving the control request sent by the account management platform according to the second association relationship and the first association relationship, and controlling, based on the target account information, a second vendor device corresponding to the target account information to respond to the control request includes:
under the condition that the account management platform determines a device platform corresponding to the target account information, receiving the control request sent by the account management platform according to the second incidence relation;
and controlling second manufacturer equipment corresponding to the target account information to respond to the control request based on the target account information.
8. An appliance control system, comprising:
a first manufacturer device, an account management platform, a second manufacturer device, and a device platform corresponding to the second manufacturer device, wherein,
the first manufacturer equipment is connected with the account management platform and used for sending equipment information of the second manufacturer equipment to the account management platform;
the account management platform is connected with the equipment platform and used for sending the equipment information and the account information of the target object to the equipment platform; the account information is registered in the account management platform;
the device platform is used for establishing a first association relationship between the device information and the account information and sending notification information to the account management platform; the notification information is used for indicating that the equipment platform has successfully established the first association relation;
the account management platform is further used for establishing the account information and a second association relationship between the second manufacturer equipment and the equipment platform; and under the condition that a control request carrying target account information and sent by the first manufacturer equipment is received, sending the control request to the equipment platform according to the second incidence relation and the first incidence relation, so that the equipment platform controls the second manufacturer equipment corresponding to the target account information to respond to the control request based on the target account information.
9. The device control system according to claim 8, wherein the account management platform is further configured to determine a device platform corresponding to the target account information; and sending the control request to an equipment platform corresponding to the target account information according to the second incidence relation, so that the equipment platform controls second manufacturer equipment corresponding to the target account information to respond to the control request based on the target account information.
10. An apparatus control device, characterized by comprising:
the device comprises a first sending module, a second sending module and a third sending module, wherein the first sending module is used for sending the device information and the account information of the target object to a device platform of second manufacturer equipment under the condition that the account management platform receives the device information of the second manufacturer equipment sent by first manufacturer equipment so as to indicate the device platform to establish a first incidence relation between the device information and the account information; the account information is registered in the account management platform;
the processing module is used for receiving notification information sent by the equipment platform and establishing a second association relationship between the account information and the second manufacturer equipment and the equipment platform; the notification information is used for indicating that the equipment platform has successfully established the first association relation;
and the second sending module is used for sending the control request to the equipment platform according to the second incidence relation and the first incidence relation under the condition of receiving the control request which is sent by the first manufacturer equipment and carries the target account information, so that the equipment platform controls the second manufacturer equipment corresponding to the target account information to respond to the control request based on the target account information.
11. An apparatus control device, characterized by comprising:
the first receiving module is used for receiving the equipment information of the second manufacturer equipment and the account information of the target object, which are sent by the account management platform, and establishing a first association relationship between the equipment information and the account information on the equipment platform of the second manufacturer equipment; the account information is registered in the account management platform;
a third sending module, configured to send notification information to the account management platform to instruct the account management platform to establish a second association relationship between the second manufacturer device and the device platform and the account information; the notification information is used for indicating that the equipment platform has successfully established the first association relation;
and a fourth sending module, configured to receive, when the account management platform receives a control request carrying target account information sent by a first manufacturer device, the control request sent by the account management platform according to the second association relationship and the first association relationship, and control, based on the target account information, a second manufacturer device corresponding to the target account information to respond to the control request.
12. A computer-readable storage medium, in which a computer program is stored, wherein the computer program is arranged to execute the device control method of any one of claims 1 to 5 when executed, and to execute the device control method of any one of claims 6 to 7.
13. An electronic apparatus comprising a memory and a processor, wherein the memory has stored therein a computer program, and the processor is configured to execute the computer program to perform the device control method of any one of claims 1 to 5 and to perform the device control method of any one of claims 6 to 7.
