The invention discloses an electric power AR intelligent inspection device which comprises a data acquisition unit, AR glasses, a controller, a server unit and a control center, wherein the data acquisition unit transmits acquired electric power equipment data and electric power equipment pictures shot by the AR glasses to the controller, the controller processes the data and uploads the data to the server unit, the server unit transmits a processing result to the control center, meanwhile, the controller transmits the processing result to the AR glasses for display, the controller is mutually communicated with the AR glasses, the controller is in wireless interactive communication with the server unit, and the server unit is in wireless interactive communication with the control center. The electric AR intelligent inspection device can navigate the path of field operation personnel, can provide expert consultation, enables remote experts to guide the field operation personnel to operate, and can read information of detection equipment in real time.

Technical Field

Disclosure of Invention
In view of this, the main objective of the present invention is to provide an intelligent inspection device for electric power AR, which can monitor equipment failure in real time and save manpower.

The expansion sensor comprises any one of a charged alarm sensor, an environment temperature and humidity sensor, a gas detection sensor and a high-voltage sensor.
An expansion power supply is arranged in the controller and provides power for the infrared detector, the expansion sensor and the AR glasses on the intelligent safety helmet.
The AR glasses are monocular AR glasses or binocular AR glasses.
The electric AR intelligent inspection device can navigate the path of field operation personnel, can provide expert consultation, enables remote experts to guide the field operation personnel to operate, and can read information of detection equipment in real time.

As shown in fig. 1, the electric AR intelligent inspection device of the present invention includes a data acquisition unit, AR (Augmented Reality) glasses, a controller, a server unit and a control center, wherein the data acquisition unit and the AR glasses are disposed on an intelligent helmet, the controller is disposed on a body part of a worker, the data acquisition unit transmits acquired electric device data and an electric device picture taken by the AR glasses to the controller, the controller processes and uploads the data to the server unit, the server unit transmits a processing result to the control center, the controller transmits the processing result to the AR glasses for display, the controller and the AR glasses are in communication with each other, the controller and the server unit are in wireless interactive communication, and the server unit and the control center are in wireless interactive communication. The AR glasses have dual functions of image capturing and data display.
As shown in fig. 2, the electric AR intelligent inspection device of the present invention further includes a handheld terminal, the handheld terminal is provided with an APP control module, and the controller and the handheld terminal perform wireless interactive communication. The data acquisition unit comprises an infrared detector and an expansion sensor which are arranged on the intelligent safety helmet, wherein the data acquisition unit transmits acquired power equipment data, such as temperature and humidity, thermal imaging, video, photos, voltage and other service data for work to the controller, the controller is provided with a processor unit and an identification unit, and the processor unit processes the data. The controller has operation modes such as gesture control, voice control, Bluetooth remote control and the like, the operation modes are carried out in a data mode, gesture video actions are collected through the AR glasses camera and transmitted to the controller, a processor unit and an identification unit of the controller process the gesture video actions, the meaning of a gesture is identified, and the gesture video actions are used for controlling corresponding operation functions in the APP control module; the voice control is to input voice through a microphone and transmit the voice to the controller, and a processor unit and an identification unit of the controller process the voice, identify the meaning of the voice and are used for controlling the corresponding operation function in the APP control module; the Bluetooth control is a wireless remote controller with a Bluetooth communication function, a human hand is communicated with the controller through Bluetooth according to action data of the remote controller, such as key values and coordinate data of a touch pad of the remote controller, a processor unit and an identification unit of the controller process the action data, the action meaning is identified and the action data is used for controlling a corresponding operation function in the APP control module, and the gesture, the voice and the action according to the remote controller are performed in a data mode. The controller can also feed back the processing result to the AR glasses for display. The handheld terminal APP control module can scan the two-dimensional code on the equipment for detecting the 4G communication module, the handheld terminal uploads the two-dimensional code data to the server unit through the controller, the server unit database identifies the two-dimensional code information, and the two-dimensional code information is displayed on the AR glasses through the controller, so that a worker can know the detected equipment information.
The invention can call a camera of the AR glasses, transmits a field video recorded by the AR glasses to the server unit through the controller in a video communication mode, transmits the field video to the control center, transmits a first visual picture of a field operator to an expert in real time, supports the expert to perform operations such as screen capture, marking and the like on the field picture, and pushes the marked picture to the AR glasses to guide the field operator to operate.
The APP control module can call a Baidu map and is combined with a GPS function in the controller, an operator sets the position of a target of the inspection equipment on the handheld terminal, the handheld terminal navigates the target position, the inspection personnel is guided to a task area, meanwhile, a field operation path is recorded, and the activity path data of the operator is collected and uploaded to the cloud service terminal.
The infrared detector can be an uncooled focal plane infrared detector, the temperature of the equipment is measured through the uncooled focal plane infrared detector, the infrared image is displayed at the AR glasses end in real time, the temperature of the key part of the equipment is automatically extracted and is compared with the fault temperature threshold of the equipment library, the automation of infrared detection and alarm is realized, and meanwhile, a working temperature report of each part of the equipment is formed.
As shown in fig. 3, the electric AR intelligent inspection device of the present invention further includes an expansion interface box, the expansion interface box is installed on the intelligent helmet, the expansion interface box has a plurality of input/output interfaces, is connected to the expansion sensor, and can expand the input/output devices such as indicators and sensors required by other works, and the expansion sensor includes at least one of a live alarm sensor, an ambient temperature/humidity sensor, a gas detection sensor, and a high voltage sensor. Wherein data acquisition unit is connected with the expansion interface box electricity, and AR glasses are connected with the interface box electricity, and the expansion interface box is connected with the controller electricity, and the controller carries out data communication through expansion interface box and data acquisition unit and AR glasses promptly, is equipped with the extension power among the wherein controller, provides the power for infrared detector, extension sensor and AR glasses on the intelligent safety helmet.
As shown in fig. 4, the infrared detector 1, the AR glasses 2, and the expansion interface box 3 in the present invention are installed on the intelligent safety helmet, and data lines therein are not shown in the figure, wherein the AR glasses may be monocular AR glasses or binocular AR glasses.
The electric AR intelligent inspection device can navigate the path of field operation personnel, can provide expert consultation, enables remote experts to guide the field operation personnel to operate, and can read information of detection equipment in real time.
