In an implementation manner, the specific implementation manner and the beneficial effect of the vehicle management server provided in this embodiment may refer to the vehicle management method provided in the first embodiment of the present invention, and will not be described herein again.
In an embodiment, the vehicle management server provided in this embodiment may include a processor 101 and a transceiver 102. The transceiver 102 may be connected to the processor 101 through the communication bus 103, and perform the above functions under the control of the processor 101. For example, the transceiver 102 may be used to receive a occupant change request. For example, the processor 101 may be configured to associate the vehicle information and/or the usage rights information in the vehicle-related information with the second occupant information when the authentication of the second occupant information is passed.
The vehicle management server provided by the second embodiment of the invention can provide a vehicle management mode so as to conveniently and rapidly transfer the shared vehicle and/or the vehicle right to other vehicles through a regular way when the vehicle users use the shared vehicle, thereby effectively reducing the possibility that the vehicle users privately transfer the shared vehicle and/or the vehicle right to other vehicle users.
Third embodiment:
fig. 3 is a schematic structural view of a vehicle management terminal according to a third embodiment of the present invention. For a clear description of the vehicle management terminal according to the third embodiment of the present invention, please refer to fig. 3.
The vehicle management terminal 1 provided in the third embodiment of the present invention includes: a processor a101 and a memory a201, wherein the processor a101 is configured to execute a computer program A6 stored in the memory a201 to implement the steps of the vehicle management method as described in the first embodiment.
In an embodiment, the vehicle management terminal 1 provided in this embodiment may include at least one processor a101 and at least one memory a201. Wherein the at least one processor a101 may be referred to as a processing unit A1 and the at least one memory a201 may be referred to as a storage unit A2. Specifically, the storage unit A2 stores a computer program A6, which when executed by the processing unit A1, causes the vehicle management terminal 1 provided in the present embodiment to implement the steps of the vehicle management method described in the first embodiment, for example, step S12 shown in fig. 1, when the vehicle association information corresponding to the first vehicle person information is acquired according to the vehicle person change request, the second vehicle person information in the vehicle person change request is authenticated. Also for example, step S13 shown in FIG. 1 associates the vehicle information and/or the usage right information in the vehicle-related information with the second occupant information when the authentication of the second occupant information is passed.
In an embodiment, the vehicle management terminal 1 provided in this embodiment may include a plurality of memories a201 (simply referred to as a storage unit A2), and the storage unit A2 may include, for example, a Random Access Memory (RAM) and/or a cache memory and/or a Read Only Memory (ROM), or the like.
In one embodiment, the in-vehicle management terminal 1 further comprises a bus connecting the different components (e.g. the processor a101 and the memory a201, the touch-sensitive display A3, etc.).
In an embodiment, the vehicle management terminal 1 in this embodiment may further include a communication interface (for example, I/O interface A4) that may be used to communicate with an external device.
In an embodiment, the vehicle management terminal 1 provided in this embodiment may further include a communication device A5.
In an embodiment, the vehicle management terminal 1 provided in this embodiment may be configured to generate the vehicle association information according to the vehicle allocation instruction after receiving the vehicle allocation instruction. The vehicle allocation instruction comprises first vehicle information, vehicle information and/or vehicle time limit information.
In an embodiment, the vehicle management terminal 1 provided in this embodiment may be configured to obtain the vehicle related information according to the vehicle authorization transfer instruction after receiving the vehicle authorization transfer instruction, and replace the first vehicle information in the vehicle related information with the second vehicle information to update the vehicle related information. The vehicle authorization transfer instruction comprises first vehicle information and second vehicle information.
The vehicle management terminal 1 provided in the third embodiment of the present invention includes a memory a101 and a processor a201, and the processor a101 is configured to execute the computer program A6 stored in the memory a201 to implement the steps of the vehicle management method as described in the first embodiment, so that the vehicle management terminal 1 provided in the present embodiment can provide a vehicle management manner, so as to implement that the shared vehicle and/or the vehicle authority can be transferred to other vehicles conveniently and quickly when the user uses the shared vehicle through a regular way, thereby effectively reducing the possibility that the user transfers the shared vehicle and/or the vehicle authority to other vehicles privately.
The third embodiment of the present invention also provides a computer-readable storage medium storing a computer program A6, which when executed by the processor a101, implements steps of the vehicle management method as in the first embodiment, for example, steps S11 to S13 shown in fig. 1.
In an implementation, the computer readable storage medium provided by the present embodiment may include any entity or device capable of carrying computer program code, a recording medium, e.g., ROM, RAM, magnetic discs, optical discs, flash memories, etc.
The computer program A6 stored in the computer readable storage medium according to the third embodiment of the present invention can provide a vehicle management manner when executed by the processor a101, so as to transfer the shared vehicle and/or the vehicle authority to other vehicles through a regular way conveniently and quickly when the vehicle is used by the vehicle, thereby effectively reducing the possibility that the vehicle is privately transferred to the other vehicle.
The technical features of the above embodiments may be arbitrarily combined, and for brevity, all of the possible combinations of the technical features of the above embodiments are not described, however, all of the combinations of the technical features should be considered as the scope of the description.

1. A vehicle management method, characterized in that the vehicle management method comprises:
receiving a vehicle-using request sent by a first user terminal, wherein the vehicle-using request comprises first vehicle information and vehicle-using time limit information;
when the first vehicle occupant information is included in the self-stored vehicle group information, vehicle permission information and available vehicle information are acquired according to the vehicle request, the available vehicle information is sent to the first user terminal, and the vehicle permission information includes the vehicle time limit information;
when receiving vehicle selection information aiming at the available vehicle information sent by the first user terminal, associating the vehicle information and the vehicle permission information in the vehicle selection information with the first user information, and generating vehicle association information;
sending a vehicle taking prompt message to the first user terminal, wherein the vehicle taking prompt message comprises vehicle taking place information;
receiving a vehicle person changing request, wherein the vehicle person changing request comprises the first vehicle person information and the second vehicle person information;
when vehicle related information corresponding to the first vehicle information is acquired according to the vehicle change request, performing identity verification on second vehicle information in the vehicle change request;
When the identity verification of the second vehicle information is passed, the vehicle information and/or the vehicle permission information in the vehicle related information are related to the second vehicle information;
when the vehicle related information corresponding to the first vehicle information is acquired according to the vehicle change request, the step of performing identity verification on the second vehicle information in the vehicle change request comprises the following steps:
