the shared parking space management terminal is used for detecting the parking space state of a shared parking space and sending the parking space state to the parking space sharing platform and comprises parking space detection equipment, display equipment and sharing authority verification equipment; the parking space detection equipment is used for detecting the state of a parking space; the display equipment displays the reserved vehicle information of the shared parking space in the non-shared time period of the shared parking space; if the shared parking space is locked, locking information for locking the shared parking space is displayed by the display equipment in the sharing time period of the shared parking space; the sharing authority verification device verifies the beneficial account number of the shared parking place based on the locking information and controls the display device to display illegal parking information when the verification fails;
the parking space sharing platform is used for issuing shared parking space information, locking the shared parking spaces and calculating the use cost of the shared parking spaces;
when a beneficial account occupies a non-sharing time period of a shared parking space, the parking space sharing platform records negative information once in the information of the beneficial account; the method specifically comprises the following steps:
if the beneficial account number logged in by the beneficial party is a beneficial vehicle based on the vehicle information actually parked in the shared parking space, the parking space sharing platform records negative information in the information of the beneficial vehicle once;
if the beneficial account number logged by the beneficial party is a beneficial user and the vehicle information actually parked in the shared parking space is registered in the vehicle information of the beneficial user, the parking space sharing platform records negative information in the information of the beneficial user once;
if the beneficial account number logged by the beneficial party is the beneficial user, and the vehicle actually parked in the shared parking space is not registered in the vehicle information of the beneficial user, the parking space sharing platform records negative information once in the information of the beneficial user, and simultaneously records negative information once in the information of the beneficial vehicle registering the vehicle information of the vehicle actually parked;
if the times of negative information in the information of the beneficial account numbers are larger than a preset value, the parking space sharing platform or the owner of the shared parking space forbids the sharing permission of the beneficial account numbers in at least a period of time;
the benefit account comprises a benefit user and a benefit vehicle; the information of the beneficial users comprises one or more user vehicle information and user position information, and the information of the beneficial vehicles comprises beneficial vehicle information;
the locking information comprises locking vehicle information and/or locking user information;
when the user vehicle information matches the benefited vehicle information, the sharing authority verification device verifies the user vehicle information or the benefited vehicle information based on the lock information;
when the user vehicle information does not match the beneficial vehicle information, the sharing authority verification device verifies the user position information and the beneficial vehicle information based on the locking information;
the parking space sharing platform sends the locking information of the shared parking space to the property access control system related to the shared parking space, and can also inform the property access control system when the beneficiary exceeds the sharing time period set by the shared parking space and drives away from the shared parking space; when the beneficial account number locks the shared parking space, the parking space sharing platform synchronously sends locking information to the property access control system, the locking information comprises locked parking space information, one or more of locking user information and locking vehicle information, the locking vehicle information is beneficial vehicle information for locking the shared parking space, and the locking user information is beneficial account number information for locking the shared parking space.

the shared parking space information comprises the maximum negative information times allowed by the shared parking spaces;

and the sharing authority verification device controls the parking space locking device to lock when the verification fails, and controls the parking space locking device to unlock when the verification succeeds.
4. The system of claim 1, wherein: the negative information, allowed by the associated sharing user, may be deleted.
